Reminder given daily for the company fault and blaming the customer

I use data card of vodafone with the number[protected] and i did not receive bill for the last two months and i had been contacting customer care center through call and they say that sir we will forward your call to the superior officer and keep's on hold for nearly 1hour 3 mins and they disconnect the call. Wrong billing for hello1_tvallsouth_

In the last months' billing vodafone had charged Rs. 30/- for hello1_tvallls & Rs, 49/- for wapvill. After the complaint the amount of Rs. 79/- got reversed in the current bill. ** Discrepancy in billing - Unknown download charges added **
