Respected Sir my name is Nagendra singh. Sir I have airtel no. [protected]. On this no I recieved a call from a unknown no. of vodafone is[protected]. on dated 23/11/2014 timed approx 10:00 am Firstly he gave me a missed call. Then I replied him he said sorry i said its ok. But after 10-15 minutes he calls me and abuses me very badly. How disgusting is this. Even I am not react badly then how dare he to talk me like this. I want from you that warn him and say to him do not do this to anyone more. But actually I want his exact location.

    I have 2 vodafone postpaid connections 9xxxxxx810 and 9xxxxxx401. In the monthly bill for Oct and Nov 2014, I have been charged Rs.99/- under an item "download". When I called up the customer care, they said a file has been downloaded named shotformat_dw****** for which Rs.99/- were charged. When I asked them what this file is, they had no idea. They said it could have been a chargeable item which I may have downloaded from a website. However, I did not download anything that was chargeable to my carrier. I have a 3G datapack of 1gb, and my data limit had not exhausted. They don't even know if this file is a song, a game, a software or a video. I do not understand that if they don't know what I have downloaded, how can they charge me? When I told them that it has to be some error in their system, they simply refused. I tried to log a complaint on 198, but they continuously argued with me and did not log any complaint. This is truly disappointing. My colleagues have been charged 149 and 249 resp. against the same download claim. If this is the state of affairs then, we would need to escalate this issue and also get our service provider changed. Vodafone is really losing customer trust coz of these unwanted charges and with the kind of poor response from their CCRs.

      I have a ported number from vodafone [protected] to airtel, when i ported the number from vodafone, they told me the dues are cleared and my number was ported, now after some months they are sending me an email that i still have some amount to pay and i need to pay else they are threatening that they will disconnect my services and take actions. Please take the correct legal actions against the vodafone for the harrasment they are causing..

        Sir, Since 4 months I am paying Rs 499/- extr amount withuot knowledge. Initially I was paying around Rs 500/- . Scheme was Rs299/- post paid, I was getting bill every month. But since last four five month I was only getting SMS and bill is around Rs 1000/- . I was thinking that since I went out of state It was roaming charge, But when I checked I could come to know that they added Rs 499/- every month withuot my knowledge.My one more complaint is that since they added Rs 499/- they never sent me bill on by post which clearly indicate they intentionally added Rs 499/- and I should not come to know about it. As per these Rs 499/- scheme I suppose to use extra 2GB which I never use, hence my humble recquist is that either you pay me exta 2000 Rs back or adjust the amount in my next bill.

          Let me start on a very sour note by telling that i feel you have not looked into my email properly that i have sent earlier regarding the issue. In my emails dated 14/Oct/2014 and then again on 25/Oct/2014 I have sent you the details that I had picked up from "My Vodafone" portal and also had sent you a screen of the portal, below are the details again and also attached is the screenshot. below Service name Start time Destination Duration Usage value Post call balance RSMS 21-OCT-2014 01:33:27 PM 12320003 0 15 RSMS 08-OCT-2014 06:40:21 PM 12320003 0 15 Can you please advise me as what kind of a number is "12320003" the one that you see in the above. This was the same number that was also appearing in the account when there was a similar deduction on the 14/Aug/2014. Who would send a sms to this number, this number definitely seems to be some wrong billing for all the three occasions. Inspite of me telling providing you will all the details of all the deductions you are still asking me get an itemized bill for the months for which I will have to pay 100 rupees. What is the need to spend money on the itemized billing when the information is available online. You are just forcing us to spend more money, which I must say is not professional and all the more not required and should not be even suggested by your staff. Regards Hemang Dhagai

One OTP was received at that time in my mobile at [protected] But after some time I realize that the phone call was false due to a payment was made from my S.B.I. Credit Card in place of refund.The call has told his name is Mr. R.K. Srivastav.               My mobile number is [protected](Maharashtra region). On september 24th, I have ported my vodafone postpaid connection to another service provider. But the deposit money I paid during activation for vodafone is not yet refunded to me yet. I visited vodafone store 3-4 times the customer care executives are not able to solve this, I was shocked to learn that even they don't know about the status of the refund!! It has been 2 months of delay. why this much delay? Very poor service by vodafone. Please refund it immediately.

