Again facing the same Network Issue

Its again a issue with Vodafone network. I have registered another 3G & network complaint with vodafone on 9/10/2014 ( reg # [protected] ). After repeated calls to Vodafone complaint number 198, the problem still exists. Now not only my 3G network is working worst, even the Vodafone network is also not working fine. I keep getting messages from my family & friends that my phone is coming not reachable or switched off while it is not....

Balance deduction without any reason.

Vodafone deducted Rs 99 for 2 billing cycles for mydala deals

I got 2 sms saying i purchased some voucher for visit to singapore from mydala but I have no idea about it!! This is absolute fraud and the customer care isn't responding well too.
