Why are you not brand conscious anymore.
A random guy calls me today to inform about my increased Due amount, which i am quite aware of, since I knew I was roaming and would be on ISD.
firstly, I don't get these calls every month, on the other hand, you keep increasing my limit, but u call me to tell me, I have a bill to; pay ~4k, which is 20% of my limit and I am not a defaulter.
Secondly, the people who handle the phone have ZERO courtesy and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked what is the reason for the call, and you don't need to call me, they just hang up, without a thank you or absolute no words.call received from # +[protected] at 14:25 on Oct 20th.
I have complained previously about your poor service by sending a Survey question at 1AM. You guys are no where close to what your brand suggests. This is pathetic. Please work on it, else you will continue to lose customers.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am the loyal customer of vodafone since from last
1.5 years. Last month i got the call from your center and they suggest
me to migrate from prepaid to postpaid. As suggested i migrated and tell
both the executive and representative i need roaming pack with the
connection. Even i got the confirmation call where he repeated the same
that i can get roaming pack with some additional charges.
After i got my bill, I am shocked to see the roaming charges included in
my bill. I complained it to 198 they deny to accept my complaint.
After that i went to Vodafone Center they give me the complaint number
([protected]) and assured me that i got the call from vodafone and
problem would be resolve.
Today i got the message that problem is resolved. Even i didn't get the
call How the complain is closed?
The agency made the Fake commitment.Who is responsible for it?
Am i the culprit?
