I called at 3am on 2nd Sept.2016 to Vodafone customer care Delhi, Ashish picked my call & firstly gave wrong information & tried to fool me. Please listen to the call recording. I called second time then 2 persons started talking & tried to irritate me & didn't give information & behaved very badly, started making fun. Please I personally request you to listen to the recording. Because I was in urgency & they laughed & made fun on phone among themselves but didn't help me.

Moreover, worst is I felt so helpless that time that I tried to call senior officers but couldn't reach them. Maybe because night time.please train them properly & guide them to help because it was an urgency and Vodafone didn't help me. I am new to this company & my first experience was worst. Really pissed off & helpless. Very bad & also they refused to tell me the name second time, they said they are not suppose to tell & they don't follow rules at night. This was said by Ashish & his friend. I am not sure whether they told me their original name or faked for that too. Seriously pathetic, same on them, they should atleast respect their job.

    Sir mai ne apke vodafone store wale ke pas mere postpaid no. [protected] & [protected] Ke extra paise ka bil bhara usne jyada paise liye aur band kar ke deta hu bola par abhi tak card band nahi hua. Mai pichale do mahino se apke vodafone store ke chakkar kat raha hu apki itni third class service agar muze pahile malum hoti to mai kabhi postpaid me ata hi nahi . Apke gangakhed wala vodafone store wala sidha bol raha hai ki port karke dusare company me chle jao par mai to vodafone prepaid karawa ke lena chahata tha aise apke coustomer badhenge ya ghatenge. Take strong action angainst Gangakhed vodafone store owner.

      Vodafone has wrongfully deactivated my mobile No. [protected] without my approval and even immediately allocated to some one.I am holding this No. since last 9 years with 4 associated Nos. and paying my Bills regularly. Despite my e-mails to appellate and nodal department I have not received any reply since last 4 working days. My no. is associated with many agencies including Banks. I am 63 yrs old, Sr. Citizen, and heart patient. I am suffering on many fronts. Company is extremely callous. L M SARDA

        I recharged my Vodafone number by Rs. 299 on 23rd Aug 2016 and on 29 it showed me that I have used 50% of my internet data plan at 3:02 pm, after 5 mins I received a message that 90% of your data has been used and at 3:12 I received a message that you have used all your data plan and finally at 3:15 my balance was Rs. 37 and they deducted the complete balance. I recharged again on 29 August and within 2 days they deducted the complete net balance despite I was using it at 2G. They don't have any answers for the questions. They are just waste people with zero information. I am afraid of recharging my phone with internet now as they deduct complete balance. Please help.

          I have ported my number -[protected] from Mumbai to Pune circle. My bill in mumbai circle was INR 2106/-. However, the bill was not right as wrong roaming charges were added into it (told to m by your official). I requested for a revised bill a number of times but it didn't happen. Then finally i paid the bill that was there-INR 2106. Now, my current vodafone service plan has been stopped though i have made the payment. I have been calling & talking to your mumbai circle, pune circle-no one is helping m out. On 31st aug, the mumbai circle official confirmed the payment and told me that he was sending a request to pune circle to restart the plan and within 30 min it will be done. It didn't happen; my service plan is still not active. I called the pune official today and he told me that their system is still showing that i haven't made the payment and i have to go to a vodafone store. I work in an NBFc and work even on Saturdays- it is not possible for me to go a store. I don't understand why do you people harass your customers so much. Why can't the pune circle official simply restart the service by connecting to the mumbai official. Why should i keep doing things. First i have been charged more and then my service plan is not active.I request you to please help me out.

            Hi,
            I have bought a new sim card in billing of Vodafone 2 months ago number [protected].
            My plan is 99 + 50 = 149 + tax so total should be near 174. They send me bill of 354 of 1st month they say 2 other schemes are activated on your number, which I had not told them to activate they activated at their own, then also I paid them 200 rupees on 12 Aug. And when I gone to complain about this problem they said this will be revert in your next bill so I waited for the second month bill.
            Now the second month bill came and it is near 330 so I visited the gallery again on 31 Aug and said them my problem but they are not reverting perfect amount and not giving me proper answer so I told them that I will complain about this in Police then they told me do what u want to do. So please help me for this and help me settle my bill and I want to ask for compensation for this much harassment from them.

              I have a prepaid DoCoMo no of Odisha and I applied for MNP at Vodafone Infosys campus store on 11th of August. The guy in store told me it will take 7 days for MNP to happen and it has not been done yet. Its the 22nd day today.

              I have been visiting the store daily from last 2 weeks only to get assured that it will surely be done on that day but then I get the opportunity to visit the store again next day to hear the same story.

              After 7 days of making the request I was assured for 2 days that the thing will get done by midnight.

              Then after 3 days I was told that by mistake we(Vodafone guy) entered 'Infosys pocharam' instead of 'Infosys gacchibowli' in some form due to which the process has to be restarted and it will take 2 more days.

              2 days passed by and from then I have to visit the store everyday after coming to office as if it's part of my job.

              The store guy assured me on last Friday ie. 26th that it will surely get done or else you call me tomorrow. I called him thrice only to be either put on hold or call being rejected.

              Then on Monday ie. 29th he told me "I guarantee you Sir it will be done by Wednesday. Its a 100% assurance".

