My name is Mahesh. Number - [protected]. I recently recharged with a SMS pack For Sneding SMSes to customers. But When i tried to send the sms it showed sent from me but never reached the customers. i tried sending to my other number then also failed. only small messeges like hii, hello, how r u are getting delivered. but not the big ones. after contacting customer care, i got a reply like its your problem not ours. The receiving problem can be in one customers numbers. Not to the 1000s of all. But still not a proper answer i received from Customer Care.     Hi. I am Vijayvir. My Vodafone post paid number is [protected]. I am using this number since 2008. In my last month bill vodafone have charged me Rs 850 for (mi_cap_850_30d_R_promo_3g) some Internet promo pack. Which I never activated. I am very much dissatisfied with this kind of over charging from Vodafone. My personal experiance with vodafone in last 7 years never good.       i am Vodafone pospaid user for Mumbai circle and i am using 3g connection. i have been charged for the same service hello1_tvallsouth_ this month for Rs.30/- and wapvilla_ppd & d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 this month for Rs. 300/ and i have never used this service and Vodafone has charged me without my consent and when i have contacted the customer care they are saying that i have clicked this service while i never browse through my phone.This is totally a fraud done by Vodafone and hello1_tvallsouth and i want my money to be refunded asap.My contact number is [protected].

An amount of Rs. 397.00 charged for downloaded above services which i have never used. Whenever i talked with vodafone custmer care they told me that you can not make any complain regarding this.           Hi, I am V.K.Bansal my mobile no. is [protected]. I have complained as follows:

          Please refer my trailing mail dt. 21st October, 2014 whereby I had categorically requested for discontinuing inter-net services and had placed my objection for charging an amount of Rs.912.24 for usage of internet service which was never used by me. Vide your mail dt. 23rd October, 14 your company had confirmed having reversed an amount of Rs.500.00 which was duly deducted in the bill for November, 2014.During telephonic conversation your customer care executive had also confirmed having disconnected the internet service on my telephone.

          However, to my astonishment I observe that the company has still not discontinued the internet service on my mobile and continuing levying exhorbitant charges in each month. The details of the same is as follows:

          Month Usage Charges.
          October, 14 0.22 GB Rs.912.24
          November, 14 0.11 GB Rs 454.44
          December, 14 0.19 GB Rs 803.88

          Now would you kindly inform that why the internet service has not so far been discontinued on my telephone and how the contineous billing is made to me without using the service. I may inform you that I have been customer of your company for the last more than 10 years and always making advance payment against my genuine usage.

          Since I neither requested for the internet service nor I have used your net service I request for immediate reversal o[censored]nlawful charges of Rs.1670.56 (2170.56-500.00) and discontinuation of internet service from my phone forthwith. In case I do not receive any positive reply from the company I would be constrained to approach TRAI for redressal of my grievance.

          The company is unnecessary fleecing the customers by giving two months free internet service.

          Whenever I talked with Vodafone customer care, they told me that you can not
          make any complaint regarding this. You have to pay for this.

          I am not going to pay Jan-2015 bill and also will discontinue the Vodafone service.
          However, I do assure not to do any such activity neither even visited
          such site or clicked pop-ups. It’s just a way of fetching out easy money.

          Dear sir I am going to file FIR against Vodafone at our local police station
          if the problem is not solved. I am sure that I will also take help of News channel
          or news paper or social media so that this fraud will come to know other people.

          I called the customer care, they are telling its the page appears web pages, if the user click that, it will be chargeable.

          My Question here is, if its chargeable, why they are not giving any pop-up message caution to the user about the chargeable page.

