    Hi, I am a customer of vodafone for last 4 years but this is first time that I am facing an issue from last 3-4 months, only after activating data plan on my number, regarding my bill. Every month from Sep- Nov my bill contains usage charges for the following: In month of Sep: wapvilla_ppd Rs 49 d2c_ndtv_valuepk 99 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 shotformat_dwnlp 99 deals_mydala_99 99 Total Rs 395 Similarly for Oct month: d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 Rs 99 hello1_tvallsouth_ 30 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 Total Rs 276 For Nov Month(Latest Bill) shotformat_dwnlp_9 Rs 99 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 hello1_tvallsouth_ 30 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 shotformat_dwnlp_9 99 wapvilla_ppd 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 Total Rs 572 I have taken E_Connect_3G_ 375 plan in which 1 GB 3G speed is there and there after reduced speed with unlimited data.My concerns are: a) I have raised similar issue in oct ( interaction id is:[protected]l) at that time also and I was assured that no fraud charges are levied but my concern remains the same but I paid becoz I was new to data plan. b) I contacted your Customer executives at that time and now also but no one cares or rather able to explain these charges, many calls have been made but issue was not handled and solved. c) I dont know why these charges are there for every month if they are from chargeable site then howcome they are levied when I dont accept or open such content/app.I dont receive any notification for such action if so it occurs. d) If at all its charged site then how the customer will come to know that site is chargeable.Neither you provide any site list nor there is any warning.That means you are not disclosing every details of plan to customer. I have seen many such complaints on websites, consumer forums which are regarding this issue only for wrong levying of charges on the above such contents/apps. From last seven days I am continuously interacting with your executives(service request number[protected], interaction number is[protected] and they are trying to justify the charges on random explaination basis.Being an IT engineer I also know the various guidelines/explainations your executives are providing but noneth of them validates the charges imposed. Please look into the matter on urgent basis and please clarify my query since I am facing this from last 3-4 months and no reason/solution has been provided for the same.Earlier I wrote similar mail but that was not convincing please forward it to concerned and responsible team.       Dear sir, This is to inform you that i was using Vodafone connection since very long time allmost 7yrs. As per the current bill amount 1396. After checking my bill amount i was shocked. Simultaneously i have lodged companlaint bearing no [protected] on 5th Dec 2014 around 11.30am regarding extra charges levied for SMS Service. The Customer Care Executive responded that my complaint has been registered and i would receive call on the next day. But unfortunately i have not received any call from your end ie on 6th Dec 2014. After not seen any response from your side today ie on 9th Dec 2014 i have called Customer service to get the response pertaining to my above complaint. I was wondered that after receiving reply stating that my SMS Service was deactivated. The above vodafone service i am exclusively using for outbound SMS usage. The service i have been availing from last 2yrs. You can also refer my previous bills aswell which can be better witness for you to understand my sms usage. Please let me understand how come my SMS Services deactivated without giving any request from my end. Therefore i request you to resolve the issue on top priority and waive off the extra charges levied to my bill. Looking forward for your prompt response.         my no. is-[protected] my balance has been cut by vodafone when am complaint against this coustomer care make me fool but m don't make fool and saying for refund my balance then they put my call on holding and after some time cut the call. after that do call again then not respond of my call my call on black list i try again and again but no respond this type of misbehaviour is usally done with new sim so please consider my complaint against vodafone thanking you

          Calls and messages were not going through so the vodafone service centre personnel told me the sim card was damaged and I replaced my sim twice because I didn't get service each time. A recorded voice says 'You are barred from making this call because you have no service'.Called up customer care on both occasions, they gave me the code for debarring calls, I got a message saying my calls were no longer barred but didn't work. Also I put the sim in two other mobile handsets, switched on and off quite a few times, selected the network at Vodafone IN. Now it has been weeks with this problem.

            I have been using vodafone since the 6 years. Recently I had taken a new postpaid connnection. After a few months, one fine day they disconnected my connection without any message or call. When I tried to get in touch with them as to why such a thing happened, they failed to respond. No bill neither in hand copy related to the period post disconnection was sent to me. After about 3 months they sent a man demanding rs. 1000 to my residence (without any call or msg). The same amount increased to rs. 1700 in the next 10 days about which I was informed by a vodafone representative through a phone call. The person who called was extremely ill mannered, had no manners as to how to talk to a woman. Was not even ready to listen. The man kept shouting as if I was some thief or his servant. However i agreed to pay the amount upto which services were used by him and the matter was closed. When I tried to call vodafone to complain about him no one was ready to take the complaint again. Inspite of all this I recieved a letter from vodafone saying legal action would be taken against me for non payment of remaining rs.700 for the duration services were not used by me(the period during which line was discomnected by them without any intimation). The person I spoke to told me I had to make this payment. Also I complained him of the man who spoke in an indecent manner with me. The next day the same man who had spoken in an indecent manner waa sent to my residence to collect payment. I mean there is a limit to everything. I am a customer and I deserve to be respected. This is not the way. As a result of this about 25 o[censored]s, are switching from vodafone.

