Dear Sir/Madam,
on 25/10/14, I accidentally subscribed to my DALA VAS from vodafone (The service registration number is [protected]) while checking out the scheme. Unfortunately, no details was mentioned about the scheme rather Rs 34 was deducted. On request, Vodafone deactivated the service right away on the very same day but the amount was not refunded despite, calling them up immediately. In the past, BSNL has always credited the money so why not Vodafone. Atleast, there should be WARNING stating the features of the services and the fees. How come anyone subscribe to anything without being fully informed about it. Its part of cheating and fraud. Please register my complaint and kindly take stern steps against such incumbents.
