I am customer of your service having mobile number [protected] which was charged on 20/10/14 by Rs.200/- but after 5 days my balance left only Rs.0.14p when I was contacted to your customer care No.198 it was informed me that I have transferred my balance to mobile No.[protected] while I did not transfer any amount. It is also beg to inform that this mobile No.[protected] lying with my son and no any amount was received in this number by any transfer. Therefore it is requested to refund my balance which was illegaly deducted by your company immediately to my mobile No. [protected] other wise matter will be transferred to higher authority

    My Internet service is not working from last one month as i have topup with latest internet packs with different data availability but it is not working from last one month and also yesterday evening my balance of Rs. 14 was deduced from my main account without my intimation, i request you to kindly fix the above mentioned problems or else i will go for some other network like airtel or idea which are atleast giving good service than you and one more thing i want to mention here is that i have tried multiple times to contact vodafone customer care but my call was not forwarded. looking forward from you!

      We are suffering signal problem at our office complex at Nirman sadan Sector-128 noida but like IDEA and Airtel giving satisfectory services to them.         Hi There, My no. is [protected] and i received missed call that no. is +[protected] and when i call back, within 4 sec i understood that this is ISD no. and disconnect my call. Within 4 sec, vodafone deducted my Rs 100 from my balance. I want to know that why such a big amount has been deducted from my main balance. Please refund all these balance and confirm. Thx. My another no. is [protected]

            I am subscriber of Vodafone service with the number [protected]. I also have a 3G unlimited plan. Last month I got extra download charges each of 49 rupees against download from wapvilla. The customer support told that I must have visited the site and just by mere visit to the site a charge is levied. But the reality is I have never visited such a site and this looks to be a strange way to charge extra money from the subscribers. And from the number of complaints that I see in the Internet this seems to be a regular malpractice from Vodafone. I believe a proper justification needs to be there from Vodafone.

              I have been a longtime Vodafone customer for more than 7 years. My relationship numbers are 4.8105.00.00.100189 and 4.8105.00.00.100252. This particular complaint pertains to the number 4.8105.00.00.100252 which has Mobile Internet activated, which was done recently. I have the 150 rupees 500mb plan activated and I never used to go over the limit. This particular time I was close to that limit when I had to go out of my home state and I knew I would be a few MB over the limit. I was expecting to a few tens of rupees more for the extra usage which was 10mb over the limit and amounted to a total usage of 510mb. So imagine my surprise when I saw my statements a ew days back and I was charged a whopping 850 rupees extra for those extra 10mb without any warning whatsoever. Granted there were one or two missed calls from Vodafone CC that I could not receive, but at least the courtesy of an SMS intimation that I would be charged that much extra was in order. I could not even unsubscribe from the service from the Vodafone My Accounts website. From the name of the plan it looks like the plan is a promo offer from Vodafone which they tacked on to my mobile internet without my knowledge and I have the privilege of paying them 850 rupees over and above my usual 150 rupees plan. I would not have minded an extra 50 rupees, 100 rupees even, but to pay 5.5 times extra over my usual rate for 10mb extra is ridiculous. But their "promo" has worked. It has promoted how they take their loyal customers for granted and do whatever they feel like to milk them out of money whenever they feel like. This unfair business practice of theirs has me considering ending both my postpaid relationships with them when I get back home.

              MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G...Its not a different plan.. its a part of your 150RS(500mb 3g) plan. 850 is the capping amount, it means once you exceed your 500mb you will be charged 4p/10k until your charge amount equals Rs850 and after that you wont be charged, you would get free browsing at reduced speed of 64kb
              Vodafone is charging me 850/- under MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G. apart from 150/- monthly rental for 500MB plan.However i have activated `1GB booster pack after 500 MB usage.What a [censored] vodafone.Such a cheater organisation.Go to hell I will not pay them penny.
              Vodafone keeps people in dark, they never tell before activation and charges of MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G plan over the phone. They just activate this in background.

              I can't give rating in negative or zero as this form dose not allow me otherwise they deserve 00/10 nothing more then this. Cheap idea to make people fool but they are the ultimate fool who don't think from customer prospective.

