[Resolved] Vodafone India — no incoming calls

I have not been receiving incoming calls past 4 pm today (2/3/2020) and sms my vodafone no. However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet. This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship. There are no useless replies by vodafone which are totally pathetic and that they simply can't do anything.
Even after paying premium charges we r receiving such services.
Request to immediately sort out the issue

i have visited your north usman road office yesterday in chennai an requesed for 2 vdafone nbs discunnection . i got sms and i have to dial 198 t deactivate . i donot know tamil .pl deactivate the 2 nbs 9962231544, 9962241544.

I purchased a subscription of callertune of 90days at rs 99 but I can't fix my caller tune..i dont know what is happning.. it shows your subscription is pending with us. And its been almost 1 week.
