Vodafone India — MNP request failure | |||
I was using TATA DOCOMO number [protected] I was dissatisfied with the service so I wanted to switch to vodafone. Therefore i paid my due amount to docomo and requested vodafone representative for porting my number on 3rd April. I waited for 7 days but my new VODAFONE card didn't get started. Therefore I again went to vodafone and they say that I will have to request UPC code again for porting. So I requested a UPC code again from docomo. But docomo people say that they did not receive any request from vodafone for porting my number. And therefore my bill for this month is due. My complaint is against VODAFONE for not porting my number, and therefore I am liable to pay my bill which I ha vent used at all.
