Dear Sir / Madam, I was using two vodafone postpaid data card no.[protected] & [protected]. On 13/11/14, I have purchased two prepaid data card of vodafone and send a request for the deactivation of both the postpaid data card. I have send 4 requests by email to vodafone care. To very shocking to me, the said post paid number has not been deactivated till now and they give a fake reason that I have withdrawn request. I do not understand the kind of policy vodafone has adopted. By doing so, they are losing my trust / faith on vodafone. I have decided never to go for a vodafone postpaid at any cost.     I purchased a vodafone number on 23/11/14. It got activated on 25/11/14 with the following number [protected].
    On 01/12/14 the outgoing services on my number were disconnected were disconnected without any intimation. They disconnected my 3g services also which I use to travel around Delhi NCR as I'm not familiar with the routes which is the primary reason I purchased a Vodafone sim card.
    Not only I couldn't call my family members, I couldn't even call the customer care as they barred that service as well.

    After a lot of struggle I got connected to the customer service which told me they got a negative review on their field visit, which translates into that there was no one present at my home when they visited. They even say they called me at that time. My home has someone present 24hours. When asked to prove they had visited my home or called me or I had received a call they failed to do it.

    I threw away my old number since I had a new one, for 5 days I had given everyone at my new job and all my clients this number. After repeated requests and number of calls they failed to do anything regarding the matter. Today also their Supervisor in the customer care department promised me my number would be functional within 4 hours but nothing happened. The Nodal Officer does not even answer calls and when asked for the email to send a written complaint I was refused.

    I have proof for everything mentioned above. They have mentally and physically harassed me in a manner which I cant explain in words.
    I would request you to take the harshest of the possible decision against the service provider to teach them a lesson and get me some level of relief.

    I threw away my old number since I had a new one, for 5 days I had given everyone at my new job and all my clients this number. After repeated requests and number of calls they failed to do anything regarding the matter. Today also their Supervisor in the customer care department promised me my number would be functional within 4 hours but nothing happened. The Nodal Officer does not even answer calls and when asked for the email to send a written complaint I was refused.

      I have reached Vodafone store several times for deactivation of my number but every time customer care executives ignore my request and made fake promises to change tariff plan etc and ask me to use their service for further. I am really frustrated from them.There are some issues I have: * unreasonable billing amount * false information from customer care executives * Not sending me bill on my email * Not changing my billing address * requirement of original adhar-card which they never asked during generating me new number * vodafone wants me to give them my original pan card and original adhar-card to deactivate my number This is worst experience I ever had.I am really frustrated. Please help me

        This is really disgusting service which I am receiving from- Vodafone. I requested for E_Connect_3G_375 plan for activation from 01-Dec- 14, From yesterday after the activation of the new plan my incoming and outgoing services from my number [protected] stopped working. I also called 198 and queried regarding this issue, however representative replied every thing is fine from Vodafone connection perspective Today morning I went one of the nearby Vodafone store at Mintoo Park Branch area in Kokata and changed the SIM card still the outgoing and incoming was not working from my number [protected]. Vodafone store representatives confirmed that there was some mistake in activation of the call after changing the plan. May I know what kind of service is Vodafone providing to its corporate customers ? I had to face lots of trouble and harassment from yesterday as my incoming and outgoing did not worked till today. I am going to request Port out from Vodafone and will also Sue Vodafone for this kind of service. .

          I had a Vodafone number [protected] which I had discontinued from a long time ( min. 1 year). Due to some mistake I made on line payment for Rs. 684 for this number form my bank account on 25/11/2014 (ICICI bank ) see below details. As I did not have any due payments with Vodfone. I would appreciate if you can refund this money to my account. I also checked with your Pune office and the money has been deposited into the account of a person who holds this number now. I talked to this person and he has asked me to talk to Vodaphone to reverse this payment.             my name ajay mobile no [protected].I was using the vodafone postpaid since 2 year. I had active plan for 499 rs in which i got the benefit of 1000 min and 1gb 3g data .I changed my plan from 499 to 249 advance plan on 5th nov.after two days I got a sms dat our services is barred because u crossed ur credit limit of rs 2300.then I called in customer care they told me that you used extra internet data..but I just used 700mb data and when i change my plan in 249 i got 1gb 2g data..so I asked them how can I used extra data but they are speechless..they said please pay your bill we will wave of[censored]r bill..but till day I didnt get any responce from there.. I'm very distrub ..please solve this otherwise I'll take strick decesion .now they are saying they can just give me 900 rs waver ..[protected]@gmail.com

              I have recently converted my post paid connection in to pre paid once through your Rapid metro station Gurgaon-India 122002 on 27.11.14 and give total amount Rs.199 for FRC recharge 104 as well as 95 for Data recharge but till date they have not recharge my mobile no.[protected] and yesterday when i have visited the respective staff person narrate me a store we have not recharge balance to do the same and etc, so request you to help in this regards.

