I recharged 96 rs data card through internet on 16th December 2014 at 7.19 pm, after one hour when i did not get any activation sms at 8.18 pm i called customer care and talked with an agent named Ayan Bhattacharjee, he told me as i recharge online it will not activate, when i asked the reason why he could not give me any answer and wanted to proof that i had not recharge rs 96 and started to misbehave with me by telling i am using net for the first time and i only recharge 60 rs or 20 rs etc, and he did not listen to me further and disconnect the phone. after that at 8.25 pm i have got sms that my data pack is active.that is not enough for me as a punishment of calling customer care the agent Ayan Bhattacharjee called me at 10.26pm with a personal number ([protected]) and spoke with me regarding this with a very gruff voice and rough language.i just want to know who has given an agent the authority to call customer from personal number?I really love the service of Vodafone i never used any connection except Vodafone till now, but the customer care agent who has very little knowledge and always misbehave with customer. it is really a bad experience i could not forget this.As an old customer, I am requesting you to kindly take the matter seriously on your level.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still the complaint is not solved...Pathetic service of Vodafone. Now I have escalated the issue. Tired of talking to the 10 thousand executives as everytime, I need to repeat the story. Since so many day my relationship manager was underground and suddenly now he came in picture and asking me to pay the bill.

I am planning to change my service provider as this has happened with many of my colleagues.
