I have been trying to get Vodafone red 899 plan from past 2 months, every time I am told its not available in the systems & cust service keeps transferring me to various departments & today I was asked to speak to vodafone store. Whats the point of having customer care if they are not helpful. Is it really customer care center or customer harrasment center. Vodafone is not letting us change the plans so they can earn more. I request you to intervene & get things right or get these people to stop false advertising.

      Its 3rd time giving the complaint, there is no responce, Hi, I have two no.of vodaphone, one no.is-[protected]& other no.is-[protected], whenever try to call from [protected] to my add-on no.[protected] is not been connected always comes busy, where the line will be free, please make them connected, its happened only with my no.where others calls always comes on that.         I had a Prepaid Vodafone Mobile No.[protected] which I took to US in July2013, returned in Sept 2013 and again went back to US in Nov.2013 and returned on 14th Dec.2013. The phone functioned very well in US and here till 14th Dec.13 till I alighted in Bangalore but stopped functioning since then though it had a balance of more than Rs.170 or so. Despite my several complaints, though I was repeatedly told the number was active it didn't work and out of frustration I gave up. I have the SIM still installed in my Spicejet phone. Sometime back I tried to recharge online through ICICI Bank. Though initially the amount was debited on my Debit Card after sometime a message was received saying the amount was credited back due to rejection of re-charge.           My mobileon. is [protected]. Frequent deduction of 00.08Paisa and so on is going on day and night since a long time. Today I called 4-5 times to your CCO No. [protected] and they asked to me reply the messages they sent me by words one time CAN VL, other time CAN VMC and other time DCT VMC. I did so but received back messages that 'Your request can not be processed' 'You are not allowed to subscribe this service' ' Please send a valid request'. I have spent half a day of my holiday for this but all in vein. I send above messages to 111 and 144 as told by your CCO executives. If you can help me in deactivation of internet conn. which I have never used, I will be very oblize to you... This is extremely bad feeling to me from your executive part

            I am really disappointed from vodafone for this invalid deduction of Rs 49 from my account yesterday and i was using 3G DATA PLAN. When i called and asked them about the same they said i have downloaded the service DNLD-WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 but i have never clicked on any such link or service. And when i asked them what kind of service is this...these people said they have no idea about such service. Then why such a big recharge amount deduction. How can someone trust them now. I am being a valuable customer is very disappointed from their so called Customer Service.

                  That Time I m Busy, and I try to call u back bt i Can't connect with u
                  Had get vodafone billing card in december from Vodafone with plan of 199, having schemes like 300 messeges, 400 local minutes and 1 GB 3g internet. But after one month i got mail regarding bill and i get literally shocked because they generate my bill with amount 3000rs. Which is totally wrong. So i didn't pay the bill. But after then i got call from vodafone they Harassing for paying bill by calling. They were requesting me for atlist 2000 but i refused to pay the bill.

                    Dear Sir/mam This is to bring to your notice that my number has been deducted for 99 rupees at around 10 am on 28.09.2014 without my approval. Not only this when I talked to ms naina Ghosh your customers care Executive she was extremely rude in her customer approach which has pained more than my deductions. Despite my several pleads for lodging the complaint it was disregarded it might be that you people have done enough business in India and you don't need more. Its height of complacency but still its your choice. The 99 rupees deduction was because I had balance credited on my number and if you think that keep enough was my mistake then I will leave your service and kindly port my nthe number to airtel or else kindly return my Balance Thanking you for your cooperation

                    I agree what you said about height of complacency. I have also faced their rude behaviour and despite multiple conversations with them no solution has been made. They have even disconnected out of frustration while we were conversing. Mailed me that my amount would be refunded and called me that they have said no such thing. They seriously need to improve their customer relationship.

                      I am again charged with the same problem ! Vodafone is not sharing details of what has been download ! The site they are saying does not even exist on internet then what the [censored] can they charge us for downloaded content when there is so such site anywhere hello_tvalls ! My mobile number is [protected] ! thiis is the 2nd time i have been charged and vodafone says those r correct charges ! Plzz give me a refund of both the months or discontinue my simcard
                      Guys same problem with me .I was charged Rs 495 for downloading charges .I have activated my 2G data pack, which is not consumed completly till the end of month .Then how could the charge me any downloading charge .

                      Vodafone done have any good roaming plan so i asked for porting my number to AIRTEL and from the same month the bill is added with download charge .

