[Resolved]  Vodafone India — games portal pack

I have made many complaints but no result. I have not subscribed for any value added services. But amount is getting deducted for games portal pack without my permission. Pls deactivate all value added services for [protected]. Pls stop renewal of games portal pack. Rs.5 is deducted from account everyday. Pls stop this. Every time i am deactivating this but again it is getting renewed. Pls stop this.

Today on 14 Oct 2020 at 3.56 am. I have been charged for downloading ppu-game from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which i have never downloaded. Rs. 5 have been deducted from my vodafone account without my concern.and also deduct the balance Rs 7 .on date 3rd Oct 2020 at 3:15 am for downloading contentDesc from SK_Mobi. I complained lot on your customer care but they not understand problem and also not resolved yet.I have searched on Google and I found and come to know this problem is of lot of people's.so please look in to the matter deeply.

On 30 Oct 2020 at 3.34am, I have been charged for downloading ppu-game from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which i have never downloaded. Rs. 10 have been deducted from my vodafone account without my concern and also deduct the balance Rs 15 on date 6th Nov 2020 at 9:24 am for downloading SportsChat from One97 and Rs.7 on 2nd Dec 2020 at 6:24 am for ContactDesc from SK_Mobi.I have searched on Google and I found and come to know this problem is of lot of people's.so please look in to the matter deeply.
Today on 4th december 2020 at 9.19 AM, i have been charged rs 7 for using contentDesc. Earlier rs 25 and rs 10 were charged for downloading pre embedded games and for ppu_games. I have deactivated value added services yet no change. Why is it happening. Please urgently look into this matter

Airtel is cutting my money e without any reason and I have not download the game then why it is cutting my money everyday

Vodafone is frequently charging me 25 Rs for some pre embedded games charges just for no reason my money is being deducted and I had even called costumer care services but it's of no use because even after telling them so many times my query is not being and my money keeps on deducting.So it's my humble request to look into my problem and to give justice to consumer

I have never chosen or used these services...why the amount is deducted and when I sent msg for Stop.. they say I'm not active on VAS...

I didn't give a permission to deduct money from my account. I never used this service and so how should you deduct money from my account. I need a solution for this problem and I want my money back. You should take necessary action as soon as possible.

Stop unethical business practices.
I have been charged for pre embee games by VI two months, which I didn't subscribe for.
