I have Vodafone sim and it is of Maharashtra Circle. When I am on roaming in Madhya Pradesh and I am not getting 3G signals, I called Vodafone customer care, and told them my problem then the executive told me to contact Madhya Pradesh customer care. I called Madhya Pradesh's customer care, he told me that my number is from Maharashtra Circle so he cannot help me. Then he gave me Maharashtra's customer care number. Then I called on that number. Maharashtra's executive told me that I am not in Maharashtra so he cannot help me as he don't have access to Madhya Pradesh's location details and my problem can only be solved by Madhya Pradesh customer care. Then I called Madhya Pradesh's customer care and told him about my conversation with Maharashtra's executive. After that I asked him what should I do? He told me that you cannot do anything. Vodafone customer care registered my complaint on 29th November 2014 and told me that it will be resolved by 30th November 2014. Till today i.e. 14th December 2014 I am not getting 3G signals on my mobile.

    sir I done recharge 230. in customer care thy activated me 29₹ ratecatter 3times and 21₹ rate cutter 3times. But for 21rs two times alone recharge done for another 1time it not done but they tooked balance from me ₹150. If I ask customer showrrom and customer care thy not responding properly. I was very anger so I gave port request also but I like Vodafone so I wont change please cancell my port request also. Pls activate for me another 21₹ rate cutter orelse in my family all using vodfone sim only u going to loose valueable customers

      I have reported the problem before also. I got the mail regarding Vodafone representative called me, and how was my experience with him. ???? What the hell..I didn't get any call regarding that. Now, i called the Vodafone customer care today..I told him that i have a issue with the bill which generated yesterday i.e 12th Dec 2014. My Number is [protected]. Issue is i got a call on 7th Nov from vodafone representative, he told me about 95 rupee plan (650 MB data ), i told him to activate this service from next billing cycle i.e 12th Nov. On 18 or 19th Nov i got another call, that lady told me about 155 plan (1GB data), and for next two month i will be charged only 100 rupee for 1Gb of data. So i activated that serviece. Now i got the bill, Its very MUCH. !!! I was SHOCKED by seeing the bill. Today i called customer care, i explainded him about my problem. The lady told, there seems to be some problem in the bill. She is very sorry for that. She told me that the will forward the call to her supervisor. But that time line was busy so she told me told me to call afterwards. Afterthat i have tried 5 6 times, everyone is saying suprvisor is busy. they told me to call afterwards. am not able to talk to any of the supervisor. I also told them to forward me my DETAILED BILL. they also have NOT FORWARDED MY DETAILED BILL Am very disappointed by the Vodafone service . IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED, AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE BILL. THIS BILL IS FRAUD, AM CHEATED BY THE VODAFONE.

      This is with
      regards to my Vodafone no [protected], for which I have been
      paying you a monthly bill of appox 1200/Rs on an average, and you have been
      charging me a monthly rental of Rs 549/- with the other usage charges + taxes
      .
      Sir some two days before you SMS me
      quietly saying that I have used 200 MB extra on my data Plan, and further on you
      send me more massages after every 200MB saying that I have used 800MB extra, and
      than all of a sudden you ask me that you have increased my limit to 9000/Rs . On
      inquiring from your Customer Executive he could not give me the satisfactory
      answer about how I consumed the extra MB and when I have a Fixed DATA Plan than
      how can your system allow to use extra DATA . This I believe is a trap from your
      end to Extract Extra Money from the innocent customer by your Cheat company, as
      I inquire from the Executive he told me that I have consumed some 3000/Rs extra
      amount towards DATA usage where as my data plan is FIXED and I have been paying
      you for the same since last 18 Months or more,
      Now all I want to say is that I never
      asked you people to increase the plan how can you increase the DATA plan without
      asking me, It shows that you people are fraudulently trying to extract money
      through falls billing, but to remind you that I will not be trapped in such
      means, all I request you that please be fare while you deal with the customers
      and do not try to increase DATA plan on your on, and remove all the extra
      charges IF you are planning to add, even otherwise also I am not going to pay
      you any extra charges if added also it show that you do not value your customer,
      and when ever you get a chance you try to cheat earlier also you have been
      cheating me by adding late fee on my bill but I did not took it seriously but
      this time you people have crossed all the limits and you are forcing me
      to pursue the
      matter further
      In case you add extra amount in the
      bill other than the plan I will make sure to take the matter to its logical
      end.
      I hope you under stand that cheating
      will not work in this case.

