I have a Vodafone Prepaid Connection for Past 7years. last month (Dec 19) I Changed Postpaid connection, I Paid Rs.750/- as Deposit, still they didn’t update the amount in my account. I gave many complaints regarding the same, but not working And I went to Vodafone store many times for the same issue but no one is responding. My Vodafone Mobile no is: [protected]. If I made call to customer care of Vodafone, they are not responding. Despite several follow-ups, visits to the Vodafone store and calling, the issue Vodafone gives more stress for me and made me to physical fatigue. The Postpaid deposit Bill details. I attach the postpaid Bill scanned copy.
