I was looking of porting facility from Vodafone to Airtel and when I had raised a request for availing portability facility there was an offer of Free Data package offered from Vodafone backend team in the month of July'14 and when I started using 3G data I was shocked to see in my August Bill for the data usage for an amount of ₹ 1300/- and when I took up this with Vodafone they promised to give a waiver and a mail confirmation was given to me from a Vodafone backend team executive.. Now when I am asking the Vodafone team for the waiver to reflect in the bill, the waiver is refused and instead my calling service is barred... I have all the relevant communications on this aspect and request the consumers to be aware of these Frauds done by Vodafone. I have been using their services from past 10 years and the customer service has been pathetic now a days and intolerable. Vodafone Mobile Numebr - [protected]

    I am using vodafone postpiad corporate connection and Plan "ST_CR_MV_E_CONNECT249" (talk time + net usage combo plan) was activated from 17th November 2014, But after that, from 17-24th Nov Usage charges : Rs. 757 +tax has been wrongly included in my current bill. I have repeatedly asked for a proper and revisied bill statement after deducting the extra wrongly charged amount with taxes, but I did not receive that. usually My bill amount falls between 350-430 rs. Why should I pay this abnormal incorrect bill amount which is caused due to their fault. After complaining, they accepeted their fault bt as a solution, I got mail from Vodafone that they passed credit Rs 500 to my number, which will be effective for next bill cycle. What does that mean? I think this is the worst customer care service provided I am getting and after 8days I submitted my complaint no such solutions provided by their end.

      Hello my no is [protected] and on 9/11/2014 vodafone deducted 49 rupees from my account. When contacted CC told me that I have activated something like NDTV pack but actually I have never activated it . I even don't know what this pack means and also I did not get any confirmation message.They refused to refund money . Please refund my money or else they shall lose a customer ...

        I took the plan which said Internet connection will be unlimited, but it didn't proved to be so. I was over charged for the usage. Even after disconnecting/deactivating the Internet plan and the number itself, the bill was again over-charged. I have already contacted several times to the customer care online. But no support has been provided yet. I am very much clear on my part that the unnecessary amount added to the bill will not be paid by me.Kindly look forward to the issue and reduce the payment(includes genuine charges). I want to close down the matter ASAP, as regular calls from customer desk is too disturbing. Vodafone number- [protected]

          I am alos a victim of wapvilla_ppd download of Rs 49..The bill shows the duration of 0:00..it doesnt specify which app or from which website..I didnt get any confirmation for such purchase or message that I have purchased an app.. this is nothing but a fraud..please kindly look into this..               I have disconnected my Vodafone number [protected] on 15/09/2014. (Request number - [protected] and below Email which i got after disconnection). Now after 2 months, vodafone is asking for additional Rs 1530 as outstanding. Please note that this amount is for the period where i have disconnected the number and there is no use. Collection department of Vodafone is working like a Bully person who are forcing me to clear outstanding amount ASAP. Please look into it. Dear Mr. Gupta, Thank you for your e-mail dated 15/09/2014 regarding the request for the deactivation of services for your Vodafone mobile number [protected]. With regard to your request we wish to inform you that your request for disconnection is already in process. Kindly note Service Request Number [protected] for your future reference We request you to kindly provide us 7 working days to process your request. We assure you that one of our executives from the specialized Vodafone team will call you from Vodafone mobile number starting with 0117163 during this period to confirm your request.                 My vodafone no. is- [protected].49 bucks have been deducted from my balance in the name of ndtv value pack. This has happened twice now before it was 30 bucks but this time it is 49.no confirmation message received from vodafone i contacted the customer care executive within 24 hours also but they are not ready to send a waiver of this amount. Before when this happened i was bit late to claim but this time they are not ready to refund my money.

                  Main hamesha Vodafone customer care me call karke yhi complaint karti hu ki mere internet connection me problem rehti hai. is problem ko ek saal ho chuka hai. lekin koi solution nhi mil raha. Customer care walo ne ye bhi kaha ke aapke mobile set me he koi problem hai lekin ab toh mujhe mobile set change kiye hue 3 mahine ho chuke hain aur same problem hai. complaint Karne ke baad 1 week internet connection thik rehta hai aur phir same problem. agar hamare area me aapki internet connection ki range hai he nahi toh aap log mana kar do. hum apne praise waist nahi karenge, itna slow internet nahi use karna padega aur koi aur company ka connection use kar lenge. Aap simply haan ya nabme reply kar do kyu hame wrong commitment karte ho. Want early solution.

                    I have been getting many calls from unknown numbers since I got this Vodafone connection (No: [protected]). On one such instance, the caller was from another country. I didn't answer the call. However, accidently, a call went through to that same number, from my cell a few hours later. This call lasted for 60 minutes. There was NO conversation as the call went through accidently. This should have never happened since I NEVER request ISD services from Vodafone. Also my credit limit was Rs:1600 but they have now billed me Rs:6900 which is more than 4 times my credit limit. This is ridiculous. They have nothing in place to safeguard the interests of their customers.

