hello i am nishant thakur.2 months later i have receive call from vodafone agent whose number is [protected].he convince me to change my airtel number to vodafone postpaid number. i am agree but only one week later vodafone stops my services due to address proof. i am calling agent that time he asking me 500 rupee but m not giving. now vodafone claim me bill of 353 rupees.

    Hello I am an existing customer of vodafone and in the latest bill i have charged an extra amount of RS 392 for some download like Wapvilla app, which was not done by me, even though i'm left with my mobile data. This is the second time i am facing the issue, if it continuous like this then the best way is to switch into another service. As of now i am not ready to pay the extra amount that you charged for the downloaded thing. I want you to re-evaluate the bill and reduce the necessary amount from the bill. For any queries please reach me @[protected]

      I am a corporate user of Vodafone for last one year (using postpaid connection and Internet for last 8 Yrs). But suddenly in my last bill they charged Rs.99 for accessed some chargeable site which is absolutely bogus. I'm a frequent user of internet and obviously known to which are changeable or not! They were just cheated to me! And the time they customer care told that I accessed and downloaded the site at morning 8:42 (01/10/14) which was also impossible at that time I always busy for preparing myself for office.           Before few days I got call from Vodafone Executive name "SANJAY" having number: [protected], regarding converting the vodafone number from prepaid to postpaid and the executive of your company has explain me so many good scheme and after hat i have chosen one plan of Rs. 149 and the data pan is Rs. 299. After that my post paid service has been start from 21st November 2014 (2:00 pm) and when i visited vodafone store they confirm that my data plan will be started within 48 hours but it has not been started even after 3 days. its really very unprofessional that from 3 days i am continuously calling vodafone costumer care and i didn't get satisfactory result. I called on vodafone thrice for the same and today i came to know that there is no request we have received for data plan and before 3rd call all executives giving the same reply that your service will be started with in 48 hours. From 3 days i am suffering from this service and i would like to say that none of the executive are responsible or cooperative.

            I have charged for Rs 523 for some downloading charges (known as wapvilla_ppd, vuclipindia_pack75, shotformat_dwnlp_9) in my postpaid bill for the month of November. When I asked with customer care they said I have downloaded these apps from vodafone mobile connect hence charged. Vodafone is stating that they are unaware of the application which I have downloaded, even they will not able to trace the payment to whom they have made. It is vodafone's trick to fetch money from customer's pocket. It's not 'Power to you'. It's all about 'Bluffing to you'.

            They had removed the illegal charges, as they find that it happened through a pop-up massage during net surfing. And advise to avoid such website.

              I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in Bangalore. Vodafone has charged me RS 98/- including in bill for downloading d2c_mgossip_pack49 and wapvilla_ppd, a stuff which I had never downloaded. When I called their Customer Forum for explanation, they had no proper explanation. My contact no. is [protected] I saw lot of complaints regarding this. I hope Vodafone is looking at Root cause & addressing it. Also, why should vodafone take responsibility of paying for some nonsense download's. If a user is interested, they would make the payment by there own means for the downloads. Hope this does not turn out to be some sort of new scandal.

                  Hello, I have been charged rs.198 on d2c ndtv value pk &d2c shotformats_ti on 04/11/14 on my number [protected].I didn't download anything I want my bill to be re evaluated .Also make sure any such fraud should not happen again. I am going to port out from vodafone if no proper action is taken. Also i want to bring it to your notice that i have searched online and many number of cases have been reported for the same fraud. Thanks

                    VODAFONE _WAPVILLA_PPDHi, I have been a victim of wapvilla_ppd.Vodafone have charged me 49 RS for this and more downloads in Sept and Oct Bill. I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me. Vodafone disconnected my phone after keeping it on hold for 25 mins. They never gave any explanation on the same.                       Im venkatesh .My no is [protected]. Recently I have ported my no from airtel to Vodafone. I put 3g data of 1gb. But its very very slow speed.its working like 2G network.i never expected this. Now im counting days to change the network.even im in city only.video buffering is very poor. Downloading speed is very worst.

