Hi all,

I filed a complain few days back regarding internet connectivity and call drop problem in my area, i was promissed a resolution before 5th feb. However, the complain is closed without a resolution. Instead of problem getting resolved it has gone worst. I had already filed a formal complain by their complain portal but there was no resolution. Here's the complain/reference number: no. C004-[protected]

I am getting zero reception and internet sucks, calls continue to drop.

Attaching the screenshot of the message received on 3rd. According to this message someone tried contacting me on my number, however there was no missed call nor and missed call alert.

Hope to get a resolution. I am fed up of this network as there is no customer satisfaction.

Its 12th now and there is no resolution, i first filed a complain days ago. Vodafone team you need to look into the concern or its clear that you guys dont care about the customers anymore.

    Since 4-5 days i'm not able to send ans sms messages to anyone i've been getting the "error 50" and "not sent" prompt... And there's no response from vodafone on this i've mailed them the problem with an automated email response from them as a reply. I'm very dissatisfied with this please help me resolve this issue. Thus is not acceptable from such a telecommunications company like vodafone which is used globally. Vodafone should also work on getting its connectivity issues as i'm living in central kolkata where i'm having issues connecting to the 4g network i'm using hotspot as the carrier internet is pretty weak here. Please resolve this issue

      My father inlaw, KPN was using postpaid number and he lost phone along with SIM. He made call to customer care n informed same asked them to block. Vodefone management changed their store to Secbad it's too far to us to reach as my father inlaw is too old. Customer care ppl didn't informed us about to submit disconnection of tht number request..etc Again getting calls regarding bill...we paid few bills..again getting calls regarding bill...finally we went to Vodafone store they said to close tht number we need to pay again 1000( if not we vil get every month bill)...we paid. Without using sim we paid nearly 8 months bill. Worst experience. Recently i hve visited regarding same issue...now they are telling tht number got actived bcoz few outing calls(not normal mobile no...5 digits calls). Actually may be their system mistake...tht number is not in use who vil use tht kind of calls...same i asked vodefone store employee..i was very angry n asked tht person to sent mail to concern dept...he sent mail. But still we are getting calls regarding bill.
      In this way Vodafone ppl making money from customers...I'm sharing my experience here to make aware of vodafone services.

        A bill of over rs 20000/ - had been raised by vodafone india for by my mobile no. [protected] changing me for international data when i had not used it at all and had only used wifi available at home during my us visit about 6 months back. I had explained it in detail but vodafone authorities have raised a litigation against me and today somebody rang me up on my alternative mobile number saying that i may pay rs 4000/- to settle the case once for all. I don’t know whether it is a genuine offer made by vodafone legal wing to settle the issue or a fake call. However i have offered to settle it if it is a genuine call. Pl advise me what to do.           ON my vodafone mobile number [protected], the company is not disactivate sports alert service and keep on deducting balance. the company did not co-operate with us . please help
          Every 15 days, money has been deducted from my vodafone number.currently 0n 29/1/2020, i received a message from vodafone that deal win apple iphone contest has been activated and 49 rupees has been deducted.sir every 15 days money has been deducted and customer care members are saying we cant revert back the money.
          I have been charged 1344 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 90 mins, that too for Astrology, which is not at all possible.

            This is my 3rd complain about network issue i am facing problems about calling and data if i want to call anytime i have to call 7 to 8 time after that I can, also wrost service of data it's feel like I am using 2g network. Generally I'll use between 8pm to 11pm at that time i cant get proper data speed. Unsatisfied with service and customer care response.

              I am your customer having mobile number[protected].
              Today checked the bill and shocked to see that my plan changed upwardly without my consent. This is not acceptable to me.

              Please reverse the excess charges as I am not ready to pay the revised charges and the bill raised by you till rectification done which please note. Also no late payment penalty if correction done at later stage.
              If you are unable to do rectification then please deactivate this number as I don't want to avail Vodafone services any more who in my view are big cheater to revise charges upwardly without customer approval.

