Rs 99 was deducted from my vodafone account(no. [protected]) for "d2c ndtv" which i have not used/opted/subscribed for, on 11th dec 2014. I have already filled a complaint in the vodafone site and informed vodofone customer care aswell but no response from them and amount was not refunded till the date. Requesting you to kindly look into this and help me to let the amount refunded back-Thank You

    Dear Sir Ma'am, This is in reference to the above listed mobile numbers wherein, as per the plan, the data usage is free; however, for past few months, Vodafone is continuously charging good amount against data download. When queried, they are neither able to provide any justification nor they are able to share any details of the download against which the charges have been levied. I believe, I am not the only one who is getting cheated rather, other must also be impacted with such undue charge. I have been exchanging mails with the Vodafone appellate authority as well for quite some time but in vain My last reference number to the comminication with appellate is [protected] &[protected] Would request your urgent intervention in the matter and provide me justice Please let me know in case I need furnish any further details in support of the above said appeal Thanks n Rgds Rachit Arora [protected]

      I was travelling to baroda and my sim could not connect to network. I did all tests like checking sim in other instruments, switching on and off instrument. Finally i visited vodafone mini store in fatehganj. I was not given any proper reply and was told that sim need to be changed ( i was no way convinced as to how card which was working properly suddenly stopped), i was told that sim will have to be brought from mumbai so it will take couple of days. So i revisited store after 2 days. They said the aim has not arrived, when i was annoyed they arranged a sim from the other store near gotri. I collected the sim they said it will be active in 4 hours, but its almost more than 12 hours and it not on. I contacted store again now they say it will take 24-48 hrs as maharashtra circle need to do activation. I called up customer care mumbai from the other number i had but they could not find problem and just kept on giving suggestions like switch on and off, pay bill ( which was just due day before the day i called etc etc ) I was on business trip for 10 days and had no other communication back up available for my business correspondence and i was not given any help from vadodara fatehgunj mini store ( mr anand ( on a front desk) and mr akash his supervisor) and nothing from mumbai customer care.         My vodafone no. is [protected]. I have complained twice about my slow internet spedd but no action taken. Now i am tired of all this and going to change my service provider. I just want to tell that i have used sim cards of almost all networkd out of which worst customer services are provided by only vodafone. I advice other users to not to use vodafone sim cards anymore.They are thugs.. thats it.

          I have a Vodafone Postpaid connection [protected] which is on International roaming since Jun13. On 02 Sep14 my mobile was stolen with the SIM at Accra Ghana. I lodged a Police complaint and requested Vodafone to Block my SIM through web portal. I reported my SIM as LOST. After two months on 16 Nov I get a bill of Rs 3919 with Call data records showing International calls between 12-15 Nov from the same No. I cleared the bill and immediately contacted Vodafone call center and they informed me that my LOST SIM was re-activated on 30 Sep14. This was without my knowledge and Vodafone failed to inform me even on mail that they have received such a request. I immediately got my SIM blocked again and arranged to get a new SIM issued and activated so that the old SIM can never be activated again. Soon by 29 Nov the unbilled usage rose to Rs 17556.50. I brought this to the knowledge of NODAL Officer V[censored]PE Circle through mail who has till date never given a satisfactory reply. In all his mails dated 06 Dec, 23 Dec and 25 Dec Nodal Officer UPE has assured me of resolution in 48 hrs, but has not resolved anything. The complaint No given by Nodal Officer V[censored]PE is .[protected]. IT also needs to be noted that there is NO transparency in appeal process in Vodafone as given on their website, which is evident from: (a) Mails are bouncing back from the mail id of Appeallate authority. (b) The mobile Nos of Nodal officer and Appeallate authority are forwarded to call centres which do not give any satisfactory reply. I would request VF to: (a) refund Rs 3919 which I had paid to clear bills till 16 Nov as it included calls made by fraudently activating my SIM. (b) write off Rs 17556.5 and activate my new SIM on International roaming. The roaming services on New SIM are barred as the bill is under dispute. (c) Compensate me adequately for the mental stress created by VF by fraudently activating my Lost SIM and also depriving me use of VODAFONE INTERNATIONAL as I am generally on tours to different countries.