              I'm with Vodefone from past 10 years with multiple numbers but will surly switch as soon as I get chance.
              I don't know why vodafone is doing this to their valuable old customers.
              They are deducting this Rs.850 from my mobile postpaid bill for last two months.
              Now I am going to discontinue the service - as I don't have trust anymore on vodafone.

              Vodafone deducted this amount by giving discount of the same Rs.850.

              Plz see the below charges of my bill for month of Februaury 2015. Monthly charges have been wrongly added to my bill. My vodafone no 956******** has been recently converted to prepaid. My last bill details are as follows.

              Vodafone is charging me 850/- under MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G. apart from 150/- monthly rental for 500MB plan.

              I have paid the bill, however on careful look i found out this discrepancy.
              Plz look into it asap.
              With so many people complaining about it, you people are still doing it with informing customers. Really disgusting!

              My number has 150Rs for 500MB 3G data activated, after crossing the limit without intimation vodafone activated MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G this plan on my number.

              This is ridiculous, you should have intimated me and I could have done any top up or so. why should I pay 850 Rs?

              With reply to this comment even explain me the process to terminate my vodafone number, I am not interested in your fraud service anymore.

              Vodafone is charging me 850/- under MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G. apart from 150/- monthly rental for 500MB plan. However, even before my 500 MB exhausted, I had activated the 300 MB booster pack. They've charged me for the booster pack along with Rs. 850. Shame. This is pure cheating with the loyal customers. Request a quick rollback else won't be left with any option but to change providers.
              i have done porting from vodafone to idea. and next month i recieve bill 1000/- .
              Vodafone is charging me 850/- under MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G. i had request for port on 8th oct and on same day vodafone activted 850 plan. im not going to pay this bill. Vodafone India — MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G Activated Without Intimation.

                Hi All, I would like to make a serious complaint about the service getting from Vodafone. The call center is not customer caring though they say that they care in their advertisements. 1). From last 3 months addition charges add in my Vodafone bill, after confirming the details from CCE extra uses in Internet downloading which never done from my end. 2). I called in your Vodafone care more than 10 times in last 3 months to send my bill hard copy in my address but still not receive. Every time giving me same excuse no request generated in last time, so that I am raising your request now you will get receive bill in 7 Days. 3). This is regarding the complain about the supervisor to whom i spoke with from Last 3 months. The supervisor lacked soft skills handling escalations. a) He did not Listen to me patiently. b) Holding the call for more 10 mints without any reason. Also hung up the call during Hold. c) Did over talk on me and came to conclusions even before i could complete the sentence. d) Had usually attitude and did not behave professionally. We as customer like to be given at least little priority and need to resolve the issue at first point of contact instead to close the complaints without even resolving it.                   Team Am using this number from 2006. Recent days there many deductions regarding some service activation. My last deduction in this number was 99.00 taken. I spoke to your executive who is tl called suresh. I clearly said I have not activated. I have received only a message named mydallas something like that. He was then telling that he will refund half of the amount. When I asked for why should you give only 50 percent amount he spoke very irritating and irresponsible which I have never received in your service for all those years. Finally he said he will not refund and spoke like some stupid and he had cut the call. Excutive name suresh Place coimbatore Your immediate action required on this or else enough of your service and I may move to someother network. Written this mail in a very frustration on your service. Expecting a solution unbaised and please take necessary action on the executive. In the response of your side I may continue your network.

                    Dear sir, I am vodafone prepaid user. My no is [protected]. On 23rd of october i was charged for some service which i never activated or downloaded. My last deduction showed "Rs 99: DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_99-HELLO1STORE". Now when i called customer care, they were unable provide the explanation. This has been second time that i have been charged Rs 99 amd no proper explanation was given. My internet pack was active too and i used only whats app and hike messengers on diwali.                         On[protected], Rs 49 have been deducted from my prepaid balance. When I called customer care and asked the executive about the reason, he told me some wallpaper has been downloaded though no such activity had taken place. I have my internet pack activated in my vodafone number. This is really annoying. The customer care executive also refused to refund the money. If this will not be resolved, I will quit vodafone and tell my friends and relatives also to do the same. My email id- [protected]@gmail.com