        HI Vodafone Corporate. 'I am vodafone post paid customer I had been charged with unknown charges for 396 rupee for some download' even in mornng 6 AM For which I do not have any clue and there is not such app or property is in my phone . Even client care has no clue . I has received slimier feedback from couple of my friends using post paid connection . I had conversion with Client Care with very rude response and no clarity on the case. I need solution else I will be be changing to any other provider . regards santi [protected]

            My mobile no is [protected]. I have not subscribed for d2c ndtv valuepk 9, then also you have deducted 99 Rs and 12.36 tax on it from my account. If it is frequently occurred with your customers then I need to rethink on continuing with vodafone. I want refund or satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest.

                I have recharged for Rs 500 a week before, which gave me a balance of rs 500. I have hardly made 10 local calls from my number since the recharge. Today my balance is less than 200. I learned from the customer care that rs 99 each was deducted three times from my balance on 11th dec. And the executive was saying i subscribed some chanel which i actually didnt. i request a refund

                    I'm using vodafone postpaid number [protected] plan 399. As, I got 300 extra minutes aprt from the plan for 3 months. But the bill generated of amount 657.88. Which included Rs.76 extra vodafone download which was totally wrong. And 300 extra minutes was not redeemed. The actual calculated amount is of Rs. 394 (approx.). Customer care support at Vodafone care is pathetic as I visited the place for more than 5 times. They asked me to pay the bill which I paid and they promised for the adjustment in the next. But, nothing happened and my next bill comes to be of Rs. 726. Kindy help me out with the in this adjustment. Thank you, Pushpender Singh [protected]

                      Respected sir, I complaint against NDTV company and Vodafone Company that they deduct the money from main balance of my vodafone mobile prepaid number i.e, [protected].The amount is of Rs.30 which is deducted for D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_30-NDTV. I haven't opted or activated any such kind of service. Because of this I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance from these company. For that I want my money return from the NDTV company or from Vodafone Company which is deducted from my main balance. I am sure that for this deduction of money there is partnership between NDTV and Vodafone Company. Herewith i attached the proof of deduction of money. Please solve my problem as early as possible and refund my money Rs.30.00.

                        Again, NOW ITS 3rd TIME -- I had not faced these kind of deductions in 6-7 years with vodafone . But now in these days i am very frustrated to have these kind of problems regulary. Whenever i recharge my vodafone number, every time these -- DNLD-P_CRBT_LVDP3_75-SM = Deduction 75 INR ( 12. 12. 2014 ) . Earlier it was some thing else starting from DNLD- May i please get a satisfactory reason why the amount is being deducted / when it will be stop. !! OR SHOULD I JUST SWITCH TO ANOTHER CONNECTION. .. Waiting for your kind reply ASAP ..

                          I am using [protected] POSTPAID number. This month without any notification my plan was changed and the bill send by you is more than double as compared to my previous bills. Customer Support is irresponsive. Customer support holds me more than 30 miinutes and then cut the phone. What should I do. Please tell me how to close my this Postpaid number.

                            Two months back i ported my number from Tata Docomo to postpaid Vodafone Number.([protected]). Billing cycly is from 12th nov to 11th Dec. (like from 12 of month to 11th of next month). My number got activated on 28th oct. 2014, and my first bill generated on 12th of NOvember. And its 305. Its was shock, since in just 14 days they charged me so much(although initial 600 min call to any number is free including STD and local, and 200 messages are free). I paid that time, thought may be they charged some initially activation fee. But next month, my bill is 1454 /-. BOOOM... how it can be possible. I hardly call anyone in this month. I activated 2G plan of 1GB data worth 150 rp, And i have hardly used 600MB of data. Its really cheating from vodafone side. They are fooling people. I am really upset and didnt expect that from vodafone side. I want you to take necessary action against vodafone .

