My number is [protected], Name - Ganesh Dhawan & relationship number - 8.11583532.00.00.100122. I ported out of Loop & got Vodafone 2 months ago & i spoke to the guy over the phone on[protected]. He told me that the plan is an NCR employee offer as i work for NCR India Pvt Ltd. The plan was 200 Local Min 200 Local txts CUG free & 1GB of 3G Data for rs 250. when i agreed for it he informed everything will be the same & will start exactly on the day the sim card will be activated. But when i started using it i wasn't getting a speed of 3G so i called cust-care & Complained about the same its at that time i came to know the 3G was NOT ACTIVATED & i was getting CHARGED as a regular charge which is expensive if you compare it with the plan. It was already more than 25 days that i used the internet & so the bill was higher. Its then that i activated the 3G & started using it but by then i was ready for this dispute as i knew you guys would send me a bill higher than what i'm suppose to get. This conversation i had with the Customer care Agent should be in your CRM. Please check for it. When i received my bill & saw the charges to be high i went to the Vodafone Gallery which is at Prabhadevi signal Opp to Maratha Udyog Bhavan. I complained about the same to them & they informed me to send an email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com so i sent an email to them about the same. Also i mentioned the email on the website www.vodafone.in but didn't get any response. After 3 days i get a call from the complaint's department & he listened to what i had to say about the issue, & he told me, "he will look into the matter & will speak to the Senior & get this sorted as its not your mistake & will CALLBACK IN " 10 " MINUTES!" after that Until Today i haven't received a single call from HIM or anybody else. So if i was promised of something & if that wasn't done or delivered by YOU then why do you think I should pay for it ?? You guys promised me that everything will start automatically so i don't have to call again, & now you want me to pay for it ?? You guys have LIED to Me & PROMISED me of things & DIDN"T DO IT & WANT CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR IT. If you want me to continue with that number or if you want me Pay the bill then I want you to waive off the charges & send me a Fresh Bill with the actual charges that i have used. If that's not done then i will not pay the bill. Either fix this problem or else make sure nobody comes to My House asking for the Bill Payment. And if i don't get any response of this email then i guess you guys don't care about customers instead just want to make money by looting people. thank you Ganesh Contact : [protected].

    transfer of name of a pre paid sim card

    Hello I am Ravi kumar and my postpaid number is [protected]. This is regarding my last month's(Sept-2014) bill, in the bill i have been charged RS99/- for downloading "hello1_tvallsouth_". But actually i don't know what is this and i have never heard about this and moreover i have never downloaded such things. Need an explanation, why did you charge money for the un downloaded thing?       Dear sir I have the postpaid vodafone number- [protected]. There is always a big problem of not getting my bill and call details neither in soft copy nor in hard copy. but I always make payment according to sms on mobile due to fear of late fine. But this time I have not got my bill and call details since 5 months. And sms is showing so much huge amount for payment. For the same reason I have not paid for 2 months. Because its my right to know that what is my call details so that so much amount of bill is showing. I try to get my duplicate process, but there were so much lenthy process and time for wait. since i am employee o[censored]nion bank of india thats why i m facing your vodafone problem otherwise i will cut this number. So i request you to please make me available my due bill and call details at least of last three months so that i continue this number.

        Amount of Rs 99*3 has been charged by vodafone on the name of mydala without any information and permission. I talked to cust. Care bt they said it started by mydala. com on my vodafone number for which they have deducted Rs 99 three times falsely without even asking or taking my consent, i never opted for such kind of any services and when i called on themydala. com number they are saying i have clicked from my cellphone on the ad but before doing any deduction or anything else relating to any transaction why it has not been ask.?!? I want my money back.

            Hello sir/madam, I had recharged my no.[protected] with Rs.655/- on 30th july 2014. But the internet 3G pack was never activated. I talked to the senior customer care service official for many times since then who told me that it was a technical problem of vodafone, so my 3G net pack worth Rs.655/- would be activated, or else the amount would be refunded to my main account. I previously contacted vodafone through email, but to my utter disappointment, I have not been given the value refund on my no. mentioned above. So, I would request you give me the deserved service as a vodafone customer. Please consider that I cannot afford to lose Rs 655/- solely due to your fault. So, please let me have the service worth the money. Thank you.

