charged for downloading services which i have never used

inflated bill

overcharged and that too above my credit limit. Their customer care representive never bother to call existing client rather trying to make new clients. Charge being wrongly dducted

From October 25 I have noticed amounts being wrongly deducted. For this I complained to Vodafone and e-mail reply justifies the amount deducted as correct. Just letting you know that from October 25 to November 10 there was deduction of Rs 175 which is wrong and which should be credited back.. Again on December 12 there was wrong deduction of Rs 16 which should be refunded. That company took Rs 179 on December 17 for internet facilities...

Not entertaining to register and resolve complaint.

I have been complaining about the hopeless network coverage in Belgaum(Home and Office), but i only get fake attitude of resolution. To solve a complaint No. [protected], they are giving just reasons. Even Vodafone store at Tilakwadi, Belgaum are not entertaining complaints. I would urge to avoid vodafone as they are not pro-customer and always shy away from serving customers. Please.!! Do not come to Vodafone based network....
