In my current bill, Vodafone has put download charges for some hello1_tvallsouth_ which are never downloaded.When i called the customer care, the executive took 10 mins to locate the item on the bill and could not give any justification for these charges, everytime he used to say, if you click somewhere, the charges are deducted.Getting peturbed by such a childish behaviour, i asked him to pass on the call to some senior, to that he made me hold for few minutes, and later disconnect the call.This has happened twice. How can Vodafone deduct charges without my consent.For anything paid, the charges are to be paid by either the credit card or bank account.Either Vodafone shows me any acknowledgement/consent proof for deducting the charges or revert these charges from my bill. I can already see many such complaints regarding Vodafone, that itself shows Vodafone is chaeting customers by putting such charges. My Vodafone number:[protected]. This is happening time and again. Previously also they have levied charges which I not paid but they are leving 25 charges per month as miccredit charges. Further they are not lodging a complaint regardint this. I am a customer of Vodafone of 15 years and I am many no. of vodafone but now I am thinking to port to some other service provider.

Updated by lavi0312 Not received any call from vodafone today despite mentioning the availability of mine.
I spoke to a lady at their customer care, who spoke to her manager and said that the balance will be refunded to me, but just before taking the complaint number the call got cut. After that I could not get in touch with her, and the other 'insensitive' officials that Vodafone has bluntly said that I HAVE TO PAY for this.
I want this matter to be resolved by Vodafone as soon as possible, because I will not be paying for something I have not used.
If need be I will get my number ported to some other company.
So kindly get this resolved.
