Hello Sir, My name is Chintan Patel, from Naidad, Kheda, Gujarat. I have two mobile number from the Vodafone. first number is [protected] and second is [protected]. In the both the number I donot use as much Internet, the internet charges is very high as per my usage . Vodadone Customer care said that you used 3g but here there is no 3g network at mahmedabad (Job place) that why the charges is very high. I want to tell u also that there is no Internet active plan in both the number and I told them before as the time of Transferring my name from other owner of that Sim Card. He told me that it will done as per your last plan, not they disagree and u have to pay the bill amount. so kindly do it need full in this matter.

I need an update regarding this complaint. Its been 4 days yet none of the Vodafone guys involved to look into this issue.
