[Resolved] Vodafone India — Postpaid bill amount | |||
Dear sir / madam, I am using vodafone's postpaid service for last five years. Last month i got a bill of 1430 inr (Bill for october). I asked them for clarification of this amount (Normally it never exceeds 400 inr) and they told me this was for internet usage. I asked them for the details and i got a call from their customer care a few days back. But in that call, they were unable to explain details and told that system was not working properly and they will call me back. But i got no call and in this month again i got another bill. The problem is yet to solve. I need your kind help and i want to discontinue their connection after paying actual bill. Please do the needful. I have been receiving calls from unknown mobile no. [protected] and he using abusive language and torturing me. please help me by taking some action against him.

I have not gone on site within 8-10 days activated chargable site. When I recharged Rs.500/- full talk time. You have deducted Rs.35/- pls reimbursement. Otherwise I am shifting to other network. Pls look into the matter
