I have post paid Vodafone mobile no [protected]. I have been requesting customer care to send me Nano sim for Apple 6 . On 16th I received Sim, no of which was different from what Vodafone had in their record. The executive confirmed that new sim will be sent. To my bad luck on 18th I received Macro Sim . Again the executive confirmed that nano will be sent & i will receive in 24 hrs. Till today not received and like a fool I called up customer care again in the evening to know what wrong I have done. Executive informed that sim has not been sent . Will someone at Vodafone tell me what I should do ? Not able to use my Apple 6 hand set for the past one week.

    To Vodafone Team, Inspite of regular follow up (Since Sep 19, 2014) with Vodafone customer care, my connection is not still closed and I'm constantly receiving bill for number [protected]. Really I'm going into mental agony and irritation when I see mail from Vodafone for bill. I have been always interacting with Vodafone team for connection closure but it didn't get closed till now for which I m really very surprised. I'm again summarizing all the activities done from my side for connection closure: 1. My father visited Vodafone customer care shop (alambagh) and registered request for connection closure for this Mr. Jitendra told me to make payment of outstanding amount Rs 2075. 2. I have done payment of Rs 2075. Vodafone Mobile No : [protected] Subscriber ID : 1.78197745 Payment Amount (Rs Ps) : 2075.00 Payment Date :[protected]:31:44 Transaction ID : MEPG[protected] Payment status : SUCCESS 3. I sent mail to Jitendra Misra (jitendra.[protected]@vodafone.com) with payment receipt on Tue, 16 Sep 2014 10:43:44 IST. 4. I again sent mail for closing connection on Wed, 17 Sep 2014 11:32:28 IST & Fri, 19 Sep 2014 13:02:34 IST as I didn't get reply. 5. I didn't get any formal notification from Vodafone for my connection closure and received bill on Sat, 04 Oct 2014 00:45:05 IST for Rs 96.13. 6. I had again sent reminder mail for connection closure on Mon, 06 Oct 2014 16:14:21 IST. 7. I received auto reminder mail from Vodafone care on Mon, 06 Oct 2014 16:18:36 IST. 8. I had made payment of Rs 97 in order to avoid dispute. Vodafone Mobile No : [protected] Subscriber ID : 1.78197745 Payment Amount (Rs Ps) : 97.00 Payment Date :[protected]:45:48 Transaction ID : AICI[protected] Payment status : SUCCESS 9. I had again received email bil for Rs 29.94 on Mon, 03 Nov 2014 22:05:31 IST & Rs 985 bill. I'm again constantly follow up with vodafone team for these bills for which I have not used single server as I'm in Indonesia since Aug 18.       Vodafone India added fake incoming call charges during international roaming in my latest bill on my number *******903. Even I didn't received any calls on the international roaming, but As per bill21/11/14 12:39:37 Malaysia-Cel [protected] 1:07 14021/11/14 12:45:16 Malaysia-Cel [protected] 0:12 7025/11/14 16:35:52 Malaysia-Cel [protected] 37:40 266025/11/14 17:13:32 Malaysia-Cel [protected] 19:24 1400I got miscalls from [protected] & [protected] but I didn't attended calls from both number.I never get any call or miscall from [protected].When I tried to make call to [protected] many times to check, this is an invalid number.I tried to find on true caller and google it for the details of [protected], this is a Vodafone spam number... Same fraud, Vodafone also did in my other postpaid number i.e 858*****77, Add incoming charges in Nov 2014 bill while this numnber was in National Roaming and activated a free national roaming pack even.They didn't stop yet, added again 180 extra charges in bill of dec 2014 of 858*****77.I have written many complains but nobody id responding from Vodafone.Please help me, I am helpless now, nobody from Vodafone is listening me.I am out of India and they deactivated my number +91-99*****903 without any reason. Only 9 days, my number was active while in international roaming They didn't take any action of my complains.They are also charging me Rs199 for 30days international roaming facilities but I could not get that facilities even continuous 10 days.

        Yesterday I was activated 1GB 3G Internet pack and it was activated before that i have requested for one day 3G pack using *121*08# this code was given by the customer care center and i dialed but it shows invalid MMI code so i activated 1GB 3G. But by today my Internet pack was overwritten by the new Internet pack that i was requested earlier before activating 1GB pack. Based on this i have called customer care their were speaking like a machine and not at all responding.They were not refunding my money too. And like happened many more times last time they were detected 40Rs. for activating call cutter it was not also refunded. Sir please accept my complaint and refund my money as soon as possible.

