I have changed the service provider in last year(2013) August or September. Now number([protected]) is with Airtel. Took this number from Vodafone 8+ years back. Changed after many complaints of network/connectivity issues. Madhapur vodafone center executives said have issued a check. I visited store many times. Every time same answer your check was returned as the address was incorrect. 4 months back one of the executives said, please wait for some time frame (i don't remember it) and i[censored] don't receive it then come back to the store. We'll provide refund in cash. I visited 15 days back again. They said issuing cash refund is against policy & the associate you spoke to left the company. They also said we see only 1 request from you. Spoke to store manager on phone as he was on leave. He said we'll get the check to our store u collect it after 10 days. We'll call u once we receive it. Today, i visited and asked its around 15 days i dint receive any call. They say we dint receive it. I might come in 2 days. I asked a representative, y dint u inform me about that when I was supposed to get a call in 10 days. He says we dint get check would have called if we had received. I asked him don't u have minimum courtesy to give me call saying there is a delay. U r informing when am here. He says if we had called u would have asked several questions on y d check isn't here yet. Therefore, v dint call. He says v cant take that risk by showing courtesy. If this is the way a customer who has 1 number still with your company and had removed 2 numbers after 8 years of relationship is treated, I doubt your existence in this country.

      Captioned no. was port from Docomo to vodafone. Due to outstanding of docomo of Rs. only 68/, vodafone has diconnected my services & i had deposited outstanding amt. online on 06.09.14 vide payment ref. no. HDFC11262345. And I had psoted the mail to both service provider i.e Docomo & Vodafone. But till my resolution is not happened. I believe these companies are least bother that somebody is facing problems only because of your negligence. I am in roaming & my no. is not working.         Hi MY mobile number is [protected] in Bangalore, i am having post paid connection and i am geting more bill, so i requested to covert it to prepaid connection. they told me to visit the vodafone store there they told me that to grt the facility i has to visit the vodafone store on billing date 25 th of the month, On 25 th i visited the store again they told i has to visit the store on 26 th because bill will get generated on 26 th, once again i visited 26 th that day told i has to visit the store on 22nd of the month before the billing date, like this vodafone people are misguiding and cheating the people. Clearly they will not tell what is the correct procedure to get the facility. This has happened many times, i have taken leaves to visit the store by this i have lost the money and also i have taken the money for interest to pay the bill here also i have lost the money. In the add they will show we are happy to help you, but these people are happy to cheat people. They will tell us send the mail to costomer care, there will not be any reply for the mail.iam unhappy with the vodaphone service. So i am requesting you to convert my connection to prepaid as i am unable to pay the bill which is generated by the vodaphone. Regards Shetty.

            Incorrect package and price details are mentioned on their website. I made a recharge of INR 199 as mewntioned on the website which gives us 1.25 gb data for 28 days validity. My plan wasnt activated due to which i called customer care where i get to know that there is no such package and i am lying to them. Pathetic customer service as when i asked for a supervisor there was no result. Wrong information given on website, fake commitments, fake packages mentioned on website... Frauds

              I had ported my number from Reliance two months ago, and the number was working properly till a few days ago. I was in roaming, and people were complaining that they get a message "please check the number". Today I went to a Vodafone outlet in Nagpur and they said that the number has been Expired! I would like to know how it happened, and to see that the number is reinstated with immediate effect.

                Hi I am staying in Chennai. I went to vodafone shore room ascendas building and appied a new postpaid connection. Executive briefly explained me about the plan and gives set of numbers to choose (this all are not fancy numbers). I have selected [protected]. I asked vodafone customer care person to activate this number. Then I have submitted my form photo and id proof. I circulated this new number to my friends. Same day evening time vodafone executive called me this number has been blocked. Take some other number. Initially they assure to give this number. Later they clearly mentioned this number has been blocked. Vodafone usually sells all their fancy number at higher price they come to know this number looks like too fancy.                   Dear team, On dated 18th sept. I was recharge my number with Rs. 149 and day after next day i seen my balance is diducted and balance is remains as Rs.18 only.. Regarding same i was discussed with your one of customer executive Mr. Krishna Dalvi he told that i activated live TV channel during surfing but i said that i am not activated any scheme during browsing then he is assures that me dont worry we wll refund your balance within 4 hrs. But stll my balance is not returned in my account... So kindly refund my balance as early as possible...

