Hi, I got one vodafone postpaid connection through vodafone customer care in the month of Jan 2015 but it is not activated yet I had been said that I'll receive confirmation call I didn't receive yet. I am sending acknowledgement receipt.Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

    I am using Data card #[protected] since last 2 years with a plan of Rs.299/-, which provides me 1GB at 3G, after that unlimited usage at 64KBPS speed.On 22nd March, I had received a message That I have consumed 1GB data and the speed is reduced to 64KBPS. If I wanted High Speed then I should recharge a Booster pack. Accordingly I had requested for a Booster Pack of Rs.250/-at about 11PM on 22nd March, 2015, which was due to be activated in 4 hours. I had received a message on 23.03.15 at 01.34 PM that my plan has been changed to Rs.250/, which will provide me 1GB data at 3G speed only, whereas my request was, for a booster pack of Rs.250/, as was guided by the Vodafone.Hence I once again request the Vodafone to restore my existing Plan of Rs.299.       I had taken Vodafone red plan(From Malad Store) for 3G network and i was told we have great coverage in Thane area ... However i never received 3G reception till date, I called and escalated however nothing happened ... Finally i changed my plan and i had told the customer care executive (Malad Store) that I wil not pay the bill for 3G as I never got 3G reception, he said he will escalate it but I am still receiving harassment calls for paying bills. I have sent 5 Emails I never got any response from the Vodafone team. (Unprofessional and ignorant behavior from your team) Please check the email sent on - Tue 3/17/2015 3:57 PM. I am happy to cancel your service as I don’t wish to be with such a unprofessional company who can ignore customers email. Teach your staff to give correct commitment to customer and send legitimate bills to customer … If there is any Educated staff left in Vodafone will expect a call on my number [protected]

      Please ask the Customer support team to Read all the email before i get a call ... I got a call today and the person is asking me what happend & he was barely able to speak ... How strange can this be ... If he is asked to handle something he should have called post doing his home work which he failed ... this is the excat reason i called vodafone team unprofessional ...
      Let me give you all the steps so you understand me right :
      1 ) Read all the emails
      2 ) Check with malad store why was the false commitment given
      3 ) Fire the lady who gave a wrong commitment because of which all this happend
      4 ) Let go of my bill for mobile number - [protected]
      5 ) Call me and confirm that the issue is resolved / there is no amount pending and I will not get any harassment calls for bill.
      6 ) Confirm the same over a email.

      6 Simple steps ... Now can i expect a speedy resolution ... This should have been done by your team ... like i said unprofessional .. i am damm sure you guys will still make a mistake ...
      No Response on Email and no calls for follow up ...
      I posted this complain on Thrusday the 26th March 2015 and issue is still not resolved ...

      I have received a bill (Very prompt in terms of sending bill, but ignorant in resolving billing issues) worth RS 1500/- which is ignored by me and have sent a email to respond back ...

      No Payment till the issue is not resolved.
      Plz check the email sent on 30th March 2015 3:39 noon time ... that's the email response sent by me. Plz do not expect any payment till the time I don't get my issue resolved and don't dare to put any late payment charges.

[protected] postpaid to prepaid. i have submited my document and all process done by me and he told me your no. is active in 24hrs maximum. but there i am waiting to last five days (21 march to till date) and its my personal no to use every where but the vodafone office of ghaziabad not take any action and only disturbed me when i am visit in vodafone office he telling me you take you postpaid no. but we dont know when you got your prepaid no. please help me and i need action because my no. is off to last five days.             Dear Sir, I have left India in December and now I am in abroad and didn't pay only one month bill i.e. for December and then from here I contacted vodafone customer office by chat and closed my account too but it is not closed yet and I request even so many time to closed my post paid number and my deposit also there so let me know how much I am to pay rest balance amount but they are not closing the plan and charging bill every month and I have mailed also so many time but now say that up to this month all the bill must have to be paid then plan will be closed irrespective of you use. They are not serving well and tell me to visit any vodafone customer care pay the balance amount otherwise every month such bill be generated and I will have to pay for the same. I ask simple question why they don't close my account and why they also making charges of Internet and other benefit which I have started with the plan? I am now not using anything and requested many time to close all the benefit and close my account even but don't do this and want bill of 4 months which I have not used and also generating bill every month, why?               Hi, My number is [protected]. I want to convert from post paid to prepaid. Last month(Feb 2015) I went to Vodafone store(OMR store, OMR road near Kandanchavadi, Chennai) with all documnets. they asked me to come again on next month after bill generated date due to unbilled amount is more than 100. This month(14th of March 2015 time 5 PM) again I went to same store, their representative called Sreekanth G told me to it will take 48 hrs to convert from post paid to prepaid. When I checked after 48hrs, nothing happened. I raised complaint([protected]). They called me on 20th and told me that they given wrong commitment by mistake and asked me to visit again and I have to pay billed amount(605) and unbilled amount(55) and prepaid sim charges(175) with proofs. I have visisted again same store with proofs and amount(605+55+175), but store same person called SREEKANTH G, asked me to pay 125 more than they agreed amount. I explained that as per complain, no need to pay extra but he refused and didn't behave properly. Again I raised a complaint([protected]) regarding same. Even this time they are said same that they made mistake and asked me to visit again vodafone store. I have visited Store 3 times and wasted energy, money to travel and more importantly time. I don't want to waste again . Vodafone guys are playing games with customers like this and asked us to visit store so many times so that we will continue in post paid. I request you to please take necessary action so that no one from now should suffer like me and no need to visit store again and again and be part of their game.                   I would like to register a complain against this Vodafone TransID DL[protected]. The seller refused me to laafu recharge of rs.20. The seller said "20 ka nahi hoga 30 ka lena parega", i asked why? he didn't reply anything. I was in a hurry so i did laafu recharge of rs. 30. This kind of behaviour is quite common among the sellers. I have been through this situation many times at different recharge stores. They never give you recharge of 10, 20 ...they always say it cannot be done. I dont think Vodafone donnot provide 10 0r 20 recharge through laafu. They also donnot pay u back the change if its 1, 2 or 3 rs. they claim not to hav change. I usually recharge for std and local talk time and do topup only sometimes for validity purpose or if my a/c balance is zero. I hope you would see to it and would take appropriate action against all those kind of recharge stores. With regards, Pranab Koch