              Vodafone keeps on popping message to recharge with 65.I was not aware that the validity is only for 7 days.I got the message that my mobile is charged with 0 balance. This is really cheating on Vodafone part.why anybody will want a recharge of 65 for 7 days to be popped everytime i call somebody. It is a special requirement and not a common requirement.This is just trapping the customer to recharge 65 and then say that we should have looked that the validity is 7 days. I want my money back or the validity to be extended to 1 month

              "dog" talking to me rudely that now I will not get my money back or it
              will not be credited to my normal recharge either.I remember street
              thief way of stealing the underwear if you bow down.such cheap tactics
              to trick unsuspecting customers..I will think i gave the beggar and thief 65 rs.go to hell.i dont see any response from anyone.shame

                Charges for fraudulent service. Recently i saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 15Rs for a mgossip pack which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service. So am i supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life? I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please. I'd charged twice for this service of ₹49 and ₹49 before and made complaint for it already, which I didn't activated. My number is [protected]. Please revert back my charges and this fraudulent service should stopped right away and if my complaint not be heard here then i will logg a case againt vodafone and i can do it.

                      I spend Rs.45 for reduced calls and thereafter Rs.33 for further reduction in the normal Vodafone to any other phone. But only few minutes ago I made a call and my charges were more than 45p per minute as was promised to me on getting it recharged for Rs.33/-. Why such deductions are made. I was not being allowed to lodge the complaint on [protected] and instead in spite of my providing the in-put it was being disconnected.

                        I had recharged my mobile with RC130 on 01/07/2015 with transaction id AP[protected].

                        I had done this recharge after checking the offer in mobile by dailing *121#, later i had confirmed with your retailer that i will get an amount of Rs.150/-. But at that time i got only Rs.111.04.

                        I didn't got the balance amount. Later I made compalint with number [protected] there is no responce from the vodafone end. and without any intimation the docket had been closed.

                        later i made one more complaint on 05/07/2015 with number [protected], then i got the balance amount which had deducted immediately after getting credited.


                        with lot of patience i made one more complaint with reference number [protected] on 09/07/2015. but till now there is no responce from your end.

                        while calling to customer care 199 we are unable to contact with the customer care executives.


                        I am writing this in very pathetic condition what i had faced with vodafone customer support and their technical team.


                        for getting that Rs.39/- it costs me Rs.50/- for my call charges, since i am in maharastra in roaming i called with the local vodafone number. they didn't left this amount for calling customer care even.


                        if this issue is not resolved by getting my amount with my call charges i am going to make case in consumer fouram.

                          I am using vodafone postpaid for last 18-19 months. This is the third time they charged me Rs. 49/- and 30/- for some wapvilla_ppd and hello1_tvallsouth_ download charges. While the last two time they reverted it (after repeated calls and emails though) this time they are refusing it. Customer care people have declined to lodge any complaint. It's the height of cheating from a big company like Vodafone. Sick of vodafone.

                          I have already contacted Vodafone regarding this. They have not answered my queries/questions. They are doing nothing but making fake justification of these fraudulent charges. Interaction number for the same is[protected].

                          First thing is I did not download any such crap. Even if I did, why it didn't ask me for pay through credit/debit card or from net banking? and how come it just got added into my mobile bill ??

                          When it was downloaded, why wasn't I informed via SMS ??

                          Why it shows on the internet that it's nothing but fraudulent charges from vodafone. :@

                          Also you can see in my bill itself, I have been charged wrongly for the same thing last month as well. When you adjusted it that time (in this bill) why not this time?

                          Most irritating thing, why it's happening again and again every month even with corporate customer? Do you want us to leave vodafone, as it seems this is the only option available.

                            Hi, This is in reference to one more cheating case against vodafone no. [protected]. I was shocked to see charges for three ISD calls and two ISD msg in my current bill. I was not aware that whether ISD facility is available or not on my vodafone no. I sent as sms to 111 for deactivation of ISD facility. I got an msg from vodafone stating that "ISD service is not active for your vodafone mobile phone". Then I called up vodafone customer care and talk to one of executive named " Rahul Sharma" enquiring about the same and he told me then ISD service is active on ur mobile and u have to write a mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and they will reverse the same. How can I can receive conflicting msg from vodafone. This is absolute rubbish on the part of vodafone. Day by Day cases of cheating is increasing from vodafone. They are leving charges whether by means of downloading charges, Fake ISD charges etc. Snapshot of call details are attached herewith.

                              Hi, I have taken vodafone post paid number. I opted for 299 plan and their sales person activated wrong plan on my number. They activated 199 plan. 299 plan was having internet free and 199 plan didnt include any internet. I used internet assuming plan activated on it was 299. Now they say me, plan activated was 199 and since u used internetn 1596 are the internet charges. The mistake is done from their side, they activated wrong plan and now charging me internet fees.

