my name ajay mobile no [protected].I was using the vodafone postpaid since 2 year. I had active plan for 499 rs in which i got the benefit of 1000 min and 1gb 3g data .I changed my plan from 499 to 249 advance plan on 5th nov.after wo days I got a sms dat our services is barred because u crossed ur credit limit of rs 2300.then I called in customer care they told me that you used extra internet data..but I just used 700mb data and when i change my plan in 249 i got 1gb 2g data..so I asked them how can I used extra data but they are speechless..they said please pay your bill we will wave of[censored]r bill..but till daye I didnt get any responce from there.. I'm very distrub ..please solve this otherwise I'll take strick [protected]@gmail.com

If it is frequently occurred with your customers then I need to rethink on continuing with vodafone. I want refund or satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest.

    I am ashish . Contact # [protected] . For Nov 2014 bill, Vodafone deducted 50 rs, Though I have unlimited Internet plan. Customer care is not taking care of my complaint. They told, for some of the website charges do happen irrespective of having Data plan.

    same problem with me as well. d2c ndtv valuepk _9 still charges being cut.. i think this is good way where vodafone is charging postpaid customers.
    were you all given the scheme of rs175 rental for 1 gb for two months as an exclusive offer for ur number...

    They gave me similar offer like 150 1GB data for 2 months each. then said we do not have such plan.
    I did not got any call yet.
    I just logged a complaint with Vodafone of the same matter (have not subscribed d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 and charged 99+tax for this). My complaint number is [protected]. As usual the Customer care executive tried to convince me that I have activated it but I know I haven't. In fact passed this link to the customer care executive, where other people have also complained about the same. This seems to be a scam now... I had opted for Gaana subscription first and then after four days I could see this ndtv fraudulent subscription was charged on my bill.

    Vodafone has taken time to revert by 02-Feb-15 10:35:53. Let's see.
    Last bill of Jan month I saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 495Rs for a d2c ndtv value pk 9 for 5 times which I did not authorize so I called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactivate this service as I did not activate this service However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service So am I supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please
    My no is [protected]. Last bill of Jan month I saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 327 for a d2c ndtv value pk 9 for 3 times and one of 30 rs which I did not authorize. I called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactivate this service . However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service. Kindly suggest on the needful.

      Hi, I had given request to convert my postpaid number into prepaid on 15th Nov at around 6.30pm. I was told that it will be done with in 4 hours. Till now my number did not get converted into prepaid.. No network is showing on the SIM card i got from the vodafone store, Kamla Nagar Delhi. Since yesterday I have been reinserting my sim, trying to get rid of this issue. I had called you CC twice everytime executive advised me to reinsert the SIM like a recorded parrot despite of sharing every concern of mine, they kept on repeating the same this. POOR CUSTOMER RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE. My number is not working for last 2 days. either give me resolution ASAP or i am going to file a legal case against your poor handling.         Dear Sir/madam, I am one of the customer of vodafone with mobile no [protected]. There were an offer to me for 1GB 3G data for 30 days with recharge of 155.00. I have done recharge of 155 on that day. But they provided 750MB 2G data for 21 days. I called customer care and asked the query related to the issue. They told that they will provide 3G data within 2 days. After 3 days also they didn't resolved my issue. Even they barred my calls to the customer care. Being a customer I feel I have rights to ask about the issue. Please provide me solution so that, I can register the complaint against the vodafone in consumer court.         My complaint
        sir, I have two issue
        1. Am change my connection post paid to prepaid on 2 march 2015, I paid more than the bill amount as the direction of vodafone billing section at Manjeri Malappuram (dist) customer care executive of vodafone said to pay more than 200 Rs of actual amount . I don't know why they collect more money to change my connection post paid to prepaid.

