    Dear Sir, I have been using the post paid connection since long. Where I used to get a monthly bill of Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000. I was happy with the service. While interacting with your customer service team they have approached me with the great idea of changing my plan. Where they have introduced Red 899 plan. They have said considering my usage it will be a better option if I can shift to Red 899 plan. I will be more beneficial. Indeed I fell into the trap & accepted the plan. Nothing has changed in terms of service, only I have started getting 3G connectivity instead of 2G. However the speed was the same. Where I have already made a complaint 15/20 days back. I was shattered by the fact that this time I have received a bill of Rs. 1500. I have made a complaint with complaints team vide docket No. [protected]. However nothing has happened. Request you to take the complaint & change my plan back to the earlier one & change my this month's bill considering the earlier plan.

      Dear Mr. Vodafone I have used approx 450 MB data. You provide me 200 MB free data & I have used only approx 250 MB more data. For this you have charges for Rs 980+Service tax Approx. 1150/- without any prior information. you are requested to write off this amount. Otherwise will quit & also go to consumer court. & I will also quit all my Vodafone corporate connection. Thanks Ajay Kumar Jha Mob-[protected]

      I am a Vodafone customer and my number is [protected]. I have been receiving bills with MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G but when i ask they said that it is something that always be deducted but this month it's not been deducted so email them to deduct it and reduce my bill equivalent to usage level as i didn't use anything extra in the month of January 2015 between 01/[protected]/012015. But still no response of my Email.
      This is the second when Vodafone did something without any notification.
      Still no resolution from Vodafone. Although I had a activation of 300MB for Rs.100 to prevent access bill charges as per their Customer care executive.
      According to customer care executive by activating booster pack [protected]@100 I am purchasing 300 MB extra data which cost me Rs. 100. And it will prevent me of any extra charges.

      I am using call forwarding facility of vodafone in which i have forwarded all calls coming to my vodafone number to a different airtel number which also belongs to me.
      Before using this facility, i called your customer care and confirm that whether vodafone will be charging any charges for this facility. I have been informed that no extra charges will be charged for this and i can forward the calls to any number belonging to any network.
      However when i saw my bill today, call forwarding has been charged on each and every time i used this facility.
      Now, i request you to please waive off the extra charges that has been reflecting in the bill as it is due to the incorrect information provided to me which is not at ll acceptable from a customer service of such a big company.

        Hi Team, I had changed my plan for my Vodafone no: [protected] on 12 Nov 2014 to E-Connect-3G-299-New as per the message I have received. After my bill got generated on 7 Dec 2014, I can see that there are 3 monthly rentals charged (see Pic 1). After having a word with the customer desk guy, he says I had change my plan twice due to which 3 monthly rentals have been added to my bill. Can you show me any communication I have sent to convert my plan the second time??? Neither did I get any message from Vodafone telling me that my plan had been change for the second time in the same month. Do things work as per your convenience or it is customer’s convenience you look at???

          Hi, 2 days before i made a call to bangalore..it automatically disconnected the call after two mins(approx) talking..when i see the balance more the RS. 100 were taken from my balance..i confused and never made a call to customer care..yesterday i checked my last three charges(my friend told me to check)...RS. 99 charged for NDTV package or something...then i called to customer care to report it..they said you downloaded some NDTV ads thats why these amount was charged...i never saw the ad and i never downloaded anything like that...they charged me some wrong reason..i am feel worse for this service..i am waiting to see your action..my number is [protected].. Thank You.

              Today I have get my monthly Post paid bill for mobile
              Number is [protected]
              In my current postpaid bill (month Dec 2014 bill) Vodafone unnecessarily charged me Rs 750 /- for "MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G " Plan for which I don't know on what basis they charged this much amount as I am not activated such plan in my regular monthly billing plan
              So I would request kindly exclude/reverse Rs 750/- from current bill of December 2014 bill
              I need this reversal before my current due date which is on[protected]
              Otherwise I am not going to pay any single penny to Vodafone India company.

