My vodafone no. is [protected]. I received a Miss call at Time:00.48 on[protected] from no.: +[protected]. When I called back, almost same time, I found two persons already having conversation. I said "hello" a few times and then understood that they are not able to hear me whereas their voice were clearly audible to me. So, I disconnected my phone and to my utter surprise I found that Rs. 100 has been deducted from my balance. This is certainly due to some technical network problem for which I got connected to a number which was already busy and connected to another number. I too received missed call from +[protected] on my number 998***2323 today that is 26.11.2014 at 1:04 am

Gopika Sinha too received the call late night, Feels some thing is fishy this number may belong to Solomons Island, Vodafone needs to resolve such Late night disturbances..
i also got the miss call form +[protected] on my no. dated 01.12.14

This is certainly due to some technical network problem for

and connected to another number. So, I request you to

MySelf vipul patel and my vodafone no is 90990*8**5 and i don't remember i got missed call or not from this no.+[protected] but at the end of the month when i received bill from vodafone. they will charge Rs.100/- for this no and considered as an ISD call for 1:00 min duration which is not happen.

So i request to please double check the outgoing call from my no and please revised my bill.

    I received my monthly Vodafone bill for the period from 19th oct to 18th november 2014. In that bill I got charged for some downloading charges: 10/11/14 d2c_mgossip_pack49 - Rs..49 10/11/14 hello1_tvallsouth -Rs30 10/11/14 wapvilla_ppd - Rs.49 12/11/14 d2c_ndtv_valuepk - Rs.99 These charges amounted to Rs.227 These charges are fraudulent in nature. Kindly resolve my query and provide my refund ASAP.

      Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I am an user of Vodafone Post Paid connection (# [protected]) from past 8 months. For the first 2 months, they have given me a minimum Bill and after that onwards, they started giving me a bill of more than Rs.1500/-. I never checked my bill and paid everything with out any fail. But, last month, I had seen my unbilled amount of Rs.560/- before 2 days of my billing date on my vodafone online account.But, after 2 days, my bill became Rs.1130/-. Double than the amount which I had seen on my account. And, when I realised that my bill is going high, I stopped all the VAS on my phone to check the bill of this month. Even after that also, I got the same kind of billing amount. Now I got to realise that the Vodafone is cheating us giving the wrong bills.When I checked about this with my friends, even they are also facing the same kind of problem and migrating their numbers. And, I also have 1 more number which had taken for my husband (# [protected]) and the billing date of that number is on 12th November. For which I have already paid the total bill on 11th of November itself. And, due to my other number #[protected], they have barred the out going calls for my husband's number as well. Totally, I had spoken to 3 executives (Mr. Varun., Miss. Pavitra & Mr. Pawan.) over there regarding this. But, no one bothered to give a resolution for that. And, the one who called me yesterday in the afternoon, Miss. Pavithra, was asking me like HOW MUCH I CAN PAY RIGHT NOW. DOES SHE MEAN LIKE I AM A BEGGER WHO CAN'T PAY THE BILL???? What dare she have to ask me that question? And, later when I was explaining the issue, she gave me one more clarification that, THERE IS AN AMOUNT OF Rs.350/- WHICH HAS BEEN DONE IN THAT FOR THE ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION FOR MY ACCOUNT. However, I have not asked any of their executives for the activation or deactivation, how can they charge me for that and I have never requested for this.

        Activated 2G Data plan - Rs199/- on 21st Oct through vodafone. I have used closed less than 1GB. Now i received bill closed to Rs.4000/- saying no such requests were made. Have a discussion with there Agent also twice - they are not ready to take complaints also. My outgoing is barred for 3 weeks now. Please help.

