To, The Nodel Officer Vodafone Mobile Service Subject : Postpaid Mobile No.[protected] Dear Sir, It is very unfortunate that you have changed teriff plan without informing me and have charged higher bill. It comes within the definition of offence of cheating & criminal breach of trust punishable under Indian Penal Code. It also comes within the definition of ‘deficiency of service’ under Consumer Protect Act. I was compelled to make a request of porting the above mobile number. You have received above request and have sent me a msg at 18.50 hours on[protected]. By above msg, you have informed me that Porting Request No. is VW265892 dated 16 October 2014. You assured me that you would port the above number within 96 hours, but you have not ported my mobile number till date. You have hold my mobile number with the malafide intention to harass me. It is not only ‘unfair trade practice’ but also violation of directions & guidelines of Telephone Regulatory Authority of India. It is blackmailing tactics to charge higher bill amount to you are entitled. Neither my relatives and friends could wish me on the occasion of Depawali, nor I could wish them due to your holding of above mobile number as you stopped working of service on the occasion of Depawali with the malafide intention to harass me. You are liable to pay compensation to me Rs.500/- per day for mental agony and harassment since[protected], and also liable to refund access bill amount charged by you by changing the plan without informing me. Therefore you are advised that to port my mobile number immediately and to pay aforesaid compensation and to refund my access bill amount, otherwise I may take legal action as per law.     on 29th oct 14 i was using net but i did not press any link for which i should be charged. unnecessary 20 has been deducted from my main balance. when i come back from my job and checked the balance, i call cuctomer care and told them to return my money they have not returned my money by saying that it is of one day before. i request complaint cell to help me out in this matter and returne my money with a punishable charge to vodafone j

      With so much of grief I need to submit my complaint against vodafone that I have purchased vodafone sim with mobile no [protected] which I turned to postpaid one, after a year agian I changed into prepaid after paying my current bill of that moment but when I demanded back my security money back then vodafone dealing head at sector 27 -D chandigarh has said that this security money you will be getting through cheque that to by post through vodafone headoffice, but till date no such cheque I have received and company representatives daily time and again used to text and call me to use pre paid services of vodafone . How come company can expect me to use their services if they got a tendency to ruin the comman man. Hope soon I'll be in the position of my dues back.

        I have two post paid connection [protected] and another number with corporate plan. For this number previously I was getting wrong bill for Internet usage. So I wanted to migrate this two connection from post paid to pre paid and I went to the Vodafone, Saltlake, Sector V store, Kolkata. There the Vodafone guy forced me to stay with Vodafone and He promised me for that Vodafone wil give me 750 MB free data usage per month. I disagreed then they advised me that for my this number [protected] they will deactivate the Internet service totally and for [protected] they will give the free data. 31st July, 2014 I got a message that the Internet service has been deactivated for my mobile number [protected]. Then fro the August month I was facing same problem for my another number but for [protected] this issue was resolved. For last two months I paid more than trice of my current plan that is IBM_299 corporate plan. Again I complained to Vodafone, mailed to them and this month I got around 336 for my another number but for [protected] got the wrong bill with data usage charge. Though I deactivated the internet service and haven't tried to activate how Vodafone could generate the charge for data usage. I called them the agreed with me that my intrenet service has been deactivated since 31 st July but as the bill has been generated so I have to pay for this. Please look into this issue.

          To whomsoever it may concern Today (29/10/2014) a Guy (rowdy) stood in front of the my house and was screaming for my name when I was not home and when my family members asked what is the matter he mentioned them that I need to make the Bill payment of 2600, for which I have not used after knowing I was not home the person called me and when I asked him to check the case history of the interaction I had with the reps from Vodafone the Person said I WILL SEE YOU TOMORROW after I get the details. And when I called the Customer care they said that the number is in suspended mode and not deactivated when I said that I did speak to the reps over the PH and the reps from the Vodafone store they said that the amount will be waived OFF and the number will be deactivated automatically and I was shocked to hear that they don’t have any records of the interactions made by me . So I spoke the TL of the customer care and she said that she will raise a request to waive off the amount and advd me to send a mail to deactivate my number (which is have done) and she asked to wait for the next 72 hours to check if the amount will be waived off and the number will be deactivated . I am member of Vodafone since the day of Hutch and I never faced this king of humiliation and torture from any One . Extremely D-Sat, I am not mentioning my number as they have a option to call and disturbed me Waiting for the response from TL if it is not in my favor then I will spot out the names of the Tech and the Rowdy guy his boss name

            I have purchased vodafone 3G prepaid simcard for my new smartphone Panasonic P81 in September 2014 from their PUNE camp main office. However the receiving signal is not continuous. it stops in between. Because of this too much time is taken to open the internet. Frequently this happens. other point is when I open sim management in the mobile to type mob mobile number; the phone replies unsuccessful. However when I used idea simcard without any fuss the number shown automatically. I have not even typed the numb number. Why this fault occur with Vodafone simcard? is the card faulty?. if it is so; can Vodafone company will replace it free of cost?. please reply.

