In my previous plan Rs.249 I have 600 min local call + 3000 local SMS free. I will directly visited the Vodafone center regarding monthly plan changed as discussed with your team member I have changed the plan from Rs.249 to Rs.299.Your Vodafone team person explain this plan. In this plan additionally we added 1 GB 3G data and unlimited 2G Data but 200 Local messages only free. In my previous plan I am already having 3000 local messages free. So I just activate the Rs.299 plan and I am additional activated the message booster Rs.50 (1000 SMS). They are not telling with me monthly plan is separate and data plan is separate. If your team member will guide me properly why I have to activate the additional message booster Rs.50? They are telling like this only "Your rental plan is 299/- including call charges + Data plan." In this month i have received the bill from Vodafone they are separetely mentioned the amount and activate so many things without my knowledge.As discussed with vodafone care unit, you have been charged correctly for the same in the invoice dated.

      Hi Team, I have E_Connect_3G_ 375 plan activated on my number (+91-[protected]). According to this plan i get 1 Gb of 3G after that 2G unlimited data free surfing. But in my previous 3 months Bills i was unduly charged for the following packs with respective charges: Bill No: 1 dated 28.09.14 to 28.10.14, Bill no: [protected], PACK CHARGES(Rs 49) d2c mgossip_pack49 Bill No: 2 dated 28.10.14 to 27.11.14, Bill no: [protected], PACK CHARGES(Rs 49) wapvilla_ppd49 Bill No: 3 dated 28.11.14 to 28.12.14, Bill no: [protected], PACK CHARGES(Rs 99) d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 I contacted the Customer Care Executive, through call and personal visit at vodafone they said you might have clicked some chargeable site or must have downloaded some paid apps. Since i was not sure at that time that’s why i did not argue or file a complaint, but in my current Bill dated 28.11.14 to 28.12.14, Bill no: [protected] i am again being charged with similar pack & their bill show Zero KB or 0 MB download PACK CHARGES(Rs 99) d2c ndtv valuepk 9. This time i am sure that i have not clicked on any chargeable content. So am i supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life? I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please. i did not activate these services. I can’t pay 28.11.14 to 28.12.14, bill until remove the charges 99 Rs. I was using this number past 7 year with idea network I never faced these type of issue. I have portable my number last year idea to Vodafone only main reason was 3G connection. If you can’t reduce unduly charges 99 Rs (d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9) then unfortunately again I will closed my Vodafone number. If you want I will connect with Vodafone network then take necessary action ASAP.

        official website not working properly

        From last two months i am using Vodafone official website, But its not working properly, 1 i am trying to recharge 451 3G data recharge nut i am not able to recharge this amount, actual recharge amount is 449 in a text box you put wrong amount 2 From yesterday i am not able to make simple recharge it was give me error, i am check with my Internet connection (3G) its prefectly fine...

          Being charged for data without usage for several months now, Issue not resolve inspite of multiple complaints, Asked for de-activation of service out of frustration, even de-activation is not being do e in spite of multiple requests through, vodafone store(vijayanagara, Bangalore), online live chat etc... Still being charged every few minutes for, no data usage at all!!! Very disappointing!!!

            I've complained several times about getting sms's for internet package recharge at odd hours of the night, but your agents are just not bothered. My Deepak Yadav of your helpline told me they are investigating. Here is the last message I sent to him: I do not know what kind of investigation you are carrying out since my wife got the same message again at 3.2.41 AM last night. And this after lodging repeated complains. This is appalling.You're just not allowing an old lady to sleep well. If you do not sort out this nuisance, I'm definitely switching over to Airtel.Please tell me what you're doing about it.

