n my current bill, Vodafone has put download charges for some ndtv app which is never downloaded.When i called the customer care, the executive took 10 mins to locate the item on the bill and could not give any justification for these charges, everytime he used to say, if you click somewhere, the charges are deducted.Getting peturbed by such a childish behaviour, i asked him to pass on the call to some senior, to that he made me hold for few minutes, and later disconnect the call.This has happened twice. Howcan Vodafone deduct charges without my consent.For anything paid, the charges are to be paid by either the credit card or bank account.Either Vodafone shows me any acknowledgement/consent proof for deducting the charges or revert these charges from my bill. Ican already see many such complaints regarding Vodafone, that itself shows Vodafone is cheating customers by putting such charges. My Vodafone number:[protected]. This is happening time andagain.I don't know if senior supervisiors also doesn't justify then whom to complaint. Tired of vodafone..

    Hi Sir/Madam, I ported my number from Idea to Vodafone post paid one week ago. It worked 4 to 5 days after that outgoing and data blocked. I called to customer care three times. In first time the CCE disconnected the call. They told me that your billing address comes in roaming area and unable to be verified. My question is that Why I was not told at the time of submission of my documents?????? Its my humble request to open the outgoing and data uses because it is my official number.         Hi All, I’m also one of the victims who got charged for the services wapvilla_ppd, hello1_tvallsoth & d2c_mgossip_pack49 which I haven't downloaded. My mobile number is [protected] and I was charged Rs 128/- for the above services in the months of November and December Bills. I request Vodafone to seriously look into this issue and refund the amount of Rs256/- to my account. Thanks

            Hi, I had submitted a request through email on[protected] to deactivate my post paid connection on [protected] which 3g post paid connection. I got a call from customer care executive and confirmed that they are going to deactivate post paid connection and change it into prepaid connection by passing 500 for 2 years. I agreed and left the call. But after one month I got bill for the month November, 2014 for bill Rs.740/- and my credit card was already charged. When I enquired about it in vodafone store, they are saying that request is not processed. So, who fault is this? As a consumer mine or Vodafone? Please help me regarding this. Previously also they have levied charges which I not paid but they are leving 25 charges per month as miccredit charges. Further they are not lodging a complaint regardint this.                     My issue was that I have activated the vodafone blackberry services but it was not activated on my number. I spoke to 4 vodafone executives in past 1 hour and following is the experince with all the four executives 1. First of all it is next to impossible to speak to vodafone customer service executives and when you are able to after a lot wait and hearing that pathetic music after 20 mins then you just hear some background voices, you can make out that the person on the other end has picked up the phone but he never answers to you, not even a single word. 2. Secondly I disconnected and called back to speak to an executive who seems to be sleeping and as if I have awaken him from half sleep, he tells me that my bb services will be activated within next 30 mins. 3. Thirdly I called back again after 1 hour when my services were still not activated and the guy who picked up the phone seemed as if I have awaken him from deep sleep and he wants to vent out his frustration on me he didn't even give the opening and started with hello and when I told him the issue he said that he will get back to me in few minutes and put me on mute. Then after some time being on mute he transferred me to some ivr which started asking me for the options and when I didn't provide any then it disconnected the line 4. Fourthly I called back because I have paid for that service and I want it to be activated asap and the guy who picked the phone (Kuljeet) was the only guy who seems to be not sleeping and said that my services will be activated only in 4 hours, when I asked him about the details of whom I spoke earlier he said that they (Vodafone) don't keep any logs and he cannot make out whom I spoke to earlier unless and until I provide him with the name (which obviously I didn't know because he never told me his name). When I requested him to speak to his supervisor he said that all supervisors only work in day shift. I can't believe the kind of support I am recieving from these people I mean how is it possible that there can't be any escalation during night hours and what kind of customer service is being provided by one of the leading service provider's in India