          This is in reference with my mobile number [protected]. Name : Rahul Mathur First of all the customer service executive are not able to come up with any sort of solution to my problem. Last week I was travelling to Dubai from the 13th till the 19th. Before leaving I had activated my international roaming services on number. From the 13th till the 17th of December my services we working normally. On the 18th morning, there was a no service message displayed on phone. On enquiry, on which my call was transferred to 3 different people all of which had no or half information about my issue and took a total of 24 mins on an international call, I found out that my unbilled amount had exceeded my credit limit of Rs. 9000, unbilled amount stated Rs. 13000. This was told by Ms. Kanchan at Vodafone Care[protected]. After making some calls I had arranged for a total payment of Rs. 9000 and made the same upon which my services were resumed in the next 2 hours. On the 19th morning, my services were again restricted and the no service message was being displayed. I could not understand this as I had made the payment requested by Vodafone Care and I couldn't spend another 24 mins on international roaming from a landline trying to find a reason. Today morning I landed in Delhi at 4am and got to know my outgoing also was barred. Upon speaking with one of your executives at 6 in the morning, to which he had no answer for and told me to call after 8am only upon which he could understand what my problem was, forget about solving the same. Now finally at 4:30 pm, people at Vodafone care are telling me that I have an Unbilled amount of Rs. 37000!!! Again Mr. Surmeet from Vodafone care can't come up with a solution to this as my bill has not been generated and your senior executives are too busy to give a damn to my problem. I have been promised a call back but Im prepared for a no show. How is that possible since the past 2 days my services were not there and only 2-3 outgoing calls were made on the 18th. I want an immediate solution to this problem ASAP!!! I am not going to make any payment whatsoever until my bill is sorted out!!! Im filing a complaint in the Consumer Court as well for mental and physical harassment I had to go through in Dubai to get in touch with people. Also no warning had been given to me about barring my services, when I was abroad. My parents along with me were worried and troubled as there was no point of contact other than my phone.             To Ms. V Rodricks / Ms JP Mundkur & the thief (Vodafone) Vodafone#[protected] - I am not going to pay the bill, take what ever action Vodafone wants to take. As per the subject line hope you understand the frustration level, issue with bill period - 07/11/2014 - 06/12/2014, Bill amount - Rs.2, 821.19 (which is hell), you people just fool in coming to India, what you think such a big company will come to India & will thief India customers like this. This is going to consumer court & press media & where ever i can take to close Vodafone from India. Problem with the thief (Vodafone) (PATHETIC ISSUE) As per your msg rec'd for scheme of Rs.175 - 1GB - 3G Data, i send activation msg for the same on 13/11/2014, i rec'd confirmation that service will get activate in 48 hours, after 48 hours i started using the data services & when i am receiving my bill today my use age charges mention is Rs.2, 203.12 ( NEED EXPLANATION WHY WHY WHY ?????? ), & have all proof & documentation of activation of the service, take appointment & can come & see. And if Vodafone wants to pay me the bill, have to wave of this Rs.2, 203.12 (DATA USAGE WHICH IS HORRIBLY INCORRECT) or else kindly read the subject line again & the first paragraph (& I MEAN THAT VERY WELL.) just put one hour also to think what you Vodafone does to customers, if this would have happen with anyone of you who is reading you people are big shots you people would have sack the company more horrible then me, JUST FOR ONE DAY PUT YOURSELF IN CUSTOMERS PLACE & THINK. one unsatisfied customer like me will spread to how many that, i dont think so i need to tell all PostG & master peoples working in Vodafone.             Dear Brother Amit,
            Vodafone's calculation of the bill is pathetic. Even I have faced the same problem with me bill bloody 3000+ bill. Don't this people use brains why would a person run Internet Without a Data Plan first of all. they should check from their end when the bill crosses 1000 Rs.
            I have been trying yo resolve the problem since 15 days now tried going to Gallery Tried contacting Customer care writing 5 Emails by now 3 Compliants but this pigs dont have a solution to resolve such a obvious problem..
            The Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.in is another place where foolish SSC fail sit on the other end calling themselves Customer Care officers who dont understand a simple email by reading it.
            I feel sad I trusted Vodafone. I want these people to call me back and resolve my problem because like me there are more people who shall come together and will not just refund the bill but also the efforts we have wasted in resolving the Problem Vodafone created for us...
            To Ms. V Rodricks and Vodafone family,

            I have raised complaint that my 4G Huwai 8 Pro Handset is not able to use internet connection, which is including in plan i.e. 20 GB for a month. I have called multiple times to Vodafone customer care but no body has resolved my issue. More ever i have been told that my new mobile is a faulty one. I also followed each and every step by step that your representative from customer care has suggest me to check/change network settings.

