Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am an user of Vodafone Post Paid connection (# [protected]) from past 8 months. For the first 2 months, they have given me a minimum Bill and after that onwards, they started giving me a bill of more than Rs.1500/-. I never checked my bill and paid everything with out any fail. But, last month, I had seen my unbilled amount of Rs.560/- before 2 days of my billing date on my vodafone online account.But, after 2 days, my bill became Rs.1130/-. Double than the amount which I had seen on my account. And, when I realised that my bill is going high, I stopped all the VAS on my phone to check the bill of this month. Even after that also, I got the same kind of billing amount. Now I got to realise that the Vodafone is cheating us giving the wrong bills.When I checked about this with my friends, even they are also facing the same kind of problem and migrating their numbers. And, I also have 1 more number which had taken for my husband (# [protected]) and the billing date of that number is on 12th November. For which I have already paid the total bill on 11th of November itself. And, due to my other number #[protected], they have barred the out going calls for my husband's number as well. Totally, I had spoken to 3 executives (Mr. Varun., Miss. Pavitra & Mr. Pawan.) over there regarding this.
But, no one bothered to give a resolution for that. And, the one who called me yesterday in the afternoon, Miss. Pavithra, was asking me like HOW MUCH I CAN PAY RIGHT NOW. DOES SHE MEAN LIKE I AM A BEGGER WHO CAN'T PAY THE BILL???? What dare she have to ask me that question? And, later when I was explaining the issue, she gave me one more clarification that, THERE IS AN AMOUNT OF Rs.350/- WHICH HAS BEEN DONE IN THAT FOR THE ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION FOR MY ACCOUNT. However, I have not asked any of their executives for the activation or deactivation, how can they charge me for that and I have never requested for this.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Gopika Sinha too received the call late night, Feels some thing is fishy this number may belong to Solomons Island, Vodafone needs to resolve such Late night disturbances..
