This issue is with the current billing (Sep, 2014) of vodafone no([protected]).First of all i had 2g internet connection and after they launch 3g here we observed that they almost muted the service of 2g.Furthere, after many conversation they told me to migrate to 3g.In the first billing itself i have many doubts from how they prepare the bill to exorbitant charges leveraged on 50MB(351rs) of extra uses(this extra uses billed from vodafone and they even not intimated me before).I tried to drop an email on corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com but no use .They always tried to call me rather than replying the mail (except one instance ) and it shows there attitude towards customer.I am sure there are lot of behind the seen malpractice's in terms of billing which still persist and they always ignore it by saying customer was not available at call.They always ignore mail and never reply it back for the obvious reason( do not want to leave any proof). Please help me on same. please find the copy of email with set of queries: Hi, I am one of the vodafones old customer and been recently migrated to 3g from 2g. After migration i have received 1st bill and that itself gives an impression to switch to other vendor ASAP. But before i do that couple of queries . Query1) why my bill is showing 1299rs instead of my monthly rental 299rs ? Please refer screen1 in attached doc. Query2) It’s been communicated over phone that my rental will be 100rs instead of 150rs for the 500MB of data uses but in bill I could still find 150rs.why? Please refer screen2 in attached doc. Query3) My extra uses charge is 351rs.Why I was not informed when uses were crossing the threshold? Please refer screen1 in attached doc. Hope to get this issue resolved as earliest for the smooth payment of bill. Regards

    I have applied for MNP from Tata Docomo to Vodafone in a Vodafone store in Poonam Nagar, with valid proofs. They said it will take 7 days to migrate network. Still no migration happened and no one from Vodafone contacted me giving any specific reason for the delay. I request you to address me on this issue.

      I called from my brother's number, and the person who answered the call and told me like your brother name is so and so...what the hell, how do they have the rights to know the name of an unknown person. This is very bad from the Indian Vodafone service.

        My vodafone number [protected] shows full network in my area, still I am not able to make or receive calls, facing the same issue with 4 other vodafone numbers in my family, the customer care from vodafone are not keen on addressing the issue.

          2nd complaint - Again this month, they have billed with me for some stupid problem of theirs, claiming that I downloaded "wapvilla", which I definitely didn't, like last month. (I have already posted my complaint above as 'Irritated Vodafone Customer') I'd like to gladly inform you that I have put my port request. It was my mistake that I ever took the sick Vodafone Connection.. CHEATS, FRAUDS, ...#@%!$#%!@!!! I really hope & pray that every other Vodafone customer also ports away from ur network, and that all o[censored] will loose ur jobs for cheating so many people around the world. And that Vodafone gets doomed.. As I remember it, Hutch connection were facing problems, and Vodafone bought Hutch.. Now we see why you mobile companies face issues.. U think u r smart by cheating educated people..?? Thankfully, we do read through our bills.. Its not a matter of amount, as to how much False amount u r trying to steal from people. Its about Integrity.. U people r cheats, and Corrupt. N I hope Vodafone goes down d gutter..! - TOTALLY IRRITATED (soon-to-be-Ex-) VODAFONE CUSTOMER. Last month's complaint : In my Vodafone Postpaid Bill for September ( on Number : 808****678), Vodafone has charged me an additional Fake amount of Rs 49, supposedly for some download that they claim to have happened on my phone. This is incorrect. Because firstly, i have an Unlimited Internet Plan (3G_Connect_375). Secondly, The download time shown is Afternoon. During afternoon i am always connected to my office WiFi so I dont use my net pack at that time. Also i have all nevessary security measures to block pop ups and unwanted downloads. So please do not say again that I have downloaded this. The name of the downloaded Content mentioned is, wapvilla_ppd. I dont have anything like that on my phone. I have all the details of all downloads on my phone since May 2014. I can provide screen shots of them if required. All of my downloads, are free small content, and nothing of which need to be charged. The amount may be small, but I do not intend to pay a single penny other than my own usage, if Vodafone just wants to cheat the customers. The same Fraud activity has been done for several of my friends bills as well. They have all reported a fake charge of Rs 49 or 99 for some download that hasn't happened on their phone. I have proper information that Vodafone has used this same tactics to cheat several others customers from various places. Some of the Content names shown as "Downloaded" are "wapvilla_ppd" charging Rs 49, "shotformat" charging Rs 99 etc.. Vodafone Customer care is so utterly Useless and all they reply if we call up and complaint is that "Their Vodafone Billing systems are correct & up to date, & that there is no error". What about the 100s of people who are complaining everywhere with the same download content name & amount. This is highly unprofessional for such a big Telephone Network Company, and I'm sure they will not last long if they intend to Fool customers like this. Thanks, Irritated Vodafone Customer.

