FRAUD VODAFONE - Only knows to cheat customers

2nd complaint - Again this month, they have billed with me for some stupid problem of theirs, claiming that I downloaded "wapvilla", which I definitely didn't, like last month. Fake info, bad/impolite/rude customer representatives.

Pathetic Customer Service !

I have been a Vodafone customer for more than 10 years now, right from when it was Hutch ! I got a bill generated for almost 9.5K last month, which I didn't argue upon seeing my data usage.