        2. Before changeing my connection post paid to prepaid am using 499 plan and avail 3G service of 2GB and after changing my connection Manjeri vodafone store malappuram dist Kerala, said to me that you have an offer for rs 149 and you got 1 GB Internet . I cant get the 3G service. i have register a complaint to vodafone (Number[protected] date[protected]. Till today no progress .They told me that your mobile phone is blackberry so please activate blackberry plan.My quesion is that more than 6month am using this phone without blackberry plan, vodafone gave me 3 G and after changing post paid to prepaid 3G is not available without blackberry plan...? Then why Vodafone store manjeri malappuram dist kerala offer me 1 MB for rs 149 and recharge my mobile please do the needful for getting my cash of rs 149 +213 (additional amount collected from me for bill payment thanking you
        ABout 3-4 days ago i recharged my phone with 3g data service for rs. 395/-. From past 1 month i am using 3g service. My pack is not working as. 3 g . It works as 2g, also less speed than 2g too. I complaint it to vodafone customer service, but they dint take any step and i am in great vain . Pls help me. My number is [protected]

          I was using [protected] Vodafone network for past 5 years recently I called Vodafone team to ask why was my bill was too high for past few months. I asked for a manager to esculate the issue immediately but my request was ignored and after 2 day's one of the supervisor called me and as I started to raise my complaint she didisdisconnected the call and my query was never resolved . As a customer I have all the rights to esculate my concern . Because of this i had to choose an alternative connection and from today i am no more customer of Vodafone and because of this I have to go through with lot of stress due to number chang as I used this number for almost 5years. I here by wish not to pay any more money for vodadone company and I demand for compensation. Regards Arun

            Hii i have been using vodafone services frm past 5 years nw wat they are doing they are charging from my ph unecessarily they deduct rs 49 three times in dis week . Wen i called their reperesentative they said we cant accept ur complaints . And behaved rudely .kindly tell me d procedure or else forward my complaint to assigned authorities

I called immediately to Customers care and she inform me to request Retailer to call His customer care. The customer careMr.santosh Inform me he can not reverse the funds due to roaming. I did not understand the Concern. I have feeling, He does Not have procedure. Please reveret the fund. My correct Number [protected] Amount cedited in wrong number [protected] Rs.200.                     I am charged for the same in my recent bill and then I had lodged a complaint through email to customer care. I am not at all satisfied with such a stereotype and stubborn response against my grievances. I requested them again to waive off these additional changes levied on my account. The response I received from them as below... " With regard to your concern, we regret to inform you that as per the feedback received from our billing team the charges towards the download of “deals_mydala_99” which was downloaded through WAP on your Vodafone number has been levied correctly in your invoice dated 05/11/2014. " I try to verify through my itemized bill that when and how I downloaded anything innocently but I found from pdf copy of bill that my account was charged mid of late night for accessing deals-mydala. Its something which is linked to Vodafone and Vodafone is only promoting it. It seems something fishy, how can we be charged without our consent and who gave the damn authority to Vodafone to pay on customer's behalf !! I want to get credit for my money, please help me out !!                         Sir . According to your phone call & message to recharge Rs 123 for 1.2/2sec I did it on 7.11.2014. But it has not been still now . Please do it right now & return my loss Rs 37 ( about) . I have not got proper co- operation calling 198 & talking with Kousik and Barin.

                          I am a corporate user of vodafone. I have recently got my postpaid bill. Vodafone has added extra charges in my bill. they are as follows: MI_E_V_95_30D_R_2G Charging 99Rs Wapvilla_PPD charging 49rs Deals_my_daal_99 charging 99rs Sim Replacement charges Rs 25 [There customer care executive said that sim replacement is free of cost for corporate user.] When I contacted them they said i have used these application but I am sure that I haven't used any such application on my phone not even clicked on any such link. They is no positive response from the vodafone. Please suggest what to do?

                            I am from faridabad and Vodafone (VF) have charged me 198 Rs.on my Phone no. [protected] for some download. On checking with customer care they say its some (hello1_tvalls & d2c_ndtv_valu****** ) which i never did. Thought of doing some net search and saw that first page of google is filled with complains related to this and all are from Vodafone service providers. If such downloads exist, it should have been for all the other subscribers too ( I mean Airtel, Reliance etc., ) Why only complaints from VF clients????. Too bad. Please look in to it and reverse it as soon as possible and stop charging us like this….