          Very suspicious in Vodafone billing in these days.

            overcharged and that too above my credit limit. Their customer care representive never bother to call existing client rather trying to make new clients. I ported from Airter Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid and felt cheated from the fist month. Never opt for Vodafone Post paid, they will charge you GPRS bill which will give you hell of a shock.             i have am alternate number being used by my son, no. is [protected]. 2/3 days back i received call from vodafone that pending amount for this number is Rs.1600/- today i received call that pending amount is Rs.9000/- +Rs.9000/-
            There seems to be no logic to me behind this increase.
            I request you to kindly look into the issue and do needful.
            I am a heart & brain stroke patioent leading a more or less retired life and all this has created lot of trauma & harassment to me .
            if the situation does not improve then i wil like to put above mentioned number as well as my own number [protected] under portability to another service provider.
            It seems some movement may be there.

                hello Vodafone, There are more than 10 emails I wrote towards vodafone for adding the extra roaming charges on my number every time without looking to my concerns they only reply that those charges are mandatory on my number and proper bills. This is very cheap move by them my complaints have following points. 1) I switch to Mumbai circle from Pune for my so I changed my plan to corporate plan. They change the plan but didn't bother to tell me that extra outgoing roaming charges on my plan. Further I communicated with them for the reason they put forth that I am not applicable for rome like home service. But one of their customer care executive told me that he will activate the service he didn't notify me that this service is no applicable. I am under impression that there is no extra roaming charges for me as I activated rome like home. 2) My last month bill and current bill already have huge amount of roaming charges which is never communicated with me and still they send me the reminder of outstanding amount. I paid bills excluding of roaming charges. 3) All of their customer care executives are didn't address the issue properly always send me the programmed mail as response never bother to read entire mail. Here is entire communication... Please if you are not capable to address your customer properly then there is no point to continue your service I will change my service provider to Airtel soon.                   It is the second month that they had made too much bill amount. last month they had started 2 plans of 199 2g pack and 250 3g pack on my number. which I had told them to deactivate several times by calling them. after deactivation also i had to pay the bill for the plans which i never used or activated. Now again this month(December) they given me a bill of Rs 1234. which is not acceptable. once I called them they they said we have added rs 823 by mistake which will be assorted soon. but on the next day they have stopped the outgoing calls of the number and said you will have to pay 800/- to start your number. This number is also connected with my credit card. I called my credit card company to stop their payment. but they had done the payment earlier. now i am in a loss of almost 850 by this bogus company.

                    From October 25 till date I find following wrong charges being deducted and that also without basis. 1.Rs 175 deducted for October 28 to November 10; 2. Rs 16 deducted on December 12 and that again has no basis: 3.Internet charge deducted of Rs 179 on December 12 oand no facilty extended for this. Looking forward to getting credit for above. Regards.                       From October 25 I have noticed amounts being wrongly deducted. For this I complained to Vodafone and e-mail reply justifies the amount deducted as correct. Just letting you know that from October 25 to November 10 there was deduction of Rs 175 which is wrong and which should be credited back.. Again on December 12 there was wrong deduction of Rs 16 which should be refunded. That company took Rs 179 on December 17 for internet facilities but same is not being provided.'                         I have been complaining about the hopeless network coverage in Belgaum(Home and Office), but i only get fake attitude of resolution. To solve a complaint No. [protected], they are giving just reasons. Even Vodafone store at Tilakwadi, Belgaum are not entertaining complaints. I would urge to avoid vodafone as they are not pro-customer and always shy away from serving customers. Please.!! Do not come to Vodafone based network.
                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          I found that MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G service is activated by Vodafone since 1st Oct without consulting me or taking my prior approval for the same. I came to know about it after seeing consistent high bills for past 2 months. Its a clear cur cheating by Vodafone India. I tried calling customer care (111) but got stuck for 15-20 mins in IVR. It clearly seems a ploy by Vodafone India to loot their loyal postpaid customers. My customer relationship number is 5.25663.00.00.100021 & My mobile number is [protected]. I request to stop this service immediately & also refund/adjust Rs. 750 which was charged to me in last 2 bills (Oct & Nov). If this doesn't stop & amount refunded/adjusted then I am going to discontinue my Vodafone SIM/subscription itself. Pathetic.