              Dear sir/ma'am, I am vary disturbed with my new vodafone connection. Last month 27 nov i called for vodafone new connection i tallk with Garima Panday ma'am. She said to me Mr. Rahul will come in your home and he collect documents and connection related amount. He came in to my home and i give all document's and 250 because i want 399 plan. He give me a sim card and said to me it will start with in 2 hr. . But after 10 days there is no response I call too many time but he didn't receive my call. After that I call 111 by my prepaid sim [protected] and I want to vodafone center hajratganj safrumarg Lucknow 5 time but there is now response . Every body said to me when Rahul Sir come the I will solve your problem. After that I got connection before 5 days.But after 1 day when I got connection my service's is deactivated after that I will again want to vodafone center but there is no response. After that I want to patrkarpuram Lucknow vodafone center where I one person give me safrumarg vodafone center manager No.[protected] Mr. Nitin . I called him and said all problems, he said to me after 2 hr your services will start. But I am still there. What I do. Plz give me answer . There is no my selected plan 399 and my service is not activated and Mr. Rahul not give me any type of receipt. he said to me it update in your no.. Mr. Rahul No. [protected].                 I bought a new sim card about 3 week ago. Number is [protected]. I request that activate my 3G network. Even if I buy 3G data pack, I still use it at 2G(E) speed. I have called your service center to request for it but they didn't. Recently I received a message that, "thank you for opting for 3g services. we will reach you shortly on ### but I didn't get any call. My area has 3g coverage. Please help

                    I was having Vodafone post paid sim card number: [protected] For this number I had asked for a credit limit of Rs.2500/month. For [protected] I received a bill of Rs.16289.35 for the period 11.08.14 to 10.09.14. I declined to pay the bill as my credit limit was only Rs.2500/month and I had not given any written permission to increase my credit limit. Also I discontinued the services of sim card number due to harassment of payment from representative of your company. Now I had received a legal notice from your lawyer stating, a legal action can be taken in case I do not make the payment. I here by once again inform you that the credit limit of my post paid sim number was only Rs. 2500/month and I had not given permission for any increase in credit limit. Hence the company would have not allowed me for the excess usage of the services. In this scenario their should not be any legal action on me please take a note of the same.

                        I submitted the request to close my account on my billing date 25/12/2014 but due to some error in network I lost the connection and was not able to print the request number, then again, I chatted with one of the Vodafone customer service agent through their website and re-submitted the request again. The request number is ([protected] is the request number for the cancellation). However, the agent said that the connection will be discontinued only by 5th January and I will have to pay the rental amount until 5th Jan, 2015. Now, I am stunned to know that the mobile service providers are forcing their customers to pay for the service which they will not be using. Is it fair? I have captured the entire conversation that I had with the Vodafone customer service and how rudely they replied that I am bound to pay even if I am not using the service.

                          sir, my name is neeraj my vodafone no. is [protected]. when my bill is due without see bill i am pay. when nov/dec biil 1108 is due and i think this month i do very some calls and i will check bill details in bill details Rs. 674 charges from me as downloading charges. i have unlimited net plan of Rs. 199 furthermore why this charges will deduct. This is very wrong for vodafone.

                          i did a complaint agst. vodafone on dec 26, 2014 but no reply or call from vodafone. when i call on 198 complaint number they will say you will open paid sites i will do job in state bank of india not a illiterate. finaly i will say that this is fraud company. fraud with customers dont know the importance of the customer .

