On[protected], Rs 49 have been deducted from my prepaid balance. When I called customer care and asked the executive about the reason, he told me some wallpaper has been downloaded though no such activity had taken place. I have my internet pack activated in my vodafone number. This is really annoying. The customer care executive also refused to refund the money. If this will not be resolved, I will quit vodafone and tell my friends and relatives also to do the same. My email id- [protected]@gmail.com

ITS HAS BEEN DONE BY USING *121#. ALTHOUGH I HAD COMPLAIN SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR THE REFUND BY NEITHER THEY REFUND MY MONEY NOR REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN. THE UNIQUE THING OF COMPLAIN WAS ALTHOUGH I HAD USED THE FOLLOWING STEPS. *121# 0 (FOR MORE DETAILS0) THEN OPTIN NO 4 SAYS PRESS 1 TO ACTIVATE OR NO 2 FOR 5 OPTION OF FREE ROAMING INCOMING.         This is Misriya, a vodafone customer. Phone no is [protected]. Mail ID is misriya.k.[protected]@gmail.com I wish I would have never taken a Vodafone Postpaid plan in my life.. As visible from the attached screenshots, this is what happened to me. Please take necessary actions ASAP: On 11th Aug, I got a call from my relationship manager named Rajesh, asking whether I have any complaints with my vodafone post paid 99 corporate plan or not. Then I told him that my monthly bill amount is coming nearer to 2500 on an average, since I use STD calls largely and I want it to make to less than 1000. I asked his advice for any such plan, which can help me to reduce the bill amount. He suggested to take up a 666 RED plan, which will have 1500 (Local + STD) and 1.5GB 3G Data plan. He promised that, if i am going ahead with this plan, definitely my bill amount will come only below 1000. I asked him to do that plan for me. After this, I got a message saying that a complaint is logged with ID [protected]. Next month, I was eagerly waiting for my bill to see the lesser amount, but again i got it as around 2400 Rs. I was shocked and when i went through the bill, i found that instead of 666 plan, the plan in the bill is 1599. Called the Customer Care number immediately (333). The same person attended the call, since he is the relationship manager for this number. I explained him the problem and he assured me that this is the mistake from their side and they don't have to pay this much. After doing the deductions, he asked me to pay only 875 rupees out of 2400 Rs. I paid that amount via online. Complaint ID for this one is: [protected]. I asked him to send a confirmation message regarding the amount, but he refused saying that they cant send a message for this. After this, I started getting calls for not paying the full rent and I got about 20 calls to pay a due of 811 Rs. Whenever I got this call, I asked them to check my account and explained the same story and then they will disconnect the call saying 'Sorry Maam, mistake happened'. Since I got these calls frequently, again I called 333, to make sure that i am not missing anything and they assured that I have made my payment properly and I can ignore the bill payment related calls. After all these, Suddenly, on 11th of October, my SIM got disconnected and i was not able to avail any service. Since the SIM is not working, I did a Live Chat with a Customer care lady named Aaliya, as seen in the attachments through Vodafone Site's Live Chat option. This was on 24th of Oct, the complaint ID is [protected]. She assured me that the connection will be restored and my issue will be resolved with in 25th October evening. I shared my other number also to her([protected]), to make sure that proper communication is happening. I didn't get any updates till now. Still, my SIM is disconnected. In the middle of all these, I got a new bill for October, which again is 2035 rupees. This bill is also not correct, since they have added the previous month's remaining balance in this bill. I am seeing two types of rent in this. I owe an explanation for this one also. I am frustrated with the sort of service I am getting from vodafone customer care. It takes a lot of time to explain these problems to each and every customer care assistant and finally it results in nothing. Moreover, Please provide justice in calculating the bill with right amounts. I am ready to pay the right amount, But not ready to pay a false amount. My service is disconnected for the past 17 days. Its affecting my business. Please do the needful ASAP. Please also make sure that I am getting the rightly calculated bill for the upcoming months.

