I have received my recent Invoice where I have been charged Rs.1021.47. As per the invoice, my data usage is 1.11GB and I have been additionally charged Rs.429.70 for over usage of 110MB. I mentioned in my previous Emails to Vodafone and have spoken to the Contact Center also where I have informed I have not received the Vodafone Usage Alerts cause of which I was not intimated that the Data of my Plan is consumed. I only received the alert for the 80% usage on my allowance. As I did not receive the alert for the 100% usage and the Overage Alert, I was not intimated that my allowance which was exceeded. If I was intimated through the alert, I would have added a data pack which I have also done in the past few months regularly to avoid the data overage and the charges. In this instance, where I was not intimated about the usage, I am not willing to pay the overage charges as I was not informed in any notification method about the data that was used. To Reply to this: Vodafone says that the capping limit of my Data Plan is Rs750 and any charges above that is Valid but, they are not willing to understand that Vodafone did not notify this Customer about his data usage on the account. I have also attached a screen shot of the reply sent by Vodafone where the reply sent by them is not related to my issue at all, nither its is helpful. I have also contacted the Customer Care and they have denied helping me and they have told me to Email corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.au. It is very inconvinient to always email and above that no satisfactory responce.

Recent Email sent by Me to Vodafone but still No Responce by Vodafone on this..
Its just so not convient to wait for them to reply each time...

They are still unable to understand my concern which makes this the HOPELESS CUSTOMER SERVICESS.

      Fake deal: DNLD-DEALS_MYDALA_99-MYDALA of Rs 99 Not only this, but many deals by many fake deal companies start with DNLD which for fake deal or nothing, Vodafone is allowing to this fake deal deduction, and does not care about customers. Fake deals companies might be put word starting with DNLD to make it’s like a download. If we complaint to vodafone customer care, then customer care simply told us that was download charge and ignore the complaint because they have word “DNLD” but its never the download charge, Its actually fake deal (expired deal code shared, and sometime they wont even send expired code), Finally you will get nothing out of it. I severely affected due to this fake and wrongful deduction allowed by vodafone. I never confirmed any download request, and I never send any sms for download, its charged wrongly. It's kind of online thief, customer is looted by using scam script website parties. Please enquire properly, and do the necessary action. Reason: They might be written automatic script which confirm onbehalf of customer (by script) while search for something on net, in my case I searched 'Bengal gram' images. I browsed 1minute and closed the data connection. After I went for last three charges, and noticed mydala deal 99 deducted. [protected][protected][protected]------- My analysis: We are keeping money in Vodafone account like bank account. Online thief started earning money by running scam script while browsing, vodafone also allowing them to thief money. Is it right? Banks provides highest production, so they unable to loot money from any online bank transaction, Bank made many protection for customers. But mobile servicee such as vodafone does not provide any protection for customers money, So, scammers started looting mobile users money while browsing. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Vodafone customer care are blaming customer Instead of analyzing the issue properly and refuse to recover money. And customer care and complaints section does not register any complaint for this issue. It's not the first time, They have already deducted money like Rs 30, 40, 49 without downloading/requesting anything. Now only I came to know about this major scam. Many scammers/spammer may be line up to loot vodafone customers money. Kindly tell me how can you save me from this kind of scam attack in future? Vodafone only allowed to deduct money(by scam/spam) from my account, So, Please return my money to my vodafone account. Please note: We can't avoid third party automatic script, so please try to understand and do the needful. Please do not allow any spammers to deduct money from my vodafone account. How to de-activate this kind o[censored]nknown charges? I see so many customers affected and this has been happening for a while but vodafone still allowing to deduct money for nothing. Vodafone won't take any action to protect customer money, and not even respond properly. Please save me from this kind o[censored]nkown charges from vodafone account balance. Why Vodafone allowing scam to deduct money from your customer account without any confirmation. Is vodafone getting any profit/share from this kind of fake deal companies? Kindly clarify. I send the email with above details to vodafone chennai customer care but they refused to recover and return my money from this fake deail, Again I send email. I suggest solution: Please release the amount to third party by various protection measure such as sms confirmation from customer and one time password entry etc… Andbody knows better solution to recover this money then please let me know.

        Hello, I had recharged for 251 for Using 3g services in Vodofone and in less than 30 days my pack got over.I received a message at 9:18 my internet pack is over by 9:25 a.m they deducted Rs.108. Please ask them to refund back the balance.On this number [protected].