I get a SMS from VV-VFCARE around 2:20pm on 15th November 2014 stating that radio unlimited service is now active on my number([protected]), as i requested. But I did not activated any service like that. DND service is already active in my number. So, there are no place for any by mistake or by chance activation.                                 Dear Sir Good Afternoon I have used Vodafone service since last 4-5 years. I activation my plan of Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd. of monthly rent INR 149. In this plan 500 minutes & 500 sms free. Unfortunately I had not paid payment on this behalf my service is discontinue. After few days or month I clear my dues. I asked Vodafone executive when it will be activate, he said that your number is disconnected, I am not aware that my connection is disconnected there is no any call from your side for disconnect. He said that document require for continue service only. I given my document like Company ID proof etc. for continue service but he activated as new connection on same number & along with plan also change (new plan rent INR 99). Company name also change, you can check in your system, from Zydus Cadila Healthcare to Cadila Pharma but I have submitted my Company ID proof of Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd. Please look in this matter.

                                  Dated 13th November, 2014 From : Chittaranjan Musib 103 Serena CT, Mountain View CA 94043 USA Sub: Complaint for international roaming charges for which no formal/informal request was made to Vodafone Customer care Mumbai for mobile no .[protected] I submit below the facts in a sequential order to make the matter more clear and transparent. 1 .I planned to come to San Francisco, USA on 18th October, 2014 and to stay here for 6 to 9 months to spend time with my granddaughters. Accordingly, I board a flight from Mumbai on 18th October, 2014 at 04.30 hrs for San Francisco by Emirates via Dubai. 2. I spoke to customer care of Vodafone Mumbai on 17th October, 2014 with a request to deactivate my 2G connection and to keep the mobile live as I am going out of the country for a longer period. I asked for charges to keep the phone active and it was confirmed that normal charges of my scheme i.e. Rs.299 per month. I got a sms at 12.21 p.m. that the system is deactivated. 3. After disabling the system of WIFI, Downloading, and Internet etc. I switched off my mobile from 18th October, 2014 .before leaving India. Since my mobile was switched off the question o[censored]sing the inyternational roaming facility and surfing of data do not arise. I never bothered to switch on the mobile as I was having another mobile o[censored]SA operated by T-Mobile. 4. Since I was extremely tired due to Arthritis I did not check email from 17th to 24th October, 2014. I opened my yahoo mail account on 24th October, 2014 and saw one email from Vodafone asking me to pay Rs.13689.00 as interim payment for using international roaming from 18th October, 14. (My Vodafone bill period is 25th of the previous month to 24th of the current month.). Immediately, I made a telephone call to Voda Customer Care, Mumbai from my home phone at San Francisco, USA[protected]. I requested the lady who took the call to verify it as I never asked for international roaming facility rather I asked to deactivate 2G services. She told me that I being a corporate customer should speak to Corporate Asst. but never transferred the call. Then I requested her that my mobile should be deactivated immediately. She was very rude and left the telephone. 5. on 26th October, 2014 Vodafone sent the bill for October, 2014 through email . The bill includes international roaming charges of Rs.13473.30 . The total bill amount was Rs.16, 139.07 inclusive of taxes out of which domestic use inclusive of tax was Rs.1047.44.. I sent a email to Vodafone requesting to revise the bill in view of not asked for international roaming connection but could not get any reply. Being a loyal customer, I paid Rs.1047.50 by cheque drawn in favour of Vodafone mob.no.[protected] and my friend in Mumbai has deposited in Vodafone collection center at Thakur Village, Kandivali €.Mumbai on 10th Nov, 2014 ( due date was 12th Nov.14). 