Fraud charge of Rs 99 against some download I have been charged 99 Rs by vodafone for some download on 11/10/2014 on my number [protected] which was never done even though i'm left with the mobile data. When i tried the customer care, they never gave an explanation on this. I want my bill to be re evaluated and 99 Rs should not be charged then only ill submit the bill for the month. Also make sure any such fraud should not happen again. I am going to port out from vodafone if no proper action is taken. Also i want to bring it to your notice that i have searched online and many number of cases have been reported for the same fraud.

    Hello, I recharged for rupees 155 which shows as 1gb internet 3g pack for 30 days validity ( as shown in attachment). whn i re charged i got only 750mb for 21 days validity. when i called up for Customer care they took up complaint and told it will be sot out by 18 th of november 2014. But now they are telling new story as there is no offer for this and 3G activation can be done only once, which u have activated last month. No where it was intimated to me that this offer does not apply for my number.. Special offers to me shows the availability of the offer. please consider this complaint and do the favour.             I am residing in Chandigarh. My vodafore no. [protected] is approximately 10 year old (prepaid) plan. But in Sept. some representative from vidafone office visit in our office and give some sweet assurances to us to change your plan from pre pade to post paid. They said 400 msg are free and vodafone corporate nos, are free and calls for some minutes are free. Sir I use only this no. for 2 months now vodafone give me the bill of Rs. 1590/- and 1350 approximately plus for 2 months. From last week I regularly visit to vodafone office for change my no. in pre paid but they said first you clear your bill. But sir this is too much amount I cannot pay them When I enquire my bill they told me that you use messages from this no. Sir tell me how it is possible I use too much messages from the phone. I request them to waive off my amount. But they not agree. So I request you please do the needful. Madhu # 1070, Sector-28-B, Chandigarh. Dated. 14.11.2014 Respected sir I have already submitted above said complaint but till date no action will be taken. They already suspended my services from that phone on dated 17th. Nov. 2014 evening. Now I also uses prepaid telephone of vodaphone vide number [protected], But now vodafone members telephone me regularly about my previous number [protected] for payment, I told them that my paymen is bogus sort out my problem it is not possible a consumer send so much messages, consumer is not free for that. But know they threat me that pay the amount of that phone otherwise they also suspend the services of my present phone which I am using [protected]. Sir please instruct them they solve my problem otherwise not rang me up again and again. They are harrassing me unnecessary. Thank u. Dated. 18.11.2014

              Dear Sir, My number is: [protected], i am using this vodafone sim for past 8 months and i am not getting any offers in this number. but the other vodafone users are getting much offers in there numbers. so i contacted customer care and asked for it they said they will provide me good offer with in 2 week but they still not yet provided me. for this is was asking them to provide me porting information but they just blocked my number. now im unable to contact customer care. sir please kindly help me in getting offers or else i would like to port my number. please to contact me my number is [protected].

                Hi sir, I have recharged for 3G plan 649 on 14th Nov, 2014 unlimited pack which will be expired next month 13th. But I received an sms on next day 15th Nov, that validity expired. I called customer care and registered complaint . But they said after 48 hours, the plan will be activated again. But still not activated . when i call them again today. they said they tried to reach my no. But till now i m not get any call regarding that.                   I use data card of vodafone with the number[protected] and i did not receive bill for the last two months and i had been contacting customer care center through call and they say that sir we will forward your call to the superior officer and keep's on hold for nearly 1hour 3 mins and they disconnect the call. This has been done for nearly 3 times, by which my call was totally engaged for nearly 2hours 20 minutes. I had received special call from the Vodafone team asking that when i am going to pay my bill, Then i had asked them to send the bill to my mail id.They had asked me to send the sms of my mail id to the mobile number. i had sent it, even there is no response. I tried calling the mobile, One lady answers the call and says that they can't bring the manager into contact. But i get get call from the same lady almost daily, Asking "when are you going to pay the bill sir ". i had been repealing that i hadn't received the bill. She says that not companies fault. They had been saying the wrong mail, id and i had requested them to change the mail id many number of times, But they haven't changed it. They blame me that the bill had been delivered i the white letter box at the given address, Please check properly. Then i had replied them many number of times that there is no bill delivered. Even though they say that's my fault to handle the bill. If the bill hasn't delivered from where is the customer makes fault . RegardsSwarna.Bharadwaj +91-[protected]