          Hi Team, Writing this mail in utmost frustration. 1st Issue, I Vijay Kumar S a customer with Vodafone for the last 10 Years have been noticing that i am being charged for the so called transactions which i have not done or authorized. I have been charged 247 rupees for the same. If i have to purchase an app/service i would use my credit card/debit card who are you guys to charge me for the same, I am frustrated & shocked with Vodafone using these cheaper tactics to loot money from customers by partnering with online fraud sites. We subscribe for internet packs for accessing sites required while browsing off late we get some pop ups asking if you want to enable service we click no or close it straight away and get a message stating so much amount is charged. I want the complete refund of 247 rupees. And the same will be taken care legally.Today i got an sms from "my dala" stataing 99rs will be charged & credited as points which i have never bought & will not be paid. Stop partnering with fraud sites & looting money.2nd Issue, I have been on 199 monthly rental and all of a sudden i see a change in the traiff plan rental to 249, which was never informed through any communication media, I as a customer had to be informed and taken approval as per the policy so need a refund and take this is a final warning. 3rd Issue, Hire some professional & customer oriented people in vodafone stores, they dont listen to what the problem is about, behave unruly & unprofessional. Rajajinagar store has some people who are not fit to be in their jobs.So in total i need 100 + 247 and possible 99 i got the sms today to be refunded asap. Note : Vodafone is stooping to a very low tactics to loot money.I will not be paying any charges towards downloads which i have not approved.Be ready to face some legal action ill be initiating against you.           No action taken...shows the kind of interest towards their own customers.
          I found irregularities in September month bill for my postpaid no [protected]. Some ISD call charges has been added which I didnt made and also blackberry services charges have been imposed on my bill which i didnt ordered. I complained against this but instead of rectifying my bill vodafone blocked my outgoing services for the last 15 days.
          I had paid vodafone bill of Rs.262.65 for my postpaid number: [protected] on 19 jan 2015
          Ref:[protected]. The amount got deducted but it showed that the transaction was not successful. so again i paid the bill on 21 jan 2015

          Today I call Your V, Customer care tree time 5:Pm then 5:10Pm n 5:20Pm so log waiting calls disctive not good response also

          when there is no call, no mail or no sms, what is session cost ? there is regular deductions against session cost which my billing will confirm. This is a pre-paid no service of Vodafone and I am using a Samsung Galaxy Neo III handset. My no is [protected]. since yesterday, the 01st June, it happened twice and the message also said "call duration 0.00" min/sec, but "session cost" on some MB consumed was deducted.

          Pls advice if I should stop using the no or change service provider. Because, at the moment I am not using the no since yesterday.
          R/sir My vodafone nos are [protected] & [protected]. As I was to fly to USA on 11/3/15 ; I went to vodafon gallery on Sinhgad Rd Pune to pay dues & keep nos in safe custody for 6 months.The staff told me dues/outstanding amt RS 400/- & safe custody charges Rs600/- On payment of amt (, total Rs1000/- thru SBI credit Card) as above my nos were deactivated within one hr . To my surprise voda raised bill as on 25/3/15 ie regular monthly bill dt and thereafter sending me reminders to pay it with penal amt .1st thing voda can not raise bill as on 25/3/15 when I had paid all dues as on 11/3 with safe custody charges'.So I sent them n number of mails clarifying it.In reply to it voda claimed that on 11/3 they received on Rs700/- which is just impossible.It means my amount is adjusted to some other account. Despite my submitting copy of credit card statement, voda is not ready to accept it/reconcile or adjust amt paid by me and take back false bill.I request your goodself to take up d matter with voda to account for Rs 1000/-paid by me & take back/withdraw d false bill and release my numbers under portebility to BSNL as with such mismanagement I do not want to continue with Voda on my return to India on 6 Jul.

            I requested for new tariff plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_299 (3G) on 16/09/2014 to my number [protected]. And I also received a SMS saying that the new plan is activated on 19/09/2014. But, in my bill i see that a different plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_249 is activated. Due to which i have been over charged in Sep 14 and Oct 14.