6.. In the meanwhile my Yahoo mail was hacked by hackers and I could not get entry to Yahoo mail. This was intimated to Vodafone on 27th October, 2014 with a request to register my Gmail account as I have no access to yahoo mail. So, I again called over phone to Vodafone Customer care ([protected]) and then requested to connect me customer Relations Executive. One Mr. Albert came on phone and I explained him what I said on 17th October, 2014 to Vodafone Customer care but mentioned that I never asked international roaming. Then why I am being charged for international roaming? Then I mentioned about the talk of 24th with the lady customer care representative of Vodafone who talked to me on 24th October, 14 and to know what action has been taken for deactivate my mobile. He was positive and assured me to provide all help to restore the mistake. The entire conversation with Vodafone Customer care from 17th October, 2014 to 27th October, 2014 was written in seriatim and email to Vodafone Customer Care Mumbai and also to Vodafone Corporate Asst from my Gmail Account. I got a reply from Vodafone Corporate Asstt which has not mentioned about my request of 17th October, 2014 for deactivation of 2G connection. Rather it says about technicality of international roaming and wanted to establish that the billing is correct and also stated that no details could be provided. Immediately I sent a reply against that mail. Subsequently, on 6th November, 2014 I sent a letter addressed to him giving the facts in chronological order.(Interaction No.[protected]) I got a reply from another person of Vodafone (Mr. Alfa Shaikh) on 9th November, 2014 and his reply was the same one which was written by Mr. Shrivastava on 1st Nov, 2014 and no extra point has been added. Rather it was a copy of the same letter of 1st Nov.2014 ( interaction No. [protected] I sent a reply email to Mr. Alfa Shaikh on 10th November, 2014 which is as under: Quote: Dear Mr.Affa Shaikh. Trust you have read my correspondence with Vodafone Customer care, Mumbai and Corporate Assistance from the beginning of the subject issue. I never asked for any international roaming facility rather I asked to suspend my 2G connection and to keep the basic mobile phone facilities so that I can see my missed call while I stay in USA. So, there is no question of paying international roaming charges .I will pay only the basic phone bill for October, 2014.So, I am requesting someone in Mumbai to pay Rs.1047.44 towards my mobile bill for October, 2014. On 24th October, 2014 I made a call to Voda fone at [protected] from my USA House phone and spoken to Msd.Priya, Customer care executive/ personnel. I requested her to disconnect my phone from all facilities with effect from 24th October, 2014 and she informed me that she will refer to Corporate Assistance. I believe she has referred the matter. When I did not get any response, then I spoke to Mr. Albert, Corporate Assistance on 27th October, 2014 from USA and also requested him to disconnect my Vodafone services with immediate effect. So, I am not at fault at any point of time. Please go through the correspondences and speak to customer care and find out where the fault lies. Please do not penalise innocent person like me . Thanking you. Unquote I received an email in response to my reply to Mr.Alfa Shaikh written by Mr.Prashant Pandey on 12th November, 2014 just repeating the same language to establish that payment has to be made as per billing and stress that billing is correctly done. It is also mentioned that my mobile has been suspended from 6th November, 2014 and a bill has been raised for November, 2014 for an amount of Rs, 55, 501.80. (Interaction No.[protected], [protected], [protected]) I am surprised that when I requested on 24th October, 2014 to deactivate my mobile why it took a long 12 days to suspend it. Secondly, when I have not asked for international roaming facility how such bill can be raised? 6. In view of the above facts I have serious doubt about the integrity of Vodafone Customer care as well as Vodafone Corporate Assistance. I spoke to Vodafone Customer care; Mumbai on 10.11.2014 over phone from USA[protected] .The call was attended by Mr. Rahul. He informed me that based on my email received by them on 28th October, 2014 my mobile phone has been kept under suspension from 4th November, 2014.He also informed that I should speak to Nodal Officer Ms. Zillah Vaz and gave her telephone no. and email Id. On this issue I wanted to speak to her and tried her mobile but could not get response. Ultimately I sent one email to her attaching all the emails exchanged between me and Vodafone Customer care, Mumbai but yet to get reply. The reply has come just now when I was going to file this letter. It says that Billing is correct and that too for surfing the data while roaming which is a utter lie as my mobile is totally dead so far data surfing in question. 