i am using vodafone network sim, i put internet pack, i have balance 194, when i am browse some pages, they suddenly reduce my balance 49 and next day 49 then after 4 days again 49 total 147 rs they reduced from my main balance. when i asked customer care they told i downloaded the "dwap" app. Actually i don't download but they lie, and they don't return my ballance

    My vodafone mobile number is [protected]. Rs 225 got deducted from my recharge balance for some 33000 Local + STD seconds without taking my consent. I received call from Vodafone about this scheme and inspite of saying no they activated it. i tried calling their customer service to deactivate it but they are refusing to do so. Please help.

    Issue is resolved after long deliberations with Vodafone. Initially they refused to act when I called them but after writing to them through email they agreed for refund.

      I am existing customer of Vodafone since last 7-8 years. Since last few months Vodafone is cheating with the customers. For me they did Unauthorized deduction of Rs 99/- for dnld-deals_mYDALA_99-MYDALA twice in a month. If I want to complain in customer care, there is no way to reach them. One more problem I am facing now a days, they asked to activate STD pack, I activated . Generally they are charging 40 paise/min but in long call 3-4 times they are charging full rate. There is no way to complain in Vodafone customer care. Now only one option is with me, to change the operator. Because VODAFONE wants to earn money by only fraud.

        Hi, I was using number [protected] in post paid form... I have used this number till last week of feb 2014, after that i have not used the number, still i made last payment via recpt number 9245 of Rs 4036, on dated 14th june 2014. i also give my SIM to your recovery agent RAMVIR, his number is [protected]. He also assured me that i will not get any bill in future...further on i am getting regular call every 2/3 days for asking further payment... Your department can viewed that when any client is not using using number for last 8 month then they should not haress the client, , , , please make sure i will not get any call so that every time i have to explain all to each of your executive..

          On 28th Oct, 2014, Rs.75 & 29th Oct, 2014 Rs50 has been deducted from my balance without my confirmation, Bcoz Downloading Some of wall papers they said. I have complained in Vodafone General Customer Care & Complaint Customer Care also both said there is no option to refund your amount means. Even a website name also I don't know but they wont accept this. They said only no option to refund your amount only. Even a balance deducted sms also they didn't sent to me. I'm using this number more than 5years in vodafone network. I'm not satisfied with their answers. Kindly check and refund my amount please...

            On 24th Oct, 2014, Rs.75 has been deducted from my balance without my confirmation, activating the mydala services. I have complained in Vodafone but no satisfactory reply was received from their side. And they are not ready to refund the amount to me. They said that these services were activated by you and so we cannot refund the abovesaid amount.

              i have take vodafone connection with plan 200 RS in which company sales person say Plan for 300+300 Calls, and 500 MB data for one month, but when i receive bill then 300 call and other charges implemented in bill.But another issue arise for first month bill approx 250 rs bill for wap services when i asked then CC person say this is for WAP Services so i pay this amount.But in next month bill received for 2700 RS and 2200Rs of WAP service when i asked then again CC person say this is WAP services.When i checked bill then 1900Rs found in just one hours services but no data download in my mobile and surprise that in duration of 11 second 5 services was download how it is possible when i complain then vodaphone CC say you should to pay for this amount.So i deny for this extra amount and agreed to rest amount but company disconnect my number so send forge mail/call to pay entire money in bill.i am not agreed to pay entire amount and need to file complain against company.

                I purchased a prepaid sim on 15th October, they activated after 5 days after several attempts to reach them, and now they disconnected. The last time I used was on 30th 8.40am. The number is [protected]. On 31st night I complained. The agent said it will take half an hr. But no use as usual . Still can't make or receive any calls or text a msg. Ajitharani ravindran

                  I have applied for a new corporate connection at[protected] but It is not activated till now. It is not first time. I have applied 3 times in a month but still I don't have a Connection. Case 1 (5 Oct-2014) - I applied to number portability idea to Vodafone for 2 numbers [protected] and [protected] - first oner is ported but not second one. Waited for 15 days but not ported. Case 2 (14 Oct 2014) - I applied for new postpaid connection, I submitted all required document to Vodafone agent, He gives me a new sim-card for mob no [protected]. Waited for 10 days but not activated (Customer care told me that It is prepaid sim card registered for another person) Case 3 (27 Oct 2014) - Again I applied for connection submitted all document. I got a sim-card for number [protected]. Now it has been 4 days but still not activated. I called customer car more than 20 times in single month, but problem not resolved. Customer care executive are really too bad.. Some time they hold the call for 30-40 minutes.Customer care gives me request Id after my complaint, when I call again to know the status other member told me that no request submitted with that request Id. Now problem is I have one active Vodafone postpaid number ([protected]) number but waiting for another one. Without second sim-card I don't have any use of first one.

