I recently opted for vodafone red-x plan by mistake, for which i am charged per month inr 999/- + taxes. Now i want to change my postpaid plan but vodafone is saying that i have to pay an exit fee of inr 3000 or i have to continue with red-x plan.

service activation without permission

I have my mobile number [protected]. Vodaphone stated m service with out my clearence.
Kindly stop the service and refund the amount.
Also i am asking to stop the service via sms but no service issue.
Vodaphone not giving the proper service or and harrasing the customer

Now 8 days no resolution i will keep on updating this horrible experince i just want to upgrade my plan to higher one i did with app and it did not upgraded called call center they are giving promises from last 5 days it will be resolved in 24 hours and it is escalted to highest level shocked to see that highest level itself takes this much amount of time till today no resolution and one more false promise of 24 hours opting out from vodafone...

I had never requested to activate any kind of mobile services pack, though it has been already activated without any concent, company also deducted 35rs my account, since 1 year they were giving best service but this time i am really disappointed with this kind of service provided by the company...

getting service calls even after port out from vodafone

I have ported out from vodafone to another operator, however i am still receiving calls. I have informed their executive that i am no longer a customer of vodafone and requested them to remove my number from their database. Even after so many request i keep getting calls from them every 15 minutes. Can anyone help me stop these annoying calls, it's getting really frustrated...

obnoxious charges for 10 days of usage pre mnp

I have been using vodafone services for the past 4 years on a monthly plan of rs499.00
Because of their poor network in bangalore, i had to shift to airtel (Mobile no portability)

Post 2 denials vodafone approved my mnp request and i have paid in advance for that month.

Now, they are charging rs1200/- for 10 days o[censored]sage.

I have written to vodafone care twice now with no help. Vodafone.in website no longer allow to login to your account and review your bill details. Bill details we get on email are not itemized which we use to get earlier. Every time i try to login to the website there is a popup which blocks and push you to download the app. Now this app does either has itemize bill. unable to use 4g speed
