    My Mobile No - [protected]. I recharged Rs 250 unlimited data plan this month and used only 7 days. Today I put my sim in my friends Micromax A120 new smartphone and with in few minutes micromax 500MB 3G plan gets activated without my request and i just got a sms that my unlimited internet plan got cancelled. How can a network replace a current data plan without the prior permission from the user?. When i asked customer care in 111 and 198 they gave me un satisfiable answers and they won't back me to the unlimited plan or refund either. I thought vodafone is the best network but now i am really disappointed with the Vodafone service. I request you to cancel the 500mb plan and replace to the unlimited plan. Its not possible means i am thinking about changing to other best network than Vodafone by portability . Thank you

      Hi, I activated the STD bonus back for Rs. 41 to cut down my STD rates to 40 p/sec around an hour back, however when I got a message for the activation of the service Rs 82 was deducted. That is exact double of the amount. It is not the first time it is happening and it is really frustrating. The person on the helpline says he cant help since service is activated two times. How can same service be activated twice and that too when I applied for it only once. Please help Phone number: [protected]

        Activated some packs with out my permission money is cut from my account nearly RS.225, I told them I don't want any packs and deactivate them and refund my money back, they told they cant refund my money because they said that I only activated that packs...Please take seviour action on them because past also they are acting like that.. I got the message from bank that Rs.427.25 is debited from account but recharge is unsuccessful. Its showing Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction.             Hello sir, I am a victim of Vodafone's overbilling scam. Vodafone had charged me for some Rs. 197 for wapvilla_ppd twice and deals_mydala_99. I have no idea about these services. It is completely unacceptable. And on customer care they have forgotten the meaning of happy to help. Totally refused to forward the complaint. My bill no. Is [protected] oct. 2014. Copy of bill is attached. Please help me in this regard.

              dear sir I am c manimegalai, mobilenumber [protected] is vodafone customer.my talktime balance was 180 rs.From vodafone advertisement I got frequent msg some bonus card activation, and some song selection etc .I dialed for that bonus card at the rate of 89 rs.but the vodafone cut 149 rs instead of 89rs.When I spoken to your customer care number 198, they told her negative response.also they told nothing can be done. kindly i request you to credit remaining balance, also deactivate sending sms service on advertisement to my number Anticipating your reply as soon as possiable

                Hi Vodafone Team, I am using Vodafone Number [protected]. In my Last month Bill (Bill Number [protected] ) there is the change Rs 148 as download. I am not sure about that changes. When i called 198, the customer care person told that i have used chargeable website. I am not sure what is chargeable website. If it is chargeable why vodafone is billing me. That particular website should change me. What is the link between that website and Vodafone. Please explain and revert the amount ASAP. Also please let me knwo how to stop this in future.

                  I have been using my vodafone no ([protected]) almost four years.. but two days back I lost my mobile along with my sim card .. I block my no date day and when I ask for a duplicate sim on same no then customer care executive (by phone) told me that i have to pay 25 rs for new sim, I visited Mahipalpur(New Delhi) Vodafone customer care center and submitted my all documents at customer care desk. but the boy who was on that desk, he told me that I have to pay 125 Rs for my sim .. I ask the reason for extra 100rs then he did not pay any attention and neither tell me anything.. his behaviour was totally pathetic ...he doesnot know his duty on service desk. his way of talking on such a big telecome sector is totally disappointment .. same reason i keep in front of manager. instead of helping me, i was asked to come tomorrow and then tey will see what to do for me.. such a big big company like Vodafone thses kind of service and employees behaviour is totally pathetic ...and in future i never use vodafone service ... regards pranjal...

                    Sir / Madam, This is in reference to my vodafone cell number [protected] which I have been using for few years now. Since the day I have activated the number I have been perodically receiving calls from Vodafone representatives asking for availability of an unknown name - 'Ramashray vishwakarma'. I have been politely explaining each representative that this number does not belong to Vishwakarma and please update your system. But the calls never stopped, they keep caIling and keep asking for same name again and again. At some cases the representatives disapproved to believe and made me felt that I am lying. What kind of treatment does vodafone gives to there customers, Do your General Managers/Directors know about this ? Moreover, It has been a harassment and mental agony after a Vodafone representative called me today and said that you will be involved in a legal court case because cheque of Mr. RamAshray Vishwakarma has bounced. It is so disgusting and insulting for a customer. Who is Vishwakarma ? And why are you calling me for his deeds ? How can you dare to call your customer and involve in a legal case without knowing the facts ? This is such a torture. If Vodafone does not apologise for the misbehaviour, I would approach Times of India and let whole country know about your mistreatment to you customers. Ashish Bhambhani

