I ported out my no. [protected] in vodafone. On phone vodafone executive told me that rental is 249, thereafter when services get started i came to know that it is 299 rental. Things did not stop here, when executive went for field verification he visited wrong house no and reported it as negative verification. Then I visited vodafone store cannaught place delhi, on 17.09.2014 to submit documents again. They assured me this time it will not happen but again they went to wong house no as it was punched wrongly by vodafone store. I visited store again on 21.09.2014 and 23.09.2014 again submitted documents but still my services are barred. I am helpless to do anything and vodafone store are not intrested to help. they are doing it wrong everytime. My complaint no is [protected]. Is there any way which could help me.

    hi, this is priti here, an existing customer of Vodafone ([protected]), i would like to inform that i am using this corporate connection of vodafone for past one year, and really its made my life hell. i have applied for Rs.99/- rental plan but instead of that i found Rs.199/- plan has been given to me. After that i found one Rs.160/- STD pack is been added in my number without my concern, i had called many times regarding this issue but didnt get any solution, so i stopped paying the bill amount and when i got called from customer care on 10 th sept 2014, i told them that until & unless i will get proper solution for this i wont pay the bill amount. as per their suggestion i gave a complaint in vodafone corporate care, but at the mean time they blocked my outgoing call and didn't solve my problem .i had already mentioned in my mail that i want to change this post paid connection to prepaid but now also not even a single plan was deactivated from my number.on 23rd sept, 8;15 p.m i got a call from vodafone(Sneha Bondade), and she told me they are arranging Rs.160/- in my number and it will reflect in my next billing date & i confirmed her that in this billing date i will pay the outstanding amount and i will give a request for transfer it from post paid to Prepaid, i got a mail also but today morning i have found that my incoming call is also blocked by vodafone and even i am not finding network in my cellphone. Really it is a kind of harassment for me. And without concern of mine they have consequently added plan in my number and when i asked for solution they restricted both outgoing & incoming call facility.

      I used the 1Gb monthly postpaid Vodafone plan where monthly bill is 375. On 13th of June 2014 I had requested
      vodafone employees to downgrade my servies to the basic plan of ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99 as I had to start my short term visit to a Ivory Coast West Africa.I noticed that even communicated on mail, the concerned person didnt requested a change of plan i wanted. I send repeated requests to the vodafone for the activation of the aforesaid plan and rejected to pay the bill unless it gets corrected. Then I went on to complain this to vodafone customer complaint. I already requested to remove the 1GB Plan from the postpaid services, but has it been continued till date. as of now I have a legal notice from KSA Legal Services in my name dated on 20th Sept 2014 for the non payment of bill charges. Shall I go on and clear the bill now or shall I wait for to come back to India. I have to comeback in india on 11th
      For all the mentioned duration i haven't used the number itself as the recieving charges are 100/- per minute. As for now I went to the Consumer Court and will accuse Vodafone for failure of services and harrassment.

        Please read it before its too late, especially corporate customers. Note: 2G internet problem is common since last 2-3 weeks. No action from VF. Complain as much you can People, wake up. Discontinue Vodafone as soon as you can. All the money they spend is on marketing and advertisements( all the Zoozoo ads, VF RED marketing, VF postpaid marketing). They spend very less money on upgrading towers, customer service etc. They think of Corporate customers as innocent millionares. Google'Vodafone complaints' and you will find 70% complaints from corporate customers of inflated bills of over thousands common. Even vodafone care people are bloody slum stars. They talk like the king of the area while the English/Language they speak makes you LOL inside. This guy, Rahul Pillai abused me, moved his hands to have fight with me over nothing. I complained customer care, they said you need to contact Mr. Nodal officer. Nodal officer is busy in marketing VF RED instead of listening complaints. Guys, dont think that just lodging a complaint with VF will solve your problem, they do it because TRAI has regulated it for every operator. Innocent corporate customers please switch to other operator( Airtel) because they atleast provide services. VF is the ugly operator all over the world. Some quick facts and bads about VF: 1. VF scam of 14000 crores. Google it! 2. VF fails to provide minimum 3G speed in UK while other 3 operators succeed 3 VF rated as worst provider in UK. VF blames the method used to rate. Comments convey the ugly truth 4. VF corporate customers over the world face problems as Indian people do. 5 VF increases prices twice this year intentionally, forcing users to move to 3G while others( Airtel, Idea) increased prices to provide better services 6 Last but not least, VF is not Indian, most of the money you spend does no good to India. So boycott Vodafone because its slow, bad and unreliable especially Corporate customers should move to Airtel whereas others can simply move to many other good operators.

          my vodafone number is [protected]. my complaint against you is i used unlimited internet plan, but you charged me 406 rupees in my latest bill in downloads. and i have not downloaded anything. even i dont use any paid site. so please adjust my 406 ruppees in next bill because now i will pay only just 400 ruppees out of total bill 810 ruppees and other 404 rupeess, i will not pay, so please solve this problem.if not so please disconnect my number.

            my name is anop navnath belbhandare .i applied for new vadafone connection on 17 sep. 2014. i paid Rs 120 to vadafone gallery at sanpada railway station.they said i will get talktime of Rs 108 after activation of card.and the card will activate within 24 hrs.the next day card is activated but the balance of Rs 108 was not credited into the account.
            i went to the gallery at sanpada station after leaving the office they said they do not have sufficient balance tomorrow they will credit the money into account.but from last six day daily i used to go to shop for my balance they said tomorrow n tomorrow. due to this i m totally mentally imbalance nd stress become sick.
            please take immediate action on this gallery.