                Dear Team I am using all my family numbers through vodafone my daughter my wife my self though I have lot of offers from other service providers I preferred to use vodofone but now out of you PORUR chennai 6000116 branch service I am re looking to shift all my numbers to Air Tell or BSNL I will explain why I am irrateted on this issue is I am misguided by you branch staff Mr PRAVEEN KUMARE Team Leader at your PORUR branch that my number [protected] i was using this number as post paid and the billing was too much and I approached your branch PORUR for converting this number into post paid and I specifically said I do not require any internet facility on this number he also assured there is no additional charges on this prepaid services only your telephone calls will be charged on beleving his statement I also proceeded with converting my post paid number into prepaid number but surprisingly without making even single phone calls all my money is vanished from my credit balance Tell me honestly is this is the level of your service commitment I need to take this into consumer forum and take TRAI into this calarifications with out asking for internet services the telephoine providers are enabiling the internet services to the connsumers and uploiading the net downloads without the knowledge of the consumers and deducting all the money from the consumer accounts. I am very musch clear confident that I approached your PORUR Chennai 600116 branch for changing my plan into prepaid without internet I was fooled by your company team leader Praveen Kemar I am totally disdappointed from the services of Mr Praveen Kumar if he is competent enough to guide customer he should not have been given that responsibilities to handle customer that is the greta set bvack from corporate level keeping rtight persons on right positions is very very important I need my Rs !%)/- back to my number within 24 hours otherwise I will switch over all my family connections to other service providers like Air Tell or BSNL I need not fight any more for this But I will make sure I will file a case against this will in consumer Forum and make TRAI to answer this why innocent peoples money is grabbed by new mobile companies by providing internet with out asking by the consumers

AFTER RECHARGE COMPLETED I RECEIVED 1 MESSAGE THAT YOUR TARRIFF CUTTER IS ACTIVATED FOR 45 PAISA PER MINUTE IF YOU WANT TO ACTIVATE CALL AT 40 PAISA PER MINUTE DIAL *121# AS MESSAGE SUGGESTED I DID THE SAME. YOUR PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY DEDUCTED Rs.38 FOR NOTHING. I THINK THIS IS A KIND OF FRAUDULENT. THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF Rs. 38 FRIEND THIS IS A MATTER OF HOW YOU HAVE TREATED ME.                     Hi I am Karthik Punna using CUG connection, On 26th Nov'14 I raised complaint (Request Number: [protected]) regarding they charged (Rs.1100/-) me for downloads which I have not downloaded and used the service. I clearly explained the person to whom I spoke on 26th Nov'14 that while browsing websites in my mobile a pop up window comes up and I am closing it immediately and this you people are considered as downloaded and I opted for this service this is utter and I never expected this kind of bug in your system. Today again i.e 1st December'14 called your customer service and explained him again whole thing and as he was unable to answer my query he said that will transfer my call to Supervisor where as after keeping me 2 minutes on hold my call was transfered to some SIM service department which shows how you people treat customers and this I didn't expected from a Vodafone. I want explanation from you on below points: 1. While browsing website on my mobile pop up windows will come on be half of Vodafone and when I closed that window not even looking into it how come you people are considered as activation from my side. How come you people are considering closing a pop up window as activation or download???? 2. Customer care people are saying they are having time stamp of downloaded service but the time stamp the you are refering to is the close of the pop up window. 3. If at all as you are saying I have downloaded and opted for the service. Can you please tell me how much data I have consumed for the downloaded services which you are refering to. Because as you are able to track the which and what services I downloaded or opted for you people should have some mechanism to track how much I used the services.

                      My vodafone number is 78357139 and i recharged my number online to my HDFC debit card on 01/12/214 from the www.shop/vodafone.in website of rs.150 but still i'm not received the recharge benefits (recharge amount) on my mobile number and amount also deducetd from the my HDFC account.                         I received massage from VG-611112 at 13:32 on 01-12-14 on [protected]. Massage is Medvo 1GB 3G, RC 179 na recharge par, 28 divas mate. Activate karva dial *444*179# RC 500 ma medvo 505 Talktime. I recharge with 179 by our retailer, but Vodafone give 1GB 2G Internet instead of 1GB 3G. I complained to customer care officers and 198's officers also, but they are not received my complaint and proper answer for it and give me advice for complaint to Vodafone store. . Please do need full.