                      Dear Sir, I want to bring up to your notice that when browsing the sites via internet, it has come up some of pop up for which Vodafone chennai deducting the amount without customer notice. When i complained about this issue, they have said that you have downloaded some XXX for which this amount is deducted. I have registered a complain for my number [protected] with complain id: Coming to the reality: This is not new for vodafone chennai customers are facing. I've seen many customers are facing similar issue. I kindly request you attention on the same to take a legal action on vodafone chennai. Thanks Kiran

                        Hi Team, Greetings!! I had been using Vodafone services when i was staying in Bangalore for two years. Later on, I shifted to Pune and call the Vodafone customer care about 10 times in a days to close my mobile services. On 26th September, finally a customer care guy spoke to me regarding the same and asked me to drop a mail to VodafineRelations Karnataka. I sent the mail on that day itself, after paying my dues at Vodafone.in. I got a reply on 26th September saying the request has been taken and (even when I had cleared the dues), they asked me to pay the bill again. On the same day itself, I replied to Vodafone saying I had already cleared my dues but still if anything is remaining, send me a mail. I never got a reply to that e-mail, not any separate mail about any pending dues. Today on 7th Nov, i got a mail from Vodafone for paying the bill for Oct (to my understanding, the number was deactivated before Oct). Yet i sent another mail to Vodafone to which they havent replied yet. Over the past two years it had been quite difficult for me to contact Vodafone customer care through phone. While buying out new connection, these guys are always there for any help 24 x 7. But later on they dont really care much. I am quite pissed off by billing e-mail and I am not going to waste any of my money on stupid Vodafone. Kindly help me out.

                          i got message from vodafone for 3g recharge with rs 155, 1 gb data free for 30 days if i recharge on the same day.. after i recharged i got 2g with 750 mb data free... i have called customer care 3 times where one fool told me to go to vodofone store to check and the other 2 made me wait for sm time and just disconnected the call..                             My mobile no. [protected]. On[protected] charges for "vuclip india_pack75" has been twicely charged in my post paid bill for Rs.75/- each. Also charges Rs.99/- for "deals_mydala_99". Kindly note that I have never opted these packages even though it is charged. Pl check at your end and reply.

                              Vodafone need to correct his softwares or employees as I did my payment on 14th oct'14 of 230 rupees. but in the next cycle penalty done for non-payment & said your in our system payment is showing 220 on 16th & Rupees 10 payment received after due date on 20th Oct. why customer stop 10rs payment

                                Hi, Rs 99 has been appeared on my postpaid bill of month Oct-Nov. It shows that I have subscribed Deals mydala 99 on 4th of Oct. I even don't know what is Deall mydala 99 is. Vodafone just subscribed the deal itself and transfer the burden on me. Vodafone is a fraud company

                                    Vodafone charging Internet using (3G) Even after complaining that I am unable to use 3G for Sony Erickson MOBILE. I took 3G connection on 10Of Oct but it never worked, after many complaints I found it is not working then I removed 3G plan and went back for 2G plane and after billing I found that 3G rental and usage charges reflecting and asked to waiver that excess amount, the reply I am getting from Nodal Officer Pavitra Customer care, that Our billing system accurately monitors and we cant waiver the bill Before 3Months back I found 7.07Rs excess in my mobile bill and for that When I wrote mail then this amount they waiver from the bill, I am attaching pdf format of the mail as well.

                                      Dear sir I am using vodafone sim of contact no.[protected]. I had recharge it of 249 on 8th oct 2014 for Internet pack of 3GB unlimited. Now internet is surfing but the requisite speed is not getting. As your customer care executive told that vodafone 2G provide speed from 50kbps to 100kbps. But I am getting only up to 20kbps. I have complaints about it many times to customer care. But I did not satisfy. Also Now, I am not able to call even customer care by this no. The last call which I made to your customer care on 1st nov they told that they will solve my problem but they didn't reply or did anything. So, I request you to solve my problem soon. I hope that you will overcome it & provide better services in future. Thank You Your Customer ela bhatia

                                        I was browsing through internet with a data plan. while browsing suddenly a site called MYDALA opened up and when I closed it 99 rupees from my main balance automatically got deducted. previously also it happened with me many a times.
