I have recharged unlimited plan 599 on dt 03.02.2019. My vodafone mobile no is [protected].
Unlimited plan details - unlimited voice call, daily 1.5 gb data and message 100 per day. After recharge o[censored]nlimited plant message not sent to other mobile no. I discussed with vodafone customer care, they have told your main balance is zero, so you didnot able to send message. As suggested customer careo of vodafone, i recharged rs.10. But main automatically deducted. Again recharged rs.10. They activated automatically valye added service - caller tune without my permission. Please do the needful

    I keep getting msgs that i am active on re 1 store & that rs 99/- will be deducted for above service. I have never asked for this service, hence not understood, why i should pay! On sending sms to stop on 155223.. They ask me to do something else which never succeeds. Pl stop this surreptitious looting of customers & take immediate steps in this direction.

      For the last 2 bills, i have nothing but trouble from vodafone, and i would expect someone from higher authority to take the matter in their hands, as i'm able to easily understand the harassment and unethical business practices being applied to make money.

      Bill dated 06/01 - there's a charge of rs. 900+ for the usage of 200mb of data, the bill is being discussed in a separate issue that is still open
      Bill dated 06/02 - there are 4 major issues with this bill

      My mobile plan has been changed without my consent or approval. I used to be on rs 129 plan and now my plan has been changed to rs 299 without my approval or consent. When i spoke to your team over the phone, they told me that i have been sent text messages to notify me of this change, i would have appreciated emails as i usually keep my phone turned off while on international roaming.
      We used international roaming on the 13/01 to answer one call, yet i have been charged rs 599 for that day - i never asked for a day pack activation on my account, i called your team regarding this, and i was told that the day pack was activated on my account on 9th oct 2019 with my approval, now i ask you this question if the day pack was activated on 9th oct 2019, then why the invoice that was generated on 6 oct included a charge of the day pack (Invoice number 05idl[protected]). This was activated on my account by default, i 'm happy to pay for pay as you go for my plan, not the daily pack rates as i don't use my phone for that purpose.
      There's iroam pack applied for 14/01 and 20/01 as there's an sms being sent out by my phone. Again, help me find the number the text was sent to, as i cannot validate this from my phone, you could argue that i used my phone to send a message and deleted the message, but this will never lead to anything. Also, if you are able to prove that used my phone to send the text, that i would appreciate pay as you go charge and not the day charge.
      I want my plan to be a non-corporate plan, as i have nothing but trouble with the corporate team and i hope the ordinary customer may have a better service.

        Vodafone india charged me additional 459 ruppes by telling i called a special nimber (9 digits) starting with 5616940 and spoke for 59 minutes and 10 secs on dec 24 2019, 8.27 pm. This is impossible as i was driving that day during that time and this special number is not valid. I checked my call history in my phone and there is no history. I would not want to say anything bad about vodafone as i have been a customer with them for more than 12 years. However, i want this issue to be resolved asap. I called vodafone customer care and they couldn't help much.

          Rs.150 balance has been cut from my main balance since 1 year by saying that i have requested top doctors online pack which i have never asked for. I am not able to call or message 155223 to deactivate this service. I do not require this service and need my balance back. Please do not initiate such services without prior approval. I had been using this number from 10+ years. Please do not make me reconsider the loyalty. Please give me my money back

            The vodafone company dont care of their costumers thay only need money. Im a service man i work for an ngo. After daily 8 hours work i play online games but the connection of internet is very bad i don't get the any benefit of my recharge.
            Every 2 months 500 rupees thay changed but benefits is zero so i won't to throw sim card for their services

            I am a vodafone customer from more than 6 years. now in my location, Lower Bhanu Nagar, Sevoke Road Siliguri, Pin No.- 734002, West Bengal. the internet service is very poor as you can see in the screenshot image. As par image upload by me 4g internet i have but i cant open a google page i can not play any online games.

            so we recharge more than 1000 rupees plus for me and my family but we can use any internet services i call many times to vodafone customer care but they not responding so i can found any solution for this problem.