First of all let me explain everything from the starting.on 1st of oct 500 mb i.e of Rs.150 plan was active.which I completely used it till 3rd of oct and on 3rd I activated 1GB plan i.e of Rs.250.which I have used upto 900 mb, so immediately I have sent and sms and activated my 500 mb plan again and it was activated.But whwnever I was checking my data bal.I got sama stating that I am exceeding my 1GB plan.so immediately I have given a call to call center and enqired about the issue which I am facing but the officer told me that there is some technical isue is going on dont worry it will be resolved with in 2days.If you guys have the acces to check how many times I have given a call and for what purpose then you guys can check it.3-4 officers has given me the same reason. But I lost faith in those officers so I spoken with the floor supervisor Mr.Abhijeet Sawant.He had given me the complete info that same plan cannot be activated again in the same month.He also apologized for the inconvenience caused me.And he informed that please activate some other plan so that you need not to pay any extra charges, and for the confiramtion he also given the REF no.[protected]. 2)In between 1th oct to 10th oct I have also levied with Rs.296 for some download charges.For which I am not at all liable to pay.If you guys have proper technology to check whether I have really downloaded anything then you can check. I was at my native place with my family but by looking at this bill it has completely spolied my mood.I spoken around 1 hr with the executive but still my issue was not resolved.Since I wasat my native I was not carrying this ref no.But you guys dnt have such fascility to check the call recordings.Becaues I am also working in phone banking in ICICI BANK.we have all the facilities to check those details.Sorry but If my issues is not resolved then I am going to forward this mail to consumer court, Facebook, wattsapp and also to my HR.so that other people should not penalised for same. I have already spoken with my TL, HR and friends.And I am also ready to go top next level.If this issues are not resolved because this is 2nd time this wrongs charges happened the officers and also team memebers were rude and they have hurted my ego.And in this busy world no one will have so much time and patience to do this unnecessary things.My bill due date is on19th of nov.I will not pay single paise untill this issues get resolved and for this if, I am penalised again that also I am not going pay.So please resolve this issue before 19th of november.I have attached the screen shot and the voice recording also. kindly do the needful.             I HAVE DONE RUPEES 99 RECHARGE ONLINE THROUGH FREECHARGE MOBILE APPLICATION WHICH WENTS WRONG INSTED OF TALK TIME ITS WENT WRONG TO THE 2 G DATA PACK WHICH I DONT WANT TO USE COZ I AM ALREADY USING 3 G DATA PACK FOR SAME COMPANY AND WHICH HAS ALMOST 80 % DATA LEFT . ONCE RECHARGE DONE I CALLED UP TO CUSTOMER CARE AND I SPOKE TO REGARDS SAME FRIST HE SAID HE CANNOT REVERSE MY BALLANCE AND VANT REACTIVATE MY 3G DATA PLAN I SAID K TRANFER MY CALL TO YOUR SENIOR OFFICER HE SAID OK HOLD LINE AND AFTER FEW SECOND HE ABCK ONLINE AND HE SAID WE HAVE START PROSSENG FROM OUR SIDE WE WILL REVERT ALL YOUR 99 RUPEES AS TAL TIME AND REACTIVATE YOUR 3 G DATA PLAN . IT DOSENT . PLESE HELP ME ON THIS AND I DONT WANT ONLY APPOLISE

              Hi ! i have never brosed NDTV but money was deducted from account. Although I have Internet pack active on my mobile. The reason I got from customer service is that it was deducted for downloading from NDTV which I never used.I have cross checked my browsing history and no such thing was found. This thing happened last month also.The company keep on deducting money from consumer without any reason.