              Today I was told that activation team has rejected my application for some 90-days issue. FYI I have been using that no. since 2012. Then post verification request was made again with 'Fraud rejection' remark and the activation team rejected that again. I don't understand what this activation team is up to. (They are doing their job so well.)

              I have a doubt that if the activation team has rejected the request twice it must have happened a week ago, but then I was not told about it. Rather I was assured with 100% guarantee of job getting done.

              Now the guy in store has set a new deadline which is 6th of Sept for the process to get completed which will be 27th day from the date of request.

                    I am writing this mail after facing a lot of frustration from your Vodafone Services.

                    This is a case of forgery which has been done by an agency who is into collection of Vodafone Bills.

                    Case Of Forgery:-

                    On 9th July 2016, a call from your Vodafone agency came to me regarding the collection of the bill. My total outstanding was 5180/- ( rupees five thousand one hundred eighty only ) at that time, for which they said that they will provide a waiver of 2080/- ( rupees two thousand eighty only ) and i have to pay just 3100/- ( rupees three thousand one hundred only ).

                    They collected the payment of 3100/- ( rupees three thousand one hundred only ) from me on the same day, 9th July 2016 and committed me a waiver of Rupees 2080/- ( rupees two thousand eighty only ) within 7 days from the date of collection which is 9th July 2016.

                    I followed them for several days. i did so many calls to your vodafone customer care and they just kept the matter lingered on. after few days, the agency persons started ignoring my calls. they started refusing to give the waiver which they committed to give. i got frustrated from them and kept on calling them so many times but they did not pick even i did not get the waiver from vodafone customer care.

                    This is a case of forgery and i am filing a harassment and forgery against Vodafone and those persons of your agency.

                    I want my waiver anyhow and i want that those persons must leave their job from there so that other persons may not suffer as i suffered because of them.

                    I am giving you the details of that agency and those persons here below and i want a quick action.

                      While recharging online from my ICICI account option of choosing amount was given.. I chose 150 with talk time of 147 as per site.. When the transaction was processed I received message that talk time was for 127...upon rechecking previous occassions same thing has happened three times. In the last two weeks. 16 Aug. 26 Aug and 1 Sept today.
                      Is this a site issue or a clever way to cheat unsuspecting people. Please check the site. Recharges done for 350 and 500 received equal talk times respectively...

                        To day on 30th Aug 16, i recharged my vodofone phone no [protected], for RS.89 as per SMS message recd from them as the validity expires on 30th.
                        However, out of RS. 89, they have appportioned RS.75.28 as access fee and only 2.11 as talk time and 11.61 as taxes.

                        After purchase of sim in the first week of Aug 2016, after a month o[censored]sing the sim, i don't find any logic in charging the access fee which, i am sure have been charged on my first payment of Rs. 100
                        I find similar complaints from other customers all of which you have referred to company nodal officer but result of which is not being shown nor any feedback or reply from the company or customer. Is there any action to either to TRAI or consumer court if no satisfactory reply from the company?

                            Vodafone company commitment is free 1gb 4g data. If will change my sim 4g. I have change my sim 4g but i don't get 1gb 4g data... I get only 300 mb data. I have a vodafone msg for 1 gb 4g data.
                            And second vodafone msg if i will download vodafone app then i will get 100 mb data. I have download vodafone app but i don't get 100 mb data.
                            Vodafone is making false promises from his customers.
                            O please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                              I am using vodaphone no, since few thety activated around 30 addition services and continusly activing 3-4 services daily. If we complain then they blem me that it is your folt.I am using vodaphone Sim, VAS has been activated in my cell number..
                              Their actual funda to cheat customer is that, they used redirection techniques for example if we are visiting any site, they use click code to redirect us from that page to VAS activation page and then they start VAS without getting confirmation from customer

                                    We do not have network coverage since 6 months.
                                    Area: Malim, Betim.

                                    We have placed several complaints but no one is responding. The tower has been removed and no one is bothered to replace is cause of which all residents in Betim area are facing issues.

                                    Will someone just look into this? Why isnt the tower replaced? Vodafone needs to look into it.

                                      I bought vodafone post paid card in june 2016 and the plan was 299/pm . I was shocked the first bill they sent was Rs 1640. i didn't even use this sim first month as i was in hospital for a month and they sent this much bill. They're saying I called special number 571717 at 1 O'clock at night for 90 MINs. Why would i call this number which i dont even know. I called vodafone customer care and given my complaint and told to stop the card immediately. Instead of asking them to stop the card they sent another bill on second month. their customer care calling me again and again, this is harrasment. My contact is [protected] Someone please Help.

                                        This is to bring to notice of how pathetic Vodafone service and this company is. I have been getting inflated bills for the past 3 months. Every time I went to Vodafone store to explain the issue and correct the plan. It is really shameful that this company made no changes and just kept correcting the excess bill for 3 months. Frustrated I changed the postpaid connection to prepaid on 27th August and paid the due of Rs 1300 and Rs 29 for new card which was supposed to start by 30th. Sadly it didn't, yet proof of their pathetic service. The customer care bloke ask me to go to that store where I bought the card. This ghodbumder store is 40 km from where I stay and this fools are expecting me to reach there to avail the new pathetic service. Is this what is expected from Vodafone? This company of really a blood sucker and don't understand customer pains. If anyone form Vodafone is reading this please try and solve my problem. Just don't ask customer to pay for you bad service but be accountable.
