I am a Vodafone postpaid user and my number is [protected]. In my postpaid bill of last month October 2014, I have been wrongly charged with ₹571 as download charges from services like wapvilla, ndtv, snapdeal and others which I never used. Neither in my usage I have been asked for such paid service nor I received sms regarding the same. When I called customer care at 198 they couldn't resolved my problem rather they told I have visited paid site that's why I have been charged for. This is I feel, truly a cheating and fraud way carried out by Vodafone to loot money from customer. How can one be charged without any consent or notification. I am there registered a port request to switch to a different network.

    my bill is over charged i am facing very problems company is not helping me at all . According to them my bill is 2100 but according to me my bill should be around 1000 .     Bogus bill generation for 0.00 KB down loads inspite of internet connection deactivated ie Rs 250 and SMS cost Rs 15 And vat . It clearly shows that company cheating customers .Kindly help me in this regard. my vodafone number is [protected]. email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.

      I am having a corporate connection of Vodafone, wrong internet charges Vodafone has charge from 28th Onward as per my internet plan till 2 GB is free till 31 oct .but I did not cross 2gb till 31th Oct and I have the proof I m regularly checking my 3G usage by dialling *111# and option 5 or by sending below SMS keyword to 111. I have the last message on dtd 31-oct -2014 and that time I used only 1989 MB so how Vodafone has charge the extra internet uses from 28 to 31 oct .. When i contacted the Vodafone care they told me they will not refund the exta internet charges amount they will refund only 750 rs for wrong bill .. Mobile number [protected]

      This is altaf kapadia from mumbai my no [protected] this no was working as vodafone corporate plan 1 month back on 27th nov it convert to individual plan then on 5th dec i ported in aircel it's working fine now but on 25th dec 2014 i got msg on my mnp (aircel no)[protected] that i have 276rs due which i not pay then my aircel service will be suspend then i visited vodafone store bandra west i called for duplicate bill (becoz i never got any bill from vodafone from start to till yet) i seen many mistake i charge for itmise bill 50rs and 99rs for voice mail from 27th nov to 4dec and same as 4th dec to 5th dec i raise complaint regarding that i got msg that someone call me on my no before 29th dec but i not got any call then finally i call vodafone custom ore care mr. aman santosh gupta he said my complaint is still open so he cant get any complaint again may be u can got call tomorrow but till today i not got any call yaa but i got an one sms on 2nd jan that i has to pay my due immediately otherwise my service will be stop and i got one msg from my mnp aircel [protected] that my service request no ...registerd with us will be processed by 10th jan ... i dont understand y vodafone not taking any action y i am not getting any call from customer care if i call customer care i am not getting any proper response or any details or satisfied answer pls help me my no is [protected] alter net no is [protected]

        I have a Vodafone number([protected]) some miscommunication from Vodafone.Call center executive change my Blackberry plan.he told me 2 blackberry plan activate in your number.I already told him to activate 2499/- 6 month advance rental. I already told him exclude 2499 plan rest are pls deactivate in my number. I want to request you kindly waive off my additional charges 2499 (blackberry 6 month adv rental) or continue this plan.

          i had to do MNP do to the bad service and high cost billing for no reason, i had been using vodafone post paid connection since 4 years, however the service is never improved, hence i opted out to Idea with same no with clearing the payment of cash in vodafone store, since the connection was disconnected the store person made a cash payment and gave me cash receipt, however vodafone still use to authorize IDea to cancel my connection for non payment which is so foolish. after few month i started receiving mails form vodafone & Amit.[protected]@Vodafone.Com mention legal notice for non payment, for which i sent him the snapshot of the cash receipt and also demanded for closure letter on mail and on call too, so that the issues is resolved, however the same person ha vent read my mails neither replied to my mails, advise a lawyer to send me another legal notice of non payment and demanding below stuffs. We represent our clients Vodafone Cellular Limited having its Maharashtra and Goa circle office at “The Metropolitan”, F.P. No.27, S.No.21, Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, Wakdewadi, Shivajinagar, Pune 411003, and on their instructions, we have to address you as under: 1. Our clients are Cellular Mobile Telephony Service providers in Maharashtra and Goa. Our clients state that in the normal course of their business, as per your request and representations and on execution of the requisite documents by you, our clients have provided you cellular services (“Services”) 2. Our clients state that you have duly availed the Services provided by our clients. In consideration of the Services availed by you from our clients, our clients have furnished to you bill/s with a request to make payment of the same within the stipulated period. 3. Inspite of our clients repeated requests and reminders from time to time, you have intentionally delayed and defaulted in making the payments. We state as on date a sum of Rs. 251 is due and recoverable from you together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% p.a. from the respective due date till the full and final payments. i tried calling that person again and again for clarification however no response, seems like this is a spam mail, need a legal action on vodafone.

