Disconnection of new postpaid connection

Did not receive proper service

I got a text in my number [protected] regarding the full talktime offer of Rs 100 today at 2.27pm. At 5.46pm i recharged with Rs 100 but got only Rs 86 in my main balance. I called the customer care many a times but they said that no such offer is there in my number.I am really shocked to receive this type of service from Vodafone.