          Numerous generous advertisements may have raised your TRP bar but the real truth behind your so called brand is surely you guys are frauds across your consumers and the income tax authorities of India…..I will now showcase the fraud story….I had a Vodafone number [protected] which I bought from a corporate plan, which states 5GB Data Plan on 3G speed and post consumption of the same the browsing speed goes down…………so called an unlimited plan…I used this number for ONLY Internet browsing for around 1.5 years paying the fixed tariff of 843/ all-inclusive across a billing cycle of 3rd to 2nd of the subsequent month…………usage was far within the 5GB data limits! Finally, just a day after my bill generation day which is 6th of every month, I decided due to Vodafone’s network issues for which I complained numerous times to move on and disconnect this number, for which I gave a written request on 7th of October @ a Vodafone store . To my surprise I get 15 different calls randomly asking me to continue my number which was clearly denied on my end. Irritating in all ways to waste time on idiotic calls like this, and then I am post a month of this cycle given a bill stating outstanding 21856 …along with a generous discount of 16777 and a bill of 5271 INR for a 5.21 GB usage! Wow….just cause I want to switch off your number my unlimited plan becomes limited with an outstanding of 5000+ and to add to it without any prior notification these switched off my personal Vodafone outgoing …..Guys ….TRAI and DOT still exist in this Indian world ….keep your unviable policies with you in UK…. You never paid your taxes to the Indian government and are creating nuisance by humiliating your customers. I will ensure I take you to the TRAI authorities and complaint to the DOT officials too. You will pay for this pain for sure! Without any prior intimation you switched off outgoing to my personal number stating on SMS I have not paid for my personal number………see your SMS attached…..Vodafone, show me a TRAI policy stating you can bar my personal number calls due to some non-sense of your part on another number……… I will ensure I’ll publicise your nuisance behaviour everywhere and people should for sure move on from you guys! I called your customer care and they give me personal numbers of Mr. Mayank @ [protected] and he doesn’t have the f…in courtesy of picking or responding to calls….wholly crap you guys are…. I take a pledge to ensure maximum MNP’s now! @ Friends: Showcase together these folks they are not worth it. Let’s move on …just move to Airtel or any subscriber BUT Vodafone………………………………

          I have being charged for downloads which i never made from vodafone.
          The total amount is Rs.739, for downloading packs such as DRC_MYDALA_99, D2C_MAZAA_99/49/69/29
          Fraud Billing for Downloads which was not being done. Total amount for such bogus downloads is Rs.739. Packs such as D2C-MYDALA_99, D2C_MAZAA_99/49/29/69 etc.
          I am Vodafone postpaid user for Delhi circle and last to last month for my December bill Vodafone has charged me Rs.99/- for My dala services without my consent so i have paid the bill after deducting these charges and tried to reach the customer care but haven’t gone through as there is no option to talk to the CCE on 111 and in my Jan bill they have added those Rs.99/- and Rs.25/- late payment as i have’nt paid for those Rs.25/-and this is repeted in feb bill also when i have contacted the customer care they are insisting me that i have clicked these services and i am using 2G connection and i never browse through my phone due to speed problem, but still they are charging me again and again and even after talking to the so called floor supervisor Kulwant Singh he clearly told me that you can do anything but we are not going to waive off these charges and i am using vodafoe connection since last 4 years.i would request you to kindly refund the entire amount and stop this type of fraud otherwise i have to switch to other service provider and this is corporate connection so almost 500+ connections will be affected and my name is Ashutosh Sharma and number is [protected].Kindly resolve it asap.

            Hi, I am not aware as where or when this message will reach but I am sure that I will write to every high profile members of Vodafone. I recharged for 155 which I was promised of 3G pack. For one month I got speed which is less than 2G. I am not complaining about that. Now again when I opted for same pack ( After looking into so called special offers *121#), I found this drastic change wherein net dropped completely. When contacted Vodafone customer care ( Who don't care in reality), they advised me that it was once in life time offer and it was already taken by me. Now, 1. If it was once in lifetime offer then why it is still showing up when I check for offers using *121#. 2. Why it was not advised by previous customer care agent. 3.Why was this not notified via message when you can send message every 5 minutes forcing us to download wallpapers of Sherlyn Chopra which we are least bothered about? Hope this issue is resolved quickly else I will take it to social media and I am pretty good at it. High Regards, Jackson Philip

                I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue. I was traveling to the USA on the 30th of August and have made several calls ( 4 in 30 mins to be more precise) to activate international roaming and the international plan of 1499. The Vodafone associate assured me that the 1499 plan will get activated in the next 2 hours once I get my IR activated ( Which I did) by sending a message. The international package was not activated hence the 9000 Rs + bill. Also, this is not the first time I have activated IR. It’s been a month I am been harassed by your staff. Each time someone new calls me, listens to my story and promises to call back in 48 hours with a solution which they never do. Even your nodal officer didn’t care to revert to my mails (Please see below). The retention/collection staff says they are not authorized to listen to the recording, instead they are giving me discount which I am not interested. I am ready to PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, provided Vodafone proves it was my mistake, I am 200% sure it wasn’t mu mistake. The retention officers said there is no solution to it even if I go to the Vodafone store, that’s weird, isn’t it? Neither the nodal officer nor the Appellate officer have replied, which is so frustrating. I am also concerned with the lack o[censored]nderstanding I received from the staff member. But till now sim was deactivate .I have call customer care many times guys said u will contact near Vodafone store and u will get status of your activation number. then my brother personally visit Vodafone mini store but they guys talk to my brother wrongly sim deliver. so customer original latter & id proof summated than proved to you same sim, so I request you to I am out of state for my job, so unable to provided latter. So kindly suggest how can possible leave my work & collect the sim card. I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me. Please help Regards, Nikhil Hirlekar.

