Dear Sir/ Madam, Again and again Vodafone team is playing with my numbers. This time it happened with my other number [protected]. I have activated 3g plan for 1gb data of rental of 250 per month. From past three months Vodafone team is stating i have crossed my limit of 1GB and capping of Rs. 750/- is charged in my account without my knowledge or intimation. I repeatedly called Vodafone customer care and requested them not to activate this but no use. I have raised a complaint Vodafone Complaint no. [protected] which was closed without any call or intimation to me. when i again called to check this i was told it was closed as my number is switched off at the time of call. The Team Leader Mr. Ravi Teja refused to raise another complaint nor re-open the closed complaint. I repeatedly calling to Vodafone team and visiting the stores but no use. Everyone talks same default answer it is capping amount by default it will charge. Why an amount of Rs. 750/- charged to the customer without intimation? when Vodafone team is calling for so many offers, why dont they call to intimate us about this capping amount? When i crossed with 1GB o[censored]sage, why is that 8 GB of capping amount activated instead of 2GB with rental of 450? Despite of my complaint and request again for this month also why the capping amount charged to my account ? The same thing happened to my Vodafone other number [protected]and made me suffer like anything. they disconnected my services for so many days and activated. Kindly help us in rectifying this. The Vodafone customer care is saying, I have download "DNLD_D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_99-NDTV". But I don't click any link or download any apps. Please refund my money which was wrongly deducted.

          Dear Sir I took 3G connection for number [protected] and it never worked, I cancelled 3G connection and took 2G 650MB plan but when i got bill i found both 2G and 3G charges are reflecting and for the Number [protected] I cancelled All Internet and SMS packages but in the bil I gor Internet and SMS pack charges Please help me to solve the issue.             Faulty bill - Incorrect information provided by agents and even the system. I am using the vodafone postpaid since many years. Since last few months, had started using the Friend And Family service i.e. once free vodafone number at the rental of 49. One month back there was a new Vodafone Red plan got introduced for which I inquired with the vodafone agents and I confirmed that whether FnF service will still be available. I got a confirmation saying yes I can use FnF along with Red plan (this was a fault by agent). Vodafone Red got activated on my phone and within two days i realised FnF is not active so I confirmed and came to know its not eligible along with Red plan. I then asked to roll back to my original plan and confirmed whether FnF will be active again. My vodafone got rolled bacl to my previous plan and Agent confirmed that FnF is active as well. I still didnt belive the agent and sent a message to activate the same (ACTFNF1 (number)). I got the reply saying this number is already registered. So now i was sure that FnF is active. But I was wrong and month later I got a bill of around 3000. Vodafone cheated with their incorrect information. Upon my complaint, there was no action for many days and ultimately my complaint got closed without any notice. VODAFONE is a big cheat, they fool people by providing wrong information and then absolutely userless customer service.

              from august 11 2014 I m complaining regularly that my caller tunes service is not working and you people are just deducting the money every time i m really pissed now.. i request for the song ZARURI THA and every time the vodafone caller tune or normal ring is there.. Your senior executive Mr. Jai promised me a refund and a call back after 48hrs and its been 2months i haven't received any call back from him.. Highly disappointed from vodafone

                    I had opted for a group connection consisting of 7 seperate nos([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], , [protected].) .1st month we received the bills and made payment to the distributor, from whom we had taken connection .We had not recceived any bill for that .Next month not bill came to our office till date .As Nos are issued to my various staffs ...it is embrassing that little amount are shown pending agaist their name .Please take some aciton to continue or we will switch over to other service provider . regards, chandan chakraborty

                      Issue with billing on my 2 vodafone numbers [protected] &[protected]. I was charged in excess for additional data consumption – but asper my data plan I should not be charged. The recent bill I received was a shocker to me. This is close to4 to 5 times more than my usual bill. Why I was not informed anything in this regard? In previousmonths whenever I’m exceeding the data limit I used to receive those SMS. Thisis absolutely unacceptable. According to the bill i have crossed 5gb on[protected]. As i am using Data card its not possible to send the message to check data usage.Messages will be failed every time.So i made a contact with vodofone customer care people I have made a chat with customer care people on[protected] around 2.30pm to 3pm. He/she as misguided me my saying that i have used only 500MB and i can use further. But according to the bill i have crossed my limit i.e 5gb And i have called to the customer care guy on[protected] at 8:40pm. He has misguided me by saying that i used 1.5gb. Reference number for that call:[protected]. AS per his information i have used after that and now i have got a huge bill Its clearly indicates that its vodofone customer care negligence which caused to huge bill. I will not pay the extra bill except my 5gb 850rs plan. Please help me on this

