Hello,
I am using Vodafone Post-paid mobile number for over 7 years now.
While I was away on business trips last month, an uninformed data usage lead to an exorbitant roaming bill.While I have been modest with my data usage, I was entirely unaware of my credit limit or the running bill amount.
If I had been notified (sms/mail or anything) on the credit limit and the possible over-charging, I would have surely abstained from any service usage and hence the imminent bill shock.
Why is there no such preventive measures to preclude bill shocks?
Now, since I was kept in dark about, I strongly feel the procedure is anti-consumer. Hence I m not convinced on paying the dues.I request you to revert to me on this at the earliest.