              I recently changed my plan to ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_299 on my postpaid connection [protected] on 19th Sep 2014. In the monthly bill for the period Oct 2014, I am charged Rs.99/- under an item "download". When I called up the customer care, they said a file has been downloaded for which Rs.99/- were charged. I have a 3G datapack of 750MB, and my data limit had not exhausted. When I asked them what this file is, they had no idea. In the past I have downloaded from many websites but vodafone haven't charged anything.

                Hi, I am a vodafone user and since last 10 days I am getting a notification while end the calls as I will get Rs 325 talktime on recharge Rs 300 but unfortunately I didnot get and called customer care 4 days back accordingly, they said will get it within 4 hours but I didnot get yet and instead they have blocked me to call them again.                 Thanks team for the quick action. Like me many customers might have become a victim of some companies fake offers, and they might have ignored as this is a small amount but promises are bigger than even a small amount. When we call them they do not provide the appropriate response which lacking in many companies, if they should work in customer's point of view then there will be no complains. Thanks, Samir.

                  Hi I had purchased a mobile multi device Wi-fi on 5th September, 2014 from Vodafone. The no. is [protected]; IMEI No- [protected]. The device is supposed to give 3G speed, however from the beginning it has been very slow in my residence at Building K4, Flat-3, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I can hardly work on the internet with this slow connectivity. I had lodged multiple complaints with Vodafone customer care, however, there has been no resolution to my problem. The customer care executives has even said nothing can be done & they have no plans of setting up any tower in the vicinity for the slow network problem, it may take more than 6 months for resolution etc. Request you to look into the whole issue & resolve. I has specifically purchased this device expecting fast 3G connectivity for internet & such responce from Vodafone is least expected & not acceptable. If the company is promising 3G speed & charging extra for the same, they should comply in their service & such kind of responce is just not acceptable. If Vodafone does not have network connectivity in Sector-16 in Vashi, why did they not inform me while selling the device? Regards, Amit Sarkar M-[protected]

                    hi, No one really care about customer complaint. The vodafone leader only know how to cheat people. Big commitment low delivery. Please change your marketing quote as "Happy to frustrate you!!" my bill always exceed to my credit limit with a big margin, some time double. The purpose of credit limit, which i understand is to control usage. While checking with your four different representative I got all different answer. Some says- (1)it is your calling limit. (2) its combination of both your internet + calling usage. (3) its you calling+internet+datadownload usage. it seems answer got manipulated just to confuse and not to resolve. Even if i check my usage, i never had clear information. The only msgs without any delay is payment reminder. Your bill summary never had details at site visited details. my yesterday experience, i visited at distric centre branch, janakpuri and when staff was not able to answer my querry and only narrating the bill, i asked to call manager but only got response manager is not available. its not only me but Manny people having lots of people and not getting their querry resolved.

                    I am use to with this statement. Check your database most of your complaint got close as customer not reachable . I have two number, could have called on second number-[protected].
                    One call only and made conclusion "not reachable" !! What a service!

                      I switched from RELIANCE NETWORKS to your VODAFONE Networks and I THINK I MADE THE WORST DECISION . On[protected] at 11.51pm with a balance of RS 117, I used *121# helpline number to get a recharge of RS.49 MESSAGE CARD done, I received no message regarding the confirmation of the activation of the pack.As I was not sure whether the activation has taken place or not I again went through the procedure of activation using the same helpline number .Again I received no confirmation message .To confirm whether the activation has taken place or not I contacted your 198 helpline from where the reply of the costumer care executive was that "THE DATABASE STILL HASN'T UPDATED YOU SHOULD CALL US AFTER 1 HOUR ". ON[protected] at I checked balance and it showed RS 16.To check how it happened I called 198 helpline number and I had the worst experience of costumer care. I had to call 3 times as the costumer care executive would put me on hold and never return to the call and I have the recordings of all the conversations with the executives. When one of the executive did listen he told me that both the message cards had been activated. To which I said that I never received any confirmation regarding the activation his reply was "IT IS DUE TO THE NETWORK PROBLEM" so I need the refund of my balance of the extra message card that had been activated . AGAIN I was put on hold and never answered .. "I request you to please refund my balance of one message card and make sure your costumer care executives learn how to help the costumer with the problems " I hope my problem is answered as soon as possible and make my decision of choosing your network worth while for me to continue with your services.

WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE 198 CUSTOMER CARE VODAFONE EMPOLYEE SAID I HAVE CONSUMED 3G FOR RS 6, 071.80 WHICH I CANT DIGEST THAT( HOW CAN A MAN USE 3G FOR RS 6, 071.80). I DID NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR RS 6, 071.80, IF YOU CHECK WITH MY PREVIOUS BILLS YOU CAN CALCULATE MY 3G USAGE. I DONT THINK THIS IS RIGHT ETHICK FROM VODAFONE.                         I am really frustrated, Vodafone started again. This evening they have activated call barring, I called 198 to report this the employee states that I have exceeded the credit limit of RS 5000. When there is an issue raised for over billing on the service how customer is liable to its effects. Before sorting out the existing issue Vodafone has started the call Barring issue. Vodafone is a frustrating NETWORK. I feel bad with this net work.

                          I had purchased dongal on 25th july 2014 from vodafone store tilak nagar.I had taken a plan of 650 Rs for 3 months and 3 gb a month free. i was told by the associate that i can get the plan changed on 25th October to a 1 gb plan. i visited the store today on 25th oct and the store emoloyees are so rude. i approached Saurabh the associate and he was really unprofessional and rude how can vodafone recruit such people who are not ready to help. I was told that my monthly cycle starts from 19th of the month so i have to pay the amount 650 for the next month again. This is absoultely fraud and cheting done by the staff why was i not informed about the billing tcycle correctly when the agent came for verification also did not inform about the billing cycle. No written details were provided and the information which was given to me was wrong. The store manager is not ready to look into the manager and help. Jyothsna the store manager was rude and unprofessional realy vodafone india u need upgrade your human resources who recruit people like this because of which we have to suffer. i asked i[censored] cant handle can i speak to the zonal manager she said he cant come and meet you i said ok can i speak to him on phone she refused again she said phone is not allowed so who shoud i speak to if the store manager is incompitent. should i directly speak to the owner of vodafone if your managers cant talk to me i really need an explanation for that. i wamted to make a police complaint for the fraud which the store did with me but i am just waiting reply from a person who can actually senior and look into the matter. looking forward for your response very dissaponted and had a very bad experince with vodafone please teach manner to the staff and their behavior towards the clients.                             My nameis upasna. My mobile number is [protected], i belong to to gujarat . I have recharge for an interpack for 2 Gb data in vodafone and made the payment of the same. After some time. The company overight my actual pack and provided me the pack of 500 Mb. On talk with the vodafone executives, they.told me that the offer was provided to me for the purchase of new mobile. I informed them that i have purchased my mobile 2 Months back and inserted the same sim card. But at that time the company do not provided me any offer. How can a company provide any offer when an exisiting offer is running in my sim card without my confirmatipn. The company had charged me full amount for the pack that i wanted and didnt provide me the same. Its fraud with the consumer. They cannot overwright my pack by charging full cost.

                              1.above number was working as post paid number with customer for more then two years. 2.number was official number so was converted to pre paid on 20 oct 2014.with all documents. 3. before closing the post paid account extra amount of Rs463.08 was charged without any reasons, secondly after converting the same number from post paid to pre paid without any call the number was deactivated from 25 0ct and kolkata india park street branch, wasted minimum six hours and two trip without giving back the form already filled and telling us to fill the new form 4. under signed is the serving army officer and your representatives before taking the number use to talk so big and failed to provide any assistence. 6. DEactivation of number which has put complete system of my office in shambles need to be addressed else self officially will be forced to approach the consumer court for loss of work caused and mental harrasment put through .

