Vodafone India — complaint regarding network issue | |||||
Dear team My arindam barua user of mobile number [protected], every month i am recharging with 458, 354 and many talktimes, however whenever i am office at saltlake sector - 5 able to use internet but whenever i visit my home location at home sodepur sreepally not even getting 2g speed. Every time i give complaint, cc team share the same feedback, network upgradation is going on. Hence please suggest whether i port out to airtel or can you help me out with it. From last2 months i am loosing money from my vodafone number. I get message that each time 35 rupees have been deducted as service charges. But i never activated any kind of service or not even requested for any such. amezina, yogapack, playsutra spicy are the services they activate&deducting my money. account on nivya joshi name. no:[protected].