                    On[protected], I have received bill of my mobile no [protected] for the period[protected] to[protected] and in the same period Vodafone have charged Rs 199 for 2GB 2g plan, Rs. 250 for 1GB 3G plan and VF Mobile connect usage 1842980 KB charges Rs 4198.60 + taxes charges. Total mobile bill amount Rs 5878.64. During period[protected] to[protected] on my mobile as Rs 199 for 2GB 2G plan was activated than how this much charges can come. mail was written on same day to customer care and further to nodal officer, even after passing 2 months and sending several mails every time nodal officer demand 48 hrs to turn back but till date I have not received any satisfactory reply . At the same time collection department is calling at my wife's mobile no and demanding for payment while I have already communicated through mail that for any communication regarding mobile no [protected] talk only to me at my mobile no [protected].

My complainant regarding Aug. month vodafone postpaid bill in that bill extra internet charges was 225 Rs. but i talk to her customer care no. at 111 on 16.09.2014 they said u used 521 mb then i ask how much extra Rs. internet i used they said 85 Rs. then hear this i turn off my mobile data then how 85/- become 225/-.I also talk to her nodal officer they said they can't help me i said u just play recording of me & ur customer care conversation. They said tell me name i tell no name in msg only complainant no. i have[protected]. The nodal officer say i can't help u i want name of that person.I also call her customer care at 198 on 15.09.2014 or 14.09.2014 they said u consumed 477 mb till date. When bill come i see my 500 mb was end in 07.09.2014.                               Hi, I have two numbers [protected] and [protected] both are CUG activated but have been charged for the calls between both (CUG code[protected]. I want these charges to be waived of as soon as possible. As it clearly shows the amount charged between the two. I have also spoken with you customer care, as per the directions I have sent this email. I need these charges to be waived of. Immediate action would be appreciated.                                 I use a Prepaid connection from Vodafone having number [protected] in the name ofKrishna Kumar Mohta. Day before yesterday when I called the customer care to check if the number is stillactive and I can use it by doing a recharge I was told that any recharge above50 can be done and a bal of Rs. 20 would be deducted from the account and theconnection will get started in 24 hrs. When the connection did not get started I called yesterday again to cheack what is thereason for the same. I was informed that I will have to visit the Vodafone Store to get the same startedalong with all the documents. This is a criminal waste of time for me. I was not informed this before getting therecharge done.

                                    Hi, My Mobile number is XXXXXXX, This mail is regarding the extra charges in my billing amount, There is some extra charges of data pack include in my bill of Jul-Sep 2014. My net plan is of1GB/ 250 rs. I have consumed only 1020 MB data of my net pack in all the billing cycle from july till date . Three to four month back After my Internet pack was over, I received a call from vodafone care that if I recharge within a certain period of time I will get extra benefits. If I recharge for 450 rs having 2000MB. But I did not opted for that plan. How can I guys active that plan without informing me. I am sorry to say but you guys provide the worst service with poor management. I hadn’t make any call or email regarding this plan. I thought 250 rs plan is running in my phone. Kindly let me know or give me the valid reason why you had changed the plan without my permission. Or give me the message or email send by me regarding changing the plan from 1000MB to 2000MB. Let me know all the details ASAP.

                                      Hi, Mobile number:[protected] Name: Meenu Rani This mail is regarding the extra charges in my billing amount. There is some extra charges of data pack include in my bill of Jul-Aug, 2014. My net plan is of1GB/ 125 rs. I have consumed only 1020 MB data of my net pack in billing cycle as per i received a message from custom care on 16 Aug 2014 at 6:34pm(refer to attached screenshot of message received).. After 16 Aug, i did not use my net pack. When i contact with custom care they said that i have get charged on data consumption on 15 and 16 Aug 2014 but how it could be possible if i have already some data remains in my account. Please look at this issue. i have already visited the vodafone store located at sector 50, Noida, 2 times and discuss this matter with them.But yet i did not receive any update regarding this. I have already send this mail to customcare at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 16 sept 2014. but did not reciece anyupdate on this.                                         I am a regular customer of vodafone and regulary using net services provide by vodafone on my mobile.. yesterday my net pack was end so today i recharge it again with INR 195. Usualy everymonth i got unlimited 2GB data bt today i got only 1280 Mb data. So here my complaint is that they didnt give me information of that data plan changes anyhow. When i called to customer care on 198 they told me that we give info to shopkeepers you shoulld ask him about that plan but since i am in roaming how could i know about that plan. My complaint is that jus to make customer fool all comunicating companies do not ptovide info through SMS. Pls found a solution for my complaint

                                        This is not very first chance, its happens most of the times . Vodafone didnt ever informd me about future plans changes. They jus believ in to make customer fool for their selfness
