Myself Poulami Gupta. I got a letter from vodafone bearing number [protected]. I was asked to pay rs.2332.95 to reactive my service. A vodafone employee named Mr. Surajit ( cell no[protected] came at my residential address with a copy of that letter. I clearly & repeatedly told him that how much I need to pay to block this number permanently? He told that " madam I will make a concession for you. so you have to pay 2032 to block this number. " Again I confirmed that . According to Mr. Surajit (Don't konw his surname) I made a payment on[protected] & send mail to vodafonecare with details of the payment. I send sms to surajit also as he told me to do so. Now I got mail from corporatecare that I again need to pay 487.33 to block this number. Now when I told surajit he is not receiving my call . I called him around 20 times but he is not receiving. whereas he is liable to answer customer queries. I called him from another number . Then he picked up call & used absurd language by saying" whatever want you can do." He is deliberately ignoring me, but during my payment he used to call me randomly. I kept my word . He told me to make payment within 30 Nov but I done it by 29 Nov itself. vodafone is a reputed company . How can have it such type of fake, liar, irresponsible, employee who can change his statement within a second? He doesn't have exact knowledge. He was just busy in making his target by collecting amount in a fake way. He also should kept his word. As a proof I have his message from his number stating what I mentioned. I have not deleted this message. I am using vodafone postpaid connection more than 1 year as I am happy. But this event made me a bad impression regarding vodafone service. I would like to say please solve my problem & confirm me through mail or your convenient way . Already I suffered a lot o[censored]nnecessary headache due to that fraud employee. I will not pay anything because I am not responsible for his inadequate knowledge. I shall be obliged if you do the needful for the same.

    my self Manodwip banik ... i m using vodafone postpaid CUG sim number [protected].. was blocked by technical fault...i m contact siliguri vodafone store n CUG connection suppliers and many vodafone officers but no response n rply from them...my sim blocked almost 14 days but no response already i m face many loses of my business... everyone of vodafone stuff n officers says no responsebility of this... pls do something n help me.. for loses my business. regards manodwip banik alternative number- [protected]

      Sir/Madam Myself Gaurav sharma an vodafone prepaid costumer my mobile num is [protected] so the mattee is that i changed my handset as on 4-dec-2014 n then rechaged my num with an recharge of 198 rs for unlimited data plan n it giot activated i continued to use it till 10-dec-2014 when i received an message that my old has been override by an bundel pack as per an offer which is 500mb pack which i have no knowledge about and company not even asked me about it which is an fraud so then i called customer care alot of times all say said that company has nothing to do with it and you have to live with that and after that they again cut my 30 rs from balance fir some radio pack which again i have no concern with m so disturbed with all this blunders of vodafone all i want is my unlimited data pack back for which i paid 198rs n my 30rs balance too Thank you hope to get my reqest done soon Gaurav sharma [protected]

        My no. is [protected]. Firstly I recharged with an amount of Rs.198.According to the company i can use 1.25 GB data with full speed, then the speed reduces to 10 Kbps. But from starting i faced a slow net speed although my cell was catching full network then too speed hardly reached 15-20 Kbps.But after I crossed 1.25 GB mark the net speed started to crawl. At max. I was getting speed of 2 Kbps .I called customer care and i asked them to resolve my problem. Then he told me "that the company just says that you would get a speed of 10 Kbps..in actual u will get a speed of 2-3 Kbps only". How can he say that COMPANY JUST MAKE FALSE PROMISES. I don't remember his name but you surely have recordings of customer qnd you can go through it to confirm. But after than I recharged with an amount of 248 which states that I can use 3 GB of data at full speed and than speed will be reduced to 40 Kbps. But since from day one I am getting a speed of 15Kbps at max. and that too rarely. otherwise I am suffering from the same speed problem of 2-3 Kbps. Is this justice done to customer. It is the worst sim i have ever used. I wonder if Can anybody provide me with justice. Regards Ankit Yadav

          Hii. I am Munish and my Vodafone No. is [protected]. I am using this no. from 3 years and there were no complaints. But from past 3 months i am facing problem of balance deductions for reasons which are unknown to me. when i tried contacting Vodafone customer care they are unable to tell the exact reason and every time they say "You might have visited some paid internet site". I am having unlimited Internet data pack so there is no point of deduction for internet browsing. Moreover i recharged Rs.85 on 10.12.2014 in morning and just after 1 hr i got a msg that Rs.66 have been deducted from my balance for TINY TV servise, I have never activated any such service. Pls help getting back my balance and stop these deductions.

            Hi, This it a total fraud! - I have been charged of downloading d2c_shotformats_ti and hello1_tvallsouth_ on October and November bills. On asking customer care they are saying that we cannot inform you regarding this as this is confidential information. This is strange! They are charging me for something but cannot share detailed information about that. I never downloaded such a thing on my mobile. Please help, Vinay [protected]

            I have the same problem. I have been deducted Rs. 99 for this random link 'shotformats', which I am not even aware of.

            I spoke to a lady at their customer care, who spoke to her manager and said that the balance will be refunded to me, but just before taking the complaint number the call got cut. After that I could not get in touch with her, and the other 'insensitive' officials that Vodafone has bluntly said that I HAVE TO PAY for this.

            I want this matter to be resolved by Vodafone as soon as possible, because I will not be paying for something I have not used.

            If need be I will get my number ported to some other company.