                    In the last months' billing vodafone had charged Rs. 30/- for hello1_tvallls & Rs, 49/- for wapvill. After the complaint the amount of Rs. 79/- got reversed in the current bill. I was shocked to see they are again charging Rs. 30/- for hell1_tvalls in the current bill on my mobile no. [protected].                       I Have availed the service of online recharge via website www.FREECHARGE.in 3 Times. 2 ON 5 November 2014 and one on 18 November 2014 For the amounts: 148, 148, 129 respectively. But neither of any recharge amount was Successful but they have been deducted from my bank account.

                        I have been using [protected] for more than 4-5 years now and have been a good customer until recent times. I have generally renewed with yearly advance INR 998/- every year. I think the annual package must have expired in the month of September/October'2014 and no one informed me. Instead, Vodafone has forced a monthly rental INR 298/- by themselves without my consent. I had a word with one of your representative over phone the previous month and told that this is one time payment and confirmed that it will not be billed anymore; hence I paid that amount on my last month's bill. But I have received another bill for this month and INR 298/- is again applied on it. I spoke to another representative over phone and he told that it is my monthly advance rental plan..which I never ever opted. This is cheating..rather I shall call it theft. Vodafone is forcefully applying this monthly rental on me without informing me and without my consent. Request to clarify this at the earliest. If yearly annual package has expired or does not exist, let me know and I shall opt for another monthly rental package. You can reach me on another number [protected] only after 3PM on weekdays and please look to this concern as soon as possible. If you do not propose a feasible solution, then I shall like to cancel this [protected] and not pay any existing/new bill. Your immediate reply will be highly appreciated

                          Dear Partner, Let me know why are cheating whit public and which background??? You think we are fool and don't know about law. Firstly Explain my case: I have been received my current month Vodafone bill add extra fake charge of one web site downloading charge of 102 rupees, Let me how you will be taken download charge for any web sites, If costumer need to download he will be pay ed by credit or debit card. Who have been give you right to add on payment of downloading charge add in your Vodafone postpaid bill with prior information the customer. Please didactic that amount urgent in my bill otherwise I will not to paid single rupees of bill and will go consumer court for this type cheating with innocent consumers. And also giving ultimatum to you don't direct didactic any payment before my information, If I will have any need i will use my cards for payment don't made my bankers only play role as telecom operators.
                          Required Solve it and also provide CEO-Vodafone mail id...

