Hi, NAME: SAGAR PATIL email id: [protected]@ipass.com DOB:[protected] Phone number:[protected] My self Sagar patil.I am using 5gb 850rs plan and i have got a bill of 10574.61 for october month. According to the bill i have crossed 5gb on[protected]. As i am using Data card its not possible to send the message to check data usage.Messages will be failed every time.So i made a contact with vodofone customer care people I have made a chat with customer care people on[protected] around 2.30pm to 3pm. He/she as misguided me my saying that i have used only 500MB and i can use further. But according to the bill i have crossed my limit i.e 5gb And i have called to the customer care guy on[protected] at 8:40pm. He has misguided me by saying that i used 1.5gb. Reference number for that call:[protected]. AS per his information i have used after that and now i have got a huge bill Its clearly indicates that its vodofone customer care negligence which caused to huge bill. I will not pay the extra bill except my 5gb 850rs plan. Please help me on this

    Sir/Madam, I am a vodafone customer for a long time. On 11th December, 2014, I received a sms from vodafone on my 2 vodafone numbers ([protected] and [protected]) that I have to submit my Proof of address and proof of Identity along with passport size photo to the nearest vodafone store and mini-store. However, I submitted all documents for the 2 numbers on 13th December, 2014 at Vodafone store Minto park (address- Ideal Plaza, 11/1, Sarat Bose Rd, Sreepally, Bhawanipur, Minto park, West Bengal 700020). I received 2 new vodafone sim. Today, 15th December, there are no signal in old sim as well as new sim for both the numbers. So, therefore, I am requesting you to solve my problem and re-activated those 2 mobile number as soon as possible. CONTACT PERSON- ARKA CHATTERJEE VODAFONE NUMBERs- [protected] & [protected].       My number [protected] has had reduction of balance of Rs.50 continuously since July, this is my forth complaint I regret to inform that every single time I call Customer service to complain they say that I have downloaded or activated some pack or service.

      They try to put the blame on me for deduction of balance they did.My complaint was accepted the last time still accusing me but 3 complaints including the present one were not accepted or looked into.

        DEAR SIR I had given a written request to your vodafone store in park street kolkata on 5th dec 2014, i received one confirmation message on 5th dec.But still my no is not deactivated, i have paid my last bill on 27th nov for rs 1007.00 your billing system for postpaid is not satisfactory so after paying bill i requested for deactivation of my no. But neither your vodafone store nor your customer care is taking care for my request, three times i have requested to customer care also to deactivate this no. why i will be charged for extra one month bill for dec your vodafone company is not taking response to close this no. today also i have lodged one request for deactivation of my no but i know your company is willingly doing late to deactivation so that customer will be charged for one month extra bill payment. i have paid my every month bill timely, now i have requested to deactivate my no, but your service providers are so much irresponsible. kindly resolve my problem and deactivate my no immediately so that i should not be charged for extra payment unnecessary .

          My vodafone dongle number is : [protected] I want my services to this dongle to be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. It's a SINCERE REQUEST, I have been trying to call your postpaid department, and the call transfers never happen, Even if someone picks up a call, they don't respond efficiently and keep transferring the calls. I have been trying to call for the past two weeks. Please just stop my dongle services and every thing associated with it!

            Dear Sir, My name is Pralay Haldar and I had signed up for the Vodafone postpaid services on two numbers ([protected] and [protected]) on the 12th of June, 2014. While taking the services, I had asked the person at the vodafone outlet (in Infosys campus, Bangalore) the cancellation rights, and he said to me that I can cancel the services after 3 months from the date of activation. So I took his word. As my usage was limited, and I wanted to get free calls between those two numbers, which I got and had no complaints about. After completing 3 months and paying the bills on time each month, which you would appreciate, I went to that person (at the outlet) to request them to stop the services and cancel my accounts. He asked me to write in to vodafone care and they will take it from there. So I took his advice and sent the mail in order to let them know that I want to cancel my services. I had not received any response either on phone or through e mail to tell me the progress of my initial request. Every time, I speak to one of your call centre people, and ask them to stop the accounts, they would say, that it has been done and yet I receive a bill next month. It has been more than 3 months now and I have still not received any sort of confirmation either in the form of letter or email. Despite my numerous attempts of calling your people at call centres and writing them emails to ask them to stop my accounts, I am still getting the emails asking me pay the bills for the service I dont use since September, 2014. I dont even have the sim cards with me now. I am forwarding you the previous emails which I had sent to various teams in vodafone asking them to stop billing me as I dont use the service, but they wont listen. This is really disgraceful and a matter o[censored]tter shame for a company like vodafone to not able to listen to one small request and act upon it. I am very disappointed with the pathetic customer service that I have got till now and wanted to make a formal complaint against everyone who dealt with my accounts (or in this case, failed to deal with it). This has caused me a lot of discomfort and unrest. I want you to please listen to my request and please get your act right in cancelling my accounts ([protected] and [protected]) with immediate effect and with nothing owing to you. I hope this issue will be resolved once and for all. I will wait for your response. P.S.: I am sick and tired with the way this company has treated me that I demand an apology letter/ email to be send to my email id: [protected]@yahoo.in / pralay.[protected]@gmail.com and the total outstanding amount to be cancelled as I have not used the services since September this year.