                            I am an old customer of vodafone (since feb'2008). My mob no is [protected]. I wish to change my mob no as prepaid connection due to the following reasons. > on 19th Dec'14 the outgoing calls and msg stopped without intimating me. > No body from vodafone contacted me for stopping the service. > when I call to the customer care, I was told that someone will contact me by 22nd Dec, 14. > but no body contacted me till date. > Finally, I personally visited to the vodafone store ( Howrah Maidan branch) > I was attainded by Mr. Pratik. He has suggested me to provide one passport size photo and an address proof. I have submitted my photo and DL (valid). But suddenly Mr Pratik came and said that the photo is not in proper size an the Driver Licence is not acceptable ( as the it is not visible). The DL & photo with the form given by mr Pratik is attached. (Please note that my vodafone services was stopped due to non payment of a bill of ₹300.30 (for another no. [protected]) which was generated after changing this no in prepaid. I came to know about this dues on 22nd. I have paid the dues today but till now, the mob no [protected] is not started.) The payment receipt is attached. During this time I faced so many problems bear a loss as you all know, mobile is now a lifeline for a person, but the Vodafone had stopped all the services without intimating me for a small amount of ₹300/-. Please look into it. I was not expected this type of services from the Vodafone.                               I have been charged 249/- rupees + taxes extra on my post paid bill for Dec (2014) month, for some MYDALA deals etc(details given below). As far as I remembered I haven't bought these deals. Furthermore if they have deducted the amount four times, they must have sent atleast one message, that you have been charged for so and so...But I haven't received any kind of message of mail regarding it. HOW CAN THEY CHARGE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT INFORMING THEM, and that also for something which they haven't BOUGHT. This is an open FRAUD by british company VODAFONE, on Indian Customers. Please HELP...

                                I got a new connection in first week of December and received 175 mb which is total used on 22 dec. but now my balance rs. 45 deduct on 25 dec 2014 without any reason. Therefore i call to 198 at 2:20 pn on dec 2014, Executive(vinod) said you used Internet and on mobile data on 25 dec so that your balance deduct. but i said i am not used the same and say to call transfer to senior after this he disconnect the call. same time call again to SORAMANDEEP SINGH 1713413 then he again disconnect the call with any resolution . I have a wifi connection in my home as well as in office. I want my balance refund as soon as possible otherwise i publish this conversation in newspaper as well in consumer court.

                                  my cell no.- [protected] is ported from tata docomo to vodafone in 2012. I submitted my documents and photo and started using service of vodafone. Recently i used the application called "my vodafone", after providing proper login details i saw my cell no. [protected] details and found the name of some other unknown person. When i visited vodafone store to check all the details on my cell no. i found that due to vodafone's mistake my cell numbers details are stored by some other persons details. I found my documents are misused by vodafone. i want to complaint against vodafone for misusing my documents and providing wrong details on my number.

                                    Dear sir, I am shashank mishra currently using vodafone postpaid services (Mob : [protected]). The representative of vodafone offered me a postpaid plan for Rs. 199 for one month & after one month the plan will be reduced to Rs. 99. On such terms i have convert my prepaid number to postpaid number. But now they are refusing for such plan. i have already talk to their customer care representative (Complaint No. [protected]), i have also complaint such matter to manager (Complaint No. [protected]), they assured me that they will sort out the issue till 24th December. but there is no response from that side.                                       My tariff plan has been without informing me increasing my bill by 3 times. When I called the customer care and asked I was told that SMS has been sent to me regarding my plan change. The truth is I have not sent any SMS regarding this to inform me. Liars I called customer care ‘Jogendar Singh’ attended the call and said the plan has been changed on 29th of Sep 2014 and call to a particular no. is made free and the no. is [protected]. This person put my call in hold and never turned up again I was on hold for more than 20 mins. I again called customer care ‘Sukhpreet Singh’ attended. This time I was told the tariff plan has been changed on 21st Oct 2014 and SMS had been sent. ( I did not receive any SMS regarding my tariff plan change) I called two times you guys told different things every time I called which clearly means that I have been cheated on. Please send the correct bills according to my previous tariff plan. Only then I will continue to use your services. I HAVE BEEN CHETAED ON BY VODAFONE. My relationship no. is 1.40779365

Also the dongle is not working properly. I have given the tongle to your vodofone office, near new bus stand, Salem. I was told to wait for 2 weeks. But 2 months past with no response.
