Once again Vodafone (VF) have charged me Rs. 99 for some download. On checking with customer care they say its some (d2c_ndtv_valu****** ). Last month also VF had charged Rs. 198 for these fraudulent download. Pl look in to it and get it reverse as soon as possible and stop charging us like this….

    HI, I have raised a complaint about the network issue for my mobile number [protected]. The complaint number is [protected] Dtd: 14th Nov 2014. My plan is 3G data plan, however i never get 3G data usage on my mobile and in my current residence address i have network issue which is never addressed. I have been chasing on this and still there is no response. Whenever i call the complaint number 198, the response is it will be action ed on high priority. I'm paying for the 3G data service but i dont get the requires service. I am paying unnecessarily for the 3G data. Please let me know if this can be solved, or any formal consumer complaint need to be initiatied. Regards Srinath S

      Dear sir, This is timoti i have a problem with Vodioafone post paid bill payment. I am not activated romming but they are charged for that. I am not using Internet but they charged for that I am using CUG numbers but they charged for cug numbers and send the bill with more amount. I informed so many times whoever called for payment i said my problems but they are not resolved. I requested so many times no response but they are sending demand notice my vodafone numbers -----[protected], [protected], my current number ---[protected] ---now available please do help for my problem...         Hi Team, Today Dec-5th-2014 my balance rs.150 was deducted. I did not activated anything, This is the third time I am facing the same issue. When I try to contact customer care, i cant reach the operator, it ask me to press 9 to contact operator, while I pressing 9, getting the same announcement. Using my friend mobile contact customer care, i able to talk to your operator. I was really frustrated, I need refund or else I will file a consumer complaint. I have all proof.         sir,
        i am the customer of vodafone sim from one month, the company vodafone cheated me today i recharged of amount 57 in which vodafone gave 500mb 3g data but inspite of that he added 45.some paise in my account, and message me that within 30minute from the rechage 500mb of 3g data add into my account but they add 45rs and some paise and the message of this credit is not send to me because of that i lost so much balance.
        the company vodafone fraud me.
        respected sir, i want you to take some strict action agsinst it and get me back my all balance and data as soon as possible.

          I am using vodafone from past 3yrs but I m facing network problem suddenly from past 2-3 months in this area My no. is from Gujarat there it is excellent But when I come to my home in virar west near old viva college.I have to face lot of problem I am working for Bank and being on reputed post I get official calls but because of no network at my home in virar i miss on all calls.EMERCENCY calls or NO SERVICE is flashed on phone. Do this is for What we pay for ???????.I used to say with proud that vodafone is expensive But it gives proper network.Vodafone has let me down on my words.               I am using vodafone postpaid no since last more than 1 year, But getting the worst services possible from them . Vodafone people have barred my no's services all of sudden for no reason without any intimation or information . They havent sent me any prior notice regarding any pending of bill amount . now all sudden they are asking for bill payment of rs632 . Not even activating services back

                I am saying very regretful that your customer care boys and girls are not fit for giving the any type of information. I talked to your three boys and they are giving the diffrent type of information about roaming.I am unnecessary paying the roaming charges without uses of roaming from last three month due to incomplete information. So just i want to know that who will be responsible for your this incomplete information.

                  Instead of paying my electricity bill of Rs.3204.00, by mistake I have paid Rs.3204.00 to my vodafone post paid MOBILE NO.[protected] on DT.27/11/14 through creditcard .When I emailed to vodafone to refund me Rs.3204.00 they denied to do so because there is no system to refund the amount .When I wish to talk with their higher authority, they simply told me that they revert back my email.Till dt. I have not received any reply.When customer not make payment of mobile bill in due dt., company disconnect mobile service within two days .Mobile company are very quick in action.My mobile bill for every month is below Rs.100-00.So after 3 years Rs.3204.00 wil be adjusted.

                    Hi, This it a total fraud! - I have been charged of downloading d2c_shotformats_ti and shotformat_dwnlp_9 17/11/2014 & 26/11/2014 in November bills. On asking customer care they are saying that we cannot inform you regarding this as this is confidential information. This is strange! They are charging me for something but cannot share detailed information about that. I never downloaded such a thing on my mobile. They refuse to even lodge a complaint regarding this. Vodafone is in a habit of doing this. In the month of October they did the same thing. Please support against this-Pankaj

                        I will recharge on my vodafone no. of 29 at tomorrow. but my data is not activated by the care and activate a min. pack and d, not responses by the customer care. i call on customer care but the agent of care is disconnect the phone. I will recharge this pack after consult with the customer care agent. recharge detail... Recharge - 29 Night pack 500 mb data valid upto 12am to 6am BUT on recharge thiis pack not activate the data pack and Given me a 90 v2v min.