                  i had applied for no portability for [protected] ...made 25 calls on [protected] but all agents are inexperiences and new and disconnecting the calls rozia, anita, anup, sandhya, saurab are some of them...they are operating without any seniors as nobody know the seniors name i called up [protected] to mr rahil shrivastav, vijay kamble to return the documents fraudulently collected in the name of no portability, but mr rahul disconnected the phone and mr saddam is yet to call mr vijay kamble spoke very rudely and threatened me saying go to hell when i asked my documents to be returned back uou people employ staff from underworld or what please return the documents collected from me asap i i will take up the matter with cnn ibn

                    dear sir i asked for the data plans of vadaphone and i was told that upto 3 gb i will get good speed of 2g and after 3gb uses the speed will be 40 kbps on dataplan of 245. but from starting i am getting the speed of 10 -15 kpps . i am very unhappy from this type of documentation, you should tell the customer truth. so please see into this matter mob no.                         Vodafone billing services are really pathetic.. they are just to loot the customers. Change of billing cycle without intimation, hence unnecessary my billing amount was very high... due to cycle change, we need to submit the ECS form again, that was not intimated by vodafone, hence all ECS done through account are not getting reflected account. i.e. for sep and oct my bill was 1889, which was deducted through ECS, but the same is not...

                        Dear Sir/Madam, Request your attention to the fact of matter that I am struggling to get the NOC/No due letter(settlement) from Vodafone India. I have made the payment in the month of July 2014 and the third party Star Enterprises is working on behalf of Vodafone India to collect the outstanding payments. I am struggling to get the no dues letter from them since last 4 and a half month. I am attaching all the letters the payment made through visa bill pay and the incorrect letter that they have issued to me. I am following with them to issue me the correct settlement letter for which I have made the payment. Kindly refer all the attachments. Also I am giving you brief details about the issue: 1. On July 27th, 2014 I made the payment as per the instructions received from Star Enterprises Employee Yogita Raut contact numbers of Ms Yogita Raut: [protected], [protected], [protected] 2. Payment was done on 27th July by using credit card on visa bill pay site 3. Payment was done for following Vodafone Mobile no. [protected] with Relationship No./Vodafone Account No.: 8.11574529.00.00.100348 4.Name :Avinash Dhawade 5. Amount paid is Rs 1300 In response to the payment made by me on 27th July 2014 i received a letter from Star Enterprises/Vodafone India Refernce no.: SFW-MUM-08/12/[protected]Sta, stating it as a full and final settlement for Relationship No./Vodafone Account No: 8.11579211.00.00.100013 and mobile number:[protected] which is incorrect. Whereas I should have received the settlement letter for Vodafone Mobile no. [protected] with Relationship No./Vodafone Account No.: 8.11574529.00.00.100348, as i have done payment for this account number and mobile number. When i received this letter i immediately informed the Star enteeprises /Vodafone India that i have received an incorrect letter and i need the correct copy of the sttlement letter towards which i have done the payment. Since then i have been struggling to get the corrected letter from them. I have lost 4 and a half month on this matter however i am not getting proper response from Star Enterprises or Vodafone India. I have enumerated the mammoth task of following I have undertaken and the incessant harassment that has been meted out to me yet i have not received any response. P.S: My primary and sincere demand is to assign a professional, task oriented manager to this issue who can co-ordinate with all the people and provide a speedy resolution. You literally have a customer here who is on the verge on breaking up owing to the below spate of events. Please note that I work in a night shift and having to correspond with Star Enterprises/Vodafone India during thier working hours is something that has been a huge mental and physical torture for me till date. Also request you to call me post 5pm IST on any given day so that i can attend your calls in case you need some additional information on this issue simply because i am working in a night shift.                         This is very strange from vodafone parts that i am getting such emails, this is unwanted pressure that they are putting on me as a consumer despite of settling the payments with Vodafone such meaningless emails are being sent by the employees without looking into the said issue.