            Now in my location no internet available. My location is not a Tea Garden or remote area my recent resident is Siliguri a beg city of West Bengal.I can expect better service from vodafone but now vodafone network is worst service Provider.

              There is no availability of 4g, 3g data,
              Data connection barely work,
              Even if it does sometime it has very bad quality in eon it located in following are.
              Pin 411014, kharadi,
              City - pune,
              State : maharashtra.

              This issue is specific to this area only. Its working fine in other area.

              All the basic things have been tried already like removing and inserting sim, restarting mobile, clearing cache.

                I was having two mobile connections from vodafone (Now vodafoneidea) almost for the last fifteen years.

                Because of lot of problems in their services, like disconnection of phone anytime and other such problems, i was compelled to switch over to airtel in respect of both the numbers.

                Now i have received the bill for around rs.722/- but from nowhere do i get details as to in whose favour should i draw the cheque.

                The online payment site which vodafone has given cannot be reached at all.

                On dialling various numbers their people make me to run from pillar to post.

                I am quite aghast that even for making payment of their january 2020 biill, they are not willing to guide or advise and support.

                There is no doubt such a company shall definitely lose its business and its existence shall be in danger.

                  Since past few months the vodafone internet connection at our location has become worst. We can't even use whatsapp or google. The whole money that we spend for getting a good internet connection goes all in vain. So i would just request you to take a proper action for this and help us use a full fledge 4g connection in real terms.

                    Such an unethical business statergy... Vodafone trapped me to a postpaid connection and stopped all the services now... All i wanted was just to change the ownership of a prepaid sim under my name. They said it can only be changed by converting to costly postpaid connection for 1st month and from 2nd month onwards i would get for lesser plans... Only now i came to know that the minimum vf postpaid plan starts with rs.399 (475rs including tax) which is too much for an unemployed like me. Now, i got 2nd month bill too for another 475rs despite the services to my number was disrupted 2 weeks back... Someone pls help so the 2nd month bill waived off... Pls get the logic here:1) if i don't have any source for income generation, then on what basis they give me postpaid services...2) why cx's are enforced to transfer number to postpaid which is not under trai guidelines...

                      Hi all,

                      I filed a complain few days back regarding internet connectivity and call drop problem in my area, i was promissed a resolution before 5th feb. However, the complain is closed without a resolution. Instead of problem getting resolved it has gone worst. I had already filed a formal complain by their complain portal but there was no resolution. Here's the complain/reference number: no. C004-[protected]

                      I am getting zero reception and internet sucks, calls continue to drop.

                      Attaching the screenshot of the message received on 3rd. According to this message someone tried contacting me on my number, however there was no missed call nor and missed call alert.

                      Hope to get a resolution. I am fed up of this network as there is no customer satisfaction.

                        Since 4-5 days i'm not able to send ans sms messages to anyone i've been getting the "error 50" and "not sent" prompt... And there's no response from vodafone on this i've mailed them the problem with an automated email response from them as a reply. I'm very dissatisfied with this please help me resolve this issue. Thus is not acceptable from such a telecommunications company like vodafone which is used globally. Vodafone should also work on getting its connectivity issues as i'm living in central kolkata where i'm having issues connecting to the 4g network i'm using hotspot as the carrier internet is pretty weak here. Please resolve this issue

                          My father inlaw, KPN was using postpaid number and he lost phone along with SIM. He made call to customer care n informed same asked them to block. Vodefone management changed their store to Secbad it's too far to us to reach as my father inlaw is too old. Customer care ppl didn't informed us about to submit disconnection of tht number request..etc Again getting calls regarding bill...we paid few bills..again getting calls regarding bill...finally we went to Vodafone store they said to close tht number we need to pay again 1000( if not we vil get every month bill)...we paid. Without using sim we paid nearly 8 months bill. Worst experience. Recently i hve visited regarding same issue...now they are telling tht number got actived bcoz few outing calls(not normal mobile no...5 digits calls). Actually may be their system mistake...tht number is not in use who vil use tht kind of calls...same i asked vodefone store employee..i was very angry n asked tht person to sent mail to concern dept...he sent mail. But still we are getting calls regarding bill.
                          In this way Vodafone ppl making money from customers...I'm sharing my experience here to make aware of vodafone services.

