Hi, I have been a victim of wapvilla_ppd.Vodafone have charged me 49 RS for this and more downloads in October Bill. I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me. Even though I have whole download and browsing history but they told you have to pay the bill.Too much pathetic vodafone service. Fraud company. Detecting balance Without user knowledge for unwanted service

Vodafone unauthorized charge of Rs. 99 for deals mydala

My vodafone mobile has charged me Rs. 99 stating download fee. Where as i already have a monthly pack of 3G unlimited internet. When i call them they say i have activated a deal my from mydala.com and that is why they have deducted the money. I tried to explain them that I have not downloaded anything or activated any deal, but they are not ready to listen, even they say that i have opted for a deal and money is deducted....

Fraudulent Hidden Charges

I am the monthly rental Plan 399. But, for the past six months they charged the same amount with the tax which varies every month. Main thing, suddenly for the next seventh month they charged for two plans saying that they provided it as free for the past six months and suddenly charged for this month. Now the bill amount 720+ Hoping for justice. Save innocents from these rude Fraudulent ones....

False recharge without consent

My vodafone mobile number is [protected]. Rs 225 got deducted from my recharge balance for some 33000 Local + STD seconds without taking my consent. I received call from Vodafone about this scheme and inspite of saying no they activated it. i tried calling their customer service to deactivate it but they are refusing to do so. Please help....

I am existing customer of Vodafone since last 7-8 years. Since last few months Vodafone is cheating with the customers. One more problem I am facing now a days, they asked to activate STD pack, I activated . Generally they are charging 40 paise/min but in long call 3-4 times...

Balance Deduction with confirmation

i have take vodafone connection with plan 200 RS in which company sales person say Plan for 300+300 Calls, and 500 MB data for one month, but when i receive bill then 300 call and other charges implemented in bill.But another issue arise for first month bill approx 250 rs bill for wap services when i asked then CC person say this is for WAP Services so i pay this amount.But in next month bill received for 2700 RS and 2200Rs of WAP service...
