i had to do MNP do to the bad service and high cost billing for no reason, i had been using vodafone post paid connection since 4 years, however the service is never improved, hence i opted out to Idea with same no with clearing the payment of cash in vodafone store, since the connection was disconnected the store person made a cash payment and gave me cash receipt, however vodafone still use to authorize IDea to cancel my connection for non payment which is so foolish.
after few month i started receiving mails form vodafone & Amit.[protected]@Vodafone.Com mention legal notice for non payment, for which i sent him the snapshot of the cash receipt and also demanded for closure letter on mail and on call too, so that the issues is resolved, however the same person ha vent read my mails neither replied to my mails, advise a lawyer to send me another legal notice of non payment and demanding below stuffs.

address you as under:
1. Our clients are Cellular
Mobile Telephony Service providers in Maharashtra and Goa. Our clients state
that in the normal course of their business, as per your request and
representations and on execution of the requisite documents by you, our clients
have provided you cellular services (“Services”)
2. Our clients state that you
have duly availed the Services provided by our clients. In consideration of the
Services availed by you from our clients, our clients have furnished to you
bill/s with a request to make payment of the same within the stipulated period.
3. Inspite of our clients
repeated requests and reminders from time to time, you have intentionally
delayed and defaulted in making the payments. We state as on date a sum of Rs.
251 is due and recoverable from you together with accrued
interest thereon @ 18% p.a. from the respective due date till the full and final
payments.
i tried calling that person again and again for clarification however no response, seems like this is a spam mail, need a legal action on vodafone.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