                        Hi Team, I have a Plan of 275 monthly rental in which benifit of 1000 STD/LOCAL/Roaming min has included but in month of October Vodafone team send a wrong bill . 1000 min has not deducted from my account . On this no I recieved a call from a unknown no. of vodafone is[protected]. on dated 23/11/2014 timed approx 10:00 am Firstly he gave me a missed call. Then I replied him he said sorry i said its ok. But after 10-15 minutes he calls me and abuses me very badly. How disgusting is this. Even I am not react badly then how dare he to talk me like this. I want from you that warn him and say to him do not do this to anyone more. But actually I want his exact location.

                            I have 2 vodafone postpaid connections 9xxxxxx810 and 9xxxxxx401. In the monthly bill for Oct and Nov 2014, I have been charged Rs.99/- under an item "download". When I called up the customer care, they said a file has been downloaded named shotformat_dw****** for which Rs.99/- were charged. When I asked them what this file is, they had no idea. They said it could have been a chargeable item which I may have downloaded from a website. However, I did not download anything that was chargeable to my carrier. I have a 3G datapack of 1gb, and my data limit had not exhausted. They don't even know if this file is a song, a game, a software or a video. I do not understand that if they don't know what I have downloaded, how can they charge me? When I told them that it has to be some error in their system, they simply refused. I tried to log a complaint on 198, but they continuously argued with me and did not log any complaint. This is truly disappointing. My colleagues have been charged 149 and 249 resp. against the same download claim. If this is the state of affairs then, we would need to escalate this issue and also get our service provider changed. Vodafone is really losing customer trust coz of these unwanted charges and with the kind of poor response from their CCRs.

                              I have a ported number from vodafone [protected] to airtel, when i ported the number from vodafone, they told me the dues are cleared and my number was ported, now after some months they are sending me an email that i still have some amount to pay and i need to pay else they are threatening that they will disconnect my services and take actions. Please take the correct legal actions against the vodafone for the harrasment they are causing..

                                Sir, Since 4 months I am paying Rs 499/- extr amount withuot knowledge. Initially I was paying around Rs 500/- . Scheme was Rs299/- post paid, I was getting bill every month. But since last four five month I was only getting SMS and bill is around Rs 1000/- . I was thinking that since I went out of state It was roaming charge, But when I checked I could come to know that they added Rs 499/- every month withuot my knowledge.My one more complaint is that since they added Rs 499/- they never sent me bill on by post which clearly indicate they intentionally added Rs 499/- and I should not come to know about it. As per these Rs 499/- scheme I suppose to use extra 2GB which I never use, hence my humble recquist is that either you pay me exta 2000 Rs back or adjust the amount in my next bill.

                                  Let me start on a very sour note by telling that i feel you have not looked into my email properly that i have sent earlier regarding the issue. In my emails dated 14/Oct/2014 and then again on 25/Oct/2014 I have sent you the details that I had picked up from "My Vodafone" portal and also had sent you a screen of the portal, below are the details again and also attached is the screenshot. below Service name Start time Destination Duration Usage value Post call balance RSMS 21-OCT-2014 01:33:27 PM 12320003 0 15 RSMS 08-OCT-2014 06:40:21 PM 12320003 0 15 Can you please advise me as what kind of a number is "12320003" the one that you see in the above. This was the same number that was also appearing in the account when there was a similar deduction on the 14/Aug/2014. Who would send a sms to this number, this number definitely seems to be some wrong billing for all the three occasions. Inspite of me telling providing you will all the details of all the deductions you are still asking me get an itemized bill for the months for which I will have to pay 100 rupees. What is the need to spend money on the itemized billing when the information is available online. You are just forcing us to spend more money, which I must say is not professional and all the more not required and should not be even suggested by your staff. Regards Hemang Dhagai

                                    I have received a Phone Call from a Mobile vide No. [protected] at 12.30 pm yesterday[protected]regarding SBI Credit Card Refund of Rs. 4, 949/- against invalid earlier payment of Rs. 4, 949/-. One OTP was received at that time in my mobile at [protected] But after some time I realize that the phone call was false due to a payment was made from my S.B.I. Credit Card in place of refund.The call has told his name is Mr. R.K. Srivastav.                                       My mobile number is [protected](Maharashtra region). On september 24th, I have ported my vodafone postpaid connection to another service provider. But the deposit money I paid during activation for vodafone is not yet refunded to me yet. I visited vodafone store 3-4 times the customer care executives are not able to solve this, I was shocked to learn that even they don't know about the status of the refund!! It has been 2 months of delay. why this much delay? Very poor service by vodafone. Please refund it immediately.