              5Dec 2014 I lost my mobile along with Vodafone Sim Card (Mobile No [protected]).i called to customer care regarding same. these guys told me that the send a person to give me new sim. i summit my all related document and got sim([protected]) but sim not started. again i call them and summit all document and got another new sim([protected]) on 21 dec 2014. now both sim are not working. i call many time to customer care but no budy help me. they told me for wait and gave complain No. Today i spend almost 26 days but my sim not work.                 my no is [protected] and my name is saurav bhattacharyya. On 25 december 7:28pm i activated 2gb 2g RS196 unlimited internet pack on this no which has 30 days validity, On 30th December at 2:45am i received a message on my no that your previous internet pack has been overwritten by the new internet pack that is 25mb pack which valid upto 31.12.2014 . I didnt opt for this new pack and i havent recharged any pack of 25mb on my number . So i called vodafone customer care (111) to report this and resolve this and i told the customer service officer the same and i ask for to resolve this to get my previous unlimited internet pack but i didnt get any positive feedback instead the customer care officer told me they cant help me. The next morning i called customer service get any kind of feedback but i have not received any positive feedback . I have called several times and everytime a new guy is on the line and i am telling him the same story over and over . so they told me that they will transfer my call to senior supervisor but instead they cut the call every single time and when i called next time they said we cant cut the call.it happened 3 to 4 times and after this whenever i am trying to talk to customer care the option via which i talk to customer care executive on 111 number is not transferring my call to any customer care executive, instead its repeating the same menu over and over again . I did not opt for that 25mb pack and i want back my previous internet pack on my number but i didnt get any kind of feedback from them they reacted that its not their service and they cant do anything and they cancel the option via which i will further talk to any customer care executive .

                    I have 2 corporate postpaid numbers from vodafone. they are adding some downloading charges in bills. No use of talking to customercare as they only saying that sir you have downloaded something. but these kind of things I do not download and these are also useless kind of things. I have not downloaded anything. I have 1 GB free data in my pack. apart from that in office and at home I have wifi. mobiledata is only used when I am in car or in moviehall/restaurents. VODAFONE is ditching customers I am quitting to vodafone after paying 1000 rs uselessly to these in last 3 months.

                      hi am amjath, am using vodafone services from past 3 months, in 3 months my balance get detected without any proper reasons. From 1st 2 months they detected 90 rupees monthly 45 rupees, this month the detected 100 rupess . today morning 30th dec i contacted customer care they did not give any proper response, but am wating on call for 30 minutes, but i didn't get any proper response from customer care. please help me needful as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir, I have been using the post paid connection since long. Where I used to get a monthly bill of Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000. I was happy with the service. While interacting with your customer service team they have approached me with the great idea of changing my plan. Where they have introduced Red 899 plan. They have said considering my usage it will be a better option if I can shift to Red 899 plan. I will be more beneficial. Indeed I fell into the trap & accepted the plan. Nothing has changed in terms of service, only I have started getting 3G connectivity instead of 2G. However the speed was the same. Where I have already made a complaint 15/20 days back. I was shattered by the fact that this time I have received a bill of Rs. 1500. I have made a complaint with complaints team vide docket No. [protected]. However nothing has happened. Request you to take the complaint & change my plan back to the earlier one & change my this month's bill considering the earlier plan.

                            Dear Mr. Vodafone I have used approx 450 MB data. You provide me 200 MB free data & I have used only approx 250 MB more data. For this you have charges for Rs 980+Service tax Approx. 1150/- without any prior information. you are requested to write off this amount.                             I am a Vodafone customer and my number is [protected]. I have been receiving bills with MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G but when i ask they said that it is something that always be deducted but this month it's not been deducted so email them to deduct it and reduce my bill equivalent to usage level as i didn't use anything extra in the month of January 2015 between 01/[protected]/012015. But still no response of my Email.
                            This is the second when Vodafone did something without any notification.
                            Still no resolution from Vodafone. Although I had a activation of 300MB for Rs.100 to prevent access bill charges as per their Customer care executive.
                            According to customer care executive by activating booster pack [protected]@100 I am purchasing 300 MB extra data which cost me Rs. 100. And it will prevent me of any extra charges.

                            I am using call forwarding facility of vodafone in which i have forwarded all calls coming to my vodafone number to a different airtel number which also belongs to me.
                            Before using this facility, i called your customer care and confirm that whether vodafone will be charging any charges for this facility. I have been informed that no extra charges will be charged for this and i can forward the calls to any number belonging to any network.
                            However when i saw my bill today, call forwarding has been charged on each and every time i used this facility.
                            Now, i request you to please waive off the extra charges that has been reflecting in the bill as it is due to the incorrect information provided to me which is not at ll acceptable from a customer service of such a big company.

