Why the heck does your legacy customer have to come to you to bring back feedback, your calls are monitored rite?, I am not sitting here to write you this complaint I am completely fed up with your customer service agent who are not at all helpful and are taking their duties for granted.
KINDLY CHECK THE CALL RECORDING FOR TODAY AGAINST MY NUMBER - [protected] (26/11/2014).
I AM CURRENTLY PURSUING MY FAMILY TO MIGRATE FROM VODAFONE AND GO TO ANOTHER NETWORK PROVIDER, AS IT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED WOULD BE THE SAME, THEN WHY THE HELL M I PAYING MORE TO VODAFONE.
I AM NOT GOINNA EXPLAIN MY COMPLAINT TO YOU as I had to with 4 agents who only aggravated the situation even more and more, PULL THOSE CALLS AND YOU'LL KNOW WHY IF YOU GUYS PROVE WHAT YOU SAY "HAPPY TO HELP".
NEED THIS EMAIL TO BE TREATED WITH THE HIGHEST PRIORITY AND ESCALATED TO A MANAGER.

back answer
no ethics on how to speak
activating and deactivating of service without confirmation
getting personal
grievance avoidance etc...