          Hi,
          I took below mentioned Vodafone data connection from one of the Vodafone stores in Pune. The agent who gave me the connection told that the data card is already recharged for three months and after that I have to recharge it for further uses. I did not feel the need of internet connection so I did not recharge. Now I am getting calls and notice that I have due amount with Vodafone. I am not even knowing that this is a post paid connection. The agent told me this is a prepaid connection. I am sure this is a spam email that I am getting from this Amit.[protected]@vodafone.com. Please look into this issue and close this as soon as possible.

              Hi, I have been using the vodafone corporate connection for the past 1year and I am on a plan named Fusion 999 where I get 2500 Local std minutes 1000 local and national messages and 4GB 3G data and despite of this I use a lot of internet, however from the past couple of months i am getting charged for downloads which I have never done.Last moth I disputed an amount of Rs.496.63 and the same was refunded however this month I have been charged Rs.1043 again.This has been experienced by other employees as well and Vodafone Customer services are unable to help and ask me to contact the nodal officer or write a mail to corp care and the help from them has been dissaticfatory or negligible.                 Hi Vodafone team, Its regarding automatically activated below mentioned plans to my mobile : [protected] I am raising concern on every month regarding additional Internet charges applied for the above mobile number. Plan details :- 1. MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G 2. MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_FU_3G Please let me know how this plan is activated on my cell phone and also want a favour from u Vodafone team I want all the list of ticket's raised by me past 6 months for this additional bill issue due to Internet charges.I have deleted all the Internet setting from my cell phone past two months, still I don't know how u guys append such a huge numbers in the bill as my bill.Is there any manual process you do on your side to generate my bill please help to improve your Process to generate bill.By amending unnecessary amount to the bill u are really misusing the rules against TRAI.I am really frustrated with your process and now I want this issue need to go to higher management.I need an acknowledgement with 3 working days.                   I have activated 2G services 3GB for Rs. 248 on 7th Nov...but am not happy with the performance of 2G... I have been keep chasing with your customer care for solution past 48 hours whereas no response even after complaint registered on 9th as we as today on 10th Complaint Registration No. [protected] on 9th Nov & [protected] on 10th Nov... Vodafone Customer care takes very lethargic in attending Prepaid customer as am with Vodafone for the past 8 years having 1 post paid connection & 5 prepaid connection with in my family & friends. If this is the way customers are being treated please do let me know to further move on. I need to have switch over from 2G to 3G am ready to accept 3GB-2G to 2GB-2G for Rs.248 which is already paid on 7th Nov almost suffered for 3 days... Else please give me resolution to access with same 2G with better activity, since it is simply hangout on opening browsing, sending & receiving emails even less than 300KB for more than 5 minutes until keep refreshing or else simply left unsent mail & images for hours I have taken screen shots of the same for your kind perusal if required. I need solution with in 24 hours or else to change plan from 2G to 3G as I requested & will be awaited for your favorable reply

                    I am Rachit Gupta purchased Vodafone 3G dongle [protected] from the Vodafone representative @ Adobe Systems, Noida. Due to lots of connection related problem, i was not able to use this connection. I tried to solve this matter with the help of customer care, however they clearly told me that it is not possible to saolve this problem (Complaint number [protected] ). SO i was left with no option other than deactivation of the number. I deactivated this number @ 15 Sep2014 with payment of all dues at that moment ( Refer to below Email with reference number [protected]). From last 7 days, i am getting lots of calls from Vodafone and they are asking to pay Rs. 730. I sent lots of reply Email and message to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, so now today one of the representative told me that you have to par Rs.1530 now and for disconnection. Please note that as per the below Email, i have request to deactivate the number in Mid of september with all dues payment. Due to inactivity of Vodafone on [protected], these billas have been generated. These bills should be rejected so as to clear deactivation. Vodafone has liability to pay Rs 500 to me which was submitted as security. Instead of refunding that amount executives are repeatedly calling me to deposit Rs. 1500.