                    This is regard to my no. [protected]. I lost my cellphone and issued a duplicate sim card from Vodafone store, Central Plaza Mall, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon on 4th March, they assured me that the sim card will be activated in two hours, my no. was not activated for more than 10 days. The customer care executive was not helpful at all and moreover had a very lethargic approach. I was kept on hold for hours and then phone was disconnected, was not connected with any senior person, they said the matter can be addressed only at the store and there is no other way to reach the store people. I specially went on 15th March to the store and they gave me another duplicate sim with careless attitude without being bothered about the inconvenience and trouble caused because of this. Again they assured the no. will be activated in two hours, today is 25th March and still my no. is not working. They have brainless programmed people who tell me that the sim is activated from their end and despite of explaining the situation to more than 10 executives nothing happened. I have also mailed them and still getting nonsensical response. Have been asking them to atleast provide the PORT code but all in vain.

                      I got ported from Airtel network from[protected] midnight and i am not getting calls from Airtel network. If somebody calls me from Airtel network, they are getting a message like "temporarily service not available". It is a great insult to me being a Director of well known company. I spoke to your 198 but got the poor response saying my complaint will be solved before[protected], 6pm. Meanwhile, how many calls i will be loosing? I may loose lot of business. Who will compensate this loss? Kindly help me.

                        I am having a post paid vodafone connection and following are the issues 1. i am getting H+ signal in my mobile for data, but it is working very slow as compared to airtel 2g connections. I am not able to download anything, have called customer care several times but they are not able to resolve the problem. i am forced to think that i am having a 1G plan and vodafone is by mistake taking monthly rental of 850 RS for data pack. 2. Several time Phone calls are getting cut automatically in few seconds and video calling is a distant dream. 3. Most of the times when i dial a number it shows you are not registered on network, so i have to search network many times. i am using cell phones from last 12 years and vodafone has given me the worst experience.

