Vodafone has deducted charges of rs.35 from my account on 05/01/2020 for a value added service named juiceup which i have never activated. Today i received a sms about the deduction and when i call the vodafone helpline [protected] and asked what is this service and why are these charges deducted? negative balance in prepaid

Hi,
I am a prepaid user of vodafone and my current balance is -130. How is this possible that in prepaid my balance is going in negative. Even if it is how do we correct it. There is no online process on the site as well as on the app. If there is please do make me aware about it.

Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i will have to go to the vodafone service shop to complain....

Helloe sir, i a have a vodafone mobile no [[protected]]. I have recharged on 21 july 2019 for my yearly pack which means 167 days are still left for my pack to expire but from past few days my sms are not going. I tired everything from message center to mobile networks issue but nothing seems to be working.

Vodafone india has charged me 150rs (75rs 2 times) for juice up service. I have not subscribed for these services.
Opened a chat with vodafone support on their app, they say i have activated this service and cannot reverse back the charges.
This service not activated by me and has been falsely charged twice - 31/12/2019 and 16/12/2019.

I am unable to send sms to anybody. Whenever i try to do so error 50 comes. I called vodafone's customer care and did whatever they suggested to do. I have checked talk time balance in my sim. I have checked and updated the message center number. I have put the sim card in sim slot one. But these couldn't solve the problem. I have been suffering from this since past two weeks. When we try to contact these numbers, it is saying: it is a special number, you will be charged 2.5 paise per second and then call is disconnected every time. Contacted to Vodafone customer care many times but the problem is not resolved till now....

worst internet ever

Slowest internet service.
Signal disappears even in slightest weather change.
Used vodafone in a number of cities holds the worst service in each city.
Even after the vodafone idea merger.
Idea proves better.
No speed no signal.
I use single sim phone and many times important calls are disconnected because frequent call fails happen.
Worst in 244411 area....

reactivation of out going messaging service.

My outgoing messaging has been blocked moment after i talked to vodafone customers care about porting to other networks due to very poor service and also pathetic customer service. Please reactivate my messaging out going service.
Moreover vodafone regularly after some time activate those services which i have never heard of neither i have subscribed it.
Vodafone customer care are liars and cheaters and never give any rational...