7. I have the following questions for Vodafone in this matter: (i) When I never asked for international roaming, how the facility was given without my knowledge and confirmation? (ii) Does it possible for an ordinary man to ask for international roaming when foreign stay is almost 8 months? Is it believable? (iii). When domestic roaming bill for my phone is within Rs.1200 p.m. and how it is possible to give credit for more thanRs.50, 000.00 and that too for international roaming.? (iv). Does it not indicate a vicious circle is playing in Vodafone to extort substantial money in the form of international roaming and that too without being asked for such connection? Since I had mentioned that I would be out of India to Vodafone Customer care, Mumbai on 17th October, 2014 my telephone call of 17th October could be mistaken for international roaming whereas the fact remains that I requested for deactivation of 2G services. Why Vodafone has not verified before giving international roaming facility and explicitly explained the cost impact for such facility? Do Vodafone have taken any consent for giving credit limit of such huge amount? Obviously, I doubt the integrity of Vodafone Customert care for such manipulation for extortion of money from innocent customers. (v). When the matter was brought to Vodafone Customer Care, Mumbai on 24th October, 2014 that I never asked for international roaming and asked for immediate disconnection of facilities why action was not taken instantly? Why I need to follow up continuously for disconnection through phone from USA and by email constantly whereas connection of international roaming was possible instantly. (vi). Does it not an extortion of money by fraudulent practices in the name of international roaming facility when the telephone is switched off and not active ? Why Vodafone refused to give the details of calls or downloading of documents, if international roaming facility was used? (vii). Why Vodafone does not refer to the customer profile before and deal accordingly instead of giving stereotype reply by X, Y Z.? (viii). Is it not one type of Forgery with clients having relationship over 15 years? 8. I want a permanent solution to this issue. I believe that there are many such Vodafone customers who have faced similar fate and Vodafone has shown their muscle power and threatened to recover money for such fraudulent billing systems by any means. 9. May I request the learned appellate authority to examine the matter in depth and suggest a sound systems of consent of the customer before such facilities are being extended and also to inform the financial impact for such facilities to the customers before the facility is given. 10.                                     By unauthorized way vodafone deducted Rs 30 on 15.11.2014 on mobile no [protected] in the name of DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_30-HELLO1STORE but I don't activate any such type of services. Vodafone don't sent any confirmation of balance deduction or any activation msg which lead to serious misconduct because if it legal deduction vodafone had some details of download content. But they don't have any detail they also refuses to take any complain against this balance deduction. I don't activate any service like this, even I don't know anything about this. Or if I do anthing like that I do have some activation msg from vodafone but they do not send me any activation msg. By this it is clear that they cheated me for unknown reason. They just know the activated service name nothing else, they don't have any detail of download content. This means I don't use the service and also I don't know about it. Such a big brand name and doing a such cheap thing for there business need. Illegally deduction of balance without informing the customer which lead to bad impact on company brand image. Please refund the Rs30 in my main account as soon as possible.

                                      I was transferred to Mumbai from Hyderabad by the company I worked for at the time. When I landed there, I submitted all the relevant documents and applied for 2 SIMs for calling and for 3G Internet via dongle at a UniverCell Sync that had a Vodafone rep (who was so incompetent that he gave me a number that was currently in use by a postpaid customer). The process dragged on for weeks and was never activated. During this time, I had a very busy job that requires me to constantly be on the phone and use the internet on roaming. Then I went directly into a Vodafone gallery and applied for a SIM again letting them have every document like my passport and PAN card and driver's licence and vehicle registration. That did not work either. The SIM was never activated. Then I got a letter from my company and applied a third time for the SIM. After several weeks, there was no reply and after constant calls to the service provider, I was told that the number shows as not currently in use.
