    Hi, I Live in Mumbai. I am following up vodafone customer care to solve my problem. I had done RC 76 on 08/Mar/2015 to activate my roaming. But till now they did not solved my problem and my balance getting deducted for incoming calls 0.75 p/min and outgoing calls 1.50 p/min. I have done two times of RC 76. When i call they will register compliant and will call in my office timings. I clearly told them to call before 08:00 AM or after 07:30PM. I tried to change the network from MNP. But when i tried that by sending message to 1900 by typing PORT [protected]. It showing error. These people blocked me in all ways. I am customer of vodafone for more than 8 years and these people are behaving like this. Please solve this on priorty.

      I had purchased 3G Red plan and i was told there will be a good coverage in my area ... However there was no coverage ... I complained and requested them not to bill me for RED plan ... However still got the bill ... I have sent them more than 5 email which are not responded to and i am getting call for the bill. Y should i pay when i have not used the services at all ... I was Lied about the network and was sent bills inspite of no usage of 3G ... Also ... my emails were ignored and called for bills ...

          I had converted my Vodafone Postpaid Number [protected] more than 1 year back. I have received the security deposit refund cheque which got bounced and Rs. 100 penal charges were imposed on account of bouncing of cheques. I have raised the several time request for refund of security amount and vodafone service centre Jind Haryana. However nobody is responding to my request and my security amount has not been refunded yet. Request you to kindly look into matter and get the security amount refunded along with the Rs. 100 Penal charges imposed on account of bouncing of cheques

              Dear Sir, This is regarding a complete fradulent and non-standard business practice committed by Vodafone India. Net net fictitious calls keep coming from strange international destinations at odd hours in the night and day, and when you receive and even try to figure out what is going on there are charges slapped on your number...in my case there were a total fradulent charges of INR 2400 approx., comprising of inbound international calls and sms...all of which were unsolicited incoming by the way. When I went and registered a complaint they came back saying these were genuine outgoing calls made from my number [protected]...all complete lies !!!. This mobile phone incidentally is used by my Sr Citizen father. On second escalation instance at the store the store in-charge had offered me a spot waiver of INR 1500...to which I did not agree, as I wanted the full refund of the disputed amount. In fact on his insistence I wrote a complaint to Vodafone company email addresses ( below mail trail would stand proof of the entire background ), additionally he also suggested to register an FIR in a local police station as additional measure, and he stating that this is not the first complaint instance of this sort on their notice. This clearly shows that the company is aware of these problems and their infrastructure - ( including the complete communication Network, Servers and data centers to land these malicious and fradulent calls to us consumers ) being used for such inappropriate actions by whosoever and passing on the responsibility to consumers directly asking to file police FIRs. On subsequent escalation at their Nodal center, they discontinued my ISD calling and Global roaming facilities on that number, without even informing me prior to that action...a mere post-facto sms was sent saying those services were disabled. I had to again visit the store 3rd time ( Central Plaza, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon - 122002 ) and re-instate those features in my phone. And also in meeting the same in-store head who could not give me any resolution then and on top of that also insisted that the INR 1500 waiver initially offered then is also withdrawn now as part of their policy...a complete flip-flop of your conveniences !!!. Now I am stuck with your nodal representative offering me a one time loyal customer service gesture of 25 % waiver of that fradulent bill amont of approx INR 2400. I have not agreed and will not agree certainly anything less than 100 % of the fradulent billed amount. I have an auto-debit standard arrangement with my bank for directly paying their bills on time and they have probably and now seems deliberately taken advantage of such arrangements with me and other customers...this is part of an organised racket and certainly a clear negligence by Vodafone in not protecting the rights of their consumers. Net-net the above amounts to complete harassment to an elderly, agony and stress caused to me while trying to arrive at a meaningful resolution, wastage of my time and energy and also penalty as delayed interest on the unpaid amount.                 My current bill of Vodafone post paid connection +91-[protected] is extremely high and I am told it is due to Internet usage for which I had never authorized this number. I am not sure as how without my authorization the billing was done and also Vodafone never called me or informed me about the ever increasing bill?? Vodafone customer care told me that the services were provided as default with highest rate. How can Vodafone charge me for the services they provide in default mode?? This is surprising and violates the normal process ethical way of properly informing the customer either by call or by e-mail prior to providing services in default mode. I am not liable to pay for the services provided as default and henceforth the same should be taken off immediately.