                With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you. This is regarding a formal complaint against Vodafone employees named Rupang, Azaz and Pritesh, sitting in Vodafone Store of Anand District, Gujarat. I and my family have been using the Vodafone post paid connections for last 10 + years. Today I went to vodafone store for changing plan to my sim and these three employees used filthy kind of language to me and talked in a very rude manner with me. They wastes time with girls and are wasting valuable time of other customers. These employees were addressing me in a singular ascent which seemed me very insulting. People like these employees must be kicked out as they are spoiling the reputation of company. I was there with all my original documents and than too I was told to do things by my own. Why are the vodafone stores for? I am just planning to close the connection of all members of my family and will go to better service providers. My name is Bharat Bharvad.                     Dear sir, madam, My self varun.a and mob number is [protected] I took a corporate sim of vodafone with monthly plan of 499+ taxes which included 1.5GB of 3G and 2.5GB of 2G, But i when ever i on my 3G data the whole of network used go off, so even tough i paid for 3G network i was able use only 2G data in my phone. And regarding which i have called to customer care several times and my problem was never resolved.They used ask me call from alternative number and when i did that they kept my call on hold or disconnect the call when i tell my issue.Also i sent them a mail asking for them change the plan but no one reverted as if now.I am very disspointed and embarrassed with the service they are providing. So i kindly request you to resolve this issue and provide suitable amount of compensation for the same from the company for my precious time and irritation, Hoping for positive response.

                        Dear sir, Recently ported from airtel to Vodafone, number [protected], my connection has been suspended from today morning without notice, checked with nearest Vodafone store received the information regarding the last company bill payment pending. But airtel had received the cheque of pending amount last month without they produce any bills, requested the bills on time but they neglected so dishonor the cheque, three days before I talk to the concerned person from airtel and will give the next cheque on 25 th October as they agreed. But as a customer from Vodafone I never expect this kind of attitude towards a premium customer like me who is ported from a big network like airtel. And moreover I tried to contact customer care a lot of attempt with my next number [protected] but not connected with the customer care executive, totally fed up with this attitude from Vodafone cleanup the pending bills and wish to migrate some other good network in lack of solving this issue with in a time frame .                         I have similar problem. In my case the bill could not be delivered at my current resident, as I went to native because of diwali holidays. They have totally suspended my connection. They had collected all documents before doing MNP, they should learn from airtel or idea how to take care customer problem. The customer care team use " process word" as a hiding stone. My holiday was totally spoiled because of vodafone.

                          Hi, I was using a vodafone connection with the no [protected] for last 2 and half years. I lost the sim and phone in the month of June 2014 while travelling in Hyderabad. I requested Vodafone stores in Cunningham Road, Bangalore to deactivate the number in the month of June and they said they are helpless as the number is from Kerala. I contacted Vodafone Customer care number and requested for a deactivation and cancelation of the number. After that I received a bill for 1900 with 0 usage and was deducted from my account. I contacted the Vodafone care again and they said it will not happen again. After that everymonth I am getting vodafone bill and my alternate number which was given when i took the connection is getting continuous calls for bill payment. When ever I am clling the customer care for solving this issue, they will transfer the call to somebody who never pick up the call. Please help

                            I have 4 corporate numbers with Vodafone. Every month, they charge some X amount for some service they offer, which neither I have been intimated of or I have been using it for years and suddenly it gets chargeable. Its the same process every month, I gave to mail the corporate assist at Vodafone, they apologies and reverse my money. Is it the only thing in life remaining for me to sit and complain every month? Its period now!! They suck big time

                                My Mobile Number [protected]- Vodafone Napolean Kagoo I have been using Vodafone for 3 years . I have a issue regarding Customer care IVR access . Oct 4 I had a issue regarding bonus pack. I called customer care . Since then my IVR access blocked for my number. I couldn't access customer people from my number . I used land line number to get access to customer people twice. To release the block. But response was poor . I wrote email regarding this on Oct 15 th with docket number [protected] and[protected] . I got a call from Vodafone on Oct 16th . They said if you call more than three times to 111 your number will be blocked . After telephonic conversation IVR block was released . I was able to get access to customer people. I want to know why Vodafone blocking the access to Customer care people for 12 days after raising a issue. Other carriers won't block the access for IVR after raising a issue. Why Vodafone people afraid to speak to Customer after raising a issue . They claim that they provide best service in Vodafone through IVR when ever I call 111 . Better speak up and don't hide from the Customer after a issue.                                   Today morning I have received one fake call who hack my sbi account and made payment to vodafone bill desk amounted to Rs. 1200/- via transaction id[protected] from Mobile no. [protected]. lease look into the matter and refund my amount.
