Hello Sir, My name is Chintan Patel, from Naidad, Kheda, Gujarat. I have two mobile number from the Vodafone. first number is [protected] and second is [protected]. In the both the number I donot use as much Internet, the internet charges is very high as per my usage . Vodadone Customer care said that you used 3g but here there is no 3g network at mahmedabad (Job place) that why the charges is very high. I want to tell u also that there is no Internet active plan in both the number and I told them before as the time of Transferring my name from other owner of that Sim Card. He told me that it will done as per your last plan, not they disagree and u have to pay the bill amount. so kindly do it need full in this matter.

    Dear Concern, I have got my Oct'14 bill amounting 1470/- in which there is Rs.444/- of downloading charges but to the best of my knowledge I haven't downloaded any thing I don't know from where these charges will get arise. The Customer Care Executives of Vodafone are totally fraud in & irresponsible as the only make fake commitments when I talk to them he told me that you half charges will get deducted in this month itself but it all is just a fake commitment nothing else I am having the recording of whole conversation with that executive named Mr. Muddassar & now there colleagues are refusing that I am telling lie & you have been charged or get adjusted in next billing. I don't know hats going on there they all are fake & nothing else. If this will not get resolve I can't pay a single penny & go to Consumer Forum with the name of Voafone & his executive Muddassar as I am having the recordings of each & every word.

      I am ANSHUL GUPTA using POSTPAID NO [protected] service provide by VODAFONE on 27 oct 2014 i have applied for Rs 250 Booster plan at around 2 pm for 1 gb data for the oct month but bcoz of some reason it was not activated. so i have called to customer care to get the status. where they gien information it will take 4 hour, so i waited till the time, after that i have again called they said it will take 1 hr ( by Name Vivek) so i said if you can activate it now so please do so otherwise cancel it some senior person said it will get activate within a time. and it was activated i used for the entire duration on 23rd nov 2014 i received sms for the same plan which was activated without confirmation when i called to customer care they said its a monthly plan or Rs 250 which was renewed automatically. when i said to launch a complaint against it no one ( harish, indukumari, prashant and one more guy ) connecting my call to senior just oput me on hole for almost 30 min for each call.and saying will connectto senior. my complaint is very simple i have request for simple Rs 250 booster plan but customer care executive activated monthly plan and it cost me charge for the next month also which i do not want to pay. and take action against this case.

            I was using 3G plan Rental Rs 850 on my vodafone postpaid number. Yesterday(23rd November) I had purchased Samsung note 4 handset and I got a message from vodafone that I will be recieveing free 2 GB plan for 2 months and it will be activated within 24 hours. I didn't got any call from vodafone about how it will work. and today 25th November they deactivated my 850 rental plan and gave me 2 GB data. When I called Vodafone customer care and asked trhem the representative told me that it is my fault that I didn't read the instructions on box and I have to pay full 850 rental even though there was still 3 GB data remaining unused in my plan. They are not willing to provide me prorated bill for the data used out of 5 GB plan If they want they should have given me 2 GB in addition to my existing plan. This is just a way to charge extra Rs 850 to customer. since it is a postpaid plan, I won;t be able to do anything and they will charge Rs. 850 in my bill

              I am a Vodafone customer from Bangalore. Vodafone has deducted a total amount of 98 for the stuff i never downloaded. The deduction are done for DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_49-NDTV of Rs. 49 adding to it DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 of another Rs.49. To my surprise i realized about this when i was unable to make an emergency call and balance found to be Rs. 0.06 . Vodafone team do know the gravity of the reported issue and refund the deducted Rs. 98.

                Hi, I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection since last 2months... i shifted to postpaid because the agent gave me a good deal, wherein i would not exceed more than what i used to recharge rs 500 approx in prepaid... However this completely went opposite what is happing.. my first bill was 716 rs, and this month bill is 959 In both the month what is common is that i have charged for downloading something which i have never done. I am saying that i have never done, and you people say that it has been done. Dont know how to prove that, but seriouly i have started hating vodafone.I am a long customer and i have using this number ( [protected] ) not less than 4years. Please Help its hard for me to pay this amount.

                    hello i am nishant thakur.2 months later i have receive call from vodafone agent whose number is [protected].he convince me to change my airtel number to vodafone postpaid number. i am agree but only one week later vodafone stops my services due to address proof. i am calling agent that time he asking me 500 rupee but m not giving. now vodafone claim me bill of 353 rupees.

