I am using vodafone postpaid corporate plan, This time in my billing vodafone have charged me 178rs for some data usage which I never used. and when I called to customer care, the customer care guy was giving me different different reasons for those charges. And when I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor he denied and said you can drop a mail to vodafone and charges will not be reverted back. Feeling very irritated with this kind o[censored]nnecessary charges and stupid customer care people.

    I am currently having a Corporate plan of Vodafone for which the minimum monthly rental is 299. For Bill period – 05-12-14 to 04-01-15, there is a misc credit / charges of Rs. 25 being charged. What is the explanation for charging such an exorbitant misc credit/charge of Rs 25. There is no previous due on me when I have been paying all my bills on time ?

      Hello, I am using Vodafone Post-paid mobile number for over 7 years now. While I was away on business trips last month, an uninformed data usage lead to an exorbitant roaming bill.While I have been modest with my data usage, I was entirely unaware of my credit limit or the running bill amount. If I had been notified (sms/mail or anything) on the credit limit and the possible over-charging, I would have surely abstained from any service usage and hence the imminent bill shock. Why is there no such preventive measures to preclude bill shocks? Now, since I was kept in dark about, I strongly feel the procedure is anti-consumer.             Please stop calling on my number [protected] from Vodafone. At least 5 - 6 time in a day coming calls from Vodafone for nothing in resting hours. I cannot keep my phone silent during these hours. Please stop bothering me with your advertises because I am not interested. Please let me use your line connection without disturbances. Kind Regards,

                Hi My name is Atish and My vodafone number is [protected] I am using vodafone no from last 1 year and using same Internet plan from that time . In my current bill generated on 8th January 2014 (for the month dated Dec14 and jan15), Vodafone charged me some downloading charges of Rs 148, for the below content 19/12/14-09:51:31 d2c_salparni_looka 0:00 99 <[protected]Rs99 30/12/14-11:01:12 d2c_mazaa_49 0:00 49<[protected]--Rs49 I am completely unaware about these content and no such data is present on my device . When i receive the bill, I called the customer care... The person who atteneded the call completely unawre about these, I asked him to transfer the call to his senior, so he kept it on hold and no one receive for next 30 min, I request consumer court to take strict action against vodafone so that they cant make some mistakes again request Vodafone to revert the charges as soon as possible

                  Amount has been deducted from my account in the name content downloaded.But I had switch off the mobile data and also disconnected the Internet connect, but still amount had been deducted from account.In a month period it had deducted 4 times like this.When I called to customer care service, it was an worst help i got from vodafone customer care.

                    Hi, I am Pranesh. I did a recharge of 150 before 2 days and today I find that 89rs is been charged from my account. This is the 3rd happened in last 1 week. I am using Vodafone for last 4 years. This is really worst customer service. No proper answer other than telling fake sorry. Pls make your CS agents to understand the needs of the customer and answer accordingly rather asking sorry.

                      Dear Sir, I have vodafone corporate post paid plan which i want to change in prepaid plan. I went to nearest vodafone center where i got wrong information as well as misbehaviour for which i launch complaint to vodafone customer care (198) then i went to another vodafone center told by customer care where i have told by executive that unavailability of sim card & dose not convert post into prepaid at least 10 to 15 days. I again call customer care & told the fact. I was shocked when the executive told me that there was no complaint against first voda center launch by you.Now they neither take complaint nor change my plan.                         Let me tell you the reason for my efforts: I recharged my prepaid account with R.149 (Talktime balance) and Rs.24 (Data Balance)yesterday. Today I find that the complete Rs.149 has been deducted and when I contact, I was told that the deduction happened due to certain NDTV and Download charges which I have activated. I have never activated with any such add ons. When I demanded a supervisor I was transferred to the IVR once, to the Team Lead of another department once, call disconnected twice and as I write I am still kept on hold for the past 32 minutes. Similar incident happened on 31st December 2014, for NDTV charges.                           Hello, My name is Jince George. I am been with vodafone for more than 5 years. Till 2013 I was getting good services from vodafone. Day before Yday ie, 6th of jan 2015 49 was deducted from my mobile without my knowledge. The same amount has deducted on 7 th jan 2015. I called the cx care vexecutive on 8th and explained my situation. I told him am in roaming and my father is in hospital and you people took money without my knowledge. He told he will refund the money of 99 ie 49+49+1which was dedcted on 8 th jan 2015 that makes a total of 99 will be refunded..after sometime i got the mssg saying that 1 rs will be refunded back to me. Again I called the cx care and the lady was so helpful and she told she cant refund the 6 th Jan amount because its more than 24hrs and she can refund only total of 50 rupees for the ticket number [protected]. I got the 50 rupees back to my account as she promised. But later again 49 got deducted after 2 hrs..When I call the cx care people they told they don't know.The call went to firstsource Company guys working in Ecospace Pritech building. I ask them 3 times to trasfer the call to the manager they transferred but none of them pick the call and then disconnected the call. Now wht should i do if vodafone is deducting the amount every day. Can I go with any other service provider. I am scared of recharging my mobile. Is this the way you treat your customers. Every week this will happen and i need to call them for refund. Thje executive doesnt know to handle calls and they don't even ask the customers permission before placing on hold. No call structure. Now i need my money back. So pathetic services. Firstsource guys spoiling the value of customer service. Regards Jince George [protected]

