Hi, My name is Harshal Jamdade and my number [protected]. This is my vodafone mobile number and using this number since last once year. I would like to lodge a complaint against vodafone for deducting Rs 77.00 for Tiny TV service which was not requested by me. I have called vodafone customer care 4 times till now and spoke to 4 different advisors and they have disconnected call by putting me on hold. Finally when I got to speak to a supervisor who denied to refund because he claims that his system shows that I have downloaded this service from WAS where I can challenge vodafone that I have not downloaded this service niether I have requested for the one. I have the recordings of all my 4 calls. I would also like to suggest vodafone to hire an educated and literate supervisors and agent as it is really very difficult to explain them how difficult and frustrating it is to call and hold the call for such a long time and after this you get to know that your call has been disconnected. Throughout the call I tried to explain him that I have called him 4th time and I am very frustrated and the charges which are deducted are incorrect as I use a smart phone where I don't need to go to all this services, but the supervisor didn't seem to understand any of this. Same thing has happened to me also & after getting tired of complaining i decided to port and my family also ported their number from vodafone to idea!... it makes me very sad that phone companies can getaway with all this! If a customer doesn't pay a bill they file a case in court and take legal actions against them, while we the people have no rights against these companies when they cheat us!
Im dr shirish pawar using vodafone last 6 years.on 13/03/2015without any information they deducted rs 77 for tiny tv service.when i called to customer care they are telling its debited through internet . We cant do anything, u hav activeted through net. He is telling like any other site has deducted ur amount .
When i asked about the service then he told now visite vodafone and watch tv.

I was nt on their site still they have deducted amount and nw saying go to our site, isnt its an fooolish thing.my mob number [protected]

Im very much unsatisfied about vodafone service
If some website can activate Vodafone services & deduct credit amount from our accounts without confirmation, then it is surely Vodafone's fault! Isn't it?

    Dear Sir, Vodafone Claimed me wrong amount in July'14 Bill of Rs 884.19 and same has debited from my HDFC A/C via ECS on 18th July 2014. After my frequently complaint for wrong Charges Rs 400 refunded to me and adjusted in my Vodafone A/C on 22-July'14. Now Vodafone again claiming me an outstanding amount of Rs 884 and the customer care is saying you did not paid your july month Bill and saying that " we can not check adjustment amount before 90 Days.         In the billing cycle 15-09-14 to 14-10-14 of my number [protected], vodafone has charged Rs.30/- for hello1_tvallsouth_ and Rs. 49/- for wapvilla_ppd on[protected] . I have neither activated any service or downloaded any content. It seems vodafone is checking whether the customers cross check their bills or blindly pay the bill amount. It is requested to make the necessary corrections in the bill.
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        They have corrected the bill of last month and reversed the amount of Rs. 79/- BUT IN THE CURRENT MONTH BILL THEY ARE AGAIN CHARGING RS. 30/- for hello1_tvallsouth_. I think its time to say good bye to Vodafone and port the number to some other carrier.

          My name is Pankaj Shinde and my mobile no is [protected] VODAFONE given me promotional offer 2 months 3G data at Rs.225 and after two months they have charged as per their default plan even though I confirmed with customer executive that i want my 99/- plan rental for internet from 3rd month at the time of activation of this 3G plan for 2 months. Earlier also when i activated this for 2 month that time they have activated my rental 99/- plan for Internet from the 3rd month then why not this time??? Now they are telling me that the bill is right and you have to pay this 2188/- bill, but according to me they are cheating on customers by giving this 2 months promotional plan they charged huge bill from 3rd month. I already confirmed with Vodafone callers about this even though this happens. Please co-operate as waiting for your prompt reply.

            Hi Team, Please help me. Vodafone is deducting chanrges Rs 99 for some MyDala service which i did not avail in the VAS. Infact I have not enabled any VAS. I have only enabled GPRS services. When checking with customer care they told they can not do anything on this and there is no way to stop this.

