I recently opted for vodafone red-x plan by mistake, for which i am charged per month inr 999/- + taxes. Now i want to change my postpaid plan but vodafone is saying that i have to pay an exit fee of inr 3000 or i have to continue with red-x plan.

This is violating trai regulations.

Bill details we get on email are not itemized which we use to get earlier. Today morning i was recharging via google pay to my vodafone number but by mistakenly I have recharged to another Vodafone number through google pay.