                      sir/madam, here with we were a long term user of airtel for more than 10 yrs. oneday vodo person talked reg vodo M/s varsha communication, anna nagar, madurai. (Mr.kannan and Mr. ganesh) asked for an appoinment and came they gave lots of commitments and schemes with their promise we switched over from airtel to vodofone, but they doesnt keep up their promise and the bill came from the day 1 bill received we were calling M/s varsha communications and their persons and also vodofone persons to clear the doubts and to clarify their commitments. There is no response from ur side as well as from ur stockist in this condition we have been cheated by vodofone company as well as by their stockist u r least bother about this happy to have u people also am in my business my out going was barred i am meeting a heavy loss in my business i have to look after a lawyer to put a case. i have records to file a case. also i have planned to switch over again to airtel thanks for ur good response ur stockist ph no is [protected], [protected] regards murugan [protected]

                        Hello sir, Vodafone services at Barot, District Mandi, Tehsil Padhar, HP, Pin 175013 has become very poor from about 2 weeks . Sometimes networks is at full strength and suddenly all signal lost and call gets terminated . If you want to call a Vodafone number call does not connect easily and you have to try many times and also because of poor network internet does not connect . Many time call does not connect even after I tried about for 15 minutes . This is problem of all users of Vodafone at Barot station . Please sir if you want to maintain your customers then solve problem immediately Thanks

                          Hello sir This is Suresh from hyderabad. I used 3G internet on my Micromax canvas 2 mobile since last two days. When i am using internet i got roaming signal and i loosed my net facility and i did not get normal range signal from that time. I contact two times of your customer care center and they told go to sim services and activate Vodaphone IN and switch off my mobile and switch on. Then you solved your problem.                                 sir i have been charged rs 49 extra in last bill Of [protected] dated from[protected] to[protected] for d2c mgossip pack 49 which i never opted and downloaded. Trusting your company i have paid all my bills without verifying. Also vodafone has not sent me any bill by post or email. This was the one i recieved and i was shocked.                                   I have cell number [protected].I checked in vodafone site for mobile internet recharge.It was mentioned as rupees 147 for 500 MB 3G internet valid for 1 month, the screen shot of which is attached herewith.After I recharged, my internet was not working.When I complaint to customer care they asked me to wait for 2 hours and check but of no use.After 5 hours also it was not activated.After repeated complaints they told the said amount is credited into rate cutter and that also for vodafone to vodafone which is not useful for me.I requested for change over but they refused.In their site they gave one offer and when we recharge on that basis they refuse and charge according to their wish which is not useful for the consumer.I need my amount back with compensation.

                                    My number is [protected]. I have received no intimation regarding my Internet pack validity due date. Since the pack got over and I was still using my Internet without any pack charges of 4paise/10kb was applied and a total of Rs.500 has been deducted over a period of 3 days without any sort of intimation. I found out that my balance was deducted when by balance reached Rs.0.02. Now I want some type of solution for this because it was a huge lapse on your side. I use a Rs. 650 per month pack for Internet and in 3 days only Rs. 500 is getting deducted and no message of any type has been send intimating me of anything. The customer care executive I talked to the first time did not even answer the query properly and then the second time I called I was told that they can do nothing about it and while refused to hang up without any solution they have said they will call back in 48 hrs but I don't know what type of solution they will provide.

                                      Hi Team, Writing this mail in utmost frustration. 1st Issue, I Bibekananda Tandia a customer of Vodafone Odisha Prepaid Conection.My mobile number is [protected]. I have been charged 148 rupees for Rs 49.00 for MOBIGOSSIP DOWNLOAD and Rs 99.00 for SHORTFORMAT DOWNLOAD.But i did not download the content, I was just browsing free sites.When i called customer care they were told the wrong information and transfered to my call 121(Offer Department). If i have to purchase an app/service i would use my credit card/debit card who are you guys to charge me for the same, I am frustrated & shocked with Vodafone using these cheaper tactics to loot money from customers by partnering with online fraud sites.                                         I haven’t got a satisfactory answer to what these packs ( vulipindia_pack75).are and why are then being charged..Vodafone customer-care answer that some websites charge for download ..this is a very stupid answer.How can third party website charge for a download over internet from my mobile.If any charges for download will be against my data plan or if there is any money involved it will be through internet or mobile banking..they are saying that third party website are charging for download against my bill? that is very lame and stupid answer..I observed many Vodafone customers are facing this issues .mostly two packs 1)wapvilla_ppd 2)vulipindia_pack75.Iam sure Vodafone should have an idea about what these packs are and what action by user causes this app download..Why Vodafone customer-care has no idea about what is these stupid packs are???Vodafone started earning money by this type of frauds ???? ..Iam very serious about this..i will complaint to cyber crime and i will consult the lawyer about this..because many people facing this issue..dear customers don’t take as easy about this issue..compliant to cyber crime police ..