          Many other people are facing this same issue, and I personally know many of them, as they are working in my same company, and unfortunately my company has taken some deal from Vodafone, so we hav a Vodafone support person sitting in our building as well, only to help people take the connection. After that there is no support from anyone. Including me, all my colleagues who are facing this fake download charge from Vodafone have called them up multiple times, but the only thing that they have taught their employees to answer to customers is, "We are sorry, but this is what our system says. The system is correct, and You HAVE Downloaded the content on your phone". They have all simply by-hearted this sentence like , and are repeating it uselessly.. Clearly, If thousands of people around the world are coming forward with the same client, it does mean that there is some issue with their Billing System, and it needs correction. How dare they try to claim that all their customers are lying? Now I know that there is absolutely no point in complaining to Vodafone, as their customer service is the worst ever, instead of that, I feel that its better to disconnect this Useless Vodafone connection, and go on with some other connection.

            It's been happening since half a year that I am continuously facing problems with my vodafone post paid number. Its started with a wrong info. of plan given to me by one of their representative due to which I paid INR 6, 000/- for a month where-in my monthly usage never crossed INR 2, 500 in the last 2 years. Then a few months back I requested to deactivate a plan on my number, the rep said it will be done but it was never done and was included in my bill and I had no options other then paying. And now also I get a bill in which they say that I have consumed 3G Internet worth INR 750/- and about which I am sure I havn't. And when i asked them to give me the details about my Internet consumption teh rep says in a very rude way that "Jab mai bol raha hu aapne kiya toh kyu nahi maan rahe" It means these people can do anything they want to do and we costumers have no right to investigate. Every time they say "Hum iske liye shama chahte hai" but it doesn't save our money. Despite of all the problem that i faced I have been a customer of Vodafone since last 2 and half years because they give good network but it does not mean they have all the rights to loot us and now as they have crossed all their limits and I will definitely QUIT VODAFONE. Because I have no clue whether is there any LAW to protect the customer against such situations because in these cases we generally don't have any proof to prove them wrong.                 Respected sir My name is Nagendra Singh and my vodafone no. is [protected]. I am suffering from many problems on this no. from last month. When I enable data connection on my mobile sometimes the symbol of E or G not come. I left enabled data connection for whole day but there is no response. If the symbol of E appears then the speed of internet becomes too slow approx 2-4 kb/s. I complained about that to customare care they said that they had registered my complain. They responds on this but my problem still not solved. Sometimes networks not works. Kindly do the hopeful and needful on this matter as soon as possible. THANKING YOU.

                    I changed my Sim from Vodafone store and they promise me that my Sim will be get activated with in 2 hours but unfortunately they are not able to full fill their commitments, even their service agents are so care less and casuals, I am feeling very bad about world numero uno telecom operator. This is not the first time I am facing the problem, they always mislead. I am now opting the other operator.

                      In my Septemberr month bill (20.09.14 to 19.10.14) vodafone deducted Rs.100 for downloading something called myplex_ap_100. I am 100% sure I did not download any such crap. I contacted vodadone via online chat and the reps continued to blame me saying that I downloaded it and that is why I was charged. I told them I did not but they did not listen. I even asked the procedure to cancel my subscription with them but they did not reply. I am very very upset with vodafone. Similar thing happened couple of months back when they charged for some downloads and when I contacted them they never responded back. I want vodafone to immediately fix this download charges issue and refund me or else cancel my subscription. I will look out for some other providers.

                      nobody from vodafone contacted me about this unauthorized charge. very poor service and this is happening for the third time. if you cannot refund this amount, at least cancel my internet subscription.
                      Again in this month bill (20.10.14 to 19.11.14) vodafone has charged me Rs.30 for downloading something called mobilart_valuepack. I did not download this and not sure why this is happening again and again. VODAFONE has to stop doing this. They cannot do this without my consent. Even after many customers complaining about such unauthorized charges, Vodafone has not taken any action. This is terrible service!! I want this charge (Rs.30) to be immediately refunded along with last month's Rs.100 unauthorized charge. I want vodafone to address this issue immediately.