                              I am using Vodafone postpaid sim([protected]).
                              I was using internet 3G. I got the acknowledgement late, That my internet package is over. they put Rs. 9, 112.23 as bill amount.
                              My credit limit is 3600/- then why services not stopped immediately when I crossed my limit.
                              what is use of setting credit limit.
                              I want justice.
                              Kindly reverse the above charges and let me know the final amount I am supposed to pay.

                                  Dear Vodafone, I'm writing you to request about my Vodafone number [protected]. It was purchased by me some days ago.. LET ME CLEAR YOU PICTURE; 1. This is Informed you that I got Call form [protected] from Vodafone and they Offered me New Number of Vodafone (in which I confirmed that 600 Local Min and 450 Std Min ) + (Number as per My choice) But When Sales Person Came (M-[protected]) and He offered me only one Number and Said Only this number is available for you and He take Rs 250 (Security Deposit). He gave me surety that he arranges a call back for me and other number series available for me and they also provide me good Plan. But nobody called me and after that I called on [protected]this no. And told him all these things, he again told me that he arrange call back for me but didn’t, after 1 day again called to sales person he told me that if you wants to activate this no. then you have to continue with same number only and no other number available so I agree. 2. When I called for active this number then I got Information form Activation Department that my Plan is Rs 300 Plan In which I get Rs 600 Local Min and 450 Std Min + (300 Local Min and 255 Std Min + 150 Local V to V Min these 2 Packages are Promotional and only for 6 Months) as per your Activation team. 3. After that I Called on Customer Care for My Plan confirmation They told me that Same Plan as per above I get all the benefits. 2 Times I get this Information from Customer Care. 4. Suddenly, on 10 Dec, I got call from Vodafone (Welcome Call) and someone lady told me that I get only 300 Local and 255 STD Minutes. And she is too irritating girl when I told her about above Plan she put my call on hold for 26 Min and I’m waiting for her hold prompt but she didn’t and after that she came back and told me that due to tech issue she put my call on hold but at the time of hold she told me that for plan confirmation she wants to put my call on hold but after that may be she is sleeping for half an hour.. and after that she refuse and said sorry this plan is not available only 300 Local and 255 STD Minutes Plan is possible and due to this I talked hardly with your peoples. 5. But if you will do these types of things then it’s not possible for me to continue relation with Vodafone and I’m not using this number right now. And wants only disconnection. 6. It is requested you to please disconnect this number and refund my money from my security deposit. From today I will not responsible for any type of rental, please disconnect it asap. 7. As per your Welcome Letter 600 local min and 300 local and 255 Std min mentioned but you peoples nothing bother for this and refuse it and also I got 450 STD min information from Activation team and Customer Care team….Not my Imagination when you have this plan and someone your guys told me this that’s why I know about it It’s not my imagination….. 8. And that time Welcome Call not complete by my side. If it was Completed so this fake complete by that Lady. I have talked to each of you but none of you is bothering to resolve my case… PLEASE LOOK INTO IT VERY Very URGENTLY !!                                   Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  i got call from Vodafone on 15 Nov. Mr md saifi he told me that he is my relationship manager and from feedback department and told him all details and after that he told me that i will get 600 Local Minutes and 450 STD Minutes for life time plan and 300 Local and 255 STD Minutes + 150 Vodafone to Vodafone Minutes for 6 Months. After that I told him to send me Mail on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com he said to me that he surly send me mail but from that date 15 dec to till now 16 Nov I'm waiting for mail.

                                  So that's why I'm not responsible for any payment and also my Welcome Call not Complete so you (Vodafone) all people are big Cheaters So refund my security amount and disconnect this number.

                                  I'm Writing Vodafone lots of mail but nobody reply me and everbody told me lie and now i setup my mind and dont need Vodafone Number and wants only disconnection Please disconnect it

                                    Hello, I was using vodafone data card number [protected] this year. On 8th Oct '14, I logged a complaint with vodafone viz. complaint no. [protected] to stop the number as the speed was negligible. I was not able to open any webpage; it was not serving me any purpose and I could barely use it. Vodafone contacted me to take back the complaint and assured me they will solve the issue but nothing happened even after 8 days. I then again logged a new complaint with no. [protected] on 17th Oct stating the same issue as stated above and I told them that I will not pay Oct month's bill since I could not avail the service promised to me. No website was opening, negligible speed...what use the datacard is of to me? I dont know if after my second complaint they stopped the number or not. Now vodafone is HARRASSING me and they have stopped outgoing from my other primary number [protected] which I have been using since 2006 and paying every bill on time for this number. I would like you to intervene and take a quick action. I will not pay bill amount for [protected] SINCE I COULD NOT USE IT IN OCTOBER DUE TO NO SPEED and VODAFONE'S FAKE PROMISES!!!
