Vodafone India — Not crediting my 178 rs back to my account | |||
Due to delayed response from Vodafone I requested data plan activation twice for rs.178 twice on 2.5.16, rs.356 debited from my main account.Immediately I called customers care and given complaint to activate only 1 gb data and refund my another rs178 back. Your executive told me that money Wil be credited back to my account in 24 hours, one hour etc. I have called customers care four times, your people are cheating me no feedback from nodal office also Was this information helpful? | |||

There is a service called Desitube has been started in my vodafone number and 90 rs has been deducted .
After calling to Customer Care they are telling we cannt do anything you have to pay 90 rs even i have stopped this service instantly.