                      Have to complaint on vodafone network.the persons who is working for vodafone is not responsible and they are not caring customers.the complaint is our sim valid duration got over, so they asked us to replace sim. Yes we replaced a they asked like, but sim is in deactivate position still, so we called customer care complaint no. 198. They said that your sim has been blocked, but the actual is we didnt block the sim.we asked solution for that, they asked to contact nearby showroom, we went there but they didnt response us more than 2 and half hours and the peopls are simply sitting, the showroom is in karur.its hurt us lot.you are saying that we aRe happy to help you, but you guys are irresponsible, the saddest thing is still my problem is not recover.so i decided to complaint to consumer court.and i am going to move through court.vodafone is very worst.

                        Yesterday I was recharged with RS 648 from my mobile there was written that unlimited 3g for 30 days at Rs 648 but after consuming 3gb gradually my speed get very much slow it become like 2g .there written after 3gb speed will be 64kbs but 64kbps is really worst.atleast give 512kbps.please improve thise.

                          i have called in month of jan 2015 and activated a 850Rs internet pack. then i got a automated message in march 2015 that the pack has been deactivated. I called in 1st week of march and i was told some stupid reason for deactivation. i told him that i have never asked to deactivate the same, but he said that i have to activate again. I agreed and asked to activate Rs 650 this time. Now when i have received my bill, i can see i have charged Rs 850 and Rs 650 both. your person never told me that this would happen. hear my calls, i have called u. then i called complaints helpline 198, twice but the line got disconnected. finally when i got a change to speak to a senior, he was a dump person and agent didnot told him anything before transfering the call. I explained him again and he then he told this is how the process works and did not transfered the call to the manager when i asked so. utterly stupid service and if get a survey, i will rate as worst service. i want rs 850 to be reversed as u did not asked my consent.                               3G Recharge today from PAYTM vide order number[protected] but till it is not activated, I know about the matter after getting this information from vodafone care, but when I was recharge that time I saw that my data balance of 1gb but now it is nill.                                 I like to inform U i have vodafone number[protected], I changed plan from Rs.599/- to 249/- plan on 01.02.2015. But i do not know this plan had no data pack. But i used one day just 120mb. So you charged for 120 mb including service tax Rs.500/- and above. But itimation of no data pack was not given, I asked local saibaba colony, coimbatore ( your show room ) to waver the amount. They was no response. So i request do the needful or otherwise to change my post paid to prepaid plan in bill cycle peroiod immediately. Because my phone number has been deactivated.                                       My mother who is 80yrs old uses my number[protected] for mostly incoming. My brother and sister are in US and they call her. She mostly does not call them. She had been billed before and when I complained about wrong ISD calls being billed they reverted back the amount. Now again this has happened with the bill of more than 5000 Rs. The calls they have billed her are not the my brother or my sister's no.s, rather totally unknown number. Called at 3:30 in afternoon which will be night time in US. The bill is totally wrong and fabricated. This is happening third time in Vodafone's case. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        I am Prashant Khankar ([protected]) from Mumbai and a corporate customer of ICICI Prudential. I have 2GB 3G Data monthly pack which got exhausted within mid of the month post which on 8th Feb I request ADDON 1GB 3G Data which also exhaust on 17th Feb. On 17th Feb I again requested for 1GB GB Data which was not activated stating customer can have for only 1 ADDON in one bill cycle as per policy(no communication recd so far. When I mailed to corporate assist they told me customer can opt for two different ADDON in one bill cycle. I had used 700 MB extra 3G data post 8th Feb due to non activation of ADDON plan I have also mailed the ADDON request snapshots. Req waiver on extra usage due to miscommunication from cse

                                        Hi, My mobile no was not switch off but it was deactivated from past 3 days by Vodafone and today I have done the payment post which it has been activated. I have already updated my alternate no on Vodafone App.

                                        Just to inform you if you have deactivated the mobile number how can you call and except the customer to pick your call or even call back.

                                        Pathetic service, If you behave in this way with corporate customers i doubt what kind of service can a common man would except.