            I was shocked when your senior most representative has told me that my new handset have issue without checking your Vodafone technical challenges. I therefore, replace the Reliance GEO SIM Card from my colleague's 4G Huwai 9 Light handset and that works with my Huwai 8 Pro Handset. And lost the trust on Vodafone Network.

            My question is - In what way you are charging for my Rs 399/- monthly plan including internet 20 GB monthly package. Why should not i drag you on Consumer Court for the issue? when there is clearly cheated and misguiding to the customer. The attachment is for your kind reference that other networks are working fine without any manual settings.

            I want to stop your services at immediate effect as soon as my PORT OUT procedure initiated. Please suggest me my current bill that i have to pay.

Without any reason vodafone deducted 100 rs.When i talked to executives they didn't get any proper solution.my issue is 100 rs has been deducted from my balance without any reason.When i told to executive to take a complain, she did not do that. I dont know whats problem with vodafone people. Really bad service from executive.

                श्री मान मैने दिं०10/12/14 को 249/= का नेट पैक रिचर्ज कराया था उसमे मुझे 1300 MB नेट यूजर मिला था। वह अभी खतम नही हुआ था कि गलती से 16/12/14 को टाप अप कि जगह 24/= का नेट पैक रिचार्ज हो गया जिसमे 100 MB नट यूजर मिला मैंने ध्यान नही दिया पर 18/12/14 को मेंरा नेट यूजर 0000 बैलेंस हो गया । जबकि 249/= के नेट पैक पर 1300 MB डाटा और 28 दिन वैलिडिटी होती है। कृपया मेरा 3G 249/ = का नेट पैक रिवर्स करने का कष्ट करे Mb no.[protected] धन्यवाद।

                आज 9 बजे सुबह काल करने पर उपभोक्ता को
                मैडम से असन्तोष जनक व गलत व्यवहार का सामना
                करना पडा। कृपया मेरे मामले का जल्द ही निवारण

                  My name is Mahesh. Number - [protected]. I recently recharged with a SMS pack For Sneding SMSes to customers. But When i tried to send the sms it showed sent from me but never reached the customers. i tried sending to my other number then also failed. only small messeges like hii, hello, how r u are getting delivered. but not the big ones. after contacting customer care, i got a reply like its your problem not ours. The receiving problem can be in one customers numbers. Not to the 1000s of all. But still not a proper answer i received from Customer Care.                       i am Vodafone pospaid user for Mumbai circle and i am using 3g connection. i have been charged for the same service hello1_tvallsouth_ this month for Rs.30/- and wapvilla_ppd & d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 this month for Rs. 300/ and i have never used this service and Vodafone has charged me without my consent and when i have contacted the customer care they are saying that i have clicked this service while i never browse through my phone.This is totally a fraud done by Vodafone and hello1_tvallsouth and i want my money to be refunded asap.My contact number is [protected].

An amount of Rs. 397.00 charged for downloaded above services which i have never used. Whenever i talked with vodafone custmer care they told me that you can not make any complain regarding this.                           Hi, I am V.K.Bansal my mobile no. is [protected]. I have complained as follows:

                          Please refer my trailing mail dt. 21st October, 2014 whereby I had categorically requested for discontinuing inter-net services and had placed my objection for charging an amount of Rs.912.24 for usage of internet service which was never used by me. Vide your mail dt. 23rd October, 14 your company had confirmed having reversed an amount of Rs.500.00 which was duly deducted in the bill for November, 2014.During telephonic conversation your customer care executive had also confirmed having disconnected the internet service on my telephone.

                          However, to my astonishment I observe that the company has still not discontinued the internet service on my mobile and continuing levying exhorbitant charges in each month. The details of the same is as follows:

                          Month Usage Charges.
                          October, 14 0.22 GB Rs.912.24
                          November, 14 0.11 GB Rs 454.44
                          December, 14 0.19 GB Rs 803.88

                          Now would you kindly inform that why the internet service has not so far been discontinued on my telephone and how the contineous billing is made to me without using the service. I may inform you that I have been customer of your company for the last more than 10 years and always making advance payment against my genuine usage.