            So kindly get this resolved.
            I m also facing same problem with vodafone

              hi I have been using Vodafone services for more than 7 years, and today I am writing my first complaint regarding billing, hoping that this would be addressed at the earliest. I am billed for the content in the subject for (148 Rs) (Nov14 bill), while actually i did not download any of this stuff. I and am not sure why this is being billed to me in the first place. I would want a refund of this amount that is being collected from me. Continuance of further services from Vodafone will now depend on the redressal of this complaint. Regards, Bhanu. Jampala

                di am using vodafone postpaid connection. i called customer care and asked them to activate 2G DATA PACK . they taken my request and said it will take 4hours to activate. i called after 4 hours, they replied it will activate by end of the day.. I waited for whole day.. still it not activated. next day i called and asked same, again they saying it will activate in 24hours.. waited again and still not activated., again i called them they are saying same answer.. where i have to compaliant.                   n my current bill, Vodafone has put download charges for some ndtv app which is never downloaded.When i called the customer care, the executive took 10 mins to locate the item on the bill and could not give any justification for these charges, everytime he used to say, if you click somewhere, the charges are deducted.Getting peturbed by such a childish behaviour, i asked him to pass on the call to some senior, to that he made me hold for few minutes, and later disconnect the call.This has happened twice. Howcan Vodafone deduct charges without my consent.For anything paid, the charges are to be paid by either the credit card or bank account.Either Vodafone shows me any acknowledgement/consent proof for deducting the charges or revert these charges from my bill. Ican already see many such complaints regarding Vodafone, that itself shows Vodafone is cheating customers by putting such charges. My Vodafone number:[protected]. This is happening time andagain.I don't know if senior supervisiors also doesn't justify then whom to complaint. Tired of vodafone..

                    Hi Sir/Madam, I ported my number from Idea to Vodafone post paid one week ago. It worked 4 to 5 days after that outgoing and data blocked. I called to customer care three times. In first time the CCE disconnected the call. They told me that your billing address comes in roaming area and unable to be verified. My question is that Why I was not told at the time of submission of my documents?????? Its my humble request to open the outgoing and data uses because it is my official number.                         Hi All, I’m also one of the victims who got charged for the services wapvilla_ppd, hello1_tvallsoth & d2c_mgossip_pack49 which I haven't downloaded.                             Hi, I had submitted a request through email on[protected] to deactivate my post paid connection on [protected] which 3g post paid connection. I got a call from customer care executive and confirmed that they are going to deactivate post paid connection and change it into prepaid connection by passing 500 for 2 years. I agreed and left the call. But after one month I got bill for the month November, 2014 for bill Rs.740/- and my credit card was already charged. When I enquired about it in vodafone store, they are saying that request is not processed. So, who fault is this? As a consumer mine or Vodafone? Please help me regarding this. Previously also they have levied charges which I not paid but they are leving 25 charges per month as miccredit charges. Further they are not lodging a complaint regardint this.                                     My issue was that I have activated the vodafone blackberry services but it was not activated on my number. I spoke to 4 vodafone executives in past 1 hour and following is the experince with all the four executives 1. First of all it is next to impossible to speak to vodafone customer service executives and when you are able to after a lot wait and hearing that pathetic music after 20 mins then you just hear some background voices, you can make out that the person on the other end has picked up the phone but he never answers to you, not even a single word. 2. Secondly I disconnected and called back to speak to an executive who seems to be sleeping and as if I have awaken him from half sleep, he tells me that my bb services will be activated within next 30 mins. 3. Thirdly I called back again after 1 hour when my services were still not activated and the guy who picked up the phone seemed as if I have awaken him from deep sleep and he wants to vent out his frustration on me he didn't even give the opening and started with hello and when I told him the issue he said that he will get back to me in few minutes and put me on mute. Then after some time being on mute he transferred me to some ivr which started asking me for the options and when I didn't provide any then it disconnected the line 4. Fourthly I called back because I have paid for that service and I want it to be activated asap and the guy who picked the phone (Kuljeet) was the only guy who seems to be not sleeping and said that my services will be activated only in 4 hours, when I asked him about the details of whom I spoke earlier he said that they (Vodafone) don't keep any logs and he cannot make out whom I spoke to earlier unless and until I provide him with the name (which obviously I didn't know because he never told me his name). When I requested him to speak to his supervisor he said that all supervisors only work in day shift. I can't believe the kind of support I am recieving from these people I mean how is it possible that there can't be any escalation during night hours and what kind of customer service is being provided by one of the leading service provider's in India

                                      My self Sajid Kureshi, I am using Vodafona form last 3 years but in last 3 month I was out of town and for that I bill was due and for that reason vodafone has suspended my service but on 4thof Dec 2014 I have paid my all due bill and more amount but till I am waiting for service, My card is not working and I am requesting in 111 again and again but no...no...no..., Till I am waiting to restart my service because after that I want to transfer my connection in prepaid now I have post paid, Please help me otherwise I will got to consumer court My name: Sajid Kureshi Vodafone no.                                         Hi my name is Amarpreet Singh and I am using vodafone post paid connection. I would like to inform that from last 3 months I am receiving extra amount of bill and for that I have request for the itemize bill. I have called multiple times to customer care for the same concern but its not resolve. So finally I visited to vodafone branch at Tilak nagar ( Fateh nagar ) west Delhi and I have spoken with TL regarding the same concern and asked to waive off the extra charge and the lady has checked with the present manager and they have rejected for the request. I have not paid my last 2 months bill and I wont be paying till the time this get resolve. My net services has been barred. My number : [protected] My plan : 200 rupees My Internet plan was : 650 ( 3gb) As per my knowledge I have not downloaded or surf the unnecessary web or the files which was shown to me by the TL on the vodafone center. I have gone through with the physical and financial harassment from last 3 months and I have all the call recordings and the proofs which is required to take the necessary action against vodafone company.