                          Hello, This is Saket Priyadarshi. I am a Vodafone user since past 4 years and having corporate number. I had so many interactions with customer care and vodafone store guy regarding my unnecessary data usage charge, which as follow… My Complaint/Request number [protected] on 7th Nov, 14, I was assisted by an executive Named Ms. Kajal rajveer Dhikoliya regarding data usage. She agreed that wrong data usage charged to me and launched a complaint and told me that within 72 hours you got reversal message. After 3 days i called to vodafone customer care to know status of my complaint, and then i connect to different executive Mr. Rahul and then person told me complain that u register here on 7th Nov, 14 it’s not for data usage but it for duplicate bill. I was surprised I didn’t do this then I insisted please check complain summary or complain note of 7th Nov, 14 complain… then he saw there was a note for reversal of data usage. Then again log another Complaint/Request number [protected] and told it will resolve next 72 hrs. Again I called on 13th Nov, 14 after 72 hrs. I was assisted by an executive Mr. Dhananjay with interaction Number [protected] with same story. Finally I visited Vodafone Store, Koparkhaiarne, Navi Mumbai on 15th Nov, 14 and Complain Number – [protected]. I told everything so store manager Ms. “Runa” then she make special note against my last complains and told within 48 Hrs. you will get reversal. Till 29th Nov, 14 I was wait for call from reversal but still not get call so finally I visited again same Vodafone Store, Koparkharaine, Navi Mumbai, I was assisted by an person Name Mr. Sarwar, after little bit check of my account then he told your all request all closed there was no complain are open. When I asked what was the resolutions of mine complain he directly say your request was resolved by back-end. But when I said I didn’t get any call or message regarding mine complain so how can you guy resolve it… Person start shouting it resolved you have any problems call to customer care. i again make request make please re-open this complain and take a look… Mr Sarwar says this issue wills not re-open.so I request again please log another request and Mr Sarwar said: “abhi koi request nahi le sakte I am manger of this store, yahi procedure hoti once the prblms closed neither will re-open or re-log”. So ask please deactivate my number please give me form…Mr. Sarwar say you will have to pay all undue bill plus some extra charge (for next 7 days) now but i know that i am not liable to make this payment, otherwise I won’t take a request. i ask please take my request for deactivation of my number but again start shouting and said: “this is procedure, I know very well I am manager, jisko bhi call karne karlo, me form nahi dunga or request nahi lunga” Mr Sarwar was not at all helpful and very rude too. His answers and tone was not at all polite and he misbehaved a lot. I am so disappointed with it. When I didn't get any satisfactory response I said to him "may I meet your senior or your supervisor. He very rudely replied "Sir, me hi manager hun. apko jaha mail daalna hai daal do." This reply pissed me off even more. I was seriously stunned at his response. When I asked to security who is manager of this store the answer is more surprising, Store manger name Ms. “Runa” not Mr. Sarwar which he claimed. She was left for that day so i dropped my feedback in drop box. Is this the way you treat you old customers?? Even though i am corporate guy having corporate number, still they are dealing with that way if any person having individual connection how these guy will treat it’s out my imagination!!! This is the worst customer support I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use vodafone because you do misbehave with your customers on the name of after-sale service and customer assistance. I am repenting my decision to choose vodafone as my service provider. I am a very stressed with the current situation and wishes this matter will be solved at your most convenient but immediate time on Mr Sarwar otherwise will go in consumer court in this weekend.                             I had recharged my cell no. [protected] on 29th November 2014 at 11.30 am i got the message also it is recharge sucessfuly i wanted to phone but got zero balance than called customer care Mr. Nilesh Kalish Chavan and Ashwini Haribhav Zore they told me that they will credit my balance to call after 1 hour, kept on calling them after 1 hour till 12 pm but till today they have not solve my problem and my internet plan also got zero

