Respected sir my no is [protected]. I have not subscribed for any d2c ndtv value, yet you have deducted 99 Rs and 12.36 tax on it from my account. This is very irritating. why is vodafone doing such blunder work? I want refund or satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest. Else I would be forced to leave and take higher action.

It took only 24 hrs to resolve my complaint! The next day itself i got a call from VODAFONE care that my balance would be refunded! Thank you Indian consumer complaint Forum!

    I am using a Vodafone CUG Postpaid Connection. I use a 2G interner connection. Last month I received an absurd bill with 745/- extra for internet usage. My additional usage was about 200 MB, and for that I had to pay Rs. 745/-. I contacted Customer care and they cared to reply me only after more than 8 days. Even though I have used 200 MB more, I dont think the extra amount I had to pay is an appropriate one.

      Hi this is Naveen sharma, I called customer care executive RAJNEESH to waive of my extra mobile internet charge amounting to Rs.380 to my mobile no. [protected]. But he provided me with falls information of registering my complaint regarding waiving of bill. My enquiry no. is[protected], but when i rechecked that there is no such request in that complaint number.         Charges for fraudulent service Recently i saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 49Rs for a mgossip pack which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service. So am i supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life? I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please. I'd charged twice for this service of ₹49 and ₹49 which I didn't activated. My number is [protected]. Please revert back my charges and this fraudulent service should stopped right away and if my complaint not be heard here then i will logg a case againt vodafone and i can do it.

          Hi I am using the prepaid with my Vodafone no [protected] since last 4 years. I feel to migrate the same no with postpaid plans. Thus I handed over all related docs as requested by Vodafone personal on 29th Nov 2014 and he assured me it will take 2 to 3 days to activate the same after migration and handed over the postpaid sim. I waiting since then to a activate the my postpaid sim. Now the most pathetic thing happened from yestraday my prepaid sim has been deactivated and my postpaid still not active. I not able to contact with family and friends/colleagues. It’s not an end I try to contact the customer care they put me on hold till 30 minutes and disconnect the phone. Please look over the matter and do needful as earliest.

            Vodafone has deducted 100rs from my main balance without any notification. When I contacted vodafone customer care executive they said that I have played a java game in my mobile, but I haven't played any such games & also java is not at all supported in my mobile. Then how come they have deducted money from my main balance and also they said that the money is deducted on 5th December but I came to know about it by today morning, so they are telling that now it's more than 24hrs so we can't do anything now.

              I have been charged Rs.1050/- unnecessarily for 'MI_CAP_1050_30d_R_PROMO_3G", a plan which I am not aware of. Don't know why they activated this service on my number?? I wasn't even informed about it. I tried calling them customer care always & unable to get proper answer towards the same.               They are not listening, only forwarding the same mail repeatedly.

                Hi, This is Ashish . Contact # [protected]. For nov 2014 bill, Vodafone deducted 50 rs . I had not subscribed for the service. On contacting with customer care, they told some services are chargeble. I have a plan of 1 GB 3 g Internet and for that month i had not used the full amount. My Question is though i have data plan in limit and i had not subscribed for the service, how come voda fone deduct the money. I want my money to refund back. I am attaching bill Thanks Ashish

                  Hi I am losing money every month because of vodafone services. I was getting messages regarding my ending subscriptions from February and i became dependable upon msgs i used to forget the details of my ending subscription and no one would remeber it if we are having an alert service but in august they ended up that service and they didnt give a notification that we are ending up our alert service so as i could have on my own i could have remember the dates. After my roaming free subscription ended my 250rs balance was gone that day i called up the customer care and they told me that its not our fault we have ended our alert system but if you want we can msg you when the subscription is over. And again i was depending on their msgs. But nxt month same thing happened and my 200 balance was gone. Again i called and they were not happy to help me. They were blaming me and i was so frustrated i dint say a word and banged my phone now i remember mu dates and everything. But now their delayed service has again taken my money i recharged of rs 72 and the balance was deducted from my bank account but for half an hour their was no msg regarding my recharge so i thought that it is not successful and my balance will return in 1 week because it had happened before also. Then i recharged again and it was successfully done I received all msgs but after 1 hour i got msg that your recharge is done that means they did my first recharge after 1 hour and i called them and they told me that your recharge has been over done and first one is cancelled. And it makes no sense. My 72 rs are wasted in a minute they are just looting me from 3 months please do something.

