Dear sir,
I was activated my sim card from aircel network port to vodafone network portal at 03.02.2016.
I have received a confirmation sms from vodafone care that is.
(Dear customer you have activated tariff benefit successfully!! Enjoy local v2v calls @10 paise/min, local v2m & std [protected]@30p/min for 180 days. Daily 1st [protected]@75p/min.)
But my tariff offer closed in 3 months, there is no confirmation sms not received from vodafone side.
I have tried many times to customer care, but they are not responding me.
I am very much worried from vodafone customer care handling mentally i am very much affected from vodafone customer care.
I need full clarification from vodafone, there is any confirmation sms will not received from me then how to cut my rate cutter offer.
Yesterday i called vodafone customer care, they told it is a technical issue from vodafone side, you are eligible for 180 days tariff offer, this offer valid to sep 2016 and then i raised a complaint for this issue.
After 24 hours i have received a sms from vodafone, that is (Your complaint has been resolved)
But still now this issue not resolved, again i called vodafone customer care,
They not responding me.
For your reference i have attached screen shot of the confirmation sms tariff offer and mobile number.
Pls consider my complaint against vodafone customer care and resolve my problem.

    Vodafone has activated an incorrect plan on my number and have charged me for the same.

    During my telecon with their call centre agent, i had clearly asked them to activate only the nominal inr 150 international calling plan and not the inr 1499 one. However, without my knowledge and consent they activated both the plans. I cam to know of this only when i received my bill and i received an automated email from them informing me about the inr 1499 plan being deactivated as it was a one month subscription.

    On what basis is vodafone allowed to play around with our accounts like this?? Despite my numerous mails to them about this, there has been no appropriate response and they insist that i had requested for this plan!!

    I am travelling and hence prefer not to answer international calls and i have clearly advised this to them in all my correspondence but everytime they reply back stating we tried calling you!!

    My last mail to them was on 7th may and i have yet not received any response from them!

    I urgently need this resolved, else i will be forced to shift to another service provider!

        I never subscribed the v videa video service but it gets subscribed on 28th april 2016. when i tries to uninstall it by following the instruction in the message and dialing and also tried sending "STOP" to 155223.it says that number is invalid and message is not sent .I am very much dissatisfied with this issue..i have been your loyal customer from a long time but this is forcing me to port number on some other network.

          My vodafone number is [protected], I received msg from Vodafone to make the payment to the previous subscriber i.e. Airtel & submit the proofs to us. As per the instructions, made the excess payment to Airtel & forwarded proof to mnppayment @vodafone.com on 24th April, 2016.
          Still I am receiving msgs from Vodafone to clear the payment hence, on 7th May again I forwarded payment to Vodafone on the same email ID.
          Regarding this I was informed the customer care executive & then assured that if you would have forwarded the mail then please don't worry. The accounts department has some issues due to which the system is forwarding the msg again and again.
          Now, suddenly Vodafone has suspended my servises due to which I am not able to make or receive calls. I am not able to receive my important calls.

            I am a IT Professional people. I am using Vodafone service from long period of time. But a met with a bad experience from them.On 15th April 2016, i recharged 3G internet data plan of 1024 MB of rs 147.Near by 4:29 pm on 9th May 2016 i got message from Vodafone that i consumed 90% of internet data allowance and only 42.15 MB data is free to use. After the few minute around at 4:31 pm on same day i got message again that you consumed your all internet data allowance. How that be possible. I called at Vodafone Care at same time but they are not giving right information how can it possible to consume 42.15 MB data in 2 minute.I attached snapshot of that which i got from Vodafone.

