But now I am ready to make payment. .vodafone staff who called my gf and threatened used unparliamentary in local. I am ready to file fir against your staff. This is the number who is threatening us [protected]. If your taking action..or I need explanation. Until unless I am not gonna make payment..I ll publish this issue in press..

    Hi Myself Kiran g user of vodafone network from last 10 years, but still i am not getting any special offer from the vodafone.so i wanted to port my number.but in the mean time I got a call from costumer executive (i e on[protected]:15 pm) that they will give me better offer and it ll be activated for my number in the next 48 hours. But till today I didn't get any offer activated till now.regarding this i called thrice to costumer care but they are not giving proper response.so please do the needful. Regards Kiran Yadav

      I am mayank gupta my mobile no is [protected]. I am using Vodafone Postpaid connection 375 monthly rental which offers me 1GB 3G data, but now i have seen my bill details of this month the 1500 rupees charge added for data services what does it mean if you gives me 1GB 3G data i can use any where in India. so why you added this amount in my bill i used data under the limit. This is my first time in Vodafone Postpaid services and i am facing suck kind of issues. and your customer care executive said that i selected another network when i was in roaming, i just want to say i dont have enough time to do these kind of foolish thing i didn't selected any network manually. and i want to say one more thing i am not going to pay any kind of Internet extra charges which u added in my bill. And let me know about in circle roaming what does it mean??

Today 06/01/2015, my incoming call is bared, my call bared by afternoon time . e many of people are tried my no repeatedly .but i come to know only 7pm, i called customer care for the reason they simply said you replace your simcard, with out any prior intimation how can you people bared my call . 1.i am used your service past ten years 2. i have no outstanding bills 3. i have get the last message regarding the issue bynovember 2014 . 4. i visited vodofone center salem same month, i ask forthe replacement your customer care people said no issue for using this SIM. 5. what is problem for my side 6.this is the way you treat your client 7.tell me what i have to do

          Hi, I have been a postpaid customer for vodofone for past 1 year However, in last 2 months i have been charging incorrect amount for the downloads. This month i have charged around 839 in downloads from wapvilla_PPD, shotformat_dwnlp_p, NDTV valuepk, sal.parni. I have never been download anything from the above websites. however i am charging for it. I very sure that i have not downloaded anything for 800 rs. As everyone knows that how much we can download for 800 rs. I have also heard from corporate friends even some of them are charged in similar fashion from vodofone. Why vodofone has to involve in this kind of fraudulent activity. when i contacted the customer care, i have not get the proper clarification in this regard.

              I am a vodafone post paid customer and is having with 3 numbers from vodafone. One of the post paid vodafone number#[protected] is being used by my parent. With that number roaming pack is activated, which means free incoming calls can be received. But what Vodafone team plays the game is that "when the unbilled amount exceeds the credit limit(for this no they set for Rs-1400/-) all the incoming calls to that no are barred. And vodafone is asking to make interim payment of about 1400/- for resuming the service. But when the actual bill gets generated it comes below 200/-. This kind of pattern is going for the last few months. I tried to increase the credit limit by sending sms, visiting vodafone store. But no use. Then I checked with customer care, corporate relationship officer, appellate authority. But from there also no result. As per them I need to go for ECS. But I don't like to go with ECS. Instead of ECS why can't Vodafone increasing the credit limit for another 300~400/-. I am bonafide customer for 3 post paid numbers still this kind of resistance is there from vodafone. I am planning to stop using all the 3 post paid vodafone service in the coming days if the credit limit is not going to be increased. I would like to inform all the customers who are willing to take vodafone service should opt for other operators. I feel harrashed for not solving my problem and that to for the unbilled amount.                 Hi, I am a Vodafone postpaid customer any mobile number is : [protected]. I have a plan of 299 Rs/Month with unlidited internet. Currently I got my bill and it was total 555 Rs and it displayed 178 Rs as download charges. When I ask to customer care they told it U have downloaded some content as below. 1) dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut0013 = 49 Rs 2) hello1_tvallsouth_30 = 30 Rs 3) dwap_vpk_0099_ppu_fut0013 = 99 Rs But I have never download any thing which was chargeable. Can you please look into this matter and please give me full detail from which site it was downloaded and what are meaning of above download lists. First time I am using Vodafone cug with unlimited internet and very frustrated with your services. Looking for your positive reply ASAP. Thanks, Hitesh Paghadal.

                Sir,
                Today morning at 7:00 am I received a message on my number +91 [protected]
                "Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.206.448.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."

                However, I have made no such request and it was deducted from my balance without any confirmation. The vodafone care number 198 is also not available at the moment.

                  I took Vodafone postpaid connection 3G plan for Rs.750+tax ( 5GB/month and 0 charges post quota benefit ) through a vodafone stall in my TCS siruseri office premises. Pamphlet said its special plan for TCS associates. But later a month I got bill of Rs.850+tax for the same plan. I raised complaints in vodafone through mail, but noone is able to understand the problem even the Nodal officer. Finally they changed some other plan for the Rs.750 (4GB 3G) so I frustrated and initiated cancellation of that number. Vodafone NUmber : [protected]

I have just received the invoice for December and found that Vodafone has charged me for d2c m gossip pack 49 (2 times)and wapvilla 99, totalling Rs 197.00 plus taxes. I called 20 times on customer care but no respond from them.i also mailed to nodal officer its now 24 hours no response from officers also. very bad service from vodafone.

