Hi Sir/Madam, I took a new vodafone connection two weeks ago & after the new sim activated. I got so many massages which says so many thing is activated on my vodafone number([protected]) which I don't want to activate. So I have some querries about this services. So tried to called customer care numbers from past two weeks and I'm not getting any connetion on customer care executive. So I send mail on 25th Nov, 14 and after two days I got reply of mail but that is also not satisfatory. Saying that your problem will solve. But if I tried to connect customer care number my call get cut automaticaly.So again I tried to connect online by vodafone live chat but that is also not working. Kindly help me to solve my issues.

    Dear Team, my name is Vera Coppola Rio gad dam, I am using vodafone service for last 2 years Corporate sim, ( ph no-[protected]) recentaly have purcahsed new corporate Sim ( ph no-[protected]dafo) excitive as telling Old & new connection are merging opation is availible, plz raise the request on Corporate care, last two months so many times, but still problem not resolve, local executive also not respond ( not pick up my phone) when I call the Coustmer care he said plz pay unbillid amount next month we will do, but last two months 3 times I will pay UNBILLED amount, still problem not resolved, corporate teem not respond very bad service | two times given ref no -[protected], 19/11/2014 intercation no-interaction numbers[protected] and[protected] 11/11/2014 note reference number [protected] and [protected] 22/11/2014 your interaction numbers[protected] and[protected] 22/10/2014 your interaction number[protected] we have continues fall up with your corporate team, but my problem was not resolve, till now have paid all the bills in time but service very bad plz cooparate Regards G Vera Coppola Rio Indusind bank/Miryalaguda/Nalgonda Ph no-[protected]

      Sir, I, Meenu Gupta, mobile no- [protected] Yesterday i recharged my mob. By Rs 110/- (full talk time) After few hours i was checking other benifits at *111# After pressing it it shows 1 2 3 4 5... to read about the plans and after that if you agree than press OK to select the plan But when i pressed button 2 to read about the plan It straighly cut my Rs 49/- without reading & accepting the plan.what it is and for what use. Without knowing about the plan, how a reputated co. Can do so. From last one and a half hour i am trying to complain this thing at customer care, but no reply, kabhi tou no. Nahi lagta...kabhi kuch... I am very old customers of your vodaphone Please credit my bal.oof Rs 49/- Thanking you Meenu Gupta [protected]

        The November month bill changed to me includes 3 attributes, related to billing of some broad band plans.


        mi_cap_750_30d_promo_3g
        mi_cap_850_30d_promo_3g
        mi_cap_250_30d_promo_3g


        My first query is : With whose concern this bill was changed and what services have been given on this behalf.


        Second Query: Before activation, cant you guys give a confirmation call as its related to billing information.


        3rd query : if it is a promotion activity done by some sales team, request to take stern action against the one behind this.


        I have not utilized the service, the amount has to be reversed from the bill. Kindly raise a grevience and update me the status on priority

          This is really very disappointing situation for me. Again Vodafone have broken their customer's trust.
          How can Vodafone change my plan without informing me again and again????????????????????????????????????????

          This is happening 2nd time in this year 2014. In march i got Vodafone's mail about my tariff plan, at that time it was different figures & call rates but i just checked it today. Tariff Plan has been changed without informing me. If Vodafone informed me in advance then i could have been chosen better plan. Although I advised people and my family members to choose Vodafone always but this time I am feeling miserable from this behaviour.

          This is called "fraud" "cheating" with costumer . I want your help to clarify on this issue from Vodafone's officer. Otherwise i will not pay single penny to Vodafone and I would love to change Vodafone connection asap. I hope it will save my pocket too.


          Any telecommunication company can not change anybody's tariff plan without informing customer. This is not a good gesture for company's reputation.

          I hope that you will help me to get any satisfactory answer from Vodafone side.

          Just got to know that this talk plan has been activated from April 2014. I have paid my all bills till October 2014 (It means I have paid extra amount for 6 months)

            Vodafone deducted Rs. 30 from my number. When I called up customer service they said that I have downloaded sumthing on my phone. When i told them that i didnt download anything the agent said that i have clicked on some link and downloaded sumthing. I asked for a refund and she rudely said that itS not possible. If i had downLoaDed aNything it wud be a different case. I just use internet for whatsapp and facebook. This ia ridiculous about vodafone as a brand name. i have just portEd my number from looP to vodafone. I think iTs time to Port out now

              I am Sarita from Delhi And my Mob No. is [protected]. I am using Vodafone connection & on 22nd Nov I received a message from Voda fone that I got a voda to voda fone free call of 15 min Talktime valid upto 22nd Nov. So, I made a call on the same day but the balance from my main balance deducted. I called to customer care (198) regarding this thrice but every time they made excuses & didn't resolve my problem and if asked them to connect the call to their senior then they replied that there is no senior in the floor & after that they blocked my no. so that I couldn't make call to customer care. I request you to kindly look into this matter & unblock my no from customer care other wise I will compel to take some immediate action . Thanks, Sarita Rawat [protected].

[protected], i have called regarding slow speed of 3g plans. i have already complained to over the phone to vodafone authorities and I have as per their instructions deleted cookies extra files from history, also cleared my messages box but still the speed has not improve.

