slow internet

Im using vodafone company's prepaid sim card. I had recharged 599 on december 18, since then i have the inconvenience o[censored]sing the internet. Speed from 10 kbps to 20 kbps. I often complain by calling 198 too many times, also complained in consumer forum too many times. But there is no solution to my problem. Today i called vodafone customer care and they said that it will take 90 more days. But in 90 days my internet pack will be over...

generating bill and not closing my sim

I have asked them to close my number repeatedly after making full payment in november. An agent came my home and gave me receipt and told me my number will close. Bt vodafone care deny any payment after august in my vodafone number and closure request. I have not used my post paid number for last 4 months still they generating bills. No one is helping me. value added service activated without consent

I am on a postpaid connection of vodafone. Today i received the bill and 124 was added for vas. But i didn't requested for any vas. Then i received another message that "juice up pack" is active and it will be renewed on 26th and another rs 75 (For 15 days) will be added in next 15 days. I didn't even received any message on activation of service also i never requested for the activation. I have deactivated it now. But this is very bad experience....

juiceup pack activated without permission

My vodaphone no [protected], vodafone has activated juiceup pack on my mobile without my consent on 07.01.2020 and deducted an amount of rs.75/- from my balance and again deducted 75 on 22.01.2020. My mobile number is prepaid connection and now the company has sent another message on 19.01.2020 to maintain balance in my account so that they could deducted rs.75/ from my account to continue the above pack and deducted the same on 22.01.2020....

Theur customer care called and informed me it was two months usage charge for a gaming app, i. E they were charging two months charge per month. unnecessary deduction

It was showing server error. What to do now. Please repay my money. Customer care executive is not responding well. Please try to solve my issue as soon as possible. vodafone deducted money unauthorized way

Vodafone deducted money from my prepaid number for showing some download. This is the way they are now cheating the people everyday. How this kind of loot will be stopped. Everytime, they say download somwthing and deducted the amount. Thry arr forcing people to take high value unlimited plan and it is completely unacceptable. Please do something for such corporate loot....

I Have recently done MNP from Jio to Vodafone. Have done recharged FRC with retailer, before the recharge as I confirmed with Vodafone customer care, they suggest me for make a outgoing calls should recharge pack RS. 647.
I have done this recharge 14 jan 2020 with retailer. I had recharge confirmation from Vodafone but, I’m unable to make a outgoing calls as well internet browse.

So, I have reached with customer care...

I raise complete september-2019, but till not resolve my complete. And 4 months complete and vodafone staff is very poor and lazy also network team not install tower but saying me every time work in progress. My area any place not work start so vodafone team is very looser fake, very poor service provider. All friends inform you don"t use vodafone this is fraud company and his staff is very looser....