                    I have ported my mobile no [protected] from MTS to VODAFONE. From its porting still now I wont be able to recharge my vodafone no online. Inbetween i visited several vodafone store(chinsura, chandannagar, hooghly).But the result is a big zero.Kindly do something for me. Porting to VODAFONE is it my fault?

                      dear sir, I, kanhaiya Jha a vodafone user wants to draw ur attention on account of fraud which has been done by my co worker name Manit singla (Currently worrking in Concept Gain Pvt. I daily receive nearly ten calls daily from Vodafone Customer care to pay the billl which actually doesn't relate to me.                         hello sir, im using a vodafone postpaid no. ([protected]) now . i experience the worst service in my life . i sent request from this no. to do it postpaid from prepaid vodafone no. at the time of document submit they told me the wrong plan that u will get 600 national min and 400 sms in 249 plan but i didnt get it .. then i complain they call and said me that your plan will get change and u will get 199 bumper plan from next bill cycle .. but i did not get. again i complain but i get no information regarding my issue .. then one call come and said that your plan will be activate but you have to send y to 6789 . i did but till now there is no action has been taken . and there helpline no. is off from my mobile ... i cant do complain regarding this ... plzz solve the issue as fast as you can ...and take action for the wrong information provided to me every time .

                          Once again Vodafone (VF) have charged me Rs. 99 for some download. On checking with customer care they say its some (d2c_ndtv_valu****** ). Last month also VF had charged Rs. 198 for these fraudulent download. Pl look in to it and get it reverse as soon as possible and stop charging us like this….

                            HI, I have raised a complaint about the network issue for my mobile number [protected]. The complaint number is [protected] Dtd: 14th Nov 2014. My plan is 3G data plan, however i never get 3G data usage on my mobile and in my current residence address i have network issue which is never addressed. I have been chasing on this and still there is no response. Whenever i call the complaint number 198, the response is it will be action ed on high priority. I'm paying for the 3G data service but i dont get the requires service. I am paying unnecessarily for the 3G data. Please let me know if this can be solved, or any formal consumer complaint need to be initiatied. Regards Srinath S

                              Dear sir, This is timoti i have a problem with Vodioafone post paid bill payment. I am not activated romming but they are charged for that. I am not using Internet but they charged for that I am using CUG numbers but they charged for cug numbers and send the bill with more amount. I informed so many times whoever called for payment i said my problems but they are not resolved.                                 Hi Team, Today Dec-5th-2014 my balance rs.150 was deducted. I did not activated anything, This is the third time I am facing the same issue. When I try to contact customer care, i cant reach the operator, it ask me to press 9 to contact operator, while I pressing 9, getting the same announcement. Using my friend mobile contact customer care, i able to talk to your operator. I was really frustrated, I need refund or else I will file a consumer complaint. I have all proof.                                 i am the customer of vodafone sim from one month, the company vodafone cheated me today i recharged of amount 57 in which vodafone gave 500mb 3g data but inspite of that he added 45.some paise in my account, and message me that within 30minute from the rechage 500mb of 3g data add into my account but they add 45rs and some paise and the message of this credit is not send to me because of that i lost so much balance.
                                the company vodafone fraud me.
                                respected sir, i want you to take some strict action agsinst it and get me back my all balance and data as soon as possible.

                                  I am using vodafone from past 3yrs but I m facing network problem suddenly from past 2-3 months in this area My no. is from Gujarat there it is excellent But when I come to my home in virar west near old viva college.I have to face lot of problem I am working for Bank and being on reputed post I get official calls but because of no network at my home in virar i miss on all calls.EMERCENCY calls or NO SERVICE is flashed on phone. Do this is for What we pay for ???????.I used to say with proud that vodafone is expensive But it gives proper network.Vodafone has let me down on my words. Vodafone people have barred my no's services all of sudden for no reason without any intimation or information .                                         I am saying very regretful that your customer care boys and girls are not fit for giving the any type of information. I talked to your three boys and they are giving the diffrent type of information about roaming.I am unnecessary paying the roaming charges without uses of roaming from last three month due to incomplete information.
