I live in naroda area of ahmedabad city, gujarat,
Calling on vodafone has become very much annoying and irritating due to call drops and voice breaking during calls,
Out of 100 calls in a day, 25% call does not connect on 1st, 2nd, or even on 3rd try, 50% calls have so much voice breakage that we have to end and reconnect, and 10% have other issues like cross connection and miscellaneous issues which could not be expressed in words, please solve the issue asap, and if its not going to solve then tell us now only, so that we can port to other service provider.

    I have recharged my number with an unlimited pack but the net is not working. Its [protected]. However when i contacted the customer care, they told me a bunch of things to do, which i did. Still net is not working. Now i am again trying to reach to them but they must have kept my number in a loop, so the calls are not forwarding. Why so horrible action?

    I have the call recordings where previously the call went through, but now its not going through. Such a terrible service to customer. Please let me know, if i need to upload the same. They can't respond to a customer problem, then what they are doing at the first place?

    I got a call from [protected]. He asked me about what issues I'm facing in vodafone. I told him about my data connection problem. But he seems least interested in solving my problem, instead he asked me for my debit card information for refund. It is very sensitive to reveal card info's to anyone and moreover as he seemed least interested in resolving the data problem, I didn't give him the card info. I felt, its risky to reveal my card info as he is interested only in the card info. Later i again called him to ask about why they are so reluctant about solving my data problem and so serious about getting my debit card info. But he didn't answer up my calls. I've the recordings of the conversation, in case you need it, i can provide the same.

    just now i searched this number, i provided you with. It seems countless fraud activity is going on, on this number. Moreover, i'm saved that i didn't revealed my card info's. That also prove the fact that, no one from vodafone contacted me till now. I hope and wish, complaining in this platform will provide me with some results.

        Vodafone has charged me 5999 as international roaming charges on my dec - jan vodafone bill without even using the facility.

        I am a customer since 2010 and have been using vodafone for a long time now. I moved to us in dec 2016. I have kept my number on by paying the month on month bill. But suddenly my account has been billed with 5999 extra amount without even using the iroam pack.

          Unable to make outgoing calls on my vodafone number since last thursday. No help from customer service or store. Data is working. Pathetic service from vodafone. Its been so much of trouble. I have visited 2 different stores and customer service vodafone informed that the issue will be resolved by jan 23 2020. No response no calls made to sort out the issue by vodafone. It is such a pain.

            No internet service in my area for a day and tried to make a complaint and found out the customer service email is not available or deleted...
            Very disappointed in them.
            Attached the proof if needed,
            Hope this will fix it.
            Here's what happened,
            On 24 th january the vodofone internet stopped working and i tried to make a complaint but it seem like the operator number available in their website is not available for a mobile network service company, then i tried for their email id available on their website to my surprise it's also not available, if this can resolve the issue i would be very happy.

              I was having 699 data pack already. I was getting 2 gb/day. Then i recharged with 249 rs. Data pack to get 1.5 gb/day as advertised but what i actually get from 249 data pack was ~512mb/day instead of 1.5gb/day. Why?

              I talked to customer care also, i was not satisfied with what he said. When i explained him my problem, first he said you are getting 2 gb / day from 699 data pack. I told him i am also getting 512 mb/day, yesterday and today i got 512 mb. He told let me check again, and then he told yes you are getting 512 mb, i asked why i am getting 512 mb instead of 1.5gb? He told me that i will get the remaing 1 gb after 699 pack expires. Seriously? But i said this 249 pack will expire after 28 days then how will i get it? He said you will get it don't worry. I am not satisfied with his answer, i paid 249 for 1.5gb/day, i am getting 512 mb/day. Either give me my money or full 1.5 gb /day. If there are some conditions then it is your responsibility to write those conditions while purchasing a pack. Let me know the solution. I believe vodafone is still best in speed in my area, will really appreciate it if you solve my problem and also increase the internet speed in my area.

              I got a call from vodaphone support, she explained me the situation kindly, i appreciate it. She explained me that data is only 500MB/day because those 2 packs got merged and thus the validity of that 249rs. pack has extended till 30 march although it still shows that 249rs pack will expire after 22 days. I will post an update here again to check whether that pack has actually expired and i am getting 500Mb data even after 22 days or not to confirm if its actually true.