                          Dear Sir, I am writing this mail after being utterly frustrated, misguided and cheated by your staff Mr. Danish, at vodafone store situated at karol bagh metro station. My mobile no. is [protected]. My refund request no is [protected]. On date 08.03.2013 I went to this store with complaints of sim problem. I met Mr. Danish who is an executive overthere. I requested him to change my sim, but instead of this he told me to convert to postpaid plan. He also told me about very cheap call rates and other good features. Above all, he promised that if I will not be comfortable in the postpaid plan, I can switch back to prepaid, anytime. Being misguided by him I paid INR250 instantaneously and took a new sim. But later I realised that I was better-of[censored]sing prepaid plan and I didnt even opened the sim that he gave me. Next day I went there to resort back to prepaid plan, as he told me that I can revert back for the same anytime. But, I was shocked when he told me that I can not get my refund of INR250 as I have to keep that money for three months. I was really hurt by his mischief and being a doctor out of genorosity I thought to wait for 3 months. After 3 months I again visisted the center and he didnt gave me refund saying that vodafone supervisiors are responsible for the lack of response in refund process and that he will mail me the cheque, and thus he took my address. I again went to the store after 7 months of the cheating by Mr. Danish, but again he said that the cheque will take another 3 months. I am really disgusted with the cheap, selfish, and utterly abhorrent behavior of the store executives. I feel insulted when they unnecessarily shout at me saying its not their problem rather it is vodafone bosses who actually dont refund, in order to benefit the company. I request you to kindly look into this matter and respond immediately. I also request you to kindly take strict actions against executives like Mr. Danish. I am a Class-I government doctor and I can't go to the Karol bagh store regularly to take my cheque. Eventhough, if I go, then again they will misbehave with me. After 1 year and 9 months I am requesting you to please mail me the INR250 cheque. I am using vodafone for last 3 years and my monthly recharges exceed 2500INR, and is not resorting to other service provider only with the hope that you will respond affirmatively.                             Hi Team, Writing this mail in utmost frustration. 1st Issue, I Vijay Kumar S a customer with Vodafone for the last 10 Years have been noticing that i am being charged for the so called transactions which i have not done or authorized. I have been charged 99 rupees for the same every month its been repeating. If i have to purchase an app/service i would use my credit card/debit card who are you guys to charge me for the same, I am frustrated & shocked with Vodafone using these cheaper tactics to loot money from customers by partnering with online fraud sites. We subscribe for internet packs for accessing sites required while browsing off late we get some pop ups asking if you want to enable service we click no or close it straight away and get a message stating so much amount is charged. I want the complete refund of 99 rupees. And the same will be taken care legally.Today i got an sms from "my dala" stataing 99rs will be charged & credited as points which i have never bought & will not be paid. Stop partnering with fraud sites & looting money. Note : Vodafone is stooping to a very low tactics to loot money.I will not be paying any charges towards downloads which i have not approved.Be ready to face some legal action ill be initiating against you.                                 I have recently ported my Docomo Postpaid SIM to Vodafone. Firstly I was asked to pay Docomo's 1 month bill in advance, and I did that. All my dues till the next month were clear and then my Vodafone MnP was finally done. But 1 month later I received a call from vodafone saying that My payment worth Rs. 142 is pending with Docomo and I have to pay it by 3rd December. I asked them why do I have to pay to docomo since I had already cleared the bill. The person from Vodafone told me that he had no idea about it and I should just go and pay it. And over that I had to submit a proof of that payment at Vodafone Store. Now they have disconnected all the services and so I am writing a complaint in that regard. I want to know why am I being asked to pay an amount of 142 Rupees. And if there is not a valid reason, strict action should be taken against whosoever is responsible for that. I am having a tough time since they disconnected my connection and I will make sure whosoever is the reason pays for that.

                                  Hello Admin, I have been a loyal customer to Vodafone for more than a year now and my payments have always been prompt. I am very much disappointed with the quality of response from customer care regarding the below issue and also from Vodafone itself. I have mentioned all details w.r.t the issue faced and expect a prompt response regarding the same. Kindly look into the same. Issue Description: I have been charged Rs.49 for Internet downlaods which is apart from the 4GB package I have enrolled myself. When contacting the customer care multiple times, I understand that this is the charge for d2c_mgossip for 3rd nov at 7:43 PM. Query: I have never authorized Vodafone or it's subsidiaries to charge on behalf of me without my approval. I consider this as a fraudulent activity against the customer and wish to file a case in Consumer court. W.r.t that I request you to provide me a written email stating that Vodafone has charged me Rs.49 for this internet download with supporting explanation from your company. Please treat this issue at highest priority and do the needful. Appreciate your time and help in this regard. Thanks Muthu

                                  I am not going to pay Jan-2015 bill and also will discontinue the Vodafone service.
                                  However, I do assure not to do any such activity neither even visited
                                  such site or clicked pop-ups. It’s just a way of fetching out easy money.

                                  Dear sir I am going to file FIR against Vodafone at our local police station
                                  if the problem is not solved. I am sure that I will also take help of News channel
                                  or news paper or social media so that this fraud will come to know other people.

Into post paid on[protected] but there is no response from your company, i used to travel outside Delhi, so I am facing so much problem regarding your service, now i m feed up and I am going to take action with hands of consumer court, so please don't let me do against your company, I am consumer of your company my no.is [protected]

                                        Hi, I am not able to avail the caller tune service from past 5 days(I am getting only ringing sound instead of the song). I complained several times about the same but of no use. Money also deducted and changed the song as well but only ringing sound is set. I am getting a bad service from customer service centres. 121 and 198 are not at all connecting to talk with representatives.Requesting you to respond and resolve the same as soon Thanks, Prerana ME
