Poor service and no explanation

I was travelling to baroda and my sim could not connect to network. I did all tests like checking sim in other instruments, switching on and off instrument. Finally i visited vodafone mini store in fatehganj. I was not given any proper reply and was told that sim need to be changed ( i was no way convinced as to how card which was working properly suddenly stopped), i was told that sim will have to be brought from mumbai so it will take couple...

Complaining fourth time still no action taken

My vodafone no. is [protected]. I have complained twice about my slow internet spedd but no action taken. Now i am tired of all this and going to change my service provider. I just want to tell that i have used sim cards of almost all networkd out of which worst customer services are provided by only vodafone. I advice other users to not to use vodafone sim cards anymore.They are thugs.. thats it....

FRAUD ON "REPORTED LOST INTERNATIONAL SIM"

I have a Vodafone Postpaid connection [protected] which is on International roaming since Jun13. On 02 Sep14 my mobile was stolen with the SIM at Accra Ghana. I lodged a Police complaint and requested Vodafone to Block my SIM through web portal. I reported my SIM as LOST. complain against wrong balance deduction

I submitted the request to close my account on my billing date 25/12/2014 but due to some error in network I lost the connection and was not able to print the request number, then again, I chatted with one of the Vodafone customer service agent through their website and re-submitted the request again.