                        I was looking of porting facility from Vodafone to Airtel and when I had raised a request for availing portability facility there was an offer of Free Data package offered from Vodafone backend team in the month of July'14 and when I started using 3G data I was shocked to see in my August Bill for the data usage for an amount of ₹ 1300/- and when I took up this with Vodafone they promised to give a waiver and a mail confirmation was given to me from a Vodafone backend team executive.. Now when I am asking the Vodafone team for the waiver to reflect in the bill, the waiver is refused and instead my calling service is barred... I have all the relevant communications on this aspect and request the consumers to be aware of these Frauds done by Vodafone. I have been using their services from past 10 years and the customer service has been pathetic now a days and intolerable. Vodafone Mobile Numebr - [protected]

                          I am using vodafone postpiad corporate connection and Plan "ST_CR_MV_E_CONNECT249" (talk time + net usage combo plan) was activated from 17th November 2014, But after that, from 17-24th Nov Usage charges : Rs. 757 +tax has been wrongly included in my current bill. I have repeatedly asked for a proper and revisied bill statement after deducting the extra wrongly charged amount with taxes, but I did not receive that. usually My bill amount falls between 350-430 rs. Why should I pay this abnormal incorrect bill amount which is caused due to their fault. After complaining, they accepeted their fault bt as a solution, I got mail from Vodafone that they passed credit Rs 500 to my number, which will be effective for next bill cycle. What does that mean? I think this is the worst customer care service provided I am getting and after 8days I submitted my complaint no such solutions provided by their end.

                            Hello my no is [protected] and on 9/11/2014 vodafone deducted 49 rupees from my account. When contacted CC told me that I have activated something like NDTV pack but actually I have never activated it . I even don't know what this pack means and also I did not get any confirmation message.They refused to refund money . Please refund my money or else they shall lose a customer ...

                              I took the plan which said Internet connection will be unlimited, but it didn't proved to be so. I was over charged for the usage. Even after disconnecting/deactivating the Internet plan and the number itself, the bill was again over-charged. I have already contacted several times to the customer care online. But no support has been provided yet. I am very much clear on my part that the unnecessary amount added to the bill will not be paid by me.Kindly look forward to the issue and reduce the payment(includes genuine charges). I want to close down the matter ASAP, as regular calls from customer desk is too disturbing. Vodafone number- [protected]

                                I am alos a victim of wapvilla_ppd download of Rs 49..The bill shows the duration of 0:00..it doesnt specify which app or from which website..I didnt get any confirmation for such purchase or message that I have purchased an app.. this is nothing but a fraud..please kindly look into this.. Regards

Now after 2 months, vodafone is asking for additional Rs 1530 as outstanding. Please note that this amount is for the period where i have disconnected the number and there is no use. Collection department of Vodafone is working like a Bully person who are forcing me to clear outstanding amount ASAP. Please look into it.                                       My vodafone no. is- [protected].49 bucks have been deducted from my balance in the name of ndtv value pack. This has happened twice now before it was 30 bucks but this time it is 49.no confirmation message received from vodafone i contacted the customer care executive within 24 hours also but they are not ready to send a waiver of this amount. Before when this happened i was bit late to claim but this time they are not ready to refund my money.

                                        Main hamesha Vodafone customer care me call karke yhi complaint karti hu ki mere internet connection me problem rehti hai. is problem ko ek saal ho chuka hai. lekin koi solution nhi mil raha. Customer care walo ne ye bhi kaha ke aapke mobile set me he koi problem hai lekin ab toh mujhe mobile set change kiye hue 3 mahine ho chuke hain aur same problem hai. complaint Karne ke baad 1 week internet connection thik rehta hai aur phir same problem. agar hamare area me aapki internet connection ki range hai he nahi toh aap log mana kar do. hum apne praise waist nahi karenge, itna slow internet nahi use karna padega aur koi aur company ka connection use kar lenge. Aap simply haan ya nabme reply kar do kyu hame wrong commitment karte ho. Want early solution.