                              I have 2 complaints.. 1) i am vodafone (prepaid & postpaid both) user from last 9 years and using internet on smart phones since last 7 years. every time i recharge internet pack, usually monthly pack of 1GB or around. few days back on 5th/6th Dec.2014, i gave command for net pack recharge but i dont know i why i did not get executed. Next day, my deduction was 1220 Rs. for a single day on usage of 296 MB. I never used such data in single day. Neither i downloaded anything. Generally vodafone internet pack recharges are 96 Rs. for 500 MB but deduction was 1220 Rs. In such amount, i used to use internet for 1 year.. Called on customer care, that is also worst customer care services. They said it was deducted because o[censored]sing 296 mb @0.04 paise per 10kbps. for getting connection of customer care, it took 15 minutes and 8-9 attempt. customer care said, they can't do anything for that. Generally, companies informs via sms about deduction of 5 to 10 Rs. but they informed me after deduction of 1220 Rs. That is very unfair business practice of Vodafone. 2) on 11 Nov.2014 there were deduction of 5 Rs. around 5-6 times. Customer care said i sent International SMS where as i did not sent any. Again customer care said, they can't do anything. On 12/12/2014, again there were 4 time deduction of 5 Rs. each and customer care said again it was international SMS. I did not sent any SMS and there was nothing such sms in my sent items.. Can you please help me in the matter? Regards Ramesh Tehlani [protected]