ALTHOUGH I PRESS 1 BUT THE SERVICE OF 2 GET ACTIVATED. AS I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF ACTIVATION THE STD CALL AGAIN I DID THE SAME PROCESS AND PRESSED ONE TO ACTIVATE STD 35P FOR 28 DAYS BUT ITS COMES ON SCREEN YOU ARE ALREADY WITH THIS OFFER WHICH WAS FOR INCOMING ROAMING.                               This is Misriya, a vodafone customer. Phone no is [protected]. Mail ID is misriya.k.[protected]@gmail.com I wish I would have never taken a Vodafone Postpaid plan in my life.. As visible from the attached screenshots, this is what happened to me. Please take necessary actions ASAP: On 11th Aug, I got a call from my relationship manager named Rajesh, asking whether I have any complaints with my vodafone post paid 99 corporate plan or not. After this, I got a message saying that a complaint is logged with ID [protected]. Next month, I was eagerly waiting for my bill to see the lesser amount, but again i got it as around 2400 Rs. I was shocked and when i went through the bill, i found that instead of 666 plan, the plan in the bill is 1599. Called the Customer Care number immediately (333). The same person attended the call, since he is the relationship manager for this number. I explained him the problem and he assured me that this is the mistake from their side and they don't have to pay this much. After doing the deductions, he asked me to pay only 875 rupees out of 2400 Rs. I paid that amount via online. Complaint ID for this one is: [protected]. I asked him to send a confirmation message regarding the amount, but he refused saying that they cant send a message for this. After this, I started getting calls for not paying the full rent and I got about 20 calls to pay a due of 811 Rs. Whenever I got this call, I asked them to check my account and explained the same story and then they will disconnect the call saying 'Sorry Maam, mistake happened'. Since I got these calls frequently, again I called 333, to make sure that i am not missing anything and they assured that I have made my payment properly and I can ignore the bill payment related calls. After all these, Suddenly, on 11th of October, my SIM got disconnected and i was not able to avail any service. Since the SIM is not working, I did a Live Chat with a Customer care lady named Aaliya, as seen in the attachments through Vodafone Site's Live Chat option. This was on 24th of Oct, the complaint ID is [protected]. She assured me that the connection will be restored and my issue will be resolved with in 25th October evening. I shared my other number also to her([protected]), to make sure that proper communication is happening. I didn't get any updates till now. Still, my SIM is disconnected. In the middle of all these, I got a new bill for October, which again is 2035 rupees. This bill is also not correct, since they have added the previous month's remaining balance in this bill. I am seeing two types of rent in this. I owe an explanation for this one also. I am frustrated with the sort of service I am getting from vodafone customer care. It takes a lot of time to explain these problems to each and every customer care assistant and finally it results in nothing. Moreover, Please provide justice in calculating the bill with right amounts. I am ready to pay the right amount, But not ready to pay a false amount. My service is disconnected for the past 17 days. Its affecting my business. Please do the needful ASAP. Please also make sure that I am getting the rightly calculated bill for the upcoming months.

As visible from the attached screenshots, this is what happened to me.                                 Hi Team, Writing this mail in utmost frustration. 1st Issue, I Vijay Kumar S a customer with Vodafone for the last 10 Years have been noticing that i am being charged for the so called transactions which i have not done or authorized. I have been charged 247 rupees for the same. If i have to purchase an app/service i would use my credit card/debit card who are you guys to charge me for the same, I am frustrated & shocked with Vodafone using these cheaper tactics to loot money from customers by partnering with online fraud sites. We subscribe for internet packs for accessing sites required while browsing off late we get some pop ups asking if you want to enable service we click no or close it straight away and get a message stating so much amount is charged. I want the complete refund of 247 rupees. And the same will be taken care legally.Today i got an sms from "my dala" stataing 99rs will be charged & credited as points which i have never bought & will not be paid. Stop partnering with fraud sites & looting money.2nd Issue, I have been on 199 monthly rental and all of a sudden i see a change in the traiff plan rental to 249, which was never informed through any communication media, I as a customer had to be informed and taken approval as per the policy so need a refund and take this is a final warning. 3rd Issue, Hire some professional & customer oriented people in vodafone stores, they dont listen to what the problem is about, behave unruly & unprofessional. Rajajinagar store has some people who are not fit to be in their jobs.So in total i need 100 + 247 and possible 99 i got the sms today to be refunded asap. Note : Vodafone is stooping to a very low tactics to loot money.I will not be paying any charges towards downloads which i have not approved.Be ready to face some legal action ill be initiating against you.                                 No action taken...shows the kind of interest towards their own customers.
                                I found irregularities in September month bill for my postpaid no [protected]. Some ISD call charges has been added which I didnt made and also blackberry services charges have been imposed on my bill which i didnt ordered. I complained against this but instead of rectifying my bill vodafone blocked my outgoing services for the last 15 days.
                                I had paid vodafone bill of Rs.262.65 for my postpaid number: [protected] on 19 jan 2015