                            A bill of over rs 20000/ - had been raised by vodafone india for by my mobile no. [protected] changing me for international data when i had not used it at all and had only used wifi available at home during my us visit about 6 months back. I had explained it in detail but vodafone authorities have raised a litigation against me and today somebody rang me up on my alternative mobile number saying that i may pay rs 4000/- to settle the case once for all. I don’t know whether it is a genuine offer made by vodafone legal wing to settle the issue or a fake call. However i have offered to settle it if it is a genuine call. Pl advise me what to do.                               ON my vodafone mobile number [protected], the company is not disactivate sports alert service and keep on deducting balance. the company did not co-operate with us . please help
                              Every 15 days, money has been deducted from my vodafone number.currently 0n 29/1/2020, i received a message from vodafone that deal win apple iphone contest has been activated and 49 rupees has been deducted.sir every 15 days money has been deducted and customer care members are saying we cant revert back the money.
                              I have been charged 1344 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 90 mins, that too for Astrology, which is not at all possible.

                                This is my 3rd complain about network issue i am facing problems about calling and data if i want to call anytime i have to call 7 to 8 time after that I can, also wrost service of data it's feel like I am using 2g network. Generally I'll use between 8pm to 11pm at that time i cant get proper data speed. Unsatisfied with service and customer care response.

                                  Today checked the bill and shocked to see that my plan changed upwardly without my consent. This is not acceptable to me.

                                  Please reverse the excess charges as I am not ready to pay the revised charges and the bill raised by you till rectification done which please note. Also no late payment penalty if correction done at later stage.
                                  If you are unable to do rectification then please deactivate this number as I don't want to avail Vodafone services any more who in my view are big cheater to revise charges upwardly without customer approval.

                                    I have been deducted an amount of 21 rupees for 2 times and i am not informed also regarding this. When i called the customer care they are just repeating the same words.
                                    I want to know when this deduction without information will be stopped.

                                      Dear sir/ ma'am,
                                      I (Dr vijay v borikar) am a retired govt medical officer aged 75 years residing at nagpur, maharashtra.
                                      I closed my mobile postpaid connection with vodafone (No [protected]) about 5-6 months back by paying the latest bill and conveying to them accordingly thereafter.
                                      However they still kept billing me in spite of absolutely no usage of the mentioned number from my side - neither outgoing nor incoming.

                                      So again to finally settle the matter, i personally drove to their office at bajajnagar nagpur and paid rs 800 in cash as their executive mentioned and also assured verbally that this is the final payment and there won't be any additional demands from the company after the same.

                                        It’s not the first time i faced this problem!

                                        They activate some pack and deduct the balance on my prepaid number and have to call customer care to complaint and get the refund. They give some random reason that i had clicked on ad on 3rd party website etc. Which i never did.

                                        Now it was a caller tune and 33 rs was deducted. I have't noticed it for a week. One of my friend inquired about the caller tune and it struck me then.
                                        Having called up they say the same reason of ad or 3rd party website. They also said they can't refund the amount for caller tune activation.

                                        After the discussion, am clear of few points now.

                                        * If and only the complaint is raised within 24 hrs of the issue, the amount will be credited back to you. Otherwise you have to use the service regardless of how it is
                                        * These packs and services will be activated on your account, if you click on mobile advertisement, flashy messages or even attending a customer call.
                                        * You should always look for new service activated in your account. In laymen terms, you should always look at your mobile screen for any messages and report immediately. Timing is very important.

                                        And of course i delayed in reporting the issue so my money won't get refundable.