                        This is to update you that despite of giving all the details to Vodafone now i have received following email from Vodafone on Nov 24, 2014:
                        NOTICE FOR UNPAID DUES

                        Subject – Unpaid dues of Rs.2125.25 for your Vodafone mobile number [protected]

                        Dear Mr.AvinsH Dhawade,

                        We at Vodafone believe that every relationship can be reinstated at any stage in the interest of both the parties.

                        As you are aware, your Vodafone mobile number [protected] is under arrears. After persistent follow-up, we have still not received the payment. Any responsible person would, given a choice, try to clear his outstanding. We would like to give you an opportunity to do so.

                        We are willing to settle the issues (if any) with you if you have the intention to pay. If you are interested then you can send an email back to us or also contact us on [protected].

                        Kindly note that this email is sent to you in good faith of reaching an amicable solution and in no way prejudices the interest of Vodafone India Ltd.                             Dear sir/madam ... This is satya prakash i am Constant customer of vodafone from last 5 years. On 20/11/14 i have paid Rs1500 to make payment for the due balance.i was going to pay through Cash machine which installed in vodafone store. During my transaction a girl named Ms HARSHITA came and told me sir we have some target and i want to pay your bill through M Paisa i have given Rs 1500 to her after assuring that my account will be credited within 1 hour. but after two days i have not received the payment. my account is still not credited. today at the evening i went to the vodafone store (5 Elgin Road, Civil Lines, Allahabad and she told me my account has been debited.store representative Mr amit and Harshita arguing with me and told that its not my responsibility . this experience is very annoying and not acceptable at all. so keep this as a series concern otherwise i will make a complaint in TRAI and police as a fraud case. you can see the CCTV footage for my payment and conservation with harshita.                                 I have submitted a request for conversion of my vodafone no.[protected] from post paid to pre paid on 13/11/2014 at your Ananad mahal Surat outlate.Your representative has ask me to deposit the total due for Rs.610/- & same has been deposited by me at that time.Your representative gave me a new SIM & told me that same will be activated on very next day.But, after two days, when i go for inquiry from your customer care, they told me that it will take more 14 hours. On 19/11/2014, there was a call from your customer care, Ahmedabad regarding my complaint.She ask me to deposit Rs.225/- for activation of the SIM within 48 hours.The same amount has been deposited by me immediately. I want to know that why my request is not considering till date? Who is responsible for this?Why not I go in consumer forum for legal action against Vodafone for harassing his customer?

                                I wanted to covert my connection from prepaid to postpaid . From 15.04.2015., the date on which I had submitted all the documents, nothing has happened . I had visited Vodafone stores twice and have been given two sims . The first one was apparently malfunctioning . Complained to nodal desk also . SR nos [protected] dated 20.04.15 and SR [protected] dated 22.04.15.

I inform about bill amount which i feel not correct. I written several time to customer care as well as nodal officer. now i receive your notice without given copy of bill.I take it cheating with customer and harassment of customer. kindly look in to the matter and solve the problem.

                                    I am a vodafone user & recently I migrated from postpaid to prepaid. For this migartion I visited my nearby Vodafone mini store & inquired them for the procedure. The procedure was however delayed & they charged Rs.200 from me saying that it includes migation fees & I will be getting Rs.75 talktime soon after my prepaid SIM gets activated. The SIM got activated on 15 Nov 14 but I didnt got the recharge as told by them. On 17th I visited their store & inquired about that recharge and after that what happened was beyond my expectation. The girl to whom I inquired bumped into an heated argument with me upon this silly issue. I dont know what took place in her mind at that particular point of time that she reacted at this matter in this way. She literally abused & threatened me. I was shocked to see such behaviour from an agent of Vodafone. Was I wrong in asking when my account will be credited with Rs.75 talktime? And soon after that argument my SIM showed NO SERVICE! I called up 111 & 198 but no solution was provided to me. I even mailed to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com but didnt received any relevant answer.