                        Pathetic Service from Vodafone. I wanted a new post paid connection and opted for Vodafone (biggest mistake). I put in a request on your website. Promptly one lady called me and the documents were picked up after two days after a big fuss of the executive not coming on the specified time. Finally i handed over the documents required and a sum of Rs.500. It has been four days now, the SIM has not been activated. Now when i called back to check on the status. I was told that they would check and revert. Now they have stopped taking my calls. I called your customer care to report this. To my service the response was even more pathetic. I was only being transferred to multiple agents who spoke to me multiple languages (Hindi, Kannada, English). I finally had to disconnect the call because after being transferred the 6th time, i could not take it. Hence i trying to report my issue on this page. Not sure if any one would resolve my problem. Is this a new way to take Rs.500.00 from a prospective customer? The phone nos of people i have been talking to: [protected] - Nancy. [protected] - Escalation Manager.                           I have been using Vodafone services ([protected]) for close to ten years now and in the past never had to deal with their pathetic customer service. However, for my last month billing, I was shocked to see that I have been charged an amount of Rs.2, 400/- towards Internet Charges saying that I have crossed my limit by 800 MB (I have a 1.5 GB internet pack). It came as a big shock to me because when I had received the message that I have crossed 80% of my internet pack, I had immediately disabled 3G on my iPhone. I have tried getting in touch with the customer care team but I get no proper response. Infact, when I check about my Relationship Manager, I am told I dont have one. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer of 10 years. I was asked to write an email to their central office but I never received any reply. I was told to raise a compliant request but my request got closed without anybody talking to me. I finally went to a Vodafone store and they promised to help but after three days I get a reply saying I have no other option but to may Rs.2, 400/- towards Internet Charges. The worst thing in all this is that Vodafone has a top up for 1 GB for just Rs.450/-. Dont these people know that if I had really used my Internet Charges beyond 1.5 GB, I would have simply taken a top up for paid just Rs.450/- instead of Rs.2, 400/-? The problem is they dont want to listen to a customer at all. They think they can get their way around the way they want. Nobody will sue them for Rs.2, 400/- so go ahead and trouble the customer. Its the most lousiest experience I have had ever. Now I dont know what to do as I feel like I have been cheated by Vodafone by charging me Rs.2, 400/- extra. Can anyone help please?

                          Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I too faced or facing this similar kind of issue. When I approached the vodafone dealer they said that 1gb 3g data @ 250 (thought i'ts cheaper) + tax per month and after 1 gb that the speed will come to 2g and not extra cost. I bough the device with the cost of Rs. 5500/- . I received 1st bill (not in pro rata basis - when i asked about it they that even if you are using for 1 day then also full month charge is applicable - what a logic) after a few days service go barred when I called the customer care they said make the payment then it will get active. I made the bill for Rs. 250/- after that when the net was not active again I called the customer care they said that there will be additional charges of 4ps/10kb, I told them why it is not said to me when I took the connection, then he said the plan is this and discount will be provided later on.

                          I approached the dealer then the person who sold the devise told me that this is not the first time they are selling. See the attitude - I really felt cheated... Then and there i asked them to close the connection ( I think it's in August14) he told me to contact customer care and come with bill later on...

                          I went to TATA showroom to reactivate the connection and upgrade to Wi-fi, then I came to know that since the previous connection was already terminated the connection cannot be upgraded to Wi-fi, need to buy a new one. I bough a new connection with Rs. 2000/- they explained well about the plans offered 7gb 3g unlimited plan with Rs. 750/+ tax (there is extra cost even i[censored]se more) speed will come down to 2g if we are using more than 7 gb. (booster pack also available to convert to 3g).

                          loyal customer of 9 years. I was told to raise a compliant request but my
                          request got i dint get any responce to me. I finally went to a Vodafone store
                          and they promised to help but they said i have to pay Rs.1 300/- towards
                          Internet Charges. The worst thing in all this is that Vodafone has a top up for
                          1 GB for just Rs.150/-. Dont these people know that if I had really used my
                          Internet Charges beyond 1.5 GB, I would have simply taken a top up for paid just
                          Rs.150/- instead of Rs.1300/-? The problem is they dont want to listen to a
                          customer at all. They think they can get their way around the way they want.
                          Nobody will sue them for Rs.1300/- so go ahead and trouble the customer. Its the

                            Sir Here I am with Vodafone no. [protected] which is suspended on Sep'14 due to non payment of bill. And I have been asking for waver of amount 400/- on this no. [protected] but I did not get proper reply from Vodafone Customer Care online and offline . . I wrote a mail to Vodafone Customer Care. but still I was ignored .. . And recently I have received a message from Vodafone as legal notice . . . so Would like to know about why should I pay. Please help me out on this.