                I Arun Singh using Vodafone billing card since last 1 year in the beginning the bill was charged correctly but since last two months my bill is incorrectly charged to me when I received my last bill it was mentioned that I made International calls many time in Somalia but I never made any kind of international calls when I called the customer care they are were very rude and insisted me that I have made international calls many times, moreover now vodafone customer care executives have started calling me and threatning me if I wont pay they will lodge a complaint against me so i am very disturbed and continuously getting threatning calls from vodafone I have also asked them to deduct all the international charges only then I'll be ready to pay remaining amount but they refused it so now I will not pay even a single rupee if any negotiation is not done asap My Mob no - [protected] which not working now

                  respected sir I used to recharge my mobile by the vodafone tarrif of Rs. 46, but suddenly on 18th November 2014 I rechard my mobile than they give me an unwanted 1GB 2G internet pack. But when I call to customer care they said that this is the new plan. I told them that how make new plan by not letting even shopkeeper and customers unaware of it. I requested them to convert my Rs. 46 into my balance but they declined to it. Sir this is a serious case of fraudery. If they take Rs.46 from every customer than their profit will be in crores.                     Dear Sir/Team, I am Srinivasarao using vodafone (+91-[protected] )from last 8+ years, now my contacts are slowly gone down due to very weak indoor signals in residency area . I wrote no.of mails to vodafone team(customer care, Nodal officer and Vodafone India CEO ) &amp; complained about indoor/outdoor signal issue hence Centre of Bangalore city(, Martha Halli area and office area Opp: Graphite India, ITPL Road) there is no proper signals. Calls are dropping in between and not allowed to make outgoing calls too hence no proper signals, so I have to user other phone to make calls. I have spent lot of money to make outgoing calls instead of incoming calls from customers and friends… I have spent more than 65+ hours my valuable time to write mails ( 45 days) &amp; to make calls. Explained the issue with vodafone customer care executives and technical team executives on phone &amp;support. Technical team came to my office &amp; home to check signals. Monthly I spent more than Rs.500 since 9+ months… Vodafone Team as confirmed &amp; replied to my mails: [protected][protected] This is in reference to the conversation had with you, we would like to inform that based on the network survey carried out, It’s unfortunate that our current expanse of network is unable to provide adequate signal at your residence. We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide an immediate solution of this problem as network roll out is an ongoing exercise, this phase is expected to be completed at the earliest. However we will not be able to tell you by when the roll out will be completed to improve the coverage. Docket number is [protected] for your reference. As discussed, we have already carried network survey at your residence and based on survey report received confirms that our current expansion of network is unable provide sufficient coverage at your residence. We apologize that we are unable to confirm the time taken to enhance the connectivity at your residence. As a good will gesture, we have process credit of Rs. 100/- as talk time on your mobile no. [protected][protected] Clearly I have mentioned that don't process any talk time on my number &amp; Always they are talking something on phone &amp; writing other thing in the mail. Same thing I have mentioned on mail. No idea how much I need to spend for upcoming months (till the issue resolve) hence even they don’t have idea when it will be rectified the issue at my residence area. Kindly do the needful.                       Dear Sir/Ma'am, I'm Heerendra and I'm using a Vodafone post paid number ([protected]) of Delhi circle. Now the problem is when I switched my job from Delhi to Chandigarh and wanted a plan which should allow me to receive all incoming calls for free of cost. So in the same regard I called Vodafone representative on around 19th or 20th Sept 2014 and he/she suggested me a plan (I actually don't remember the name of the executed but I believe Vodafone calls are "recorded for quality and training purpose", as the IVR says), the plan details are below: 150 monthly rental Unlimited incoming calls for free of cost 100 minutes outgoing for local & STD. 100 SMS for local & STD. Rest will be 1 Rs local call and 1.5 Rs for STD call. After getting this information I was pretty happy and asked them to activate this plan. The plan got activated on 21 Sept 2014 and I was using the phone all the way I can as I assume that I've all incoming calls for free of cost. But when I saw the bill they have charged me for all incoming calls that I received and when I enquiry about the plan that I've activated on my phone, they said there is not such plan available in vodafone and you've to pay all amount, this is ridiculousm first they said ok now since when I've enquired about it, I'm getting different statements everyday from different executives about the bill & plan. One of them even said that we did not activated your 150 roaming incoming free plan, you (I) requested us for this plan. Ok if I accept their argument but it was the information that I asked to them before requesting this plan. Though I've been very patience with them and I was discussing with them regularly about this issue, but it was very horrible when they sent someone to my address for amount collection since I keep on discussing the issues in the bill.                       Vodafone must resolve such issues, they have created such a mess though I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for the past 6-7 years but such things freaks me out.