                  Im using vodafone company's prepaid sim card. I had recharged 599 on december 18, since then i have the inconvenience o[censored]sing the internet. Speed ​​from 10 kbps to 20 kbps. I often complain by calling 198 too many times, also complained in consumer forum too many times. But there is no solution to my problem. Today i called vodafone customer care and they said that it will take 90 more days. But in 90 days my internet pack will be over that would be a waste of my money. Now i want the most rigorous action against the company.
                  Kindly, give me full amount of my recharge 599.

                    Hi Sir, On 21st November 2019, I placed an order for a premium number [protected] on vodafone portal directly and paid a sum of Rupees 1935/- towards the number. The order (order id DCHD[protected]) was successfully placed and I used my HDFC Netbanking for the transaction. The next day, I had a vodafone guy coming to my house for the activation. After getting all the details, he said the activation to the premium number caannot be done as currently Vodafone doesn't had the facility. I immidiately called vodafone customer cre and requested for order cancellation. The order cancellation was processed however the money was not refunded to me. In the meanwhile I went to a vodafone store and bought the number [protected].

                    I send multiple emails from 21st November till date to the vodafone customer care. I sent emails to appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com; [protected]@vodafoneidea.com; nodal.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com multiple times regarding my refund.

                    After some days I got an email stating that " As per system record your mobile number [protected] already activated on 21-Nov-2019. Hence we are unable to cancel the order for the same" The customer care team states that the order was placed for [protected] and it was activated. However the order was placed only for [protected] for which I paid the money online.

                    I got an email from a person called Kalaiselvi stating she is from Vodaafone Appelate and was requesting my bank statement. I refused to provide my bank statement as it was my salary account and had lot of confidential transactions.

                    Till now I havent got the refund. Today I got a message that my refund for Rs 0 has been processed towards the order DCHD[protected] and they have closed the case.

                    Hence I request you to kindly help me in this and the vodafone needs to provide me the refund of Rs 1985/- towards the order DCHD[protected] belonging to the number [protected]

                      I have asked them to close my number repeatedly after making full payment in november. An agent came my home and gave me receipt and told me my number will close. Bt vodafone care deny any payment after august in my vodafone number and closure request. I have not used my post paid number for last 4 months still they generating bills. No one is helping me. And they are harrasing every single day. Please look into this matter. I am attaching here receipt as a proof. Now that agent mr sandhu whose number was at the back of receipt was also not picking my call. He assured me he has put my number on closure. My number is on the receipt. Please contact this agent and asked me whether i have told him to close my number or not.

                        I am vodafone mobile service user, this is regarding, hungama play pack activated, on 16th january 2020, and balance is been deducted, without my knowledge. I have never activated or subscribed to activate vodafone play or hungama app. I don't even use those app. On 24th january i saw the message on my phone that i don't have enough balance, and came to know about the activated subscription, i called vodafone service on 24th january 2020 and i was blamed to activate service, and the amount of past days will not be refunded. I would like to get refund of the amount since 16 january 2020, as the activated subscription were done without my consent.

                          I am not receiving any incoming text messages nor i am able to send a text message from my phone. I have complaint earlier also but every staff of your company is blaming each other, call centre people is saying contact vodafone store and when i went there vodafone mini store at agarpara (700109) kolkata, they are saying me to contact customer care.
                          I have this number from soo long years. This was not expected from an international company like vodafone. Please take some action and solve this as soon as possible orelse i will havr to deactivate my vodafone connection. And please do something of your staff as they dont have any knowledge regarding the problems, i hope that they are there to solve our problems not to blame each other. I will be waiting for your solution roesle help me in deactivating the connection.

I am not having proper network signal in my residence & data speed due to that i tried to port my service provider from vodafone to airtel.                               I am on a postpaid connection of vodafone. Today i received the bill and 124 was added for vas. But i didn't requested for any vas. Then i received another message that "juice up pack" is active and it will be renewed on 26th and another rs 75 (For 15 days) will be added in next 15 days. I didn't even received any message on activation of service also i never requested for the activation. I have deactivated it now. But this is very bad experience. Already wrongly billed for rs 124.