              Last three of moths my mobile 3g network not connecting so i though last month port my number in airtel or idea but they call me and told that your issue with 3g network will resolve earliest. But nothing happens so i call Vodafone customer care(198), first person told me that there is no issue with 3g network in your place. When i ask to transfer my call to Vodafone 3g data service care he told me that this is your personal number so please call with other Vodafone number so that we can transfer your number to 3g service care. I call with my BSNL mobile number to [protected] and this time customer care person told me please call me with your personal number and put my phone on hold.
              What is this they are totally distracting me please help me.
              Action on all this type of customer care.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I would like to draw your attention towards my harassment due to unjustified billing made which was also agreed by Vodafone. Since Vodafone unable to provide me postpaid connection as promised in Feb’2016 (even within 7 days), I had withdrawn the postpaid connection request and asked to revert to my earlier prepaid connection after 7 days waiting whereas I was promised that connection will be made within 72 hrs. That was seems to be crime I have made and still now I am being harassed and punished as if for the guilt I have committed.
                  Vodafone promises for 2hrs time for postpaid connection and so many other attractive assurances to attract customer but alas, for existing customer Vodafone just ignore, fool them and puzzle them with e-mail assurances. I am one of them whom Vodafone is puzzling and dilly-dallying with me since Feb’2016 to May 9 2016. (All e-mails received and sent are on record).
                  Every time I e-mail to nodal officer( at least 3 times), I get a stereotype, monotonous & computerized reply “We are apologetic about this unfortunate chain of events and stand by our commitment to rectify and reverse the unpleasantness caused by this experience.
                  We value your relationship with us and urge you to treat this as an exception. We assure you that we are committed to provide you and all our customers with quality customer service.”
                  It regretted to point out & facts that the value of Videophone to customer is well established with the above incident.
                  As I has been intimated vide nodal officer’s e-mail "We would also like to inform you that, we have also the request to process a reversal of Rs. 51.67 charged for usage on your Vodafone prepaid number [protected] dated 13/04/2016, the service request number for your reference is [protected].
                  Again on 2nd May 2016 “We would also like to inform you that, we have also the request to process a reversal of Rs. 51.67 charged for usage on your Vodafone prepaid number [protected] dated 13/04/2016, the service request number for your reference is [protected]”.
                  In this 21st Century of computer, reversal of an amount Rs.51.67 to an account needs months to rectify is rally one cannot digest until and unless somebody has malafide intentions or simply ignore. It does not matter if some customers like me leave Vodafone services.
                  Is Vodafone asking for permission abroad for reversal of Rs.51.67 or deliberately harassing me as I had withdrawal of postpaid connection to prepaid connection? I after being frustrated about Vodafone management service and customer care, specially the so called nodal officers, I thought of bringing the matter to your kind notice. All replies/counter replies are on record in e-mail. May ask for the facts. Actually cause of the dispute is the fault of Videophone’s wrong billing generated by highly efficient employees. It not the matter of only Rs.51.67 reversal to me but to make it crystal clear how Vodafone highly efficient function functions and subsequently ignore as senior citizen customer like me .

                    My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I am using Vodafone number from a long time. However facing huge network problems from last 6 months. I have been working in Whitefield, Bangalore since last 5 years in the same location. This is the IT hub of Bangalore. I have been recharging Vodafone 4G internet pack. The problem is that if I am accessing 4G network my number becomes not reachable. People who calls me can only hear that I am not reachable. In a day I have to keep switching my network from 4G to 2G and viceversa. The 2G internet is so pathetic that even whats app messages doesn’t go. I have written to the appellate and the nodal office many times but of no use. Some of the docket numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected] and[protected]. If they are not able to provide a basic 2G internet why are they telling that they are no1 in 4G network world wide. They are just giving one excuse that they don’t have a tower here. This doesn’t make sense as they are one of the biggest mobile service provider after Airtel. I hope this time they will take some action. I want to get refund of all my internet packs which I have recharged in the last one year.