                                Hi This message is with regards to a bunch of problems that I had been facing while using the vodafone network. I have been a vodafone user since 4 years and I feel really dissatisfied with the issue.I tried ignoring all the issue but the inefficient service had forced me to really bring this to the notice . I am still hopeless considering my past exprience: 1) I got my prepaid number converted to post and then the long list of trouble began when the executive use to activate any plan over my number and calling back they use to say that since it was sother executive last time we are not sure, each executive guides you to a pplan differently and do not tell alll the features.. 2) some how I was dealing with ita and then they put my number in a list where I was not able to contact the customer care 3) again recently I requested to convert my postpaid number to prepaid- but i was so amazed that they raiseda deactivation request for my number.. I was forced to visit the vodafone care several time to get it fixed . without any confirmation from me the number was deactivated and all my outgoing service were stopped. I am not really sure how is this managed my the company but this is highly dissatisfactory at part of customer. 4) the problem does not ends here.. now again i am getting call from an executive that I have some pending due for the duration when my number is diactivated..They diactivated my number, put my number to uome rejection list and now asking for 800 rs for the diactivation duration.. Over the above I have not been able to connect to any executive... Can you please look into the matter and arrange for call with the executive so that i can get it fixed

                                  I had a CUG vodafone post paid copnection 3yrs ago and I was not ok with the Billing issues since begging.But when I finally decided to migrate from Post paid to pre-paid then all the Trouble started. And the complaint is # [protected]. They are just making me false promised the it will be done in next 48hours which had not happened yet. BackEnd say they called me to take confirmation Which is totally FALSE. And what confirmation they need when I said I don't want your post paid service and purchased a New Pre-paid SIM Card for what ?. Shame on Vodafone once a customer buys a Pre-pai SIM and again you need confirmation ( Actually they were begging on call to continue the Post paid services ). I think More to face ...after migration as well . And if this continues I'll switch to any different network.

                                  It's hilarious when Vodafone responds to a grievance in all politeness and humility - and then simply take you for a ridiculously psychedelic ride of painful customer service.

                                  Anyway - Looks like writing a review is NOT going to make ANY difference - as I can see thousands of people have given them lame ratings and reviews for issues similar to mine in different forums, with not a single response from their end.

                                  My problem - The worst kind of customer care experience ever. I moved out to US from Mumbai in September and wanted to change my postpaid blackberry plan to a minimum monthly rental (99/-) without any Blackberry services active.

                                  I have sent them more than 15 emails since October 14 2014 trying to request this in a manner that would MAKE SENSE to their dense bovine customer care reps - however till today - NO SUCH LUCK. The email is dressed in fake courtesy - and simply reflective of the truth that they just DO NOT read whatever the heck you wrote. It is bordering on a limit where it feels like they are just intentionally harassing me now and am VERY tempted to file a harassment case on them.

                                  Not only did they assure that they have changed the plan (after about 8 or 10 emails) - but they continued charging me 500+ for a blackberry plan I clearly requested them to cancel - and now they wont cancel a very clear cut request to cancel the plan with a response straight out of a mental agony scene:

                                  Simply amazed at their overall ignorance towards customer care - Shame.

                                    Dear All, Vodafone has become such a fraud company. Last time just before the Dussehra, my 1GB 3G data got consumed withing only 5 days, while I used on whatsapp, not even FaceBook ( as I am not in it ). Now yesterday I had recharged it with Rs. 222/- and today I am left with Rs. 172/-. When I asked the customer care, they told me, I had downloaded DNLD-DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 file at around 1:43 am last night, probably at my sleep. When several times, I tried to tell them, that I did not do anything such, the CC executive told me – that she can understand my worries and regret for the same, but cant do anything on top of it. This is really ridiculous, that a company like Vodafone is doing so much of Fraud, to make it’s living. However, can you please suggest any remedy ? Tanisha

                                        I want to bring to your notice that, there is no Message offer on 23rd October, Though the CAP of 100msgs/mobile/day is existing. Moreover I also need also asked customer care on this. I asked them to add one day extra for My message offer, they said they can't do any of both. Why this is happening.. As customers we loose one day of our offer. This is not Correct right?