                          Sir/Madam, I am a vodafone customer for a long time. On 11th December, 2014, I received a sms from vodafone on my 2 vodafone numbers ([protected] and [protected]) that I have to submit my Proof of address and proof of Identity along with passport size photo to the nearest vodafone store and mini-store. However, I submitted all documents for the 2 numbers on 13th December, 2014 at Vodafone store Minto park (address- Ideal Plaza, 11/1, Sarat Bose Rd, Sreepally, Bhawanipur, Minto park, West Bengal 700020). I received 2 new vodafone sim. Today, 15th December, there are no signal in old sim as well as new sim for both the numbers. So, therefore, I am requesting you to solve my problem and re-activated those 2 mobile number as soon as possible. CONTACT PERSON- ARKA CHATTERJEE VODAFONE NUMBERs- [protected] & [protected].                               DEAR SIR I had given a written request to your vodafone store in park street kolkata on 5th dec 2014, i received one confirmation message on 5th dec.But still my no is not deactivated, i have paid my last bill on 27th nov for rs 1007.00 your billing system for postpaid is not satisfactory so after paying bill i requested for deactivation of my no. But neither your vodafone store nor your customer care is taking care for my request, three times i have requested to customer care also to deactivate this no. why i will be charged for extra one month bill for dec your vodafone company is not taking response to close this no. today also i have lodged one request for deactivation of my no but i know your company is willingly doing late to deactivation so that customer will be charged for one month extra bill payment. i have paid my every month bill timely, now i have requested to deactivate my no, but your service providers are so much irresponsible. kindly resolve my problem and deactivate my no immediately so that i should not be charged for extra payment unnecessary .

                                My vodafone dongle number is : [protected] I want my services to this dongle to be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. It's a SINCERE REQUEST, I have been trying to call your postpaid department, and the call transfers never happen, Even if someone picks up a call, they don't respond efficiently and keep transferring the calls. I have been trying to call for the past two weeks. Please just stop my dongle services and every thing associated with it!

                                  Dear Sir, My name is Pralay Haldar and I had signed up for the Vodafone postpaid services on two numbers ([protected] and [protected]) on the 12th of June, 2014. While taking the services, I had asked the person at the vodafone outlet (in Infosys campus, Bangalore) the cancellation rights, and he said to me that I can cancel the services after 3 months from the date of activation. So I took his word. As my usage was limited, and I wanted to get free calls between those two numbers, which I got and had no complaints about. After completing 3 months and paying the bills on time each month, which you would appreciate, I went to that person (at the outlet) to request them to stop the services and cancel my accounts. He asked me to write in to vodafone care and they will take it from there. So I took his advice and sent the mail in order to let them know that I want to cancel my services. I had not received any response either on phone or through e mail to tell me the progress of my initial request. Every time, I speak to one of your call centre people, and ask them to stop the accounts, they would say, that it has been done and yet I receive a bill next month. It has been more than 3 months now and I have still not received any sort of confirmation either in the form of letter or email. Despite my numerous attempts of calling your people at call centres and writing them emails to ask them to stop my accounts, I am still getting the emails asking me pay the bills for the service I dont use since September, 2014. I dont even have the sim cards with me now. I am forwarding you the previous emails which I had sent to various teams in vodafone asking them to stop billing me as I dont use the service, but they wont listen. This is really disgraceful and a matter o[censored]tter shame for a company like vodafone to not able to listen to one small request and act upon it. I am very disappointed with the pathetic customer service that I have got till now and wanted to make a formal complaint against everyone who dealt with my accounts (or in this case, failed to deal with it). This has caused me a lot of discomfort and unrest. I want you to please listen to my request and please get your act right in cancelling my accounts ([protected] and [protected]) with immediate effect and with nothing owing to you. I hope this issue will be resolved once and for all. I will wait for your response. P.S.: I am sick and tired with the way this company has treated me that I demand an apology letter/ email to be send to my email id: [protected]@yahoo.in / pralay.[protected]@gmail.com and the total outstanding amount to be cancelled as I have not used the services since September this year.

                                    My phone has been deducted a lot of balance under MY DALA 4-5 times, gossip pack 3 times, and various other links which they claim that i download or clicked the links, whereas this data was cut when i was sleeping or not using the Internet. It has been happening for the past four weeks with me. The City based office hasn't been of any help to me. The gross sum of total balance cut has been over 250 rupees, i already have an data plan active and yet rather than claiming their mistake or checking their back end services they tell me that i have downloaded stuff where as nothing gets downloaded in an Iphone to which they do not have an answer, they would not give me my browsing history either so i am helpless and being harassed by them time and again. I have been a loyal customer since the past 6-7 years. They have even canceled my life time caller tune service without any sms saying that the customer care representative thought so, when asked for the call recording they refused to give it to me. I require help as i do not wish to change my service provider also.

                                      I am using vodafone sim for 5-6 years. They provided good service but now for several months whenever i recharge, my balance automatically deducts within next 2 days. This has happened several times. Whenever i call customer care, they say that i have activated service which i never heard. This is a very bad service by customer care. I have lost my money in this. Rs.100, Rs.30, several times. And every time i call them they tell me the same that i have activated a service, i made a international call etc. This kind of service, looting by vodafone has made me very angry. So, if anyone is thinking about buying vodafone sim, do know about this looting service by vodafone.
