Dear All,
Vodafone has become such a fraud company. Last time just before the Dussehra, my 1GB 3G data got consumed withing only 5 days, while I used on whatsapp, not even FaceBook ( as I am not in it ).
Now yesterday I had recharged it with Rs. 222/- and today I am left with Rs. 172/-.
When I asked the customer care, they told me, I had downloaded DNLD-DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 file at around 1:43 am last night, probably at my sleep. When several times, I tried to tell them, that I did not do anything such, the CC executive told me – that she can understand my worries and regret for the same, but cant do anything on top of it.
This is really ridiculous, that a company like Vodafone is doing so much of Fraud, to make it’s living.
However, can you please suggest any remedy ?

As i had paid the bill twice, please let me know if the extra amount paid would be adjusted or would be refunded.
I was using v, postpaid number from last 1year [protected] my plan 149+250=399 per month 3G data pack activated
First, please keep some professional customer care executives(CCE).
Today I call Your V, Customer care tree time 5:Pm then 5:10Pm n 5:20Pm so log waiting calls disctive not good response also
This is very unprofessional behaviour...

Your CCE quality is degrading day by day. They do not know how to speak and the only thing they know is arguing. Please provide quality training and people at customer touch points.