              Hi my name is romeet prasad im using vodafone number and in past 3 months i have noticed that there is some unnecessary charge on my postpaid bill in November December and Jan I was charged for some downloading which was never done from my end. I Called customer care and they are not able to help me with it they are saying these charges are not from our end. I want a proper explaination and want to reverse those charges please help me
              i got the msg that ur subscription for tiny tv service is suuccessful and 77 rs. Is being deducted from ur balance. Mobile no_[protected], deduction date
              Hi,

              I am holding two corporate connections viz. [protected] and [protected]. Both having same corporate plan.

              Please note I begin this conversation by restating that I'm on same corporate plan for both nos. The plan on both numbers is E_Connect_3G_ 375_New which was activated on 19th July, 2014.

              For no. [protected] Itemized billing is not charged.
              For no. [protected] Itemized billing is being charged.

              I've raised this complaint with Vodafone (198) since the month of Jan 2015. Multiple complaints are raised every time I get the bill. Even the mail was sent to corporate.assist on 18th Feb, 2015 for the same.

              Customer service executive agreed to the problem and made a reversal for two months and mentioned that the charges wont be applied again. Then again in next bill I was charged. The complaint was taken with an assurance that reversal will be made and the plan will be corrected. But no action was taken.

              Today I spoke to the Floor Supervisor of Vodafone Mr. Illiyaz Thokan (Reference [protected]). He asked me to drop an email again to address the issue.

              The problem is the same plan being used by many and only one no. being charged.

              I've been given different explanations from executives
              1) That we start charging after 3 months
              2) As per Mr. Illiyaz Thokan the charges are applied after 6 months
              3) The SMS was sent in September stating the charges will be applied.

              Unfit Explaination:
              1) As per above point 1 and 2, I switched to this plan on 19th July, 2014 and the charges were applied to only one no. [protected] from the month of Dec. If there was an rule to apply charges after 6 months then both nos. should have been charged. And for that matter all the connection in this plan should be charged. Which is not the case. (Eg. no of my colleague on same plan [protected]. There are many more corporate users of the same plan and none of them is being charged).

              These connections are old connections so this 3/6 month logic doesnt apply here.

              2) Based on point 3 above. Firstly I never received an SMS stating that Itemized billing will be charged. Secondly in the mails i received from Corporate Assist different dates were mentioned that SMS was sent. Thirdly, the claim from Vodafone is that SMS was sent in September and the charges started to apply from December. Which I dont understand.

              Also to note that the charges will be levied after 6 months is never mentioned to both my connections ever.

              I feel the no. is wrongly being charged for itemized billing. There cannot be an exceptional charge to only one no. out of the all users on same plan.

              There needs to be a reversal of additional charges which i've paid and the charges should not be applied hence forth..

                    Hi, My name is Anil Yadav Vodafone Number: [protected] I have been charged for Rs. 49/- and 30 for NDTV and downloads respectively.. Where as my internet plan is of 1 GB. And I was getting charged for 49 and Rs 30 on 28 and 29 Dec 14.But neither I have subscribed for any page or service nor any downloads but now your customer care saying that I have register for NDTV subscription and downloads.But I have not asked for the same and I have not received any message for the subscription.It is totally a fraud which u have done in name of NDTV. I have been using the internet same way as I was using earlier and I was never charged for any kind of excessive amount. I tried to speak to customer care regarding this issue two times but I got disconected or kept my call in waiting for over a long time. Could you please look into the matter. Thanks and regards