                          After being with Airtel for over 8 years and moving over to Vodafone recently, in the very first bill Vodafone shows up dubious "Usage Charges": 1. D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_9 2. D2C_MGOSSIP_PACk49 Their Customer Care executive, senior executive, and even the manager just cant explain what are these charges and all they got to say is "Sir, you have to pay up!" Is this the way Vodafone earns revenues?? I demand immediate reversal of these dubious charges and an apology from Vodafone.

                            I have a Vodafone Prepaid Connection for Past 7years. last month (Dec 19) I Changed Postpaid connection, I Paid Rs.750/- as Deposit, still they didn’t update the amount in my account. I gave many complaints regarding the same, but not working And I went to Vodafone store many times for the same issue but no one is responding. My Vodafone Mobile no is: [protected]. If I made call to customer care of Vodafone, they are not responding. Despite several follow-ups, visits to the Vodafone store and calling, the issue Vodafone gives more stress for me and made me to physical fatigue. The Postpaid deposit Bill details. I attach the postpaid Bill scanned copy. Receipt Number – SL.NO TN/VFS0021913 Registration office address: 1046, Avanashi road, Coimbatore 641 018. I had much confusion about it. Kindly do the needful. Otherwise I want to close my Connection.

                                Hello, We have Vodafone Plan for family. My father cell is one of them. From last six months we are billed for excess of 6000/-, 10, 000/- etc. only for ISD calls which is not done or attended by my Father. The ISD calls is ringing at mid -night and disturbs. Being 83 year old my father is not having enough sleep and it is penalty that we are paying Vodafone for such a pathetic service. Several time we have complaint customer care, asked for details and even done DND and block ISD outgoing so that in case we even pickup the call it will not charge as per instruction from Vodafone Customer care. They also conveyed us that they do not have any solution for blocking such repeatative calls. We are helpless since Vodafone management is careless. Would like to headline such careless matters.                                 I have read elsewhere that in fact Vodafone legally must block international calls starting with "2" or that do not show a prefix. I managed to get my bill fixed, but not everyone has the time or energy to deal with this. Under no circumstances should you pay these charges. I told Vodafone I'm on the way to the police, newspapers, magazines and TRAI and bingo, the ISD charges were cut from my bill.

                                In my case, I blocked one number and ten minutes later received another call with the same international prefix (257, Burundi) and did not pick it up.

                                There is no question that Vodafone has the technical capacity to restrict these calls - but they share 50% in the billing, and if millions are paying, it's a gravy train, and probably run by Vodafone employees.

                                    Vodafone has charged me Rs. 49 for 'd2c_mgossip_pack49'. I have no idea what this pack is. When i connected to vodafone chat, they said it is a download that I made. As per my bill the download was done at 1am. At hat time I was sleeping and not at all using my phone. This is a fraudulent charge and should be removed.

                                      Vodafone India Post paid charges monthly rental of Rs.150 for 500MB data, which is alright. If internet data gets exhausted earlier, they have booster packs which can be activated to get additional data. For e.g. I had activated booster pack worth Rs.100 in which you get 300MB on 21st day of billing cycle. Now the catch is that there is something called Rs.850 capping rental which gets activated if your data usage exceeds 500MB and then Rs.850 at the rate of 2p/10Kb, which is utter stupidity. Why will one pay Rs.850 rental for nothing, when one has already paid, Rs.150 + Rs.100 for 800MB of data (500MB + 300MB), which is clearly reflected in the bill. I knew that Vodafone is famous for this kind of stupid round about billing which no one seems to understand. Hence I had monitored my data usage and stopped it at 495MB and 295MB respectively. Now it has been a month since I have complained to the appelate and the nodal officer, but there seems to be no response from them. The only response I received is from the Corporate Assist which is as follows: Thank you for your e-mail dated 20/12/2014, regarding billing clarification on your Vodafone mobile number 9920******. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that, we have rechecked your invoice dated 01/12/2014 and confirm that there is no billing discrepancy. So as per revalidation we wish to inform below mentioned details: 1. For above mentioned connection active data plan is MI_C_V_150_30d_R500MB_FU_3G capping plan with up to 500MB data usage free. 2. Under the same plan capping amount is Rs. 850/- is applicable. 3. If the data usage are less than the 500MB so capping amount of Rs. 850/- will get reversed on 3rd or 4th page under Misc credits / charges 4. Post free usage of 500MB data usage will be calculated as per 2p / 10KB. 5. If the usage are less than Rs. 850/- then you have to pay the only usage charges as per 2p/10KB and rental of Rs. 850/- will get reversed on 3rd or 4th page under Misc credits / charges. 6. If the usage are more than Rs. 850/- then you have to pay the only rental of Rs.850/- and all data usage above Rs. 850/- will be discounted on 3rd or 4th page under Misc credits / charges. 7. We wish to inform you that, if your usages are more that Rs. 850/- (capping amount) speed gets reduces to 64 Kbps with unlimited data usage free. Further, we would like to confirm that, in invoice dated 01/12/2014 total data usage was done approx 842260KB hence on rental charges of Rs. 150/- (Rs. 150/- data plan rental and Rs.850 /- capping rental) has been charges further all usage charges has been discounted (Rs. 1, 295.76) on 3rd or 4th page under Discounts / other charges. Basis the above, we would not be in a position to pass any credit as these are the genuine charges Kindly note reference number [protected] for your future correspondence. We assure you that our Billing System accurately monitors and records usage of each SIM Card. This ensures that you are billed only for the service which you have actually utilized.
