Hello sir/madam,
I had recharged my no.[protected] with Rs.655/- on 30th july 2014. But
the internet 3G pack was never activated. I talked to the senior
customer care service official for many times since then who told me
that it was a technical problem of vodafone, so my 3G net pack worth
Rs.655/- would be activated, or else the amount would be refunded to
my main account.
I previously contacted vodafone through email,
but to my utter disappointment, I have not been
given the value refund on my no. mentioned above.
So, I would request you give me the deserved service as a vodafone
customer. Please consider that I cannot afford to lose Rs 655/- solely
due to your fault. So, please let me have the service worth the money.