                        My complan is for vodafone. I want to port my no so i have paid feb 2016 bill plus 100 rs more (850). 100 rs more i paid coz the operator asked me to do that.
                        I paid the amount on 26 feb2016 via paytm. I paid through credit card amount. But after payment i was continously getting calls and messages for bill payment.
                        Even few days latter i got message from vodafone that thank you for the payment. Still i am getting calls from vodafone for bill payment.
                        I requested to discontinue the no and send me the genuine bill but they are not disconnecting the no and now they sent me bill of 1895.
                        I have requested 2 months back to disconnect the no but every time i was calling them and they are putting my call on hold and then disconecting my call. I sent them mail as well to discontinue but still no is activated and they are sending me bill.In past as well i raised complain in vodafone that your network is very bad. My calls are getting disconnect. I was paying for 3 g however the speed is very bad but every time they gave me final date and after that no update from their end. The network condition was same as before. It was too slaow and they were charging for 3 g.
                        I asked them to discontinue and they asked for reason i explained the same thing but no is still activated. Today i called vodafone and requested to discontinue the no and also asked them to send me genuine bill. The executive asked me that the no will deactivated inthis bill cycle. But i asked that when i already requested to disconnect the no 2 months back then why should i pay for previos month and current month.
                        Please help me.
                        I am also attaching the pic of message which i got after bill payment. Please let me know if you need any other proof of bill payment i have all the proofs. Also attached paytm bill payment slip.

                          Hello,
                          I am using vodaphone number for last 10 years. My number is [protected]. They have activated some random scheme on my number and sent me a bill of 3400 rs. When i called them they said, some one called from other number so we activated.
                          There are two things here.
                          1) how can they activate any scheme on my number when any random person will call from any random number. Did not they should verify with my number?
                          2) now when i am calling them to fix the issue, and told them i will transfer my number to other company. They have blocked my number.

                          Kindly resolve the issue, as this is 10 years old number and i can not afford to loose this number.

                            Due to delayed response from Vodafone I requested data plan activation twice for rs.178 twice on 2.5.16, rs.356 debited from my main account.Immediately I called customers care and given complaint to activate only 1 gb data and refund my another rs178 back.                               Sir last time I reported same problem about unwanted value added services activated automatically on my no. last activated fashion Bunny, when I reported they simply answered it's a technical fault and gave my balance back. Again this time automatically movies pack activated and charged ₹60 when my phone put on charge. They called am subscribed that. This really embarrassing. Sir please resolve this problem because am in roaming and they connect the call to customer care representative. Thank you

                                I have been charged 90 Rs for a bqueen pack without my consent. Had just made a recharge towards my 3g pack and 3 hrs later I get this.
                                "Hello! BQUEEN pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.12.18.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
                                This is unacceptable as i have been receiving these stupid VAS for small amounts which I didn't give much importance, but this 90 Rs deduction has crossed all limits...I have always been a loyal prepaid customer since orange days, but lately these balance theft have really disappointed me...

                                  Hello,
                                  I got a message from vodafone that i have activated value added services.
                                  I was not even using the internet that morning let alone change my apn to activate any service.
                                  I had similar transaction shown in my other vodafone number even though neither have i been using the sim for over 3 months nor did i activate the service.

                                    Hi,
                                    My cug plan changed without prior intimation and internet capping limit being levised on the same number, due to which the bill has increased immensly and even after speaking to customer care there has been response like that company can change postpaid plan and it was changed without prior intimation. My postpaid bill is increased tremendously.
                                    This is really service, affecting the brand name by poor work.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Recently, Deals Pack Weakly was activated and ₹35/- was deducted. Thought I did not activated such pack. It was done without my consent. Such irregularity is done by Vodafone and revert by customer care is, "we do not take any consent as the pack is activated over Internet".

                                      Last time also two months ago same thing happened and when I threatened to complaint against them to TRAI they refunded the amount.

                                      But now the complaint number 198 is also not working on my number.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have requested to change from Post Paid to Pre paid on 20th April'16 itself. Till now, almost more than 15 days no action is taken on this request. The request is submitted at Hisar vodafone care. Will the request be processed or not? Customer service is poor at Vodafone...
                                        If someone is there to ask people who will pay Bill of these Numbers when the request cannot be completed .