                                1. This is Informed you that I got Call form [protected] from Vodafone and they Offered me New Number of Vodafone (in which I confirmed that 600 Local Min and 450 Std Min ) + (Number as per My choice) But When Sales Person Came (M-[protected]) and He offered me only one Number and Said Only this number is available for you and He take Rs 250 (Security Deposit). He gave me surety that he arranges a call back for me and other number series available for me and they also provide me good Plan. But nobody called me and after that I called on [protected]this no. And told him all these things, he again told me that he arrange call back for me but didn’t, after 1 day again called to sales person he told me that if you wants to activate this no. then you have to continue with same number only and no other number available so I agree. 2. When I called for active this number then I got Information form Activation Department that my Plan is Rs 300 Plan In which I get Rs 600 Local Min and 450 Std Min + (300 Local Min and 255 Std Min + 150 Local V to V Min these 2 Packages are Promotional and only for 6 Months) as per your Activation team. 3. After that I Called on Customer Care for My Plan confirmation They told me that Same Plan as per above I get all the benefits. 2 Times I get this Information from Customer Care. 4. Suddenly, on 10 Dec, I got call from Vodafone (Welcome Call) and someone lady told me that I get only 300 Local and 255 STD Minutes. And she is too irritating girl when I told her about above Plan she put my call on hold for 26 Min and I’m waiting for her hold prompt but she didn’t and after that she came back and told me that due to tech issue she put my call on hold but at the time of hold she told me that for plan confirmation she wants to put my call on hold but after that may be she is sleeping for half an hour.. and after that she refuse and said sorry this plan is not available only 300 Local and 255 STD Minutes Plan is possible and due to this I talked hardly with your peoples. 5. But if you will do these types of things then it’s not possible for me to continue relation with Vodafone and I’m not using this number right now. And wants only disconnection. 6. It is requested you to please disconnect this number and refund my money from my security deposit. From today I will not responsible for any type of rental, please disconnect it asap. 7. As per your Welcome Letter 600 local min and 300 local and 255 Std min mentioned but you peoples nothing bother for this and refuse it and also I got 450 STD min information from Activation team and Customer Care team….Not my Imagination when you have this plan and someone your guys told me this that’s why I know about it It’s not my imagination….. 8. And that time Welcome Call not complete by my side. If it was Completed so this fake complete by that Lady. 9. I wants good resolution but today i got call from cust care and he also told me that not possible so disconnect this number and refund my money...NOT INTRESTED TO CONTINUE WITH FROD PEOPLES... I have talked to each of you but none of you is bothering to resolve my case… PLEASE LOOK INTO IT VERY Very URGENTLY !! VERY Very BAD SERVICE IS TO BEGIN WITH… IF THIS IS THE BEGINNING… WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE NEXT ONE YEAR…GOD ONLY KNOWS !!                                   This is regarding Vodafone number +91-[protected] of Mumbai Circle. My bill for this month was whooping INR.2, 534 although I'm on Red plan. Well I don't have any complaint regarding the bill amount but with your terrible money-minded service. I'm a student and I had indefinite expenses this month that included the College tuition fees, Hostel fees, books, etc. All the expenses which could be named for the starting of new semester. This was the genuine reason behind the delay in paying-off my bills, but Vodafone made me realize that by not paying my bill on time, I've done the biggest blunder of my life. I got repeated calls for two consecutive days reminding me to pay my bill. I even explained the true reason behind the delay and both the executives and asked for 3-4 days time (I promised that I'll by the end of the week and only 3-4 days were left for it) said that they'll update this so that I don't face disconnection in mean time. Suddenly today in the morning when I was about to ring my friend, I got to know that my out-going facility has been disabled due to non-payment! I mean I'm not a thief or something, neither I was going to run-away without paying the bill. I just wanted 3-4 days because of a genuine problem and wow! The telecom giant couldn't grant me some time to acquire the money and then pay the bill. Were you guys going to suffer from any loss by providing me the grace period? I guess no. Before switching to Vodafone I was a loyal customer of Idea and used to pay the bills of almost twice he amount, around 4-5k every single month when I got pissed off from their terrible network and extremely poor reception in doors and made my mind to switch to Vodafone. When I could pay 4-5k bills on time, there was no reason I was not going to pay the bill of 2.5k. I just needed a little bit of time. I had to borrow 2k from a friend on mine to pay the bill after the disconnection. You've assigned a personal relationship manager as per my Red plan to help me out but what about the time when I forgot to pay the bill on the bill date? No one was ready to help. Both the executives who ranged me up made a bogus promise from me o[censored]pdating the reason so that I can get some grace period which they never did. Thanks a ton for your blunt service. I'm really impressed! Well the purpose of this mail was to make you guys realize about your money-minded policy and not listening/helping the customer in any way. Moreover, by this mail I'm acknowledging and requesting in advance to disconnect my services from this month, on my next bill date that is of 18th. Don't worry, I'll pay the upcoming bill of November but I don't to continue with your service after this bill date. I'm giving you in written that please shut down my services on 18th Dec or I'll be throwing the SIM card in Chowpatty and you can keep charging me Rs.1599 as per the plan. I won't be paying a single penny after 18th Dec as I'm not going to use the service. So it's a written, pre-notice for you to disconnect my service on 18th or else you'll end up following my asking to pay my bill when I'm not going to use Vodafone anymore. You guys have really pissed me off and gave the worst experience I ever had with any telecom service. Money is all you want and not customer satisfaction. Cool! Keep going. I'm giving up from Vodafone on 18th Dec. Thanks once again for screwing me up so bad.

                                    I'm a postpaid customer of Vodafone since 2013. I pay my bills weeks before the due date. I have noticed that there is an unknown download which is charged to my bill even though I have an unlimited data pack. The customer care guy said its for downloading from mydala site. I have never downloaded anything from that site. This has happened twice this year. Can anything be done to get this fraud under check and get the charges reversed.

                                      Dear Sir, I had visited Thailand from 22.11.2014 to 29.11.2014 and before moving I had subscribed International Roaming Pack for Rs. 673/- (Mob. No.-[protected]) under which my incoming calls were to be charged @ Rs. 30/- per minute but however during my visit I was charged at normal rate of Rs. 70/- per minute. I lodged a complaint (email) with Vodafone Customer Care on 23.11.2014 and followed up later on with many such emails but I could not get a satisfactory reply from Vodafone people. I request you to please initiate proceedings against the party and arrange for my refund as per actual incoming charges. Awaiting for your reply. Please do the needful. Rohit Kumar ([protected])
