I have a prepaid no. Of Vodafone and my no. Is [protected] Today company deducted 99 Rs for any kind of VAS I called the customer service they said please hold the Line and never come back .. this is so irritating. . I tried again and again but call could not reach to the customer service executive. . I have checked my account own my own. . It shows no VAS is active in my no. This is so Irritating .. what should I do. I want my money back

In my last month Dec.14 Vodafone charged ₹99.00 for d2c_ndtv_value download.My mob. No. [protected]. I personally surprised by this charges because full of my knowledge I did not download anything from such a site. I think they should take confirmation SMS from consumer for such a services before charging in our regular monthly bills.Without confirmation they should not add this kind of charges.

but they informed me that money as deducted for these downloads, but i dint download and i dint recevied any confirmation about the download.

DNLD-DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN00587001 on 01/04/2015 hence amount of Rs.99/- has been deducted.

    This man was talking rudely as like abusing indirectly not giving correct reply when I was asking about. My problem then he gives every answer negatively like as indirect abusement his behaviour is not good and the customer is new to the Vodafone In have ported his BSNL no.[protected]. To the Vodafone In and he was trying to confuse me and his behaviour is so bad and money was cuttea from my account giving wrong information at *121#

      I have a postpaid connection having NO; [protected] . I have a rental plan of 199/- . But Vodafone send me a bill of Rs 1010.68. when i enquire about this on customer care they told that they have activated a 899/- rental plan . I have not made such type of request to them.         Vodafone deducted my 90 rs. money from a/c as they r saying I hv activate Fusion Club from internet at night 3:55 AM which is a lie. My mobile was off at night. now 1st time one of Vodafone agent said - you will get refund, but no refund received yet. 2nd time said - you wont get refund & cut the phone. now they have block my no. by calling Vodafone customer care. My concern is : 1. how can they cut my balance & activate any pack by using internet 2. why Vodafone agents lie to people & cut the phone 3. without proper solution how can they just block no. Vodafone are fraud. end of the day they will just deny every statement & you can do noting...

        Plz do justice.
        I am also facing the Same problem, first time, they charged me 90 INR, and another 3 INR and again 45INR in a same day even after three consecutive complaints I raised to customer care. This is a big fraud by Vodafone company. These are completely screwing up the customers.

          I was using Vodafone CUG plan for 6 months. I had free data and talk time plan. For first five months internet speed was normal. I was getting 25-30KBps downloading speed. Suddenly the speed dropped to 2-3KBps . I raised complaint and escalated it to their nodal officer. But they accepted their fault and gave no solution to the problem. They gave reason as in your area not enough infrastructure is there from our end so i am facing problem. Then i took a new sim card for data use. My area is Banashankari Bangalore. 560070

            I am a vodafone customer by my mobile connection [protected], recently i had been charged for rs2800 for the DEC 2014 bill dated on[protected]. (ISD charge[protected] for 28 mins on 20/11/14), So no such call has been dailed by me and and no need to call that number/more over i dont have any contact with that number, Please refer my old history not even a single ISD call has not been dailed in my history. No friends/relatives in that country. When i checked the same with customer care from [protected], on 04th jan 2015, around 11.02AM for 7mins54 secs call with customer care representative they understand and agreed that its wrongly charged in dec 2014 bill and you can make complaint to RM team by calling 333 from my mobile number, Since today is sunday you cant make a call to them, actually they work for weekdays so please call them on monday, as the customer representative informed to me. But i tried to call that number and got response no such number is not in use. (333) So Please revert the bill amount about this ISD call charge ASAP.

              My no is [protected], just last week i got this Number after portability. I recharged Rs127 for data balance but got only 1GB. My account was debited twice but got only 1GB, i made request to them to give 1GB credit or 127 talktime. 3 Mails i have sent buy no response. Poor service in the first week itself. Pl refund my money in the form of talktime or data balance. Jayant

                  Namaste Ma'am/ Sir Complaint Against Unlawful, Deceitful and Unethical business practices done by Vodafone India Pvt Ltd. Also Vodafone QOS (quality of service) has hit a new low. Complain Numbers: 259XXXX46 / 259XXXXX00 Mobile Number : XXXX ( Rajasthan) Name: XXX Sharma 1.They charged 100+50 Rupees for fraudulent app downloads. Which I did not commit. 2. I asked if I want to use an app I will download it from play store why from a ponzi site. 3. PONZI websites and Vodafone has deep nexus to cheat clients for app downloads. 4. They fleece 100-200 Rupees from unaware prepaid and post paid costumers. 5. Their IVRS system took 15 minutes * twice to connect to Senior Executive guy. 6. I Make ~4000 Rs a day which translates to 500 Rs an hour. 7. Opportunity Cost lost during waiting and conversation times is in tune to ~2000 Rs. 8. Do they even Know how valuable MY time is? 9. Most times they refused to write complaints and give a complaint number. 10. NB. I am not quoting my previous complaints of SMS sending failing to BSNL network (No complaint registered by vodafone) 11. NB. I am not quoting my previous complaints of bad 2G network in Jaipur which automatically disconnects every 1 minutes. (I registered a complaint regarding this, was not resolved after 2-3 complaints) 12. Even wrote a blog about it as below earlier. 13.                     Hi guys, i had used max 10 to 15 sms but you had billed for 2000 sms i think it's misbilled so please check it out and let me know.Actually am using 375 plan and you had billed even for downloads whether 375 plan contains internet data pack or not.check out my bill and moreover am using whatsapp.