              My phone has been deducted a lot of balance under MY DALA 4-5 times, gossip pack 3 times, and various other links which they claim that i download or clicked the links, whereas this data was cut when i was sleeping or not using the Internet. It has been happening for the past four weeks with me. The City based office hasn't been of any help to me. The gross sum of total balance cut has been over 250 rupees, i already have an data plan active and yet rather than claiming their mistake or checking their back end services they tell me that i have downloaded stuff where as nothing gets downloaded in an Iphone to which they do not have an answer, they would not give me my browsing history either so i am helpless and being harassed by them time and again. I have been a loyal customer since the past 6-7 years. They have even canceled my life time caller tune service without any sms saying that the customer care representative thought so, when asked for the call recording they refused to give it to me. I require help as i do not wish to change my service provider also.

                I am using vodafone sim for 5-6 years. They provided good service but now for several months whenever i recharge, my balance automatically deducts within next 2 days. This has happened several times. Whenever i call customer care, they say that i have activated service which i never heard. This is a very bad service by customer care. I have lost my money in this. Rs.100, Rs.30, several times. And every time i call them they tell me the same that i have activated a service, i made a international call etc. This kind of service, looting by vodafone has made me very angry. So, if anyone is thinking about buying vodafone sim, do know about this looting service by vodafone.

                  I have Vodafone sim and it is of Maharashtra Circle. When I am on roaming in Madhya Pradesh and I am not getting 3G signals, I called Vodafone customer care, and told them my problem then the executive told me to contact Madhya Pradesh customer care. I called Madhya Pradesh's customer care, he told me that my number is from Maharashtra Circle so he cannot help me. Then he gave me Maharashtra's customer care number. Then I called on that number. Maharashtra's executive told me that I am not in Maharashtra so he cannot help me as he don't have access to Madhya Pradesh's location details and my problem can only be solved by Madhya Pradesh customer care. Then I called Madhya Pradesh's customer care and told him about my conversation with Maharashtra's executive. After that I asked him what should I do? He told me that you cannot do anything.                   Vodafone customer care registered my complaint on 29th November 2014 and told me that it will be resolved by 30th November 2014. Till today i.e. 14th December 2014 I am not getting 3G signals on my mobile.

                    sir I done recharge 230. in customer care thy activated me 29₹ ratecatter 3times and 21₹ rate cutter 3times. But for 21rs two times alone recharge done for another 1time it not done but they tooked balance from me ₹150. If I ask customer showrrom and customer care thy not responding properly. I was very anger so I gave port request also but I like Vodafone so I wont change please cancell my port request also. Pls activate for me another 21₹ rate cutter orelse in my family all using vodfone sim only u going to loose valueable customers

                      I have reported the problem before also. I got the mail regarding Vodafone representative called me, and how was my experience with him. ???? What the hell..I didn't get any call regarding that. Now, i called the Vodafone customer care today..I told him that i have a issue with the bill which generated yesterday i.e 12th Dec 2014. My Number is [protected]. Issue is i got a call on 7th Nov from vodafone representative, he told me about 95 rupee plan (650 MB data ), i told him to activate this service from next billing cycle i.e 12th Nov. On 18 or 19th Nov i got another call, that lady told me about 155 plan (1GB data), and for next two month i will be charged only 100 rupee for 1Gb of data. So i activated that serviece. Now i got the bill, Its very MUCH. !!! I was SHOCKED by seeing the bill. Today i called customer care, i explainded him about my problem. The lady told, there seems to be some problem in the bill. She is very sorry for that. She told me that the will forward the call to her supervisor. But that time line was busy so she told me told me to call afterwards. Afterthat i have tried 5 6 times, everyone is saying suprvisor is busy. they told me to call afterwards. am not able to talk to any of the supervisor. I also told them to forward me my DETAILED BILL. they also have NOT FORWARDED MY DETAILED BILL Am very disappointed by the Vodafone service . IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED, AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE BILL. THIS BILL IS FRAUD, AM CHEATED BY THE VODAFONE.

