From 18.12.2014 my vodafone [protected] tamil nadu network is blocked for outgoing SMS. When I asked customer care they said that it has been blocked since 20.11.2014 which is not true as I was able to send SMS even on 16.12.2014. Actually I do not send any bulk SMS. I send only 5 sms per day. Without my knowledge or warning they blocked. I want to know the reason why my SMS was blocked and it has to be rectified immediately....

I spend Rs.45 for reduced calls and thereafter Rs.33 for further reduction in the normal Vodafone to any other phone.
