Ilogical deduction of balance & no satisfactory explanation.

I recharged with Rs.33 on 19.11.2014 & got talk value of Rs.43.Suddenly I found nil balance on my account on 10.12.2014 as I hardly use the no. for outgoing calls.I contacted your customer care person on 11.12.2014 but he could not trace about any previous calls/sms/deduction details of my account.This horrible experience may force me to shift myself to any other service provider. Abusive language by Customer care service providers

Wrong bill charges every month