                                My vodaphone no [protected], vodafone has activated juiceup pack on my mobile without my consent on 07.01.2020 and deducted an amount of rs.75/- from my balance and again deducted 75 on 22.01.2020. My mobile number is prepaid connection and now the company has sent another message on 19.01.2020 to maintain balance in my account so that they could deducted rs.75/ from my account to continue the above pack and deducted the same on 22.01.2020. Since i have never requested to activate juiceup pack on my mobile i want deactivation of this service from my mobile and also want refund of amount of rs. 150 already deducted by the company.
                                I am trying to deactivate the above service from my mobile but could not succeed as every time i receive message 'invalid request'.
                                I want proper action and early response on my complaint.

                                  I was charged ₹98 for a download that i hadn't made. When it happened for the second consecutive month, i tweeted about it. Theur customer care called and informed me it was two months usage charge for a gaming app, i. E they were charging two months charge per month. I hadn't used or downloaded the app and it is not possible to have happened by mistake as that sim has been in a wifi tab, and only used as a wifi source. I received the call on 10/1/2020 and the representative said the issue will be solved in 48 hours. It has been two weeks almost and they haven't done anything about it. Also my last payment date is tomorrow and if i don't pay before that i'll be charged ₹100 for late payment charge. If i do pay today then they will say they can't do anything about the nov bill as they only consider two billing cycles at a time. I want to deactivate that sim and want nothing to do with vodafone, but i can't till they resolve this.

                                      Sir, I work as Principal Scientist with Miistry of Agriculture, ICAR - IARI and have a prepaid VODAFONE connection.

                                      I was travelling abroad to attend an international conference in Sandiago.

                                      I had activated an international roaming services of vodaphone for my prepaid number with 995 amount on 9 th jan 2020 which is for 7 days with free incoming and outgoing of 150 minutes in toto and some data. The message clearlyI lsaid your roaming pack has been activated. I left on 10 early morning. It was a change flight at Dubai and New York. I was able to receive the call at dubai but i was unable to make any calls.
                                      I was stranded at new York due to missing of flight connection there to sandiago and it was frustrating that i could make any calls. Even trying to call the consumer help line, and the auto operator says..this facility is not available for my number.
                                      It was highly frustrating.
                                      On top if it rs 99 was also deducted for international roaming. And all through, everyday i was receiving a message from vodaphone which says...
                                      We notice that you have no international roaming activated and ...
                                      The pack got expired on 17, i returned back and all this period i could not make any calls to my family or son.
                                      Upon returning i tried to lodge a complaint on 19 jan 2020, with vodaphone and after keeping me on hold for stretches of 25 minutes each, ( i didnt give up) they said that they cant help as my pack was active and i received the calls. When i informed that i was unable to make calls and further another 95 was deducted towards international roaming, they say its standard procedure. When i persisted with complaint and the frustration of getting stranded in night in airport with inability to make calls the supervisor says when you got a call why you didnt inform your friend to inform vidafone in India to solve it...OMG who the heck will think the pack is not activated..and in this period of stranding i received no call in night. The psychological pressure was unimaginable.
                                      Finally they gave my complaint number
                                      [protected] of 19 morning jan 2020 saying it will be responded by 21 evening... NOTHING till now.
                                      Further niw my account showed negative balance, making me unable to send messages including important one to my seniors in official ladder.
                                      I immediately recharged witha pack if 599, and still the balance is negative. I called up costomer care on 21 again in the early morning.
                                      With both the cases explained.
                                      One of the 995 recharge that did not work.
                                      That i was charged from my account leading to negative balance.
                                      Bith je says we are not responsible. He kept on insisting your pack was active. I asked him to check if there were any outgoing calls..he says he sees incoming calls.
                                      I said i have screen shots ot the outgoing and customer care number that i tried and didn't connect.
                                      Further of the negative balance he said will be rectified. Further the representative told very rudely that he cant do anything and when asked persistently sent me the email from.where i can make a complaint.
                                      To my surprise today is 22 Jan and till now my complain no [protected] remains unresolved and i still dont know how the agony and frustration of being stranded outside an airport unable call cab or home will be for a lonely traveller going fir first time to US. Added my screen shots.
                                      This to a customer who was their customer since JANUARY 2007 and they even sent a thank you message for being with them for 12 years.
                                      Will they ever solve it.

                                        Sir i am vijayakumar from chennai. I ordered a new sim online, but still date the sim isn't delivered. My oder number is
                                        Dchd[protected]. I also paid 297 last five days back. The sim delivery office in chennai, perambur is irresponsible by not attending the calls of the customer. The nodal officer of chennai is not picking the calls. Hope the team will receive this complaint, and take immediate action on it. Thank you