                          Since I neither requested for the internet service nor I have used your net service I request for immediate reversal o[censored]nlawful charges of Rs.1670.56 (2170.56-500.00) and discontinuation of internet service from my phone forthwith. In case I do not receive any positive reply from the company I would be constrained to approach TRAI for redressal of my grievance.

                          The company is unnecessary fleecing the customers by giving two months free internet service.

                          I am not going to pay Jan-2015 bill and also will discontinue the Vodafone service.
                          However, I do assure not to do any such activity neither even visited
                          such site or clicked pop-ups. It’s just a way of fetching out easy money.

                          Dear sir I am going to file FIR against Vodafone at our local police station
                          if the problem is not solved. I am sure that I will also take help of News channel
                          or news paper or social media so that this fraud will come to know other people.

                          Same issues happened with me aswell.
                          I called the customer care, they are telling its the page appears web pages, if the user click that, it will be chargeable.

                          My Question here is, if its chargeable, why they are not giving any pop-up message caution to the user about the chargeable page.

                          Very suspicious in Vodafone billing in these days.

                            overcharged and that too above my credit limit. Their customer care representive never bother to call existing client rather trying to make new clients. I ported from Airter Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid and felt cheated from the fist month. Never opt for Vodafone Post paid, they will charge you GPRS bill which will give you hell of a shock.                             i have am alternate number being used by my son, no. is [protected]. 2/3 days back i received call from vodafone that pending amount for this number is Rs.1600/- today i received call that pending amount is Rs.9000/- +Rs.9000/-
                            There seems to be no logic to me behind this increase.
                            I request you to kindly look into the issue and do needful.
                            I am a heart & brain stroke patioent leading a more or less retired life and all this has created lot of trauma & harassment to me .
                            if the situation does not improve then i wil like to put above mentioned number as well as my own number [protected] under portability to another service provider.
                            It seems some movement may be there.

                                hello Vodafone, There are more than 10 emails I wrote towards vodafone for adding the extra roaming charges on my number every time without looking to my concerns they only reply that those charges are mandatory on my number and proper bills. This is very cheap move by them my complaints have following points. 1) I switch to Mumbai circle from Pune for my so I changed my plan to corporate plan. They change the plan but didn't bother to tell me that extra outgoing roaming charges on my plan. Further I communicated with them for the reason they put forth that I am not applicable for rome like home service. But one of their customer care executive told me that he will activate the service he didn't notify me that this service is no applicable. I am under impression that there is no extra roaming charges for me as I activated rome like home. 2) My last month bill and current bill already have huge amount of roaming charges which is never communicated with me and still they send me the reminder of outstanding amount. I paid bills excluding of roaming charges. 3) All of their customer care executives are didn't address the issue properly always send me the programmed mail as response never bother to read entire mail. Here is entire communication... Please if you are not capable to address your customer properly then there is no point to continue your service I will change my service provider to Airtel soon.                                   It is the second month that they had made too much bill amount. last month they had started 2 plans of 199 2g pack and 250 3g pack on my number. which I had told them to deactivate several times by calling them. after deactivation also i had to pay the bill for the plans which i never used or activated. Now again this month(December) they given me a bill of Rs 1234. which is not acceptable. once I called them they they said we have added rs 823 by mistake which will be assorted soon. but on the next day they have stopped the outgoing calls of the number and said you will have to pay 800/- to start your number. This number is also connected with my credit card. I called my credit card company to stop their payment. but they had done the payment earlier. now i am in a loss of almost 850 by this bogus company.

                                    From October 25 till date I find following wrong charges being deducted and that also without basis. 1.Rs 175 deducted for October 28 to November 10; 2.                                       From October 25 I have noticed amounts being wrongly deducted. For this I complained to Vodafone and e-mail reply justifies the amount deducted as correct. Just letting you know that from October 25 to November 10 there was deduction of Rs 175 which is wrong and which should be credited back.. Again on December 12 there was wrong deduction of Rs 16 which should be refunded. That company took Rs 179 on December 17 for internet facilities but same is not being provided.'                                         I have been complaining about the hopeless network coverage in Belgaum(Home and Office), but i only get fake attitude of resolution. To solve a complaint No. [protected], they are giving just reasons. Even Vodafone store at Tilakwadi, Belgaum are not entertaining complaints. I would urge to avoid vodafone as they are not pro-customer and always shy away from serving customers. Please.!! Do not come to Vodafone based network.
