I have done a recharge for 27rs for 6 days internet with 135MB limit through 111 on 31st october at 8:30PM because o[censored]rgent need by deducting that amount from balance. But I have not got any intimation that it was activated so I thought it is a system failure and checked the same with nodal team and vodafone customer care as if balance was deducted by morning. I got a call from[protected] saying himself as nodal officer and asked details about the complaint and he told this recharge is for 3 days which is verified again by him on the call itself and told he will sort out that time and he will check why message did not come. Atlast that is the last time they had contacted me and they had charged 87rs extra on 2nd without any reason. Again I asked the same to nodal officer as well as appellate of vodafone andhra pradesh for which they told there is no recharge of 27rs found and 87rs deduction found in my account as a nodal officer through mail (Mohan Krishna, Nodal officer). I checked the same with 198 and they confirmed there is a deduction and I informed the same and asked them to check that call record with 198 for verification if required on 3rd november. I lost almost 130rs because of these guys irresponsibility. I tried to inform the same to TRAI officials and DOT officials upto my knowledge and asked them to sort out this matter and take proper action against people who is there behind this fraud. There is no reply from anybody till now. So I am planning to go for complaining here. Please let me know the procedure for putting it in consumer court also and if there is any special department for consumer related complaints related to Vodafone. Thanks in advance for your co-operation.

    This is the stupid network I've ever seen! Yesterday late night I texted my friend and it charged me 3 times for single message! How can this be?! I complained about this to customer service and they don't even bother it! It charged me Rs.4.50p for one message! Where International message charges Rs.5 ! Shame on you Vodafone!

      Hi My Vodafone Contact no is : [protected]. I lost my mobile with Vodafone Sim Card on Seawood Railway Station, Around 7.00 pm on date :04.11.2014. I went CBD Belapur Police Station for register complaint for same but they didn't register complaint and duty officer given me answer This issue comes under Railway Police Station so we cant register your complaint. so finally please disconnect my vodafone number.

        Rs 99 was deducted from my Vodafone account(no. [protected]) for "d2c ndtv" which i have not used/opted/subscribed for, on 4th November 2014. I have already filled a complaint in the vodafone site and informed vodofone customer care as well but no response from them and amount was not refunded till the date. Requesting you to kindly look into this and help me to let the amount refunded back-Thank You

          Dear Sir/Mom, This is sentamilraja, post 5 years am using Vodafone sim Card in tamilnadu circle my number is [ [protected] ].last few month lost my sim card and ( 2014 October 20th ) am deactivate my sim card for contacting customer care at a time customer care guy said u will contact near Vodafone store and u will get new sim. then i will purchase new sim card in perambalur mini store on October 25th. Shop owner said ur sim will be activated on Today evening.but til now my sim card not activated.Today am contacted to that shop she said ur sim is deactivated and u can't get the same number again so we can not activate ur number and as a same time am asking customer care mean that more then 5 executives said ur sim is already activated so i do no which one is true.i am already having lot of problems so plz help me to reactive my number.i[censored]r does not responding means i will go to higher level for try to activate my sim card.             Vodafone Gujarat Sim mobile no:- [protected] (S.KUMAR) was recharged RC- Rs76 for roaming incoming free on 31st October 2014. Since no conformation message had received from Vodafone. After sometimes, recharge message was sent again.Now recharge was conformed but the recharge was detected RC-Rs76 twice wrongly.no fault on the subscriber S.KUMAR.You are requested to refund Rs76 immediately. THANK YOU

              I am using 4 corporate plans of Vodafone billing since year 2006 at the time of getting this plan I was told that Itemized bill will be free for lifelong but suddenly "Without Intimating" me Vodafone has started charging Rs 49 /- for each no This is happening for the second time every time when I call customer care exc Mr. Ram, I got reply from him that I was intimated thru SMS but I haven't received any SMS nor mail regarding the same I am damn serious this time if you cannot fulfill the commitment please stop fooling customer's I'll not pay any of the bill from current month. Also the same thing was done 6 months back my rental plan was increased without intimating me Vodafone customer care executives are so hopeless that they don't even know to whom they are replying me by some other name this shows the quality and they way they work Vodafone- Please remove your tag line "Happy to help" as your executives are so tired and bores to listen to our calls

                I have been using Vodafone connection since ages now! Never encountered any problems till recently. From the past 3 to 4 months, have seen escalation in my phone bills for which no satisfactory resolution has been given to me. From the monthly billing of Rs.400 to Rs.500, suddenly my bills have started coming in the range of Rs.1800 to Rs.2000. Despite the usage being the same, I fail to understand why my billing has increased so much. On prima facie review of the bills, some or the other plan is being charged without any instructions from my side. Like this month I have been charged Rs.750 for MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G, (was totally unaware of existence of such things) for which i contacted the help desk. The helpdesk says its a plan and I have to pay. I fail to understand why should i pay for something for which i have not subscribed to!!! This is a recent experience. My July 2014 bill was a whopping Rs.4500/-. Needless to say, I was shocked beyond repair when i got the bill in my hands. Obviously, no other information apart from usage charges was given to me. These series of incidents have me thinking about being with Vodafone for so long!!! Pls tell me where i can get a satisfactory resolution. Because, if not, this would be the last month and would be switching on to some other service provider.

