I had purchased dongal on 25th july 2014 from vodafone store tilak nagar.I had taken a plan of 650 Rs for 3 months and 3 gb a month free. i was told by the associate that i can get the plan changed on 25th October to a 1 gb plan. i visited the store today on 25th oct and the store emoloyees are so rude. i approached Saurabh the associate and he was really unprofessional and rude how can vodafone recruit such people who are not ready to help....

Last time just before the Dussehra, my 1GB 3G data got consumed withing only 5 days, while I used on whatsapp, not even FaceBook ( as I am not in it ). I activated roaming pack of rs 32 . still Balance has been deducted from My sim. I again activated rs.5 roaming pack Two times. Still balance has been deducted.