                    Its again a issue with Vodafone network. I have registered another 3G & network complaint with vodafone on 9/10/2014 ( reg # [protected] ). After repeated calls to Vodafone complaint number 198, the problem still exists. Now not only my 3G network is working worst, even the Vodafone network is also not working fine. I keep getting messages from my family & friends that my phone is coming not reachable or switched off while it is not. I do not why the companies are increasing the internet charges day by day while the service is getting worst. I want a complete explanation why this is so. Kindly look into it and revert back as soon as possible.

                    Also, now I am unable to reach there complaint number 198 as well. I think they have barred my number from calling. I have tried a number of times, but after selecting the respective option, they say " Sorry, your call cannot be completed " and disconnects.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, on 25/10/14, I accidentally subscribed to my DALA VAS from vodafone (The service registration number is [protected]) while checking out the scheme. Unfortunately, no details was mentioned about the scheme rather Rs 34 was deducted. On request, Vodafone deactivated the service right away on the very same day but the amount was not refunded despite, calling them up immediately. In the past, BSNL has always credited the money so why not Vodafone. Atleast, there should be WARNING stating the features of the services and the fees. How come anyone subscribe to anything without being fully informed about it. Its part of cheating and fraud. Please register my complaint and kindly take stern steps against such incumbents.

                              Dear Sir, We have a C.U.G. in vodafone, 5 of our members were charged unnecessary amount i.e. two internet plans were running on the same number. How can that be possible. We only get one plan to use but we pay for two plans. We have even not used a single bit of that internet plan.So why we should pay for that? This is how company charges such type o[censored]nnecessary amounts on their users? We want all amount refund on the respective mobile numbers mentioned below. Why should we pay for what we haven't use. We ain't gonna pay for that, or if we have to we will migrate our C. U. group to another telecom company.                                 I had received my LATEST bill, you have charged Rs 250/- for Internet plan, which i already deactivated from my number, and i had not used a small kb from this plan, Please revise my bill and send me revised copy.

                                In last bill you had charged Rs 467.16 in name of VF Mobile Connect, after many calls and mails you had promissed me that this extra amount will be adjusted in next bill, but you have not do this adjustment in this bill. Please adjust the same in this bill.

                                i had talking with Ms Bharti from Vodafone Consumer Forum on dated 03.11.2014, she promissed me that my problem will be resolve in next two days, but still there is no positive response recd from vodafone, And i am still waiting for reversal the wrong amount (Rs 467 + Rs 250) in my account.

                                I had paid the full amount to Vodafone (in Last Month I paid Rs 730/- and this month I paid Rs 460/- ) these payment are done which is wrongly charges to me by vodafone.

                                    I have taken up a plan of 149 per month. I had got a 1gb free 3G data. When I consumed more than 1Gb, they charged me at atrocious rates. 1. They did not informed me that I have consumed 1Gb free data 2. They did not even bothered to stop when my bill crossed my credit limit of Rs 1500 3. They did not stopped me from accessing internet as they wanted to charge me a huge amount 4. As they have already stopped my service, When I asked them to stop my rental they denied to stop.                                       Hi i am jaydip gadhvi. I bought corporate plan of vodafone before four months. I paid my bill regularly. Last month i got two messages for my bill payment. When i contact them they said we change bill cycle. So two bill generated. I called to customer care and i personally visit store for this problem. But they did not refund my money back.

                                        Hello Vodafone India, I am pleased to bring to your notice about your pathetic customer care/call center who has disconnected my 10 calls about asking information about Mobile number portability. If this is the service you are showing us before porting in to your network, then I would request you to provide a disclaimer about it. I am really disappointed with the way your call center caters to requests. If you care about people like me then first train your guys to respond to potential and present customer request.