                      Sir, I am Sushil Barman. I had two vodafone post paid connection -SIM No. [protected] / [protected]. I clear all bill dated on 14 august 2014. Vodafone executive told me ` security return within 45 days by a/c payee cheque. But I do not get this cheque accros 87 days. I went to 95 KM V store for quiry and they are humanless behavior with me.

                        1)Issue in bill amount:- I was charged more in my first billing cycle so i called the toll free number and the helpdesk person suggested me to visit the vodafone store but the person sitting in vodafone store was not aware of such issue so he referred the e-bill and said that i have access the chargeable web site and some third party which they are not aware off is charging to vodafone so i have to pay the money. In this case i was using the wifi from other service provider when this log are generated in my system. 2)SIM BLOCKED:- Helpdesk team is not aware why my sim was blocked so again visited the vodafone store were they informed me that i have to pay my balance which was of 80 rs. So to activate the sim i paid 100 bucks and the sim was activated but within 24hrs it was again blocked so again i repeated the NO-RESOLUTION CYCLE and came to know that it is been blocked as my billing amnt is exceeded the credit limit so i registered the quarry to increase my limit but to proceed they required my salary info. Now the thing is if this issue is because of credit limit then why my sim is not yet activated with start of my new billing cycle.

                            my contact number is [protected] and m frm delhi. while on roaming in north east i rechrged for rs 32 for having one week free incoming. but inspite of the recharge i am being charged for incoming. i tried lodging a complaint with vodafone on 111 and [protected], but it was futile. the executive only try to fool u by keeping cal on hold and telling u that u need to speak to soem other department. vodafone has a pathetic customer support service which works 24*7 in the direction of fooling the cutomer and above that charging for calling on the customer care number.

                            someone should sue them for fooling the customer.

                              My Mobile Number: [protected] I wanted to check what are deals available for my number via MyDelights. Vodafone doesn't show any deals but amount has been debited from account. When I called customer care executives to cancel/ know more about the deals I am totally not satisfied with the way they answered my questions. Now I paid for the service but I dont know what to do with the offer I have. There is no information from customer care executives/website that what exactly the deal I have. Why don't you show atleast a minimum information to user for what exactly you charging money from us?

                                I am using vodafone from last 10 years. My post paid no is [protected], from last three months i am facing problem with 3g sevice.firsti called costumer care they told me to go their vodafone gellery there they said me to change my sim card, i did that but my problem not resolved.i again called them they gave complaint no. [protected] on 12 th of September after that they called me next day saying that the my lactation have network problem and they are working on that and my problem will resolve in 15 day.but till date nothing is happend and wherever i call them the are saying same thing. I am paying 750rs every month 3g internet but not getting service properly. Please help me with this,

                                  This is with reference to my alternate Vodafone postpaid no [protected] from Delhi NCR region. I am writing to you after running from pillars to post and umpteen number of calls to your customer care center which says the same response that we cant do even iota of help. I have also been using my primary postpaid number [protected] from vodafone only from last 2-3 years but seldom there was any issue related to bill and you say that i am a preferred customer but this type of treatment for preferred customer is definitely not going to help further. Let me draw your attention towards the problem which i have encountered off lately from Vodafone side. On my number, i have an internet plan active which allows me to use 500 MB data for Rs. 150/ per month. The bill cycle of my plan is 6th of every month, in the month of October up to 26th october morning, i had used aprox 300 MB data and suddenly within a span of few hours itr started reflecting that the total usage of aprox 820 MB. neither i have not changed any settings of my phone nor any use of data services and in spite of that it is showing inflated data use of aprox 520 MB . Because of the same, out of the total bill aprox 1000 Rs is internet bill. You are requested to waive off this erroneous charge which has been levied in my bill. If you are not able to help it in this matter, i would hardly left with any choice but to close the number because i would not be paying this extra charge.                                     Pressing *111**# Vodadone shows an offer of 1gb 3g data. I recharged yesterday and all i got was 750 mb 2g data. Upon calling the Customer Care they told me I had done the same recharge last month so this time I will only get 2g data and the offer is not applicable twice. I had an offer of 180 talktime on pressing *111**# which I awail every month. Very frustrated as a loyal vodafone customer for the past 10 years. Not at all fair to be duped this way.

                                      I already had 300 MB 3G plan activated on my cell. The balance was about 54 MB.
                                      I got an SMS from company about a new offer of 1 Gb, which I recharged .
                                      After recharge I got credit 1 GB but my balance 54 MB of existing plan just disappeared.
                                      This is a clear loss to consumer. Company should solve this problem with their system.
                                      Also I want an explanation as to why is it so as nowhere company tells about this thing in their promotional sms. Which is like cheating customers.
                                      Pls do the needful, credit my deducted balance n reply me asap.

I called customer care he said your port out request have been cancelled due to contractual obligation., I am not aware about any contractual obligation and neither it was conveyed to me at the time of connection.
