To Ms. V Rodricks / Ms JP Mundkur & the thief (Vodafone)
Vodafone#[protected] - I am not going to pay the bill, take what ever action Vodafone wants to take.
As per the subject line hope you understand the frustration level, issue with bill period - 07/11/2014 - 06/12/2014, Bill amount - Rs.2, 821.19 (which is hell), you people just fool in coming to India, what you think such a big company will come to India & will thief India customers like this. This is going to consumer court & press media & where ever i can take to close Vodafone from India.
Problem with the thief (Vodafone) (PATHETIC ISSUE)
As per your msg rec'd for scheme of Rs.175 - 1GB - 3G Data, i send activation msg for the same on 13/11/2014, i rec'd confirmation that service will get activate in 48 hours, after 48 hours i started using the data services & when i am receiving my bill today my use age charges mention is Rs.2, 203.12 ( NEED EXPLANATION WHY WHY WHY ?????? ), & have all proof & documentation of activation of the service, take appointment & can come & see.
And if Vodafone wants to pay me the bill, have to wave of this Rs.2, 203.12 (DATA USAGE WHICH IS HORRIBLY INCORRECT) or else kindly read the subject line again & the first paragraph (& I MEAN THAT VERY WELL.)
just put one hour also to think what you Vodafone does to customers, if this would have happen with anyone of you who is reading you people are big shots you people would have sack the company more horrible then me, JUST FOR ONE DAY PUT YOURSELF IN CUSTOMERS PLACE & THINK.
one unsatisfied customer like me will spread to how many that, i dont think so i need to tell all PostG & master peoples working in Vodafone.
DON'T JUST say HAPPY TO HELP, MAKE CUSTOMERS SAY THAT ...THAT..."VODAFONE WAS HAPPY TO HELP"
...& THIS IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN IF YOU VODAFONE PROVIDES SERVICES SO WRONGLY SO INCORRECTLY & SO PATHETICALLY.
SHAME ON VODAFONE . . .