                      Hello I am an existing customer of vodafone and in the latest bill i have charged an extra amount of RS 392 for some download like Wapvilla app, which was not done by me, even though i'm left with my mobile data. This is the second time i am facing the issue, if it continuous like this then the best way is to switch into another service. As of now i am not ready to pay the extra amount that you charged for the downloaded thing. I want you to re-evaluate the bill and reduce the necessary amount from the bill.                         I am a corporate user of Vodafone for last one year (using postpaid connection and Internet for last 8 Yrs). But suddenly in my last bill they charged Rs.99 for accessed some chargeable site which is absolutely bogus. I'm a frequent user of internet and obviously known to which are changeable or not! They were just cheated to me! And the time they customer care told that I accessed and downloaded the site at morning 8:42 (01/10/14) which was also impossible at that time I always busy for preparing myself for office.                             Before few days I got call from Vodafone Executive name "SANJAY" having number: [protected], regarding converting the vodafone number from prepaid to postpaid and the executive of your company has explain me so many good scheme and after hat i have chosen one plan of Rs. 149 and the data pan is Rs. 299. After that my post paid service has been start from 21st November 2014 (2:00 pm) and when i visited vodafone store they confirm that my data plan will be started within 48 hours but it has not been started even after 3 days. its really very unprofessional that from 3 days i am continuously calling vodafone costumer care and i didn't get satisfactory result. I called on vodafone thrice for the same and today i came to know that there is no request we have received for data plan and before 3rd call all executives giving the same reply that your service will be started with in 48 hours. From 3 days i am suffering from this service and i would like to say that none of the executive are responsible or cooperative.

                              I have charged for Rs 523 for some downloading charges (known as wapvilla_ppd, vuclipindia_pack75, shotformat_dwnlp_9) in my postpaid bill for the month of November. When I asked with customer care they said I have downloaded these apps from vodafone mobile connect hence charged. Vodafone is stating that they are unaware of the application which I have downloaded, even they will not able to trace the payment to whom they have made. It is vodafone's trick to fetch money from customer's pocket. It's not 'Power to you'. It's all about 'Bluffing to you'.

                              They had removed the illegal charges, as they find that it happened through a pop-up massage during net surfing. And advise to avoid such website.

                                I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in Bangalore. Vodafone has charged me RS 98/- including in bill for downloading d2c_mgossip_pack49 and wapvilla_ppd, a stuff which I had never downloaded. When I called their Customer Forum for explanation, they had no proper explanation. My contact no. is [protected] I saw lot of complaints regarding this. I hope Vodafone is looking at Root cause & addressing it. Also, why should vodafone take responsibility of paying for some nonsense download's. If a user is interested, they would make the payment by there own means for the downloads. Hope this does not turn out to be some sort of new scandal.

                                    Hello, I have been charged rs.198 on d2c ndtv value pk &d2c shotformats_ti on 04/11/14 on my number [protected].I didn't download anything I want my bill to be re evaluated .Also make sure any such fraud should not happen again. I am going to port out from vodafone if no proper action is taken. Also i want to bring it to your notice that i have searched online and many number of cases have been reported for the same fraud. Thanks

                                      VODAFONE _WAPVILLA_PPDHi, I have been a victim of wapvilla_ppd.Vodafone have charged me 49 RS for this and more downloads in Sept and Oct Bill. I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me. Vodafone disconnected my phone after keeping it on hold for 25 mins. They never gave any explanation on the same.                                         Im venkatesh .My no is [protected]. Recently I have ported my no from airtel to Vodafone. I put 3g data of 1gb. But its very very slow speed.its working like 2G network.i never expected this. Now im counting days to change the network.even im in city only.video buffering is very poor. Downloading speed is very worst.
