Dear sir/ ma'am,
I (Dr vijay v borikar) am a retired govt medical officer aged 75 years residing at nagpur, maharashtra.
I closed my mobile postpaid connection with vodafone (No [protected]) about 5-6 months back by paying the latest bill and conveying to them accordingly thereafter.
However they still kept billing me in spite of absolutely no usage of the mentioned number from my side - neither outgoing nor incoming.br...

It’s not the first time i faced this problem!

They activate some pack and deduct the balance on my prepaid number and have to call customer care to complaint and get the refund. They give some random reason that i had clicked on ad on 3rd party website etc. Which i never did.

Now it was a caller tune and 33 rs was deducted. I have't noticed it for a week. One of my friend inquired about the caller tune and...

Sir, Vodafone deducted Rs 15/- from my prepaid account without my permission and activating ENGLISH SEEKHO weekly pack whereas I was not requested to any service. I want my money back otherwise i will port my number because similarly they deduced Rs 24/- without my concession few months ago....

I got a msg that I have .69 rupees left as phone balance. I connected with Custome Care on 198, after spending 15 minutes with the executive... They said that they have deducted 85 rupees for "Mazaa Mabile Pack" over the span of last one month.

Given that I have neither activated the service nor do I know what the service is or how it is used... I asked them for a refund... These guys said that they cannot refund my money....

I wanted a new prepaid vodafone connection so i visited the nearest vodafone branch & was falsely told that i need to activate a postpaid connection for first 3 months & then only i can change to prepaid. As i needed the connection i paid the necessary charges and got the connection. After the end of 3 months i contacted the store again to change it to prepaid, but they replied saying that i have been offered rs.50 discount...

Vodafone changed my post paid mobile number without any intimation and activated high cost plan.
I lodged various complaints but no resolution moreover customer executive talking pathetically.
Customer executives are forcing me to deposit bill as per changed plan and saying that old post paid plan is not available therefore plan...

I visit sector 7 rohini vodafone store before 25 days and i submit documents before 25 days
To port my no [protected] in vodafone corporate

They dont do anything and i daily visit the store pls help me
They say daily today done

25 days gone and they dont reply me
Saying we forward the mail to vodaone

All are trying to take a step further... I mean from 3g to 4g to 5g... My suggestion is to have a proper record o[censored]ser using the network... Are they able to have access of your network... I live in virar thane mumbai maharashtra...
We switch on mobile data not a single message js received by us... There is no.. Very low network... We have 4g plans but not able to use a 4g...in open surrounding network is good... But in house area...

I have visited vodafone store jhansi 284002 on 4 jan for sim postpaid to prepaid and i have asked for full settlement voda team charged me 588 rs which was my pending bill i have paid my pending bill and completed all documentation formalities. Vodafone team said that prepaid sim will be activated after 1 week, after 15 days when i called he said it was systems default that's why prepaid not done and he said that you have to make payment...

I have activated vodafone international roaming in nov 2019 and deactivated same on 6 dec 2019. I have paid bill for same in dec bill cycle. But now they have charged for international roaming in jan 2020 cycle as well. I have confirmed message from vodafone of stoping international roaming in dec 2019. But now they are dening to waive of charges and forcefully i have to the amount.
Please help in this case and take appropriate action.br...

They r fooling customer by telling astrology, and other stupid numbers.

Noone is helping.

Calling on vodafone has become very much annoying and irritating due to call drops and voice breaking during calls,
Out of 100 calls in a day, 25% call does not connect on 1st, 2nd, or even on 3rd try, 50% calls have so much voice breakage that we have to end and reconnect, and 10% have other issues like cross connection and miscellaneous issues which could not be expressed...

I have recharged my number with an unlimited pack but the net is not working. Its [protected]. However when i contacted the customer care, they told me a bunch of things to do, which i did. Still net is not working. Now i am again trying to reach to them but they must have kept my number in a loop, so the calls are not forwarding. Why so horrible action?...

Vodafone has charged me 5999 as international roaming charges on my dec - jan vodafone bill without even using the facility.

I am a customer since 2010 and have been using vodafone for a long time now. I moved to us in dec 2016. I have kept my number on by paying the month on month bill. But suddenly my account has been billed with 5999 extra amount without even using the iroam pack....

Unable to make outgoing calls on my vodafone number since last thursday. No help from customer service or store. Data is working. Pathetic service from vodafone. Its been so much of trouble. I have visited 2 different stores and customer service vodafone informed that the issue will be resolved by jan 23 2020. No response no calls made to sort out the issue by vodafone. It is such a pain....

No internet service in my area for a day and tried to make a complaint and found out the customer service email is not available or deleted...
Very disappointed in them.

Here's what happened,
On 24 th january the vodofone internet stopped working and i tried to make a complaint but it seem like the operator number available in their website is not available...

I was having 699 data pack already. I was getting 2 gb/day. Then i recharged with 249 rs. Data pack to get 1.5 gb/day as advertised but what i actually get from 249 data pack was ~512mb/day instead of 1.5gb/day. Why?

I talked to customer care also, i was not satisfied with what he said. When i explained him my problem, first he said you are getting 2 gb / day from 699 data pack. I told him i am also getting 512 mb/day, yesterday...

Hello sir,
i am very upset for your service. today morning time, i do a 49 rs recharge. at evening time when i see balance 8 rs are left. when i call customer care they answered too late and not clear.
this deduction is not first time it's look like it's your habits.
Please help me because i have not too much money for you....
