I am using the Vodafone 3G dongle K 4201 I number [protected], when I try to connect to my laptop its giving me the message Error Code 1099 contact customer care and confirm the error code . I
I have given the complaint to akurdi Vodafone store on Friday i.e 19 -sep, 2014, And I am following up with the Vodafone, but still I have not got any resolution they only say we have arrange the call with data team, on Monday 1.30 pm, I have not received any call from Vodafone, I againg called the Vodafone and asked about the solution, they said that you will get call at 6 pm on Monday, still no luck I haven't recived any call, then when I call Vodafone on Tuesday morning at 9.30 am, and asked about the solution got reply that you will get the call at 1.pm, still now its 2.30 I haven't received any call, and when I called back, I didn't got any resolution. Is this the sevice Vodafone provide to customer.
Its worst using Vodafone Dongle.
