Absurd 2G internet bill

I am using a Vodafone CUG Postpaid Connection. I use a 2G interner connection. Last month I received an absurd bill with 745/- extra for internet usage. My additional usage was about 200 MB, and for that I had to pay Rs. 745/-. I contacted Customer care and they cared to reply me only after more than 8 days. Even though I have used 200 MB more, I dont think the extra amount I had to pay is an appropriate one....

Fraudulent Downloading Charges