              In case you like to contact then call me at [protected] jio number as Vodafone mobile I am not using since long.

                I have been deducted an amount of 21 rupees for 2 times and i am not informed also regarding this. When i called the customer care they are just repeating the same words.
                I want to know when this deduction without information will be stopped.

                  I (Dr vijay v borikar) am a retired govt medical officer aged 75 years residing at nagpur, maharashtra.
                  I closed my mobile postpaid connection with vodafone (No [protected]) about 5-6 months back by paying the latest bill and conveying to them accordingly thereafter.
                  However they still kept billing me in spite of absolutely no usage of the mentioned number from my side - neither outgoing nor incoming.

                  So again to finally settle the matter, i personally drove to their office at bajajnagar nagpur and paid rs 800 in cash as their executive mentioned and also assured verbally that this is the final payment and there won't be any additional demands from the company after the same.

                    It’s not the first time i faced this problem!

                    They activate some pack and deduct the balance on my prepaid number and have to call customer care to complaint and get the refund. They give some random reason that i had clicked on ad on 3rd party website etc. Which i never did.

                    Now it was a caller tune and 33 rs was deducted. I have't noticed it for a week. One of my friend inquired about the caller tune and it struck me then.
                    Having called up they say the same reason of ad or 3rd party website. They also said they can't refund the amount for caller tune activation.

                    After the discussion, am clear of few points now.

                    * If and only the complaint is raised within 24 hrs of the issue, the amount will be credited back to you. Otherwise you have to use the service regardless of how it is
                    * These packs and services will be activated on your account, if you click on mobile advertisement, flashy messages or even attending a customer call.
                    * You should always look for new service activated in your account. In laymen terms, you should always look at your mobile screen for any messages and report immediately. Timing is very important.

                    And of course i delayed in reporting the issue so my money won't get refundable.

                        Sir, Vodafone deducted Rs 15/- from my prepaid account without my permission and activating ENGLISH SEEKHO weekly pack whereas I was not requested to any service. I want my money back otherwise i will port my number because similarly they deduced Rs 24/- without my concession few months ago.

                          I got a msg that I have .69 rupees left as phone balance. I connected with Custome Care on 198, after spending 15 minutes with the executive... They said that they have deducted 85 rupees for "Mazaa Mabile Pack" over the span of last one month.

                          Given that I have neither activated the service nor do I know what the service is or how it is used... I asked them for a refund... These guys said that they cannot refund my money.

                          Even after I confronted them with a complain in consumer forum... They did not return a penny. These are predatory practices. They call me for every useless service in the world and they can't tell that they are deducting 85 rupees from my account. Pathetic.

                          I am switching to another opertaor.

                            Hi,
                            I wanted a new prepaid vodafone connection so i visited the nearest vodafone branch & was falsely told that i need to activate a postpaid connection for first 3 months & then only i can change to prepaid. As i needed the connection i paid the necessary charges and got the connection. After the end of 3 months i contacted the store again to change it to prepaid, but they replied saying that i have been offered rs.50 discount on the selected plan & as it was a good deal compared to the prepaid plans i accepted the offer. After 2 months without a single message or an email or any call my discount was discontinued without my knowledge. I had my bank account linked to the connection so there was no way i would have known about the breech. Luckily i went through my account statement & was informed about the discontinuation, so i called up the customer care again & they were so pathetic that they told me its a mistake we will check & let you know. I am a working person & i don't have time for all this nonsense and calling & asking again & again. Also, their store timing just doesn't work as either their servers are down during the opening hours & by 6 they close so how does a person who is working from 10 to 7 can visit the store. They also falsely started some service on my phone which i was not even aware of. After all this # i finally decided to visit the store & clear the matter off as it was very irritating & frustrating. I got all my documents to convert it from postpaid to prepaid & also paid whatever my outstanding was. After that i was asked to pay some compulsory amount for my first prepaid recharge which also i paid willingly as i wanted to get done with it. The waiting period was 5 working days but even after 7 working days my prepaid sim was not activated. So i skipped my office again & visited the store as online customer care told that we cannot help you have to visit the store personally. I visited the store but they were like please wait more 2 days as because of diwali it is getting delayed. I still hadn't lost my patience & i waited for 3 more days but still no progress no message or no email or no calls. Finally as i couldn't miss my office i requested my mother to go on my behalf & enquire. When she goes to the store she is being told that my request is rejected as my dues are still pending. At this stage i was so disappointed & annoyed that this company & its customer service that i requested to just stop my number. I was neither interested in their prepaid nor postpaid number. But as usual the company has not yet stopped my simcard & is harassing me with false payment for the number which i haven't used in 2 months they are still charging my number falsely & are even coming at my place & sending legal notices to me. I would please request help for this matter. I have paid all my bills and was even ready to pay my pending dues but the bad customer service & extremely poor online help & more pathetic customer store has created a huge disappointment for me.