                            Hi I am not able to use your 3G data service due to some technical issue at your end. This happens at-least 15 days in a month for 10-12 hours a day. All the people in my office are facing same issue. I have already logged complaint in past for the same also new complaint on 06/01/2015. Your customer care told that it will be resolved in 48 Hrs. I went to Vodafone Mini Store (Infront of IT Tower Kharadi Pune) they said that they are also facing the same and can’t take any complaints as they don’t have any network, The person behind the desk, shamelessly suggested me to PORT OUT. I have recharged with 451 Rs. Which says that I will get 3G service for 28 days, but due to your technical issues I don’t get the service. Which is deficiency in the service, and I should be entitled for extended validity of this pack. I called on your customer care and talked to senior executive Ganesh Mothe, He refuse to acknowledge this and didn’t even took the complaint for deficiency in service. (On date 07/01/2015 at 4:30 PM). He Just say “Sorry Sir”, for 100 times but didn’t provide any reason for not extending validity when there is no service. Can you please tell me why? Legally you are bind to provide the 3G service for 28 days, but for half of my validity period I get no service. Prepaid validity don’t mean that you will take money but not provide any service. Please respond with the reason, why can’t you extend the validity for no service? All the below mentioned numbers are facing the issue. It just came to my notice that my balance had got too low. i checked my Vodafone Account And Came to know that a amount of Rs. 30 had been deducted in the name of "HelloStore". I had done nothing but the Balance had been deducted. I tried Customer Care But Nobody Responded. To Vodafone - I want my balance back as it had been deducted without my Notice. Inspite of requesting several Vodafone Care Customer agents over the call center number and also visit to their office. Its been 12th day and still I don't have international roaming. Emailed Nodal Officer as well but never heard back from them also. I request authorities concern to highly take action and fine Vodafone for the unprofessional and unethical practices.

                                  Dear Sir, I am working in Ministry of HRD Department of Education, New Delhi. My mobile ([protected]) was fallen somewhere after that I was file a FIR for the same. Yesterday on 7th January 2015 I went to Vodafone Store Sector 18 Noida for issue duplicate sim. As per direction by executive I give the all document including FIR, Photo, ID proof and 50 Rs. for activation charges. Executive give me New SIM and give me assurance that myr mobile number will be activate after 2 hours. But yet now it is not activate. In this regard I call to your customer care and live chat but not solved this issue.                                     I received a call from Vodafone about an offer of different plan. I listened to the same. The guy at other end told me that I will receive a confirmation call and only after my confirmation, the new bill plan will be activated, if I agree for the same. However, without any further call, my billing plan was change to the new plan (which I didn't want at all) and I got SMS regarding the same. When I called the customer care, they told me to send an email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com. But even after sending email, my plan is not yet changed. Now I once again mailed to the same address and following up the matter. It is really a harassment for the customer.                                     After repeated calls and visits, I couldn't succeed. But after posting complaint here at www.consumercomplaints.in, I really got the result within 2 days. The communication was forwarded by this forum to the VODAFONE, of which I got the intimation also. And within 2 days, my plan was changed back to the previous one. Though the charges for the period of changed plan were charged to me and the bill was sent accordingly, at least for future period I got my previous plan restored.                                       My problem - The worst kind of customer care experience ever. I moved out to US from Mumbai in September and wanted to change my postpaid blackberry plan to a minimum monthly rental (99/-) without any Blackberry services active. I have sent them more than 15 emails since October 14 2014 trying to request this in a manner that would MAKE SENSE to their dense bovine customer care reps - however till today - NO SUCH LUCK. The email is dressed in fake courtesy - and simply reflective of the truth that they just DO NOT read whatever the heck you wrote. It is bordering on a limit where it feels like they are just intentionally harassing me now and am VERY tempted to file a harassment case on them. Not only did they assure that they have changed the plan (after about 8 or 10 emails) - but they continued charging me 500+ for a blackberry plan I clearly requested them to cancel - and now they wont cancel a very clear cut request to cancel the plan with a response straight out of a mental agony scene: ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Me : Kindly cancel the number 98202 ***** (Number masked for review) . Permanently. I have left the country permanently and not residing there any more. I am no more interested in continuing with Vodafone. Vodafone: With regard to your e-mail, we request you to please mention the full description of your query or request in order to process the same for the above mentioned Vodafone mobile number. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ How much clearer can I get while requesting a cancellation of the number? Do they want to hear that "I am frustrated out of my skull with the incompetent and exasperating response and want to NEVER EVER hear from them again hence please cancel my number". Simply amazed at their overall ignorance towards customer care - Shame.