                      I Rakesh Modi received a Bonus offer from Vodafone by pressing *121# on dated 27.12.2014 of rs 07 (seven) in my Vodafone mobile no. [protected], on which local v2v is 10p for 14 days validity. I went to a local Vodafone retailer shop but he was unable to recharge the given offer. I called up the Vodafone customer care for the offer and I was confirmed by the customer care representative that the offer is available to me and to avail the offer I need to visit to the nearest Vodafone store. I asked the customer care representative that why I am unable to recharge the given offer of rs seven from any retail stores available outside. The customer care representative said me that as it is a special offer I need to go the Vodafone store and need to show the message on the mobile screen and thereafter I will receive the offer. Immediately I went to a Vodafone store which is in Barasat (Duckbanglow more). After entering the Vodafone Store I took a coupon whose number is 82 from the machine by the help of the security guard present there for my queries to be solved by the customer care representative present there. By the meantime I went to the cash counter to do the recharge of rs 07 (Seven). I showed the offer to the cashier on my phone screen and after several try the recharge of rs 07 (seven) could not be done. The Cashier suggested me to visit the customer care representative with my token number. I followed his advice and went to the customer care representative named Pratik Pal and showed him the offer of rs 07 (seven) on my mobile phone screen. Pratik Pal said me to go to the cash counter to get it recharge of rs 07 (seven). I said Pratik Pal that previously also I went to the cash counter to get it recharge but the cashier is unable to recharge the same. In reply to my question Pratik Pal said me that if you don’t receive the recharge within two hours then again you have to visit to our store. I said him that I am coming from a far distance and it’s not possible for me to visit the store again to track the status of my offer. I need a slip against my payment of rs seven so that I can track the status over my phone. Firstly he said me that I will not received any slip for making the payment of rs seven but when I said him that why is it so and if you are not providing any slip against any money transaction then it falls under black money. In reply to my context he said me that I will get a transaction id. I said him its ok for me. Then again I went to the cash counter to get it recharge but again the same problem the cashier could not able to do the recharge. Pratik Pal came to the cash counter and confirmed the problem with the cashier and said me that we are helpless to give you the offer. I said Pratik Pal that I need to meet with the senior officials present there and let them to know my issue. Pratik Pal was going to call his store in charge Debarshi chakroborty and while he was on his way, I tried to appreciate his effort with my hand on his shoulder. I was shocked to find out the negative reaction from Pratik Pal and he started shouted on me by saying don’t touch me. I said him that the touch which I did shows appreciation from my end to your effort. I am not slapping you. He was arguing with me and said me something which he was not supposed to say that for rs 7 (seven) you have come all the way. What a horrible customer you are??? And then the store in charge arrived there and said Pratik Pal to calm down and asked me the issue. Before I start continue my issue I said Debarshi chakroborty that on the middle of the floor I am standing and don’t you have any sitting arrangement for the customer where the customer can sit and talk. Debarshi chakroborty took me to the cash counter and while standing I showed him the offer on my phone. Debarshi chakroborty spoke with the cashier and finally said me that I will not be able to solve your issue, you have to contact with the Customer care over phone. I said him that the customer care representative over phone said me to go to Vodafone store to get the offer. Debarshi chakroborty said me that I am helpless and you can make complain. I asked him for a customer complain form he said me that he dont have any such form and then I asked him for a piece of paper and then for a pen. I received the paper upon my request and then on further request I got a pen. Now, I have a simple question why Vodafone is misguiding the customer???? I don’t know whether I will receive any positive response from Vodafone end or not, but still I have faith in Vodafone. I want a simple explanation about the same. Please look into the matter with utmost importance and do the needful at the earliest. Hoping for an immediate action from your end.

                          I recharged the 3G data plan with 3G 147-1GB/30 Days on 1st December around 8:15 AM. The plan has validity of 30 days but the Internet pack expired in 28 days only. I called the vodafone customer care to check on this and they are given all sort of [censored]s stating that the validity of the plan is 28 days only. I told that the SMS from Vodafone says the validity of the plan is for 30 days but they keep on repeating the same thing that the validity of the plan is 28 days only. I did not get any proper response from the vodafone customer care. Any assistance would be highly appreciated. These service providers cheat the customer in such a way that customer don't notice such small thing and these services companies make hell lot of money from cheating the customers. I have attached the screen shot that I have taken from there offer page which you get after dialing *111#8 from the phone.