                              I lodged various complaints but no resolution moreover customer executive talking pathetically.
                              Customer executives are forcing me to deposit bill as per changed plan and saying that old post paid plan is not available therefore plan has been changed without any intimation.

                                  All are trying to take a step further... I mean from 3g to 4g to 5g... My suggestion is to have a proper record o[censored]ser using the network... Are they able to have access of your network... I live in virar thane mumbai maharashtra...
                                  We switch on mobile data not a single message js received by us... There is no.. Very low network... We have 4g plans but not able to use a 4g...in open surrounding network is good... But in house area there is not a single tower shown in our phones...
                                  Would say only that near by there is a tower of airtel... Besides that if vodafone setups a tower... Then people will forget wifi.. They will able to use their mobile to the full potential...
                                  An ad is rotating that vodafone setups a tower evry hour.. Nothing of that kind... Kindly fulfill the request of the following user

                                    I have visited vodafone store jhansi 284002 on 4 jan for sim postpaid to prepaid and i have asked for full settlement voda team charged me 588 rs which was my pending bill i have paid my pending bill and completed all documentation formalities. Vodafone team said that prepaid sim will be activated after 1 week, after 15 days when i called he said it was systems default that's why prepaid not done and he said that you have to make payment again then only sim prepaid done. I said if i made payment as per your words on 4 jan 2020 it is your system problem why should i pay again from last 10 days i am calling on customer care but nobody is listening very bad and disgusting experience of vodafone.

                                      I have activated vodafone international roaming in nov 2019 and deactivated same on 6 dec 2019. I have paid bill for same in dec bill cycle. But now they have charged for international roaming in jan 2020 cycle as well. I have confirmed message from vodafone of stoping international roaming in dec 2019. But now they are dening to waive of charges and forcefully i have to the amount.
                                      Please help in this case and take appropriate action.

                                      I am a postpaid customer and i dont have a full network ever in my phone i am planning to switch with airtel, and aslo i had updated to customer service but nothing resolved .
                                      Money was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not successful

                                      I did a recharge of 599 INR & 10 INR through my SBI debit card through official vodafone website, money was deducted but recharge was unsucessful.
                                      When I never asked for subscription how you can deduct rs 49.stop immediately.refund my money.

                                        My number is [protected]. They have charged wrongly 1200 rs for special number.

                                        None of other networks shows validity of numbers dialled

                                        They r fooling customer by telling astrology, and other stupid numbers.

                                        Noone is helping.

                                        Stop this nuisances of collection of money by special numbers which gets presssed on basic mobile

                                        My son's board exams r down the line. It's not possible to talk on these numbers. I told them to see call recording they r telling we can't do anything.

                                        Vodafone is fraud company and we shud not them collect fees from customers for special numbers which doesn't exist
