Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to bring your notice that I have tried to recharge my vodafone prepaid mobile no [protected] on 10th Oct'2014 through my wife's ( Bandita ) SBI net banking for Rs 500 /-
But unfortunately recharge did not happen but Rs 500 has been deducted from Ac/ But now Vodafone customer care is refusing about the transaction and they are telling me that no amount has been deducted .
Kindly Guide me . It is really absurd and cheating on customer by vodafone . I want justice and my money back .