I told everything so store manager Ms. “Runa” then she make special note against my last complains and told within 48 Hrs. you will get reversal. Till 29th Nov, 14 I was wait for call from reversal but still not get call so finally I visited again same Vodafone Store, Koparkharaine, Navi Mumbai, I was assisted by an person Name Mr. Sarwar, after little bit check of my account then he told your all request all closed there was no complain are open. When I asked what was the resolutions of mine complain he directly say your request was resolved by back-end. But when I said I didn’t get any call or message regarding mine complain so how can you guy resolve it… Person start shouting it resolved you have any problems call to customer care. i again make request make please re-open this complain and take a look… Mr Sarwar says this issue wills not re-open.so I request again please log another request and Mr Sarwar said: “abhi koi request nahi le sakte I am manger of this store, yahi procedure hoti once the prblms closed neither will re-open or re-log”. So ask please deactivate my number please give me form…Mr. Sarwar say you will have to pay all undue bill plus some extra charge (for next 7 days) now but i know that i am not liable to make this payment, otherwise I won’t take a request. i ask please take my request for deactivation of my number but again start shouting and said: “this is procedure, I know very well I am manager, jisko bhi call karne karlo, me form nahi dunga or request nahi lunga” Mr Sarwar was not at all helpful and very rude too. His answers and tone was not at all polite and he misbehaved a lot. I am so disappointed with it. When I didn't get any satisfactory response I said to him "may I meet your senior or your supervisor. He very rudely replied "Sir, me hi manager hun. apko jaha mail daalna hai daal do." This reply pissed me off even more. I was seriously stunned at his response. When I asked to security who is manager of this store the answer is more surprising, Store manger name Ms. “Runa” not Mr. Sarwar which he claimed. She was left for that day so i dropped my feedback in drop box. Is this the way you treat you old customers?? Even though i am corporate guy having corporate number, still they are dealing with that way if any person having individual connection how these guy will treat it’s out my imagination!!! This is the worst customer support I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use vodafone because you do misbehave with your customers on the name of after-sale service and customer assistance. I am repenting my decision to choose vodafone as my service provider. I am a very stressed with the current situation and wishes this matter will be solved at your most convenient but immediate time on Mr Sarwar otherwise will go in consumer court in this weekend.                                 I took a new vodafone prepaid connection on 28 Nov 14 with phone no [protected] and sim no[protected]. I have submitted my adhar card as identity and address proof as per new norms. I got a call from your executive on 29 Nov 14 with phone no [protected] informing me that my connection could not be processed due to submission of only one side copy of adhar card (with address and photo) as address and identity proof. I asked him what is the difference between one side copy ( with address and photo) of adhar card and both sides of the adhar card. He informed me that it is the company policy. If it is true then I don't understand the wisdom of your decision even though you can get identity and address proof on one side of adhar copy, you are insisting for copying both sides. However I have submitted the both sides copy of adhar card on 29 Nov 14 to the dealer, and my connection was not activated till date as on 01 Dec 14 at 1430 PM. Iam afraid of your delaying tactics for activation of new connection. Iam also afraid that the relation with the vodafone is going to be sour in future with such harassment to customer. If these kind of delaying tactics had the concurrence of top level management of vodafone then I have no option other than shifting to a customer friendly network. If this has no concurrence of your management Iam afraid your lower level staff is sabotaging the penetration of market by your company.                                   I have two numbers which were activated at the same time with Vodafone. I tried porting them out to Airtel at same time. One of the numbers got ported out successfully. But the other number they rejected and gave the reason that connection is not 90 days old. Whereas both the numbers were activated at same time. Why was one approved and one rejected when everything was same for both numbers. I tried porting out for 4 times and they are simply harassing me now and i am getting pissed off.

                                  I got call from Vodafone and they promised that the number will be ported now if i try again. I did that and guess what these people again rejected it after promoising too. I dont know what are they upto. I am definitely going to complaint this legally now and also go to TRAI. Consumer court and TRAI should take care of them now as I have all the proofs with me.

                                    i am using vodafone post paid for last 5 years, now due to vodafone worst customer service i will change other network connection.I was paid amount rs.700 for at 24november post paid bill payment, but today out going is bar.so regarding this issue I went and talk to vodafone executive at coimbatore avinashi road branch.she told paid unbilled amount R's.2800 otherwise u change to other net work connection.she is not try to convince me and short out my problem.Teach them your executive how to behave post paid customer...like bad experience and worst customer service I switch to other network connection as your executive said.

                                      I got a text in my number [protected] regarding the full talktime offer of Rs 100 today at 2.27pm. At 5.46pm i recharged with Rs 100 but got only Rs 86 in my main balance. I called the customer care many a times but they said that no such offer is there in my number.I am really shocked to receive this type of service from Vodafone. I will be really obliged if you kindly look into my issue or else i will be bound to change my connection.

                                        Hi!! I am highly dissapointed with their company as recently Vodafone changed my corporate plan from Rs 99 rental to Rs 249 on two of my connections though still that plan is available in my company from them. Furthermore I have recently got messages that they have activated STD packs on both of my connections and charged me money on that too. It seems how these people are playing some tricks on making money. When recently contacted their customer care people they did not find any relevant info. I am feeling depressed and frustrated on spending a lot of time on calling these people without any reason. I want these people to rectify their mistake and switch my count back to same Rs 99 corporate rental (as still available in my company same plan) and reversing all the extra charges associated with it (like STD plan etc) else..