                        Dear Sir, I have two post paid mob nos and already registered for `ONLINE BILLING` at my email Id sd.[protected]@g mail.com. I am paying my bill regularly but but sorry to say your office not doing what should be done on priority. Your representative always assure me that your bill has been generated. I am surprised where the is going? So please sort out the problem and send my last two month bills of both two mob nos. [protected] and [protected]. Thanks Naresh Nautiyal

                          Vodafone has charged me ₹ 168 unnecessary. When I asked for the explanation they only said that you have downloaded something. No details have been shared with about the charges. I would like to seek your help as Vodafone is forcing me to pay the same to continue the services.

                            I wanted to de-activate my Vodafone Red 899 postpaid plan on[protected] at around 1:38 AM (my Vodafone no. is 869****546, Kolkata circle). After being unable to deactivate it, I called customer care. The representative (I can't remember his name, but I believe Vodafone calls are "recorded for quality and training purpose", as the IVR says. That Customer Care Representative told me to send me a mail on an email id. But the way he was talking, it seemed very rude and impolite to me. I told him that how much effort I had given, but he repeated mannerlessly that "his system" does not help much. When I asked, feeling insulted with his ill manners and impoliteness, how to get rid of Vodafone completely, he cut the phone. I work as an asst. Engineer in one of the leading IT MNCs of this world and I am not used to such bad manners from a customer care person. I want, if his call is at all recorded, Vodafone take the necessary step to teach that person how to behave with a customer. Or at least, not to cut a call. I am posting it on complaint cell as well as mailing it to Vodafone customer care.

                              I Advt. Deepak saini, using three postpaid connections. I had a very very bad experience with vodafone customers service agents. Vodafone customer care executives are not at all help full, wether its postpaid or prepaid. They all are unprofessional and untrained, they don't listen the customers. I called from prepaid, quarry was simple. One of the agent (Danish) causally transferred my call to senior agent and put on hold for long, I was on hold for 1hr 3min and I had to disconnect the call as there was no response. Side by side I called 111 from postpaid spoke to agent (Aashish). He argued with me and casually transferred call to floor supervisor. After 17 min hold I spoke to supervisor(Parveen kumar). He said their no connection between postpaid & prepaid. After long conversation and argue there was no solution from him. After disconnecting this call. I called again 111 from prepaid, spoke to Gaurav, he denied to connect to supervisor as no one was available. I asked about the last agent(Danish) I spoke with, said no one is there with this name, who put me on hold for 1hr. I asked him some details, he denied to give his location, call id, employee id or location and finally he disconnect the call. So after talking with three agents in vodafone I am not at all satisfied with with vodafone customer service agents. Please take necessary action. I also attached screenshot for hold time.                                 Respected Sir,

                                This is regarding a Vodafone prepaid online recharge of my mobile number,

                                On 09 Nov, 2014 17:17:16 i have done online Recharge of 500rs for my mobile number [protected], The amount was deducted from my ICICI bank account but not been credited to my vodafone number. The Payment Transaction ID: AICI[protected]

                                Similarly i on 15th Nov 2014 14:49:08 i have done another Online Recharge of 500rs on same mobile number, Again the ammount was deducted from my SBI account but not credited to my vodafone number.
                                The Payment Transaction ID: ASBI[protected].

                                After 2 days from 9th i have raised the issue to vodafone customer care people. The customer care executive misguided me that transaction is failed and the amount will be refunded to Bank.
                                I have confirmed with Bank people they told that amount have been credited to Vodafone company and they have provided the transaction ID also.