                            This is with utter disgrace that i have been forced to write this e-mail to you because of the level of service Vodafone has provided to me. Let me start ( Or shall i say from where do i start )The mobile network and the 3G services have been from satisfactory.I have been using Vodafone since 2008, and would like to say that the service was pretty good up till 2013. This when i decided to switch to Post and was the starting of my problems. 1.The call dropouts frequently while on call.It nothing to with a certain area, it happens everywhere, be it Borivali, Andheri, Powai. 2.The Mobile data is PATHETIC to say the least, i upgraded to 3G thinking it would be better but it even poor than 2G data. I have to wait literally 1 min or 2 to open a webpage, i mean seriously do think that is justified been on 3g network. Just a little insight of it's not only me, my family members and also office colleagues who also have Vodafone have trouble connecting to the internet. These are the people who took Vodafone connection on my request, and mark my words that i will not ask anybody to take up your service. 3.You charge me out the box thinkable charges which i must say i never have heard or used. I have tried to select the best possible way to reduce my bills but you guys have an amazing way of shooting it up. 4.Well here comes the best part customer care ( i must say i can hardly control my laughter) I spoke to Anubav, then he transferred me to guy who dis-connected the call say i was using abusing language, then i again i had to call up this time it was Rohit who transferred me to Shahrukh, while he as registering a complaint guess what happened THE CALL DROPPED. Then again i called up and spoke to Eric whom i asked to connect to his manager which he he will do, I kept waiting on hold for more than 15 min but there was no one else but the Vodafone music. SURELY THE MANAGER MUST HAVE BEEN REALLY BUSY THAT HE COULDN'T COME ON THE CALL . All i can say that it was APPALLING and DISGUSTING SUPPORT. At last, i doubt if i can get a satisfactory reply, i even doubt that.

                              My vodafone no is [protected]. An amount of Rs 198 has been deducted from my balance without any information. I have not downloaded anything or requested for any vodafone services. Please solve this fraudulent activities of vodafone just to harass people. They are being so unlawful. And taking to customer they did not respond rightly just said we have to careful while using plan . So can this problem be solved and I get my balance refunded as i have not utilises any of the services .i request vodafone to provide correct and necessary deduction only. And should respond to customer request .

                                आदणिय महोदय जी मेने कल मेरे नबंर पे दीनाकं 17/12/2014 को 449 का रीचाजॅ करवाया था जिसमे मुजे 2048 ऐमबी 3जी डाटा यृझ करने मीलते है और आज दिनाकं 18/12/2014 को मेरे डाटा चेक करने पर 583 डाटा ही बता रहा है 1465 ऐमबी डाटा ऐक ही दिन मे उडा दीये है ईस पे झलद कारवाही कि जाये राजवीर गई [protected]

                                  mene date 17 12 2014 ko 449 ka recharge karwaya tha jisme 2048 mb use karne ko milti hai par date 18 12 2014 ko time 5 bje net account check karne par 583 mb dikha rha hai. 1465 mb 3g ki meri deduct ho gyi hai. so me request kar rha hu ki problem ka solution jaldi ho jaye warna muje consumer court me jana padeg

                                    Hello, Vodafone has deducted INR 77 on 9th dec 2014, INR 99 on 16th dec 2014 and INR 39 on 18th dec 2014 citing download charges for Tiny TV. I have done no such download and when i call them, they say that no value added services has been added to my account and that my money will be refunded. Nothing has been refunded to my account till now. Please look into this matter and i would like to inform Vodafone that i will take steps which will be extremely adverse for Vodafone if this is not resolved. This is no way to treat a customer.                                       I checked my best offer under self ider of vodafone No. [protected] and get the details of recharge of 95 get 600 mb of 3Gdata, but i received only 300 mb data instead of 600 mb. so i contacted to vodafone customer care many time with the phone and email, but not received any satisfactory solution.                                         From 18.12.2014 my vodafone [protected] tamil nadu network is blocked for outgoing SMS. When I asked customer care they said that it has been blocked since 20.11.2014 which is not true as I was able to send SMS even on 16.12.2014. Actually I do not send any bulk SMS. I send only 5 sms per day. Without my knowledge or warning they blocked. I want to know the reason why my SMS was blocked and it has to be rectified immediately.