                        Hi my name is Amarpreet Singh and I am using vodafone post paid connection. I would like to inform that from last 3 months I am receiving extra amount of bill and for that I have request for the itemize bill. I have called multiple times to customer care for the same concern but its not resolve. So finally I visited to vodafone branch at Tilak nagar ( Fateh nagar ) west Delhi and I have spoken with TL regarding the same concern and asked to waive off the extra charge and the lady has checked with the present manager and they have rejected for the request. I have not paid my last 2 months bill and I wont be paying till the time this get resolve. My net services has been barred. My number : [protected] My plan : 200 rupees My Internet plan was : 650 ( 3gb) As per my knowledge I have not downloaded or surf the unnecessary web or the files which was shown to me by the TL on the vodafone center. I have gone through with the physical and financial harassment from last 3 months and I have all the call recordings and the proofs which is required to take the necessary action against vodafone company.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I'm ARUN, my Vodafone number is [protected].I am using Vodafone 2G unlimited internet pack since last six months. I connected my sim with D-link modem .I have problem, "my internet speed is very slow (only 0-15 kbps)". I complained this to 198 and other customer care numbers. They said the reasons for slow connection, i. the speed will be limit(up to 40 kbps), after 2GB usage ii. if the balance is lower than Rs 3, the speed is reduced iii. signal problem iv. modem problem v. internet settings problem But from me, i. before crossing 2GB limit, this problem is occurring ii. I continued my balance above Rs 3 iii. There is no signal problem in my area iv. There is no modem problem(I checked my modem with other sim cards) v. I downloaded proper internet settings. I said the above points to customer care, but they didn’t take any action to solve my problem. And another one is, “only ending date of internet pack, the browsing speed is high; this is why???” .So I request you to, please solve my slow internet connection problem. This is my last complaint; if my problem is not solved, I will change my connection with mobile number portability.                                 I was a Idea user and thought of porting it to Vodafone. I did the process and my Idea sim got deactivated 5th Dec. I tried putting in vodafone sim but i got no network. Later i got to know from the vodafone agent Pankaj Dubey that i was handed wrong sim. Then i got another sim which got activated on 6th Dec evening (after 24 hours) after lot of follow and trouble. I got the network and then i called 117 for verification. My verification was done and the executive said outgoing/incoming will be activated in an hour. but within 30 mins network went off from my phone and now there is no network. I tried calling Pankaj Dubey but didnt answer his phone. then i called customer care, the executive said my number is suspended but he didnt mention the reason behind it. He said i will have to go to vodafone store. This is saturday night and vodafone store will be closed on Sunday. It has been almost 3 days without phone and you are asking me to stay one more day without phone. This is how this company welcomes new customer. On 7th Dec, I called customer care again and the executive said my number is suspended due to verification and i will have to visit vodafone store. When i told that lady to transfer it to some senior guy she kept me on transfer line for 20 minutes... On the other side the verification guy had told me that i have cleared the verification successfully and incoming/outgoing service will start in an hour. Totally Contradicting... I called Pankaj Dubey again after lot of try he finally picked up his phone... he said there is some technical issue due to which it is auto suspending numbers after verification... he said he got complaints from 2-3 more customers who are facing similar issues... Now this is 4th day ...8th Dec... As per commitment given by Pankaj Dubey my phone's network should have started at 11 AM... but still its not showing network.. I called Pankaj Dubey again and he joined Prashant on conference... Prashant said there is some techincal issue due to which my number is suspended and it will take 3 hours more ... I am writing this complaint at 12;30 PM and there is my SIM in not activated yet... Because of all these issues i have faced a major loss... it has hindered alot on my work.. How is vodafone going to compensate on this? It is already 4th day without phone and i am sure it is not going to resolve soon looking at vodafone personel's attitude... I had few on-call interviews placed but i couldnt get any ..thanks to vodafone and their service... totally frustrated ... There is no helpline number for emergency matters... one vodafone guys blaims on other or transfer to other... and this goes on and on... Customer care is totally uselesss... instead of saying "Happy to help you"... you guys should consider changing it to "sorry to help you"... My number is [protected]

                                  Hi I a genuine customer of vodaphone sine last 9 years .. in this 9 years I haven't submitted a complaint for your services.. i am using a number [protected] on this number i had a add on number [protected]. I am using a addon number [protected] were in last month i got a bill of 8500 plus... for net usage.. for this number i have a separate idea Internet card... plz check it out and resolve my problem...

                                    I am from chennai.I got 5 postpaids sims and it was activated in a day.After 10 days the number was deactivated and when i asked they told direct verification was not completed and told me they will come in 2 days..When the person came to my office for verification they didnt wait for me to come..(not even 15 mins).Again i complained the team leader of vodafone, they told the number will be activated in a day..and yes it was activated..and after 2 days a person came for verification.and he verified and got sign from me.But the next day in the evening the number was barred.when i called customer care they told verification was not done..( mentioning i was not in office/home).It all happened last week.I kindly request to take some action over this..Everyday i cant keep calling them and asking when will it be activated.

                                      Another instance of how Vodafone thinks the consumers are some illiterates who can be fooled around and overcharged at will. I was also charged d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 for 99+taxes in Nov 14's cycle for my phone [protected]. Innumerable emails and phone calls doesnt seem to help. They give out the same lawyer approved, corporate self-righteous spiel. Exerpts from my chat: "Sir, we assure you that our billing systems are robust and accurate and charges are as per data pack selected by you” and the gem: "Sir, the same is charged after you have used the same.". You tell them how that is not possible, they come up with standard "I regret for the inconvenience caused to you.". The moment they realize you will stand your ground, they will eagerly propose to raise a waiver request for you, to get out of this conversation and let some other exec repeat the same to you, on another day! In all fairness, their billing system might be robust as they claim. But the issue here is perhaps o[censored]NFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES! Nobody seems to bother or hear our side of the story. Is this a ploy to make bottomlines for their corporate partners? NDTV in this instance? As I work in a high security env where smart phones are kept in lock and key with security, the time of this download, it was not even with me! So, we can safely say that this is sort of a sharp practice being indulged in by Vodafone to milk the customers and who are forced to pay! Can someone even bother to look at our plight? Any information how to approach this matter in the consumer courts? My no: [protected]. Thanks. Imran.
