Wrong Bill Charge

Incorrect Abnormal bill charged

Unlawful deduction of balance

Deactivation of number 8860436510

I have disconnected my Vodafone number [protected] on 15/09/2014. (Request number - [protected] and below Email which i got after disconnection). Now after 2 months, vodafone is asking for additional Rs 1530 as outstanding. Please note that this amount is for the period where i have disconnected the number and there is no use. Deduction of rs. 49

My vodafone no. is- [protected].49 bucks have been deducted from my balance in the name of ndtv value pack. This has happened twice now before it was 30 bucks but this time it is 49.no confirmation message received from vodafone i contacted the customer care executive within 24 hours also but they are not ready to send a waiver of this amount.
