Vodafone billing services are really pathetic.. they are just to loot the customers. Change of billing cycle without intimation, hence unnecessary my billing amount was very high... due to cycle change, we need to submit the ECS form again, that was not intimated by vodafone, hence all ECS done through account are not getting reflected account. i.e. for sep and oct my bill was 1889, which was deducted through ECS, but the same is not...

bill not received but forcing me for payment