                                when there is no call, no mail or no sms, what is session cost ? there is regular deductions against session cost which my billing will confirm. This is a pre-paid no service of Vodafone and I am using a Samsung Galaxy Neo III handset. My no is [protected]. since yesterday, the 01st June, it happened twice and the message also said "call duration 0.00" min/sec, but "session cost" on some MB consumed was deducted.

                                Pls advice if I should stop using the no or change service provider. Because, at the moment I am not using the no since yesterday.

As I was to fly to USA on 11/3/15 ; I went to vodafon gallery on Sinhgad Rd Pune to pay dues & keep nos in safe custody for 6 months.The staff told me dues/outstanding amt RS 400/- & safe custody charges Rs600/- On payment of amt (, total Rs1000/- thru SBI credit Card) as above my nos were deactivated within one hr . To my surprise voda raised bill as on 25/3/15 ie regular monthly bill dt and thereafter sending me reminders to pay it with penal amt .1st thing voda can not raise bill as on 25/3/15 when I had paid all dues as on 11/3 with safe custody charges'.So I sent them n number of mails clarifying it.In reply to it voda claimed that on 11/3 they received on Rs700/- which is just impossible.It means my amount is adjusted to some other account. Despite my submitting copy of credit card statement, voda is not ready to accept it/reconcile or adjust amt paid by me and take back false bill.I request your goodself to take up d matter with voda to account for Rs 1000/-paid by me & take back/withdraw d false bill and release my numbers under portebility to BSNL as with such mismanagement I do not want to continue with Voda on my return to India on 6 Jul.

                                  I requested for new tariff plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_299 (3G) on 16/09/2014 to my number [protected]. And I also received a SMS saying that the new plan is activated on 19/09/2014. But, in my bill i see that a different plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_249 is activated. Due to which i have been over charged in Sep 14 and Oct 14.

I have a 3G datapack of 750MB, and my data limit had not exhausted. When I asked them what this file is, they had no idea. In the past I have downloaded from many websites but vodafone haven't charged anything.

                                      Thanks team for the quick action. Like me many customers might have become a victim of some companies fake offers, and they might have ignored as this is a small amount but promises are bigger than even a small amount. When we call them they do not provide the appropriate response which lacking in many companies, if they should work in customer's point of view then there will be no complains. Thanks, Samir.

                                        Hi I had purchased a mobile multi device Wi-fi on 5th September, 2014 from Vodafone. The no. is [protected]; IMEI No- [protected]. The device is supposed to give 3G speed, however from the beginning it has been very slow in my residence at Building K4, Flat-3, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I can hardly work on the internet with this slow connectivity. I had lodged multiple complaints with Vodafone customer care, however, there has been no resolution to my problem. The customer care executives has even said nothing can be done & they have no plans of setting up any tower in the vicinity for the slow network problem, it may take more than 6 months for resolution etc. Request you to look into the whole issue & resolve. I has specifically purchased this device expecting fast 3G connectivity for internet & such responce from Vodafone is least expected & not acceptable. If the company is promising 3G speed & charging extra for the same, they should comply in their service & such kind of responce is just not acceptable. If Vodafone does not have network connectivity in Sector-16 in Vashi, why did they not inform me while selling the device? Regards, Amit Sarkar M-[protected]