Called customer care who says i must have watched or downloaded chargeable content from MYDALA which I neither heard of nor downloaded. This is disgusting. Demanding my balance back. We have many time deduct my amount but vodafone company frod charge deduct my mobile account . plesae action this matter.

                          This is in reference to my call to Vodafone customer care for wrong charges levied on itemized billing, experienced a very bad behavior In terms of customer service as well disrespect to customer. As per my plan I am not being charged for itemized billing service and suddenly for month of September and October 2014 I am being charged for it. I am not being given prior information of charges in any form. In my call to customer care on 02/11/2014 reference no : [protected], the person agreed to revert back charges for month of September, not to lay charges for October and from month of November I would I have to deactivate the service if not needed. On bill summary message received for month of October I was neither given a reversal of Rs 49+ tax on top of it I was charged for month of October as well. I called to Vodafone customer care again but this time the person talked very rudely plus for no reason denied me the reference number of the call and his unique identity to which we can later lodge complain on. Since this calls are recorded by Vodafone I asked him again and again to clearly state the reason he was denying me very obvious answers to which he kept mum and did not answer me. I also urged him to transfer the call to his senior since I was very badly hurted the way he was speaking but he said me he would not and when asked reason he said it’s my wish I would neither transfer call to any one nor will I give me details of the call which I requested to take actions against him. He said me you can do whatever you want to and abruptly disconnected the call. I again called Vodafone customer care and this time got the details of last call I made which was, Reference no of the call :[protected] and unique id of the person to talk disrespectfully: MINARATR. I would definitely not advice any one of my colleagues or friends to go with this subscriber hence forth as well myself soon take a decision to backout of the service if no action is taken against the person who spoke so badly keeping it company’s reputation at stake. email id : [protected]@gmail.com

                            vodafone acivated some video packs and i have been charged Rs. 75 for 24hrs and the pack has been activated 4 times so total 300 balance is deducted when I Called customer care who says i must have watched or downloaded chargeable content from somewhere which I neither heard of nor downloaded and more disgusting thing is they kept me on hold and later disconnected. I have around Rs.7700 either give all this money back to me and close my connection or Give me Rs. 300 refund with the commitment that these things won't happen again. Jivesh batra [protected]

                              Hi, I have applied for my number transfer from post paid to prepaid on Saturday (01st Nov), I was been told from Bhayandar branch that it will get connected from Monday (03rd Nov), its been 2 days after paying my previous bill amount and sim card charges there is no update of network for my prepaid card not inactivit of postpaid card.I had applied for transfer of ownership from my brothers name to my name recently and it was said to deposit 200 bucks and was told if i port or change to prepaid, it will get refunded but now the same guys say i won't get refund. I don't understand why vodafone is so careless related to requests processed, when we process all the formalities and pay deposits and all the bills.This is the second time i m facing worst service from vodafone, even after paying and losing time and money, last time it took me 2 months and now more than 2 days. At least the store should inform, if they are not able to perform the request, so we can inactive the sim. If I don't get my prepaid card ative in next 24 hours, I m going to inactive the mobile nor pay any post paid bills, as I have already paid my last bill before applying.Worst Service by the employees and the service center.

                              There is no update nor any call from the customer representative, it is been a month and my card is still working on post paid, where as I have applied and paid relevant amount for the pre-paid.                                   actually my posting is in mysore so i purchased a new vodafone sim (number-[protected]) from a shop named as " SHRI RANGA TRADERS" he promised the activation of my sim within three days after the post verification of my data provided by me. But now 2 week has past but still it is not activated whenever i call him he says the vodafone company has still not verified my data. details of the shop is- "SHRI RANGA TRADERS" HEBBAL CITY CIRCLE DATE OF PURCHASING THE SIM-22 OCTOBER 2014.                                     Sir, I am vodafone customer and using cug plan under NC_CUG_MV_Marwadi99. I had earlier asked for the change of my plan and it has been changed to current plan mentioned above. I have been complaining your vodafone sales representative at vodafone store to change my plan and it was changed on 30 oct 2014 but they have asked me to pay rental for last month on the contrary mistake was from their end and they have blocked my phone and i am unable to make calls and receive calls. This is an unexpected error from customer care executive.                                       In the bill of Oct, 2014 on my Vodafone [protected], charge of Rs.130 has applied for downloading "d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9” & "hello1_tvallsouth". I brought this issues in front of the Vodafone Customer care earlier also, but it seems that they are not taking any necessary action to rectify theses error. Many Vodafone customer are suffering from such unfair charges on every month bases & I found the company is not taking this on serious note, due to which customer are getting exploit every day.                                         Again * again Vodafone is charging the unfair charges for downloading "d2c ndtv value k_9" & hello1_tvallsouth_ to there customers even after bring these issues in front of them they are falling every time to rectify the same. I request to consumer forum to intervene & take some necessary action to prevent consumer from such exploitation.