                      My father is your corporate customers from past 10 years . In general he has been very happy with your services and offers. But on 29.12.2014 he requested for nano sim for his new cell phone . As he told customer services person that he is in an urgent need Because as he purchased a cell phone for which he will be needing new sim .Your people assured and guaranteed him that his request is taken into concern and will be fulfilled by 30.12.2014 positively. But when on 30.12.14 he called your company thrice and asked when they are sending the new sim . They again assured him that sim has been dispatched from their company and will be reaching in just few hours. But till 31.12.2014 afternoon he hadn't received anything . In the evening he got The delivery after long wait . My father was in great problem because his old cell phone handset is in dead state and he was able use the new one because o[censored]navailability of new sim. I just want to ask one question that why your company make big promises if they can't fullfill them ? I am highly unsatisfied with Vodafone. I hope i expect better response and service next time.

                        Sir, I had made online recharge of Rs 300 on 29/12/2014 through netbanking of fedral bank and Recharge of 300 by cash through mobile shop on same date. Both recharges are made on mobile number [protected]. The recharge made by cash is sucess but through online is unsuccessful. Your representative claming that recharge is sucessful and mentioning wrong mobile number in your email on 02/01/2015. The payment is debit from account but actual balance is not credited to number. I have call your customer care but they are not receiving call. This is second time regarding online recharge payment.                         On 3/3/15 I have spoken to your representative enquiring about call cutter plan .They said, that they can activate at their end Amt Rs.29 V to V 10 paise plan, instead of activating particular plan they put 3G, again I made call (2 or 3 times) . They deactivated 3g plan but activated V to V call cutter plan twice .I request them to refund no response from your call centre.please rectify this issue as early as possible and refund money .

                        After recharging my number, SYSTEM CREATE ME WITH 700MB DATA while the PLAN IS 175- [protected]@2G speed.

                        Called Vodafone consumer care and has a talk with Manish (Prepaid), Rekha (Postpaid) & Prince(Postpaid), they didn't helped me and disconnected the call.

                        I asked them to transfer it to there lead, then also they disconnected.

                        Kindly look into this.
                        They are faking around as they providing different plan details online and recharging the plain with different data.

                          I am a Vodafone User in Kerala and changed my Prepaid sim to postpaid as Vodafone service was Good. But i got my sim activated on 17th Sept ( As told to me ) and i started using the sim. I had 1 gb net in the pack i opted ( 299 rent ) The person who came home to collect info also didnot tell anything. But a call to customer care told me that i could use only upto 900 mb of data as bill date is 11th ai took it on 17th. I used only 800 mb and got an extra billing of Rs 320 on my next bill. This was due to the Wrong information that was provided to me from the Vodafone Customer Care and had many times comlaints registered, which the authorities just ignored . They said I have download mydala service Rs.99 nd Vodafone hellotv south Indial pack Rs.99 total 198 amt.finaly didnt register my complaint on repeated request nd even didn't forworded my call to any senior officer.                               Dear sir/Madam [protected] no mobile post paid connection using In the name of manik kumar paria where vodafone charged me 850 rupees as a usage charged..i am already activate rs 650 gprs rental plan. Within the rental plan Vodafone charged me Rs 850 as a download charges. This charge is already over the rental plan Now Vodafone want to learn me how to using Internet connection. From lasy 7 yers I am using mobile gprs so now its not possible. Vodafone forcefully charged me.                                 I have just received my monthly bill for my vodafone number and i found that they have charged 671 Rs stating that downloads i.e d2c_mgossip_pack_49, ndtv_value_pack and other packages. i spoke with customer care and store people also but they said to me that i have downloaded the packages. This is total fraud with vodafone.we need a permanent solution for this type of fraud.

                                The same thing happened to me in this month's bill. I have been charged for this service without my consent. Going to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum after speaking to Vodafone Customer Care.
                                Same here 149 rs for something called D2c_Mazaa something I have not even heard of!!!

                                Plus they have activated some monthly 3G pack for rs 250 without informing me, I do not need it

                                This is something like harassing people and sounds like loot.

                                At least if customer request them, they should provide further details like from where download happen, which site, user consent, type of application.

                                As you guys are charging so heave sounds like usage is in GB's for such thing.

                                There has been a charge done on my bill similar to the one's mentioned above.