                          Vodafone mobole number [protected] Hi team, I had recharged my account by a top up of rs 250 my balance was rs 250 after the top up and my internet pack was over and my phone was on mobile data mode which i was not aware of i did not use Internet i did not surf on any website nor i used Facebook or whatsapp later in the evening when i tried to make a call from my phone i got to hear that i have 0.00 balance so i called Vodafone customer service i was told that i used up 62mb of internet data which is not true as i never used and in case if i used i never got any notification that i have used so much amount of data and so amount has been deducted if i would have got that information i would have been aware in the first place i always get notification this time i did not get i did not change any settings for notification i have been a loyal customer with Vodafone for more than 7 to 8 years with total three sim cards under my name request you to look into the matter if i dont get back my balance i will disconnect all the three sim cards plus i will tell my family too to disconnect their service with vodafone which they will as all o[censored]s has Vodafone service.                             to whom so ever it may concern, My name is Deepak mishra. and my phone no is [protected]. I am using my postpaid connection from last 3 months. from last 3 months i am getting very high bill from your company which i don't think i have that much o[censored]sage. When i had complained at your customer care they have asked me to change the plan as my plan was activated with the plan which even i was no aware. I though it may be because of miss communication and after that i had asked him to convert my postpaid into prepaid and then he had told me that your company have corporate plan for me and your monthly bill from that plan will not exceed above 599rs. The plan which he has explained me to was very low and reasonable and i got convinced from him. But again it was the false commitment from your employee and again it exceeds more than previous one for the month August, 2014. But unfortunately even this time they have activated some different plan and activated unwanted plan. When i had complained regarding this they have told me that you have to pay the bill or otherwise your number will get disconnect.

                              Respected sir, i am Gosbel Pereira my mob. no. is [protected]. yesterday i had registered a complain regarding not able to use the balance data which i got by activating Rs. 29/- 3G plan of 500Mb. my complaint no. is [protected] i had to call 3 times to just get my complaint registered. due to the pathetic response from your executives (named:- Rakesh, pappu (which i doubt is fake name and swati) i was promised i that the problem will be solved within 4 hrs and i would get a call and message from your customer care regarding it. but i have failed to get any of the both. And today am not able to connect to any executive for registering a complaint again. The validity period of the plan was for 24 hrs which is now expired and despite of having the plan activated i was charged for the data. the amount deducted from my account went in vain and i was not even able to avail the services despite of payment i made. its a kind request to you to look into the matter and take appropriate action. kindly do the needful Regards, Gosbel.                                 I am a vodafone postpaid user with mobile number [protected](Delhi NCR). I had activated some internet plans on my mobile in early August 2014. After that, I went to the nearby Vodafone Store in Gurgaon to check the fees of my internet plans. The guy present there said that I had 2 plans activated and they would cost me Rs. 400 in total. But now when I look at my bill for the month of Aug 2014, there is a charge of rs. 850 in internet plans under 'MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G'. I never took this plan. Vodafone sucks so much these days. They called me once for paying the bill and I was busy, hence asked them to call me later. After that they have called me twice, once today(27th sep 2014) and yesterday but as soon as I pick up the phone, the person on the other side hangs up the phone. Looks like every Cust Care Rep wants to avoid such sticky situations. Also, they have replied twice to my emais, not once explaining what this Rs. 850 internet plan is. I plan to get this number disconnected.

                                I am sure there are many more innocent customers who have the same issue.
                                I was having two nos of Vodafone, postpaid and prepaid, prepaid was only for internet datapack, suddenly internet connection gone to postpaid connection and my one month bill gone to Rs. 4700/-, previous my bill never extended for Rs. 150/-
                                Same is happening with me. My Vodafone relationship number is 1.48524349 and last two months bill were both inflated and confusing lot with addition of this 'MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G' which ofcourse I never opted for. My earlier bills were used to be around Rs 600 or Rs 700 but never this much. There is definitely something wrong with Vodafone and we have been wrongly charged. I will try to look for some other option if this is not resolved or Vodafone failed to give any response on it.

                                  dear sir, my prepaid mobile number was debited for more than rs 300+ last week without any information . i tried to enquire customer care executive, but they just do not provide satisfied answer . I received message about free 1000 minutes for one months, without any request against my mobile charge of . Rs 522 . I hardly use this mobile for making calls . Therefore not at all interested in any kind of offer !!! Pl note . You are requested to re deposit balance fund immediately to my account else i will lodge necessary cheating complaint against Vodafone .                                   Debit of 300 Rs on account of internet usage, even though i have an internet plan active. I have raised the complaint several times, but no response. they say the debit is genuine. But they are refusing to provided itemised statement for debit. How to lodge a cheating complaint.                                       I had recharged 3g 1gb internet data plan on my mobile no. [protected] for rs.251/-. I got the message that 3g data plan activated on your mobile and will expire on 23.10.2014 at around 3.30 pm. At 6.30 pm I received message that my data plan overwritten with a follow on message that your 2g internet data plan has been activated. But to my surprise I had not done any recharge at around 6.30 pm for rs.175/-. When I complained to vodafone to restore 3g services they straight away denied and told that we could reverse the 2g plan and will not refund rs.251/-. I told them to register my complaint as my no.was recharged wrongly by someone and why will I suffer for the act of wrong transaction done by someone else. One mr.prabhu of vodafone told that they could not do so. Please help out and try to restore my 3g internet data plan or tell them to refund rs.251/-.

                                        I HAD BEEN RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM VX-611120 STATING THAT GET 1GB [protected]@RS.155 INSTEAD OF RS.251.ONE-TIME OFFER THROUGH RECHARGE MODE ONLY. i HAD BEEN REACHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT OF RS.155/- TRANS ID KK[protected]. BUT I DIDNT GET 3G BENIFIT INSTEAD OF THAT I HAD RECEIVED 750MB 2G DATA. WHAT A SERVICE... MY NO [protected] DELIP K.G