                    My number is [protected], Name - Ganesh Dhawan & relationship number - 8.11583532.00.00.100122. I ported out of Loop & got Vodafone 2 months ago & i spoke to the guy over the phone on[protected]. He told me that the plan is an NCR employee offer as i work for NCR India Pvt Ltd. The plan was 200 Local Min 200 Local txts CUG free & 1GB of 3G Data for rs 250. when i agreed for it he informed everything will be the same & will start exactly on the day the sim card will be activated. But when i started using it i wasn't getting a speed of 3G so i called cust-care & Complained about the same its at that time i came to know the 3G was NOT ACTIVATED & i was getting CHARGED as a regular charge which is expensive if you compare it with the plan. It was already more than 25 days that i used the internet & so the bill was higher. Its then that i activated the 3G & started using it but by then i was ready for this dispute as i knew you guys would send me a bill higher than what i'm suppose to get. This conversation i had with the Customer care Agent should be in your CRM. Please check for it. When i received my bill & saw the charges to be high i went to the Vodafone Gallery which is at Prabhadevi signal Opp to Maratha Udyog Bhavan. I complained about the same to them & they informed me to send an email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com so i sent an email to them about the same. Also i mentioned the email on the website www.vodafone.in but didn't get any response. After 3 days i get a call from the complaint's department & he listened to what i had to say about the issue, & he told me, "he will look into the matter & will speak to the Senior & get this sorted as its not your mistake & will CALLBACK IN " 10 " MINUTES!" after that Until Today i haven't received a single call from HIM or anybody else. So if i was promised of something & if that wasn't done or delivered by YOU then why do you think I should pay for it ?? You guys promised me that everything will start automatically so i don't have to call again, & now you want me to pay for it ?? You guys have LIED to Me & PROMISED me of things & DIDN"T DO IT & WANT CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR IT. If you want me to continue with that number or if you want me Pay the bill then I want you to waive off the charges & send me a Fresh Bill with the actual charges that i have used. If that's not done then i will not pay the bill. Either fix this problem or else make sure nobody comes to My House asking for the Bill Payment. And if i don't get any response of this email then i guess you guys don't care about customers instead just want to make money by looting people. thank you Ganesh Contact : [protected].

This is regarding my last month's(Sept-2014) bill, in the bill i have been charged RS99/- for downloading "hello1_tvallsouth_". But actually i don't know what is this and i have never heard about this and moreover i have never downloaded such things. Need an explanation, why did you charge money for the un downloaded thing? There is always a big problem of not getting my bill and call details neither in soft copy nor in hard copy. but I always make payment according to sms on mobile due to fear of late fine. But this time I have not got my bill and call details since 5 months. And sms is showing so much huge amount for payment. For the same reason I have not paid for 2 months. Because its my right to know that what is my call details so that so much amount of bill is showing. I try to get my duplicate process, but there were so much lenthy process and time for wait. since i am employee o[censored]nion bank of india thats why i m facing your vodafone problem otherwise i will cut this number. So i request you to please make me available my due bill and call details at least of last three months so that i continue this number.

                          Amount of Rs 99*3 has been charged by vodafone on the name of mydala without any information and permission. I talked to cust. Care bt they said it started by mydala. com on my vodafone number for which they have deducted Rs 99 three times falsely without even asking or taking my consent, i never opted for such kind of any services and when i called on themydala. com number they are saying i have clicked from my cellphone on the ad but before doing any deduction or anything else relating to any transaction why it has not been ask.?!? I want my money back.

                              Hello sir/madam, I had recharged my no.[protected] with Rs.655/- on 30th july 2014. But the internet 3G pack was never activated. I talked to the senior customer care service official for many times since then who told me that it was a technical problem of vodafone, so my 3G net pack worth Rs.655/- would be activated, or else the amount would be refunded to my main account. I previously contacted vodafone through email, but to my utter disappointment, I have not been given the value refund on my no. mentioned above. So, I would request you give me the deserved service as a vodafone customer. Please consider that I cannot afford to lose Rs 655/- solely due to your fault. So, please let me have the service worth the money. Thank you.

                                  With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you. This is regarding a formal complaint against Vodafone employees named Rupang, Azaz and Pritesh, sitting in Vodafone Store of Anand District, Gujarat. I and my family have been using the Vodafone post paid connections for last 10 + years. Today I went to vodafone store for changing plan to my sim and these three employees used filthy kind of language to me and talked in a very rude manner with me. They wastes time with girls and are wasting valuable time of other customers. These employees were addressing me in a singular ascent which seemed me very insulting. People like these employees must be kicked out as they are spoiling the reputation of company. I was there with all my original documents and than too I was told to do things by my own. Why are the vodafone stores for? I am just planning to close the connection of all members of my family and will go to better service providers. My name is Bharat Bharvad.                                     My name is vinay .my number was [protected] now this time suspen by vodafone company.I have received wrong bill genrate according internet usage.that time I had complaint abou wrong bill genrate.I have already active unlimited internet pack.and I want about me I know how to use internet beacuse I m allready software engineer.I know about internet .I have companies about wrong billbill.but they said me they ll resolve my issue butbut wiout any information my number was disconnected.plz resolve my issue .now I m using this number [protected]

                                      Dear sir, madam, My self varun.a and mob number is [protected] I took a corporate sim of vodafone with monthly plan of 499+ taxes which included 1.5GB of 3G and 2.5GB of 2G, But i when ever i on my 3G data the whole of network used go off, so even tough i paid for 3G network i was able use only 2G data in my phone. And regarding which i have called to customer care several times and my problem was never resolved.They used ask me call from alternative number and when i did that they kept my call on hold or disconnect the call when i tell my issue.Also i sent them a mail asking for them change the plan but no one reverted as if now.I am very disspointed and embarrassed with the service they are providing. So i kindly request you to resolve this issue and provide suitable amount of compensation for the same from the company for my precious time and irritation, Hoping for positive response.
