Since last 2 months i am facing this issue. Vodafone has automatically activatrd maaza mobile scheme and dedicated charges from balance. Had complained today to customer care and asked for refund but they are also not giving satisfactory answer. Need urgent attention and refund of my last 3 rechargea which is deducted for this fraud scheme of maaza mobile.

    Vodafone seems to have started a new scam. They deduct the money from your prepaid balance (Without even informing you via text message), almost twice/ thrice every month, and then when you randomly check your balance, you get shocks.

    When you then contact the customer care asking them about it, they say that they cannot file a complaint because the complaint has to be filed within 24 hours. (Logic is lost on vodafone here)

    Now after that, even if you are successful in registering a complaint request, and then follow up with them on its status, they say that there was an error in creating the request. (Why are such incapable people still there? They had one job)

    After this, you need to call them uncountable amounts of time to get back "your" money, that "you" put in the balance for something that "you did not do"

    I have an account with vodafone for past 9 years. Never had i ever faced such issues only until june 2019. Since then i have been calling the customer care atleast thrice every month. This has become my part time job.

    The latest deduction in my account was rs. 49 that was wrongfully deducted. The only reason i even recharge the sim card is because it has been linked with so many accounts and would be troublesome to change the contact number everywhere.

    Provide a solution instantly.

    Vodafone hasn't called me back again yet post commenting here. Request to Vodafone customer care to resolve the issue asap.

    Neither had Vodafone appellate responded to my complaint.

        Hello team

        Myself sagar and i have issue with communication between my vodafone sim and peer airtel sim.
        Whenever anybody tries to call from airtel sim to my vodafone number, they always get error saying "the number is invalid". However vodafone to vodafone, jio to vodafone, bsnl to vodafone is working fine.

        I have changed the sim card also from vodafone store and issue is not resolved.
        I have changed the phone also and issue is not resolved.
        I have raised the complaints multiple times to vodafone customer care and still the issue is not resolved.

        If i can get a help on resolution of this typical bug, it will be of great help!!

            Since 2 days my "lte" mode is not working at all and my data is working very slow i am very disappointed with this vodafone services is not providing good and satisfying services to customers, i had one more problem regarding my plan 398 81days 1.5gb/day i suppose to get 1.5gb/day but i only get 1 gb /day i am very glad to say that this company is not providing good services as compared to airtel and jio so please get this issue done with in 2 days or i will have to take strict action regarding this type of services

              After making call or after sending message, a informative pop up message appears on mobile screen. I have inquired in customer care and got following message from vodafone.
              "hello! Do not disturb status is active on your vodafone number and vodafone flash service has already been deactivated."

              "vodafone customer care also says it is trai guideline for popup message, if trai guideline then why not in jio, i also use jio there are no any popup message"

              I want these message to be completely stopped

                          Hi, i am a regular postpaid customer of vodafone. For last four months i am calling vodafone to provide me the hard copy of my bill delivered. But they are not providing it yet, inspite of me calling them every two days. They have different reasons every day. I understand it’s mandatory for them to provide if we request it but even then there is no response..
                          Very worst service and very disappointed..

                          There has been no progress on the complaint. And honestly, this is what I am facing everytime I raise a complaint to Vodafone team. They would say that they raised a ticket and it will be resolved now but never happens. This is really frustrating.

                          This is what happens, There is a first level response with the similar sentence, we have taken your request and escalated but nothing happens after that.
                          Even now there is no further response.
                          Such a shame that they are called one of the leading companies in India. I would never recommend it to anyone else.

                                On 12th evening i got an sms stating my postpaid number [protected] has not cleared the bill so my prepaid number [protected] is terminated!! ([protected] is not my postpaid account!!!)

                                - [protected] is not registered under my nam. It’s maharashtra circle number and my number is gujarat circle.
                                - my prepaid number [protected] is block but the [protected] postpaid is still in service.

                                - my phone is still not working. Even on 3rd day of the complaint to vodafone customer care.
                                - the post paid number that vodafone claim, has not paid the bill is still working fine and has no problem.
                                - vodafone maharastra circle customer care is saying they have no alternate number linked to my number.
                                - the post paid bill is showing paid from 13th on your maharastra system.
                                - i have never signed any paper work to linked this post paid number to my prepaid account. The post paid is not even on my name!!! How did it get linked?
                                - the customer care has not been able to solve the problem from last 3 days neither has communicated any good reason for this mess.

                                I am loosing some serious money here because of this service cut that too with-out any prior communication or reason. Dear vodafone team, do i have to file a consumer complaint for you guys to respond and solve this on priority??

                                  Vodafone network is too bad. If we call someone we have to face some problems in calling and sometimes our voice is only repeat, we cannot hear another person voice. Please help me. This is not my issue whole vodafone customer problems. I am trying to call them but they don't answer for 5-7min. Pls help us. Vodafone network is really too bad no towers are there.

                                    I am an westbengal based vodafone customer [protected]. Today 15/12/19 at around 7.05 am i recharged my mobile for rs. 599 through online recharge. I mistake the mobile no. It was entered as [protected] instead of [protected] which is my number..
                                    And i mistakenly recharged my mothers vodafone of no.
                                    Hope you people could me out please do help.
                                    I always do online recharge so this time the old was saved which was my mothers no. And in hurry i recharged her no.
                                    Please do me favour and help me get my recharge transfered to my no. [protected].

                                      Have tried to make a recharge of my Vodafone mobile connection for rs.399/- on 11/12/2019. Amount has been debited from my bank sbi. It has written that your payment is successful but recharge failed. If money has been deducted from your account, your recharge/refund will processed within 48 hrs. But till not received

                                        I am very frustrated with vodafone as i believe and have experienced it first hand that the entire customer service department is run by a bunch of incompetent people.

                                        This morning i got a call from a high court lawyer telling me that vodafone has registered a complaint against me for over due bills for a number that was cancelled back in may 2019! And if i don't pay the dues, a case was going to be registered and linked to my aadhar number which will come up on any background check (Visa/ loans/ any govt related checks). I had to go to a vodafone store and and pay for something that shouldn't have been billed.

                                        I should have spoken to over 10 customer service reps over the past year explaining every single time that i don't want the number reactivated. Some one screwed up and reactivated the number and they have been billing me ever since. A few days ago, one of their reps called and i explained the situation to him again and send him email proofs of my communication and he assured me this will be taken care of, but apparently he didn't.

                                        It is very frustrating that their customer service reps did not do their jobs properly. If anyone is reading this post, do not go for a vodafone sim card, as there are several other network providers that are far better and has responsible people in their customer service department.

                                        @ vodafone - call me at my number[protected] to resolve this. I am going to write in every single consumer forum to educate people not to go with your services as you have very poor costumer service and will just reactivate cancelled numbers just to fool the customer into paying you money.