                              Hi Team, I had changed my plan for my Vodafone no: [protected] on 12 Nov 2014 to E-Connect-3G-299-New as per the message I have received. After my bill got generated on 7 Dec 2014, I can see that there are 3 monthly rentals charged (see Pic 1). After having a word with the customer desk guy, he says I had change my plan twice due to which 3 monthly rentals have been added to my bill. Can you show me any communication I have sent to convert my plan the second time??? Neither did I get any message from Vodafone telling me that my plan had been change for the second time in the same month. Do things work as per your convenience or it is customer’s convenience you look at???

                                Hi, 2 days before i made a call to bangalore..it automatically disconnected the call after two mins(approx) talking..when i see the balance more the RS. 100 were taken from my balance..i confused and never made a call to customer care..yesterday i checked my last three charges(my friend told me to check)...RS. 99 charged for NDTV package or something...then i called to customer care to report it..they said you downloaded some NDTV ads thats why these amount was charged...i never saw the ad and i never downloaded anything like that...they charged me some wrong reason..i am feel worse for this service..i am waiting to see your action..my number is [protected].. Thank You.

                                    Today I have get my monthly Post paid bill for mobile

                                    In my current postpaid bill (month Dec 2014 bill) Vodafone unnecessarily charged me Rs 750 /- for "MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G " Plan for which I don't know on what basis they charged this much amount as I am not activated such plan in my regular monthly billing plan
                                    So I would request kindly exclude/reverse Rs 750/- from current bill of December 2014 bill
                                    I need this reversal before my current due date which is on[protected]
                                    Otherwise I am not going to pay any single penny to Vodafone India company.

                                    Hi my name is romeet prasad im using vodafone number and in past 3 months i have noticed that there is some unnecessary charge on my postpaid bill in November December and Jan I was charged for some downloading which was never done from my end. I Called customer care and they are not able to help me with it they are saying these charges are not from our end. I want a proper explaination and want to reverse those charges please help me

                                    Hi,

                                    I am holding two corporate connections viz. [protected] and [protected]. Both having same corporate plan.

                                    Please note I begin this conversation by restating that I'm on same corporate plan for both nos. The plan on both numbers is E_Connect_3G_ 375_New which was activated on 19th July, 2014.

                                    For no. [protected] Itemized billing is not charged.
                                    For no. [protected] Itemized billing is being charged.

                                    I've raised this complaint with Vodafone (198) since the month of Jan 2015. Multiple complaints are raised every time I get the bill. Even the mail was sent to corporate.assist on 18th Feb, 2015 for the same.

                                    Customer service executive agreed to the problem and made a reversal for two months and mentioned that the charges wont be applied again. Then again in next bill I was charged. The complaint was taken with an assurance that reversal will be made and the plan will be corrected. But no action was taken.

                                    Today I spoke to the Floor Supervisor of Vodafone Mr. Illiyaz Thokan (Reference [protected]). He asked me to drop an email again to address the issue.

                                    The problem is the same plan being used by many and only one no. being charged.

                                    I've been given different explanations from executives
                                    1) That we start charging after 3 months
                                    2) As per Mr. Illiyaz Thokan the charges are applied after 6 months
                                    3) The SMS was sent in September stating the charges will be applied.

                                    Unfit Explaination:
                                    1) As per above point 1 and 2, I switched to this plan on 19th July, 2014 and the charges were applied to only one no. [protected] from the month of Dec. If there was an rule to apply charges after 6 months then both nos. should have been charged. And for that matter all the connection in this plan should be charged. Which is not the case. (Eg. no of my colleague on same plan [protected]. There are many more corporate users of the same plan and none of them is being charged).

                                    These connections are old connections so this 3/6 month logic doesnt apply here.

                                    2) Based on point 3 above. Firstly I never received an SMS stating that Itemized billing will be charged. Secondly in the mails i received from Corporate Assist different dates were mentioned that SMS was sent. Thirdly, the claim from Vodafone is that SMS was sent in September and the charges started to apply from December. Which I dont understand.

                                    Also to note that the charges will be levied after 6 months is never mentioned to both my connections ever.

                                    I feel the no. is wrongly being charged for itemized billing. There cannot be an exceptional charge to only one no. out of the all users on same plan.

                                    There needs to be a reversal of additional charges which i've paid and the charges should not be applied hence forth..

                                      Sir My number is [protected]...i recently ported my Vodafone postpaid to Vodafone prepaid... I cleared all the bills n formalities...i got msg of porting to prepaid but my sim is not activated till now ...its been 10 days...please look after it and solve my problem