                                  RESPECTED SIR, IT BEEN A MONTH THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED .. WHATEVER I WROTE TO VODAFONE IS FOLLOWS.. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH VODAFONE I HAVE CALLED VODAFONE ON EITHER 19TH OR 20 TH OF OCTOBER AND TALKED TO POONAM. I ASKED HER THAT IF I CAN GET AN INTERNET PLAN OF RS 125. SHE TOLD YES THAT PLAN WILL GET ACTIVATED BUT I WILL HAVE TO MARK A MAIL TO CORPRATE. THEN I ASKED FOR A REFERENCE NUMBER FOR CONVERSATION. SHE GAVE ME THIS[protected] NUMBER.. I MARKED A MAIL SAME DAY TO ACTIVATE THAT PLAN. AND I WAS HOPING THAT THIS PLAN WILL GET ACTIVATED THIS TIME.. BUT I GOT A REVERT FROM VODAFONE CORPORATE THAT THIS PLAN IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY OTHER PLAN.. THIS IS THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME SECOND TIME . AS I WAS PROMISED EARLIER THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO GET THIS PLAN (VL+[protected]@98WITH2GB) AGAIN, ONCE I DEACTIVATE IT. SO AS THAT VODAFONE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED ME. I BELIEVED HIM AND DEACTIVATED THAT PLAN. THAN LATER ON WHEN I REQUEST YOU TO ACTIVATE THAT PLAN I GOT SIO MANY EXCUSES. BUT YOU DID NOT ACTIVATE THAT PLAN. HOWEVER IT WAS NOT MY FAULT IF PEOPLE WORKING FOR VODAFONE ARE PASSING THE WRONG INFORMATION...| BUT STILL I AGREED YOU THAT YES THIS PLAN HAS BEEN WITHDRAWAL FROM THE MARKET. BUT DURING THESE ALL CONVERSATION I WAS GIVEN A SUBSTITUTE FOR THIS PLAN WHICH WAS FOR 125Rs FOR 1 GB. THAN I CALLED VODAFONE 198 AGAIN A LADY (BALWINDER) ANSWERED MY CALL SHE WAS NOT DOING ANYTHING ON CALL APART FROM PUTTING ME ON HOLD. SHE PLACED MY CALL ON HOLD MORE THAN FIVE TIMES. AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL AT THE END. I WAS REALLY ANGRY NOW THAN I CALLED AGAIN AND I ASKED TO TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR ON THE FLOOR. THAN MY CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE SUPERVISOR (MANOJ) I WANTED TO GIVE HIM THIS REFERENCE NUMBER BUT HE WAS NOT LISTENING TO ME, HE WAS KEPT ON SAYING THAT YOUR PLAN CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED. I WANTED TO LET HIM KNOW THAT [SIR I HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO 1 OF YOUR COLLEAGUE SHE GAVE ME A REF NUMBER[protected] PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE REFERENCE NUMBER.] BUT THAT GUY WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN AT ALL.                                   sir i really want my internet to be activated.
                                  Hello Vodafone CC,
                                  I am the loyal customer of vodafone since from last
                                  1.5 years. Last month i got the call from your center and they suggest
                                  me to migrate from prepaid to postpaid. As suggested i migrated and tell
                                  both the executive and representative i need roaming pack with the
                                  connection. Even i got the confirmation call where he repeated the same
                                  that i can get roaming pack with some additional charges.
                                  After i got my bill, I am shocked to see the roaming charges included in
                                  my bill. I complained it to 198 they deny to accept my complaint.
                                  After that i went to Vodafone Center they give me the complaint number
                                  ([protected]) and assured me that i got the call from vodafone and
                                  problem would be resolve.

                                  Today i got the message that problem is resolved. Even i didn&#039;t get the
                                  call How the complain is closed?

                                  The agency made the Fake commitment.Who is responsible for it?
                                  Am i the culprit?

                                    I had stopped my 3G activated on phone and activated 2G Plan of 2GB data. However, i was surprised that i was charged 3000 approx and my services were stopped without information. I had to face a lot of problem due to the disconnection. Although my limit is restricted to 1000 yet my limit was exceeded and i was informed that i should first pay the bill and amount will be adjusted in the subsequent month. But why should i pay anything in excess and wait for its adjustment subsequently. why cant it be adjusted now and my phone no be activated. I am penalized for no fault of mine inspite of regularly paying my bill.

                                      My vodafone no is [protected]. An amount of Rs 30, 15, 5 has been deducted from my balance in.prevoius month without any information. I have not downloaded anything or requested for any vodafone services. They are showing in my last deductions that a download has been done namely 'DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_30-HELLO1STORE'. which I have not done details can.be seen.from vodafone records. Please solve this fraudulent activities of vodafone just to harass people. They are being so unlawful. And evn taking to customer they didnt respond rightly just said we hve to careful while using plan .recently today also.deduction 15 rs was made where i was tryinv to get 5 rs per day plan on complaing to cc they said they cnt do.anything intsnt click.hv mde this . So cn this problm be solved and i get my bal refunded as i hvnt utilises any of the services .i request vodafone to provide correct n neccesry deduction only. And should respond to customer request .

                                        I have made payment Rs 120 for my prepaid mobile no [protected] on 20/10/2014 at 8:28 PM through net banking. But it has been observed that the mobile phone is found uncharged. Hence I want to know where the problem exists. It is requested to look into the matter. (A.Gogoi)