                      This is with
                      regards to my Vodafone no [protected], for which I have been
                      paying you a monthly bill of appox 1200/Rs on an average, and you have been
                      charging me a monthly rental of Rs 549/- with the other usage charges + taxes
                      .
                      Sir some two days before you SMS me
                      quietly saying that I have used 200 MB extra on my data Plan, and further on you
                      send me more massages after every 200MB saying that I have used 800MB extra, and
                      than all of a sudden you ask me that you have increased my limit to 9000/Rs . On
                      inquiring from your Customer Executive he could not give me the satisfactory
                      answer about how I consumed the extra MB and when I have a Fixed DATA Plan than
                      how can your system allow to use extra DATA . This I believe is a trap from your
                      end to Extract Extra Money from the innocent customer by your Cheat company, as
                      I inquire from the Executive he told me that I have consumed some 3000/Rs extra
                      amount towards DATA usage where as my data plan is FIXED and I have been paying
                      you for the same since last 18 Months or more,
                      Now all I want to say is that I never
                      asked you people to increase the plan how can you increase the DATA plan without
                      asking me, It shows that you people are fraudulently trying to extract money
                      through falls billing, but to remind you that I will not be trapped in such
                      means, all I request you that please be fare while you deal with the customers
                      and do not try to increase DATA plan on your on, and remove all the extra
                      charges IF you are planning to add, even otherwise also I am not going to pay
                      you any extra charges if added also it show that you do not value your customer,
                      and when ever you get a chance you try to cheat earlier also you have been
                      cheating me by adding late fee on my bill but I did not took it seriously but
                      this time you people have crossed all the limits and you are forcing me
                      to pursue the
                      matter further
                      In case you add extra amount in the
                      bill other than the plan I will make sure to take the matter to its logical
                      end.
                      I hope you under stand that cheating
                      will not work in this case.

                        HI Vodafone Corporate. 'I am vodafone post paid customer I had been charged with unknown charges for 396 rupee for some download' even in mornng 6 AM For which I do not have any clue and there is not such app or property is in my phone . Even client care has no clue . I has received slimier feedback from couple of my friends using post paid connection . I had conversion with Client Care with very rude response and no clarity on the case. I need solution else I will be be changing to any other provider . regards santi [protected]

                            My mobile no is [protected]. I have not subscribed for d2c ndtv valuepk 9, then also you have deducted 99 Rs and 12.36 tax on it from my account. If it is frequently occurred with your customers then I need to rethink on continuing with vodafone. I want refund or satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest.

                                I have recharged for Rs 500 a week before, which gave me a balance of rs 500. I have hardly made 10 local calls from my number since the recharge. Today my balance is less than 200. I learned from the customer care that rs 99 each was deducted three times from my balance on 11th dec. And the executive was saying i subscribed some chanel which i actually didnt. i request a refund

                                    I'm using vodafone postpaid number [protected] plan 399. As, I got 300 extra minutes aprt from the plan for 3 months. But the bill generated of amount 657.88. Which included Rs.76 extra vodafone download which was totally wrong. And 300 extra minutes was not redeemed. The actual calculated amount is of Rs. 394 (approx.). Customer care support at Vodafone care is pathetic as I visited the place for more than 5 times. They asked me to pay the bill which I paid and they promised for the adjustment in the next. But, nothing happened and my next bill comes to be of Rs. 726. Kindy help me out with the in this adjustment. Thank you, Pushpender Singh [protected]

                                      Respected sir, I complaint against NDTV company and Vodafone Company that they deduct the money from main balance of my vodafone mobile prepaid number i.e, [protected].The amount is of Rs.30 which is deducted for D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_30-NDTV. I haven't opted or activated any such kind of service. Because of this I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance from these company. For that I want my money return from the NDTV company or from Vodafone Company which is deducted from my main balance. I am sure that for this deduction of money there is partnership between NDTV and Vodafone Company. Herewith i attached the proof of deduction of money. Please solve my problem as early as possible and refund my money Rs.30.00.

                                        Again, NOW ITS 3rd TIME -- I had not faced these kind of deductions in 6-7 years with vodafone . But now in these days i am very frustrated to have these kind of problems regulary. Whenever i recharge my vodafone number, every time these -- DNLD-P_CRBT_LVDP3_75-SM = Deduction 75 INR ( 12. 12. 2014 ) . Earlier it was some thing else starting from DNLD- May i please get a satisfactory reason why the amount is being deducted / when it will be stop. !! OR SHOULD I JUST SWITCH TO ANOTHER CONNECTION. .. Waiting for your kind reply ASAP ..