                                Logged in a complaint with clear notification that i will not be paying the bill until this gets resolved. One thing we miss is they are charging us 12.5 % service tax on a false bill. But when they adjust your bill the next month they adjust it for the billed amount and not the taxed amount.

                                I will see to it i get this sorted out on my bill or the i will move to another servic eprovider without paying this bill.

                                Same thing happening with me and when I make a request of incorrect bill generation applate officer rajshri mail me that its correct and you have to pay..vodafone is realy a fraud company. I am goin to mark case in consumer court about this

I ve been not using internet from from 20th november nd I ve got a bill showing that i ve used internet, And after that i ve been using internet plans (RS 250, 1 GB, 1 Month) after that still I got a bill of 1700 . please look into the matter nd send a reply on number [protected]

                                    My vodafone no [protected]. I have just received the invoice for December and found that Vodafone has charged me for d2c NDTV Valuepack 9 - Rs. 99, d2c mgosssip pack 49 Rs. 49, d2c mydala 99 Rs 99 and hello1 tvallsouth Rs. 30 totalling Rs 277.00 plus taxes. Spoke to Vodafone Customer service but They told, for some of the website charges do happen irrespective of having Data plan. We need to find a permanent solution as you will realise that this is total fraud and Vodafone is making it a habbit.

                                    The same type of payment has also been charged for me on November and December 2014 bill. I have also spoken to vodafone care. I think Vodafone is doing unfare trade practice. Now I think, we should move from Vodafone to Airtel. Really very very unfair practice.

                                    After using Vodafone since last 6 + years, I Think it's time to move out of Vodafone. Now we have added advantage of continuing with the same number with any other provider.
                                    Hi I am Pankaj Singhal, My Vodafone No. is [protected], I am constantly been charged for some downloads which I never made from three months. I refer to the current bill of February no .[protected] dated 18/02/2015, where Vodafone has made levy of an amount of Rs. 283 as usage charges. Out of this amount of Rs. 283, Rs. 273 were charged for downloads which I have never made. The breakup of Rs. 273 is as follow:

                                    Exactly, they just reply with their standard solution without looking at the exact solution to the problem.The only answer they have is that charges are genuine. If they are genuine then why they are not levied on prepaid customers. This i is just a dirty tactic to mint money.

                                      Hi Team, Writing this mail in utmost frustration. 1st Issue, I Vijay Kumar S a customer with Vodafone for the last 10 Years have been noticing that i am being charged for the so called transactions which i have not done or authorized. I have been charged 99 rupees for the same every month its been repeating. They call and after realising its a unauthorized they refund but my question is why does this happen every month. If i have to purchase an app/service i would use my credit card/debit card who are you guys to charge me for the same, I am frustrated & shocked with Vodafone using these cheaper tactics to loot money from customers by partnering with online fraud sites. We subscribe for internet packs for accessing sites required while browsing off late we get some pop ups asking if you want to enable service we click no or close it straight away and get a message stating so much amount is charged. I want the complete refund of 99 rupees. And the same will be taken care legally.Today i got an sms from "my dala" stataing 99rs will be charged & credited as points which i have never bought & will not be paid. Stop partnering with fraud sites & looting money. Note : Vodafone is stooping to a very low tactics to loot money.I will not be paying any charges towards downloads which i have not approved.                                         My name is Vipan kanwar And my number is [protected], I am using this number from last 7 year .Due to my credit history vodafhone given me the monthly credit limit of 11500.but from last one year I started facing problem with some wrong ISD CHARGES, even my repeated request no one bored to listen and they keep saying as you made this ISD calls .meanwhile i keep paying the bills, but from last couple of months back I rec call from vodafhone and they assured their billing collection person will come to collect the bill and will see the matter, that person given me waiver of 2000/- which reflect in my bill also .than again next month he given committed me waiver of 4200 and pick the rest of bill. meanwhile I rec calls from billing dept and I come to kow that no waiver is posted in my number, I start calling the person and he somehow making one story after anoter story and last he give me number of his seniors and keep saying these are the person who committed for waiver, n one listened to me and after some time all of them stop picking my calls and suddenly my outgoing and incoming call are barred from my number, I am total helpless as been my old number this number is circulated everywhere, when I complain on the nodal officer number they told me wait till investigation will be done and your number will be remain suspended, I requested them just start atleast my incoming calls as no charges will incurred on the incoming and I will be in touch with the people who will call me. even they refused to do so, being one of their old customer atleast they can do the favour to their clients or such a small thing .it is a shocking thing to me, I AM SUFERING A LOT BUT WHERE TO GO . I will immediately discontinue vodaphone service and ask my friend to be aware about this company, how they are making fools to their clients and surprising no one is their to listen it . what a shame for vodafhone . I feel to tell more people how they start charging wrongly and tell their billing team to collect the bill on pretext of one another lie, than they will give u mental harassment . Vipan [protected].