                          Dear Vodafone I, Y Subrahmanyam, 39 years, had applied for a new postpaid connection at HSR Layout Vodafone store. As I am in marketing, I asked for an easy to remember number. Your sales executive gave us [protected] for Rs 1500/- as premium charges, after getting approval from bidding team (As per his version). I had paid Rs 500/- as security deposit and Rs 1500/- as premium charges for the same no. He also provided a SIM and promised me that it will activate within 2 hours i.e., by 6 pm on 17 March 2015 but it was not activated till now. When we approached the store the next day, your executive told us not to worry about it as they are facing some technical issue in back end and it will be sorted in couple of days and my no will be activated. I went to Vodafone store daily and was told that there is a technical problem in back-end team… When I went yesterday, they told me that I need to get approval from manager. When I met her she told me that she can’t do any help for us. When enquired about the reason, she told me that it’s not my concern and she straightly rejected to talk about it. After a bit arguing she told us because we did not approached her in the beginning so she can’t help us in this matter. She also told us she has to get approval from her boss. When we asked to do so, she told us he will not approve it until and unless we pay Rs 5000/-. We have requested her a lot but she rejected our request and behaved with us rudely. She didn’t even mention her name when asked for. She tried to misguide us by saying that we did not get approval from the bidding team, but I was told earlier by the executive that I have got approval on the same day (ie,[protected]. When I asked her about it, she said that she got approval for different number and she keep on changing her answers. I would like to draw your attention on Rude Behavior of your HSR Layout Store manager. When I asked email address of her to take this matter to her superior she simply said she can’t help us, on the contrary I was asked that why I did not approach her first for fancy number. I have never seen in my life, the way your store manager is treating the customer and it’s horrible. If with educated people she is behaving like this, what service she will provide for other people? I am really surprised by the way of your manager works. There is no ownership or responsibility taken from her. She just played around with my request and did not even bother to give a satisfactory solution. I would never like to be treated like this for any service that I pay for. I have no hopes on her that she might address my issue mentioned in this email, but it was my last stand to bring this issue to your notice. I have spent a huge amount for printing this new number on fliers and hoardings, and paid advance to the concerned people. Now if you refuse to give me that number I will in huge loss.                             Dear Team, Today i received a call from Mr. Prabhat regarding bill due o[censored]nnecessary charges include in already plan bill monthly rental 375/-. and regarding this so many times complaint and they assure next bill this type of error not reflecting in next bill but scenario is same than again i complaint to customer care they said we are reversing the charges and again assure next time not reflect in your statement. after next bill they added again 4 or 5 pack charged added than i closed the number and given me reference number regarding block the number and waiver o[censored]nnessary charges. To day i got a call from prabhat and behave line abusing language. So many time asking his name then he said his name Prabhat with call no. [protected].                               I had requested disconnection of services on [protected] on 15th December 2014 having paid all the bills up to date and attached the payment proof along with the disconnection intimation. As per TRAI recommendations any request for post paid cancellation of services shall be effected with 7 days. My sim was deactivated soon after. On 13th January 2015, I received a ebill for Rs. 25.11 being the outstanding balance to be paid by me, as the billing cycle was from 12th of current month to 11th of succeeding month. As per TRAI the outstanding balance has to be adjusted against my security deposit and the balance refunded to me within 60 days of cancellation of services. In my case this works out to (500.00 - 25.11 = Rs. 474.89) has not been refunded to me as of today, that is 93 days overdue. For any delayed disbursement of refund of security deposit as per TRAI an interest of 10% shall be paid to the consumer. On January 21, 2015 I received a email from Vodaphone informing that should i feel to REJOIN my old number is still available. Also new plans were sent for information. this clearly demonstrates that my number has been cancelled as requested. Vodafone keeps sending me monthly bills regularly, and on 19th January 2015 send me email requesting to settle outstanding balance for continued service. If the number was not deactivated why did Vodafone send me ebill for Rs. 25.11 when my plan was Rs. 99 per month plus applicable taxes. Why the email on 21st January 2015 requesting my rejoining Quote” Hello Mr. SUMUKHA NATARAJAN, We value your association with Vodafone and would love to have you back.                                   Dear Sir, I am Prakash, now in Chennai. Earlier i have used Tata Docomo Postpaid service in the number [protected]. But due to coverage problem, i changed this sim ([protected]) to Vodafone Postpaid service. Last week i get my new SIM card in Pondicherry near to Indira gandhi statue (Reddiarpalayam). My old SIM blocked on saturday night (21.03.2015). Also, i get a confirmation message from Vodafone service to my another number ([protected]-Airtel). So, i changed the new SIM to my mobile. But its not work. The postpaid connection activated from 21.03.2015. But card not active. My SIM number is[protected]. Kindly advice me whats problem in that SIM card.                                     i have submitted my request to convert my prepaid voadafone no into post paid no. i had documentation also with voadone 3 times but till now my request is not executed also no one is updating the status or reason for the same. No one is taking the resposibility for request execution neither vodafone store nor vodafone customer care. its been 45 days that i am fighting with vodafone executives for using vodafone post paid services.                                       Hi Team, I have started to get calls from unknown International numbers on 18th March, 2015 and 25th March, 2015. First day when I called back on the same number, there was one Arabic song playing at the background and no one responded. Today also, at morning 2.57 am, I have got a call from an International number. The concern is we should not fall in the trap of any International cyber crimes. Kindly investigate on the same and guide me on how to tackle (Dos and Don'ts) with the situation or should I approach Police and lodge a complaint.                                         I am Tushar Dhere who ported from Idea to Vodafone some days ago. Ihad two numbers ported out to Vodafone PrimaryIdea no - [protected]AndSecondaryIdea no [protected] Sincefew days I was receiving an auto generated voice message intimating me that my number will be deactivated as I have not paid my previous mobile operator’s(Idea) bill. Ihave paid the Idea bill on 14th Mar. Please note single bill usedto get generated for both primary and secondary number. Howeverafter clearing my Idea bill, Vodafone only started outgoing calls for myprimary no – [protected] only, whereas payment for BOTH the numbers was cleared.As secondary number was not mentioned on the Idea receipt, I went back to Ideabut they refused to give me another receipt for secondary no – [protected] andstated that Vodafone should have enabled outgoing calls for BOTH the numbers.However they provided handwritten confirmation on the back of the originalreceipt to confirm that payment for no – [protected] has also been cleared underref – CN93845237. (see attachment) Ivisited Vodafone store on Sinhagad Road again and spoke with Deepa Sonawane andrequested her to activate outgoing connection for no [protected], however sheinformed that hand written proof by Idea is not acceptable and asked me toemail me the old Idea bill details. Theproblem here is that Idea will requires a password to open the bill which is acombination of Idea account id and 4 letters of customer’s first name. As I amnow no longer an Idea customer, my account stands invalid and hence I cannotopen any old bill so I cannot provide these details to Vodafone. Meanwhilemy secondary no [protected] has now been blocked by Vodafone. Even incomingcalls are blocked. Pleaseadvise why Vodafone is not accepting the details provided by me and blockingthe number? Why my number is blocked even though the due payments are done?
