The worst Internet Provider...

I am a regular 2G mobile Internet user.After my Internet pack was over last month, I received a call from vodafone care that if I recharge within a certain period of time I will get extra benefits.
Usually if I recharge with pack199-I will be having unlimited Internet/with Speed of 80kbps for first 2GB.
But they stated that if I recharge for the same amount within the prescribed days, I will be able to access unlimited Internet/80kbps for first 3GB.
My Internet pack ends by September 20, still I am unable to access the Internet with a proper speed and as well I haven't received that extra 1GB.
I registered a complaint on 14th September but still they haven't resolved the problem.
The customer care executive stated that I have used lesser amount of MB.
I enquired her whether the additional 1GB is added or not.She stated that still its not added.
The customer care executive assured me that she will resolve the problem within 24 Hours, but by now its nearly 5 days, still the problem is not resolved.
Now my Internet pack is up to over still the issues are not solved.
If I try to check my Internet usage Its not displaying the right content.It is showing some unwanted contents.