                            I'm with Vodafone network for nearly 6 years. I haven't faced or noticed this issue earlier. I'm in unlimited browsing plan - Rs 299. I've been charged Rs 296 extra in my billing cycle for data downloads which I've not used. I've raised a complaint[protected] for which I didn't receive any satisfactory answer from the customer care. I'm tracking my mobile data completely and I’m aware of the data which I use. The customer care only say that I’ve clicked some ad mistakenly. They are not able to give any further information from their end. I'm not so illiterate to go and click on some ads that would charge me. Please do not say that I’ve mistakenly clicked on the ad. Please clarify my below questions: In which site were these ads posted? Who is charging these ads (Vodafone or any third party)? You people say that they are the ads which website charge the service provider when clicked. I'm using BSNL landline for home browsing, (i use the same website which i use from my moblile) they didn't charge me a single penny extra for any such thing for the past 15 years, When none of them charge any such thing, why is that it's only for Vodafone making this charge? What are the services availed from these ads? What was actually downloaded? What was the size of the download? Can you give me sample site where i can see these ads which are chargeable? I've entirely googled the services which you’ve mentioned and i found no results for these. deals_mydala_99 wapvilla_ppd hello1_tvallsouth wapvilla_ppd I'm completely frustrated and disappointed. I haven't used the below listed websites or downloads. I haven't seen them so far when I’m browsing either. I need justification for my billing. It's a hard earned money and it is immoral to charge innocent people. I'm ready to pay my bill for what I’ve used (1022.35 - 296 = Rs 726.35) I’m struggling with Vodafone customer care for the past 4 days to get clarification for my billing. Apart from the mail complaint i've also raised a complaint with 198 and the complaint number is[protected]. I've escalated the issue with the floor supervisor and he have accepted a waive for Rs 200. However as i requested a full amount waive off he was not able to provide it. I'm expecting some justice from you. Please take necessary action.                               Dear all, This is to draw your kind attention towards this serious matter, My Name is Gurmehak Sidhu, I have been a long vodafone user but due to recent circumstances i have faced a very casual attitude of of vodafone store associates. I matter is that i wanted to port my postpaid connection to prepaid connection for which i went to vodafone store sector 35 chandigarh on 11/11/2014. I was told that the new prepaid connection will start within 48 hours.But unfortunately i did'nt happened as told, than again i callled vodafone customer care and they told me that i have to visit store again. Patiently i visted the vodafone store again and a associate named Amit told me that the documents which they took from me to do neccesary process have been lost by them.It was very rigid behaviour from them by taking this matter so casualy. I Again gave them my documents and after 3 days my number has still not been ported into prepaid connection, this very a sad thing that company like vodafone have no respect for there customers and i feel very much harassed, I visited the vodafone store again to ask them why it is taking so long, nobody tried to give any explanation, and they did:nit even attended me properly. I think this matter needs serious concern of yours. I am attaching pictures two sims which they gave me to port my number into prepaid.                                 It has been almost 2 weeks since the Vodafone promised me that they would install a booster to boost the signal is in the ground floor. Nothing has happened yet. Dear Shourya, It has been more than a month that I have complained regarding the poor signals in the ground floor of our house. The ground floor was a garage and hence it was not used much hence though I am in this residence for more than 5 years I did not complain, but Since I have now constructed my clinic in the ground floor I have been facing serious issues with network coverage. I am sure you will appreciate that its important to have a good phone connectivity in my profession. I have complained several times over the phone, and am fed up. i receive a message that network is OK. You have to realise that its indoor signal and not the out door signal. please rectify or else i need to have the code for number portability so that i can change to BSNL or idea which has good signals in the ground floor of my house ( clinic) .                                     Dear Sir/madam, I am one of the customer of vodafone with mobile no [protected]. There were an offer to me for 1GB 3G data for 30 days with recharge of 155.00.and to confirm the message i called on 121 also even they said i hav this offer. i have done recharge of 155 at same day. But they provided 750MB 2G data for 21 days. I called customer care and asked the query related to the issue nt once bt 4 times but they dint respond me properly nor they connercted my phone to supervisior. they made me wait for like 45 minutes on phone every single time after waitng so long also they dint connect my phone to there supervisior. this shows there attitude towards there customer. kindly provide my 3G data with in 24 hours or return my money back and please do not forward fake messages and don't confuse costomer. because of your stupid fake messages i recharged my phone of 155 twice in ten days and i dint gt 3G data even once.please pay attention to my complaint otherwise i will complaint in consumer forum and aalso will write about your network and they way you respond to your customers. its horrible. i want my 3G data or my cash back with in 24 hours. and please do not waste time of your customers its may nt be im[portant for you bt for them there time is very valuable to them.for god sake respond them on there time and make them to suffer. you are not providing them services in free. so its your responsiblity if they suffer because of your network and your fake messges. it wont take much time for me to change the network from vodafone to any other network.which are more cheaper then vodafone and there servicers and response to customer is much beeter then vodafone. i hope you hav heard about PORTA.

                                      I have received bill of amount Rs.1957 for the month of Oct 2014 for the mobile No. [protected] in the name of Sumit Kumar R/O I-171 Prem Nagar -II Kirari Suleman Nagar delhi-86. As I Have data plan of Rs150 and then i add a booster pack of Rs100 so my data usage limit has been increased to 800mb for the month of oct but i have used about 880-890mb of data for the month of oct and you yourself without any intimation charged 850rs plan for unlimited data. even though i have used less than 100mb of data which can be charged with the charges applicable by you So you duduct 850 rs from my bill so i can by my bill as soon as posible . Thank you

                                        Hi Team, I am raising this concern very seriously about my sim card suspension. I changed my number from pre-paid to post paid in the month of august, but the Post paid people did do the bcakground check properly and suspended my sim. Now i do not have both pre-paind and post paid services. I submitted documents 4 times to the poeple but the sim is not being activated. the post paid people are playing like game with me. Now this is 3rd month still the sim is in inactive. Please take this as a serious concern and raise a complaint with high priority. I am listing out the people who are reason for this.