                                I have contacted several time to vodafone customer care. But every time they give false information and tells me to check with Bank, whereas the Bank people tells me to check with Vodafone as they have given the transction Id number,

                                I have raised several complains to Vodafone with Complain no, [protected] and [protected] but till now neither i have received the amount in my bank account nor in vodafone mobile number.

                                I would like to mention that the Vodafone customer care people speaks with rude behaviour and gives false information regarding my transaction, They have been assuring since last week that amount will credited to my vodafone number within 24hrs but it has been more that 10 days i have not received the amount anywhere


                                I am attaching the transaction receipt details and Herby request to please take action against Vodafone and help me refunding my amount of rs 1000 rs.

First of all let me explain everything from the starting.on 1st of oct 500 mb i.e of Rs.150 plan was active.which I completely used it till 3rd of oct and on 3rd I activated 1GB plan i.e of Rs.250.which I have used upto 900 mb, so immediately I have sent and sms and activated my 500 mb plan again and it was activated.But whwnever I was checking my data bal.I got sama stating that I am exceeding my 1GB plan.so immediately I have given a call to call center and enqired about the issue which I am facing but the officer told me that there is some technical isue is going on dont worry it will be resolved with in 2days.If you guys have the acces to check how many times I have given a call and for what purpose then you guys can check it.3-4 officers has given me the same reason. But I lost faith in those officers so I spoken with the floor supervisor Mr.Abhijeet Sawant.He had given me the complete info that same plan cannot be activated again in the same month.He also apologized for the inconvenience caused me.And he informed that please activate some other plan so that you need not to pay any extra charges, and for the confiramtion he also given the REF no.[protected]. 2)In between 1th oct to 10th oct I have also levied with Rs.296 for some download charges.For which I am not at all liable to pay.If you guys have proper technology to check whether I have really downloaded anything then you can check. I was at my native place with my family but by looking at this bill it has completely spolied my mood.I spoken around 1 hr with the executive but still my issue was not resolved.Since I wasat my native I was not carrying this ref no.But you guys dnt have such fascility to check the call recordings.Becaues I am also working in phone banking in ICICI BANK.we have all the facilities to check those details.Sorry but If my issues is not resolved then I am going to forward this mail to consumer court, Facebook, wattsapp and also to my HR.so that other people should not penalised for same. I have already spoken with my TL, HR and friends.And I am also ready to go top next level.If this issues are not resolved because this is 2nd time this wrongs charges happened the officers and also team memebers were rude and they have hurted my ego.And in this busy world no one will have so much time and patience to do this unnecessary things.My bill due date is on19th of nov.I will not pay single paise untill this issues get resolved and for this if, I am penalised again that also I am not going pay.So please resolve this issue before 19th of november.I have attached the screen shot and the voice recording also. kindly do the needful.                                     Hi my number is [protected], i have data issue in my area every night frm 1 to 5 am dont get data phone, when i call customer service they say they cant do anything i use internet a lot and i asked for refund for some amount cause vodafone upgrade network. Earlier i use to get 3g data but now'a days i'get 2g data so i dont understand they are upgrading network or downgrading network. I almost rechrge for 1500 each month only for 3g data. VODAFONE IS BECOMING WORST DAY BY DAY

                                      Hi, I have two numbers. One([protected]) is used by me in Hinjewadi Phase3 Pune. I dont get 3G there. Also, Other no is used by my husband in Magarpatta, there also no 3g network comes. Raised compliants multiple times. Only they say to change handset settings and close the request. But issue did not resolve. Vodafone 3g service is getting worse. Thanks.

                                        Hi, I have been a victim of wapvilla_ppd.Vodafone have charged me 49 RS for this and more downloads in May and June, July, August & October Bill. I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me. Please help Regards, Rajendra Bagade

                                        Hi, I have been a victim of wapvilla_ppd.Vodafone have charged me 49 RS for this and more downloads in Sept and Oct Bill. I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me. Vodafone disconnected my phone after keeping it on hold for 25 mins. They never gave any explanation on the same.