                            The sales person of cited company commited to us(Corporate), In this combo plan we will get the 1GB 3G date there after 2G unlimited, but now in our first Bill they charged a huge amount as data usage (without any clarification), whereas earlier we had plan of Idea in which we never get any such charges When i contact to that person (Sells Executive) initially he told me that sir i am talking with the company & you please don't need to pay that extra amount. now he is not picking the phone. Also i not getting any setisfactory reply from helpline executive.

                              I am a vodafone user from West bengal Kolkata. My number is [protected]. I had nearly Rs.130-140.00 balance till 26th December 2014. Suddenly Rs.99 was deducted from my phone. I contacted vodafone care and appellate. They are saying something DNLD-DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN00587001 downloaded from my number. This is completely wrong information. I am the only user of my phone and I have made no such download from my number. Even I dont know what is this.
                              I have data (3G) balance in my phone also. So there is no change of something related to mobile data.
                              Please help me to get solution of this. I have faced the same kind kind of balance deduction earlier also.

                                  Hi, I am a Vodafone Postpaid user ([protected]). I have been using this from last 4-6 years. I had opted for yearly rental plan under which i am paying my annual rental once in a year. But two months back my plan had been changed from annual rental plan to monthly rental plan without any prior notification to me which is not at all an acceptable thing and i have been getting charged Rs. ~ 900/- from past two months, but i haven't made any call from that number. I spoke to one of your executive named : Mr. Praveen ([protected]). He could not able to resolve the issue properly. Being on maternity leaves, I can't visit Vodafone Store every month. Could you please escalate this issue to the concern authority and convert my plan back to Annual only as soon as possible. I have dropped a mail to nodal officer also. Waiting for reply from them.                                     My Vodafone plan has been changed from VG_M&G_MV_TechM299 to ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_349 w.e.f 17th Nov without taking my consent (Which I have noticed only when I was looking for all the services details fromVodafone.in when all my services viz Vodafone mobile Connect Services, Vodafone live services, IPhone services etc has been deactivated on 4th Dec 2014). I have sent many mails to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com from my registered/official mail id however not getting any resolution except new interaction reference number. Every time I receive call from customer care executive and after listening actual complaint they always tell me that they will discuss it with their senior and revert me but I never get's call again except new mail with new reference number. Please note that since Nov 2012 I am using corporate plan VG_M&G_MV_TechM299 and I was able to use mobile Connect Services without any issue. Request you to please help me to RESTORE my ACTUAL PLAN i.e VG_M&G_MV_TechM299 and relevant mobile services? My mobile number is [protected].Please advise if you need any other information.                                       This is to inform vodafone that very soon they will be receiving notice from the consumer court for the physically and mentally harassment, Since VF has disconnected my outgoing & incoming. I had wrote an email complaint on Akosha.com website to VF and haven't get any reply yet.. I have spoken multiple times to VF agents and they are unable to resolve my extra charges concern and last month i have received the call from Nisha from VF location sarita vihar new delhi and she have given me the conformation that my 2 months billing issue has been resolve and i have to make the total payment of 924 rupees, which i payed but again in a next month i got to know that it wasn't resolve completely she have miss guided me for which i have recording in my phone which i will be showing in the court as proof since VF has teased me lot. Since VF has disconnected my incoming and outgoing because of which i can't receive my official and important calls. i will make VF to pay for that... Very pathetic, unprofessional, lazy, services given by VF and i would refer this to all my friends and relatives to not use VF in future... Now i am going to Sue VF and will see them in a court..                                       We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#1483936). I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.

                                        My vodafone mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday(28.12.2014) i activated 2G plan for Rs.148(1GB for 28 days) But today (29.12.2014) i activated 3G plan for Rs.8(25MB for oneday). I got the message that 2G plan is overwritten by 3G plan. Just think both plans are different, then how can you overwrite. If i activate both in 2G means, your argument is ok. So please cancel my 3G data and revalidate my 2G data. I am looking forward to get positive reply from you. Thanking you.
