I am living in germany for past 7 months and not using data on indian sim as i use german sim for calls and data. I haven't received any alert for data been used in international roaming on indian sim. And i get a bill of 5000rs + 1000 rs as a tax to pay for using 25 mb data which is not used by me.
I will not pay for the services, i haven't used.

This Complaint is regarding [protected] indian vodafone number. I will not pay any calls charges incurred due to vodafone call centre calling me to discuss about complaint.Better communicate through email in writing.

    My mobile honor 9n (Blue, 4gb, 64gb) has been stolen yesterday from samaypur badli. When i taking a e-rikhsha from samaypur badli station to home, my mobile has missing. So it is humble request please let me know if it'll be switch on at anywhere or any service provider it'll be helpful for me.
    And block my mobile no as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      I ported to airtel from vodafone in the first week of october 2019. I cleared all the dues with vodafone before porting to airtel. After three months i am receiving the following message

      Hi, rs 3793.65 is due for payment towards your number [protected] with the previous operator vodafone-mh. Please clear the dues before[protected] to continue enjoying airtel services.

      I got ported to airtel only after clearing all the dues with vodafone.. Can someone help with this. I did not recieve any mail regarding this

        I am using vodafone since last 5 years but from last two years facing lots if issues wherever i go and getting postpiad bill very high and when i discuss my concern with them they ask your pin as i told them that many times i am facing these issues every day and everywhere while at home office and other palaces as well. Only getting emergency call network at 4 package.
        Even after complaing so many times they had not resolved or respond for my concern and take it as forgrantted.

        Please help me to take acknowledge my concern and take any action against them.
        I want to see strong action taken against them before porting my number to other network.

        However even after sending 2 messages, i am not getting any response. Please help

          I mistakenly done a recharge of 49 on [protected] using paytm with order id "[protected]" and Reference no. is "ONR[protected]" kindly process refund amount or reverse.

          I am also contact to Vodafone customer care through tweeter but they denied and said "We not have authority to do this" and also does not refer to the higher authorities for the above concern.

                I was having post paid mobile connection from vodafone. I ported out from vodafone and transfer my connection with jio in may 2019. I visited vodafone store gave all details for refund and they assured me i get refund in 60 days. I did not get refund. I again complain to vodafone customer care via their on line complaint before 4 months, their phone came that i will get refund, but so far not received till today. Kindly look into the matter.

                Call cant be connect many times and also cut in between call. after 4 time ringing no forwarded msg recording start. sometimes call forward recording start. i checked at my end it is ok in phone setting.

                  Hi my mother is using vodafone number since long and all of sudden we have started getting these messages that some juice up pack is activated... May we please know what it is all about and why it's activated without our consent... I'm losing faith this way... We are getting messages regularly for some deductions with whom permission this is started??? And why i'm getting charged for this

                      unfair charges exceeding dynamic credit limit

                      I am being charged for unwanted VAS services which I haven't used. My bill amount is exceeding the dynamic credit limit. Vodafone is not justifying there act rather asking to pay the due amount within the due date.
                      I'm very clear in my state, that vodafone is not informed me about exceeding my credit limit by any manner. Also vodafone is not informed me about changing my plan to dynamic credit limit.

                          There are multiple things.
                          Firstly, the data connection that never ever works on vodafone network. I have raised multiple complaints over a period of time. But, nobody bothered and their network is again the same. Out of 40 gb/m data, i could only and hardly use about 1gb of data per month you can check my data consumption.

                          My primary concern is that i had already paid a bill of rs. 300 for december and even then my connection was not made active and my outgoing facility was barred. After raising a complaint with the vodafone customer care, they enabled it for 2 days. Then again it was barred. Then i had to escalate it to the appellate authority. Then somebody by the name kalaiselvi called me and stated that "we have enabled your services and waived of the late payment charges". But, the connection again went off in 2 days and since last 2 days i have no outgoing facility on my number. This is is ridiculous and disgusting. Even after making the payment, the vodafone is not ready to activate my line.
                          I want to file a complaint / case against vodafone for not fulfilling services even after taking service charges from the customer.

                            I had requested vodafone to activate international roaming pack for thailand for one week on 16.12.2019 for my mobile no as well as for my husband's mobile no.

                            On 21.12.2019 i again requested vodafone to cancel the pack as our thailand trip was cancelled. When i received the bill i noticed 2999 has been charged for my no. Few months back also same thing had happened i had requested them to cancel the pack on both the numbers still they charged us.

                            I am really disappointed.

                                He is calling as vodafone manager, and saying to send some service messages, which can cancel your service requests and many more threats.

                                This is really bad for vodafone customers, i don’t know how vodafone company is revealing information to these people, or they are working for company itself.

                                    Today suddenly messages are started which says i have activated some service for that they have deducted 49 from my vodafone prepaid mobile number [protected]. I have requested to deactivate the the activated services. After deactivation it's activated again. Again my balance got deducted. Another time i have requested for deactivation. Is it not a harrasment that without doing anything, i was busy at my work and they activating some services and charging money for that. My 100 rupees got deducted. Such a # network. I am going to port my number and not going to recommend anyone to use vodafone mobile india.

                                    Complete refund of the deducted amount is still not received. Check my balance deduction history and issue the deducted amount. A part of deducted amount is credited.
                                    I am not able to sending text messages it show error code 50 when i text to someone. I am always showing this error while sending text messages. IAM highly disappointed with this. I had been showing this error for the last 6 months. Kindly solve the error as soon as possible.
                                    I am facing problems regarding Network. 4G is not at all available. Leave 4G, 2G network is also not available.