                Hi, My name is Sahin Siddique and my number is [protected]. Before few days back I recharged with Vodafone 649 for unlimited (3G) but after 2 days I was getting very poor speed. I called customer care, as per there update after 3GB my data speed will be reduce but before recharge I called customer care and as per there update if I recharge with 649 I will get unlimited 3G for 30 days without any speed reduction and also I have I have contact Vodafone chat support (I have chat history with screen shoot), reply is same. So, I write a mail to Vodafone nodal office’s with screen shoot, They called me and inform sorry it was by mistake someone given you this information, And she rudely told me you will not get your data whatever you want to do, do it. So, Consumer complaint is the final hope. Thank you! Hope you people help me in that.

                    Sir, I am harpreet singh ( ph no.[protected]) a resident of new delhi, i have been using vodafone's telecommunication services since 8 yrs. Recently while i was surfing internet on my iPhone using 3g network, 3 tabs poped up -myntra, jabong and mydala. On the 3 rd tab before even opening it, a message was written that Rs 49 will be deducted from your account. As written vodafone deducted rs 49 from my account, that was not it soon after a debit of Rs99 was also effected for voda alert and that happened when I was talking to one of the customer care executive. This was on 21st sept 2014 and it didn't end here, the same thing happened on 23rd as well. Despite my numerous attempts no resolution was provided and a total of Rs 294 has been deducted. No customer care executive was competent enough to help me out, rather most of them were rude enough to either put my line on hold or disconnect it. There has been an emense wastage of my time and a wholesome harassment. It is therefore pleaded that the loss shall be restored.

                      I have 2 post paid account we have inter calling free. They are applied charges my money for inter calling phone calls. And every bill have added 5 to 10 rs changes for GPRS. If you don't have GPRS support phone that time also they are added in bill GPRS. I complaint regarding this they are not getting seriously regarding complaints. Earning money by third party also. They provided personal numbers to Credit Card holders and Private Insurance Firm also. We are getting always calls from someone for something purpose. Sameer

                          I have three vodafone connections. due to unfair service i have to withdraw the connection. I have informed the customer care, complaint cell and also to the extension place in my work place. All they said is to damage the sim card and throw it away. But i really dont know why still the vodafone people are charging to me. It was just your people who said to do it and now they are charging on me.

                            Hi, I am using the Vodafone 3G dongle K 4201 I number [protected], when I try to connect to my laptop its giving me the message Error Code 1099 contact customer care and confirm the error code . I I have given the complaint to akurdi Vodafone store on Friday i.e 19 -sep, 2014, And I am following up with the Vodafone, but still I have not got any resolution they only say we have arrange the call with data team, on Monday 1.30 pm, I have not received any call from Vodafone, I againg called the Vodafone and asked about the solution, they said that you will get call at 6 pm on Monday, still no luck I haven't recived any call, then when I call Vodafone on Tuesday morning at 9.30 am, and asked about the solution got reply that you will get the call at 1.pm, still now its 2.30 I haven't received any call, and when I called back, I didn't got any resolution. Is this the sevice Vodafone provide to customer. Its worst using Vodafone Dongle. Regards, Gajanan

                              My mobile number is [protected]. I can not able to use mobile phone and Internet on my smart phone because of poor signal. The Vodafone keep on saying that they are taking action to improve. After repeated complaints, yesterday ( 22.09.2014) Vodafone deputed a networking person who has visited the house and confirmed that there is no signal and mobile phone can not be used . I asked for inspection report which they said that the do not have such practice. Every month I pay the charges for which I can not use. When I asked for refund of my payment. I can not be allowed to even to know to whom I have launch the complaint.

                                    Hi, My Main balance was deducted when I was using Internet. I had a 1GB 3G Data plan active with a remaining Data of 295 MB. But still my main balance got deducted. When I call back to Customer care, got to know like some paid downloads has been done. But as per my best knowledge I never did that kind of download. Even If I attempted to do that, it could have intimated me as it is paid download and certain charges will apply. I never get any such message. The Chennai Customer care Rep responded very poor and unclear manner to give the full information. And he is reluctant to transfer the call to his supervisor too. When I ask to transfer, they put it on hold for 5-10 mins and call got disconnected. I am posting this to make other's aware that vodafone is doing poor maintenance on both tracking and with customer care.

                                      my vodafone postpaid number [protected] was having bill to be payed as 400 and within 24hours the bill to be payed got increased to 539 . we dont have any idea why the money is deducted and for what purpose . we have been trying to contact the custom care to lodge a complaint and had even talk to many representatives but no such response have been there from their side .. they are bluffing uss and are not responding to our queries .. i deman a serious action against the executives for ignoring our complaints

                                        Dear Sir, I was the Voda phone pre padi customer for last 4years. There was no legal matters against me. But when we check my number [protected] in Truecaller it was showing my name as Madhu Frod. So if the Truecaller shows like that how it was possible i dont know. It was problem to individual character and immage in my profession. So, if you look in to this matter i will continue with Voda. Other wise i regret to say i will change my operator.

                                        hey true caller doesnt take your details from the vodafone's database or in fact from any service provider's data base..actully these details are not shared to anyone by the service provider..

                                        please understand the working of truecaller..

                                        it collects the contacts of all truecaller users and forms a data base, , , from that data base it shows the detials...

                                        so i think some of your friends or someone whom you knw has saved your contact as Madhu Frod in his/her phone..and true caller is using the same name to display

                                        Vodafone has nothing to do with it.