                    Hello, Why the heck does your legacy customer have to come to you to bring back feedback, your calls are monitored rite?, I am not sitting here to write you this complaint I am completely fed up with your customer service agent who are not at all helpful and are taking their duties for granted. KINDLY CHECK THE CALL RECORDING FOR TODAY AGAINST MY NUMBER - [protected] (26/11/2014). I AM CURRENTLY PURSUING MY FAMILY TO MIGRATE FROM VODAFONE AND GO TO ANOTHER NETWORK PROVIDER, AS IT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED WOULD BE THE SAME, THEN WHY THE HELL M I PAYING MORE TO VODAFONE. I AM NOT GOINNA EXPLAIN MY COMPLAINT TO YOU as I had to with 4 agents who only aggravated the situation even more and more, PULL THOSE CALLS AND YOU'LL KNOW WHY IF YOU GUYS PROVE WHAT YOU SAY "HAPPY TO HELP". NEED THIS EMAIL TO BE TREATED WITH THE HIGHEST PRIORITY AND ESCALATED TO A MANAGER. Just a gist for the Forum- Un-ethical Sale customer service for granted back answer no ethics on how to speak activating and deactivating of service without confirmation getting personal grievance avoidance etc...                       Hello Sir, I m Manish Mittal and My Mobile Number is [protected]. The vodafone deducted my amount of RS (75+49+30) without any confirmation message. [protected]--75 [protected]--49+30 I ask to customer care but he blame me. but I know that I did not download anythng. Please Sir help and take action against vodafone. The vodafone company is a fraud and deffolter.

                          Sir I called on customer care number at VODAFONE. I told the executive about the balance reducing to zero as I have recharged my number a few days back. He told me that it is zero just because I used Internet. Then I asked him about the balance that was reduced to zero a couple of months back. He said to me that they don't keep the records for that much long period. And then he started TALKING DISGUSTING and did not even listen to me. I said him that I would complain regarding him due to the manner in which he talked to me. But he said CALL ANYWHERE, HE DOES NOT CARES.

                            I "SHUBHAM SWARNAM" bought the sim with the Number [protected] some months ago by a shop near to my house. I have given the Adhaar ID as the proof. But this number seems to be registered by someone else. I am facing a lot of problems with these issues. For eg. my lpg distributor sent me a message that this number has multiple cylinder connections, so that they have cancelled my registration against that number. I want a complete clarification from the company regarding this.

                              I used vodafone since 1 year, and i shifted to delhi from chennai, so i thought to cancel the connection, and i went to japan immediately for business purpose for 3 months. In japan vodafone network doesn't work. Reasonable question why should i have to pay bill for the service which i never used. After returning to india, i saw the bill and i immediately called the customer care to cancel my service, but they didn't do that and the amount charge was incereasing. Now they sent legal notice. money grabbing community.

                                  your plan from pre pade to post paid. They said 400 msg are free and vodafone corporate nos, are free and calls for some minutes are free. Sir I use only this no. for 2 months now vodafone give me the bill of Rs. 1590/- and 1350 approximately plus for 2 months. From last week I regularly visit to vodafone office for change my no. in pre paid but they said first you clear your bill. But sir this is too much amount I cannot pay them When I enquire my bill they told me that you use messages from this no. Sir tell me how it is possible I use too much messages from the phone. I request them to waive off my amount. But they not agree. So I request you please do the needful. Madhu # 1070, Sector-28-B, Chandigarh. Dated. 14.11.2014 Respected sir I have already submitted above said complaint but till date no action will be taken. They already suspended my services from that phone on dated 17th. Nov. 2014 evening. Now I also uses prepaid telephone of vodaphone vide number [protected], But now vodafone members telephone me regularly about my previous number [protected] for payment, I told them that my paymen is bogus sort out my problem it is not possible a consumer send so much messages, consumer is not free for that. But know they threat me that pay the amount of that phone otherwise they also suspend the services of my present phone which I am using [protected]. Sir please instruct them they solve my problem otherwise not rang me up again and again. They are harrassing me unnecessary. Thank u. Dated. 18.11.2014

                                    Hi I was visit your store situated in Grater noida jagat farm market . I was ask about the 3G connection and want to know then comparison of other brands then your representative told me you are not the right person and you are not able to purchase that your status is not for 3G . This is the wordings of MR. Ashish who are sitting there and VODAFONE representative . Also he told me that this is the only company in India who offer 3G no any cellular company in India who offer 3G facility. Which is totally wrong . When I was told him that I was lodge complaint about behavior then he told me that do whatever you want to do nobody will here to here your voice.                                       Respected sir, My number is [protected]. My name is parth sheth. I have submit my kyc last year when govt requirement is their then also company has made a call for verification and as I am busy didnt pick up the call and vodafone made a negative verification. When I call the company to do verification they tell that submit your kyc at store I requested to take document from home address but deny. As this was their requirement they can not harsed the customer.

I have two mobile number from the Vodafone. first number is [protected] and second is [protected]. In the both the number I donot use as much Internet, the internet charges is very high as per my usage . Vodadone Customer care said that you used 3g but here there is no 3g network at mahmedabad (Job place) that why the charges is very high. I want to tell u also that there is no Internet active plan in both the number and I told them before as the time of Transferring my name from other owner of that Sim Card. He told me that it will done as per your last plan, not they disagree and u have to pay the bill amount. so kindly do it need full in this matter.
