Hi Team,
Today Dec-5th-2014 my balance rs.150 was deducted. I did not activated anything, This is the third time I am facing the same issue. When I try to contact customer care, i cant reach the operator, it ask me to press 9 to contact operator, while I pressing 9, getting the same announcement. Using my friend mobile contact customer care, i able to talk to your operator.
I was really frustrated, I need refund or else I will file a consumer complaint. I have all proof.
Please do the needful.