                To add to this, when i asked the person to speak to his manager, I was told that he cannot as he is busy. What to expect when we receive such replies that a person to whom we are making payments to is not bothered to speak to you coz you are an insignificant person when he is attending to other IMPORTANT work!!!

                  Dear vodafone, I recently registered for your post-paid services in Kolkata and just in my second bill i found that i am being charged for Services which i never used.                     Active my data net pack on 21.09.2014 To 20.10.2014 3G Net Pack of Amount 255, After the period around 300 MB Left, When bill was generate the more then 200 Rupees charge on Net pack. My total bill amount 806 include 216 rupees of net charge, tell me one thing when i was already pay 255 rupees so why i will 216 extra more amount, i request to please reduced amount 216 in my bill amount otherwide i will PORT my number in Airtel.

                      Myself Swarup Mukherjee, owner of this Vodafone number [protected] complained that my 2G data plan recharge of Rupees 199.00(4 weeks Unlimited Data service) was done on 28-OCT 2014, but the company recharged it as 3G data plan(1 month 500MB). I also had logged a complaint to the company forum of complaint number-[protected]. But no action is taken so far. Immediate action must be taken.

                        Hi, I have been a victim of wapvilla_ppd.Vodafone have charged me 49 RS for this and more downloads in October Bill. I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me. Even though I have whole download and browsing history but they told you have to pay the bill.Too much pathetic vodafone service. Fraud company. So many customers has filed complaints same as mine problem. Please help Regards, Manav kumar

                          I am using [protected] vodafone no for long time, however vodafone keep on cheating me by detecting amount from my balance without my knowledge, if we ask customer care their reply is in rude manner . I do not know why i have been charged for download service even though i have been subscribed to data packs . How can they detect my money without my knowledge ? If it is a chargebale website why i am not getting any warning ? This looks like joint cheating ... i want my money back

                            I have been charged for deals mydala 99 vodafone somnething like this for downloading, Rs 99 each time total RS 297.I have been contacting with customer care but no response, please suggest how to solve this? I will not pay my bill unless this has been uncharged.

                              Amount of Rs 99 has been charged by vodafone on the name of mydala without any information and permission. I talked to customer. Care but they said it started by mydala. com on my vodafone number for which they have deducted Rs 99 three times falsely without even asking or taking my consent, i never opted for such kind of any services and when i called on the mydala. com number they are saying i have clicked from my cellphone on the ad but before doing any deduction or anything else relating to any transaction why it has not been ask.?!? I want my money back... If i ask any process document to share for the amount detection they mean they are not having any process document... Im surprised how the amount will get detected from my main balance...instead it should ask for the credit card or debit card...I have attached the chat history, which i havent taken while chatting with customer care during this issue... I see there is no security for the amount to keep in the Vodafone network...some how they are miss using and taking the amount...if i call for customer care twice they are blocking the number so that the customer wont call back...

                                  My vodafone mobile has charged me Rs. 99 stating download fee. Where as i already have a monthly pack of 3G unlimited internet. When i call them they say i have activated a deal my from mydala.com and that is why they have deducted the money. I tried to explain them that I have not downloaded anything or activated any deal, but they are not ready to listen, even they say that i have opted for a deal and money is deducted.

                                    I have recharged a 3G plan of 650/- in Andhra Pradesh Circle [protected]. But I am not getting any 3G signal (H+) since the day I had recharged. I called your customer support 7 times. But they are not able to help. Kindly provide me with the 3G service ASAP orelse kindly refund my money.

                                      ear Sir/Madam, The complaint is regarding the over billing of the my Vodafone no [protected] monthly bill. I would like to bring it to notice that I have been charged Rs-4300 approx for 1 month even though my credit limit is 199 approx . My previous monthly bills ranges are from rs 800 to rs 1800 (they people charged extra amount of internet services but i don't use). I have been charged heavily for my data usage but i don't activate this services . I should have been intimated earlier once when I crossed my set credit limit even i approach Vodafone store people also every time they tell we cant help you becoz you have crop number, they people send me soft copy of payment due bill & the people say if you not pay bill ASAP so they people charge me 18% interest p.a for unjustified bill.i am not able to pay & I hope to Vodafone customer care dept will look this matter on urgent basis i will not pay any single rupee against this bill. begin a genuine customer only i pay my outgoing call bill & close this matter ASAP .                                         I am being wrongly charged with 49 rs downloads of wapvilla service.I never access or downloaded such services. and if there are any charges o[censored]sing certain services, customer has to pay them through payment gateway. Service provider has no right to claim such charges. When i checked about this service on google, i found that thousands of customer has been charged wrongly. & these customers belong to vodafone only. If i have data usage plan and do download and surf anything through mobile WITHIN LIMIT usage. If Vodafone, being a larger player just plays for such unscrupulous manufacturers, where thy are charging for them. It is not ethical.
